It ended up not being some thing that they would usually do, but got approval within minutes to do the job and had it completed very quickly. So my old water heater died on a Saturday, called one company couldn't come to even look at it till the following Tuesday called 702 PlumbAIR on Sunday and Tony came the same day gave me a price for tankless water heater conversion. he explained everything that needed to be done for the job and gave a reasonable price. on Tuesday Gordo and Jamie came to install the new tank and did a great job they were done in around three hours and did a great job. Had a couple small issues after install no big deal the response from this company is unbelievable how quick and proficient they are. Tony came back a couple times and all is great. Tony not only is very knowledgeable he is also one of the nicest men to deal with. I saw a couple reviews online about their pricing and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This a very good company that stands behind their work and very customer oriented. HIGHLY Recommend

It’s been a month since I had water softener and R/O system on kitchen sink installed and I’m very happy with appliance quality, service and employees. We’ve noticed a huge difference from the previous system, the water feels cleaner. I should’ve kept track of their names but the woman who answers the phone is courteous and answered my questions. The guy that came to do the estimate, he inspected EVERYTHING! He included replacing kitchen sink part instead of entire sink (which another said I should do) and the shower stopper. He also informed me of company’s other services. Amazing. The two guys that installed everything were respectful of our home, courteous and fast. My only con is when units were installed, they forgot to leave the installation books and warranty information. Fortunately, the information was quickly sent to me. I’m so glad I listened to recommendations on FB as well as researching 702 before hiring them. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Excellent company, wonderful employees.
