24 Hour Fitness

Update:12/19 showed up at 5:20am and it was closed AGAIN. 3rd time in a week. I finally decided to call to speak to the club manager and he was sarcastic, and useless. Apparently one person called in sick so they couldn’t open. Didn’t know you can run a huge gym with just 1 person. Just awful. I showed up at 6:30am today and it was closed. Came back at 7:05, closed. Very annoying that the club does not follow their posted operating hours. REPLY: your useless corporate response is not appreciated. How does your reply address the issue I am having in any way? The club I go to says it opens at 6am, so I expect it to be open at 6:30. I don’t care about the hours of your other clubs. I care about your incompetence that leads to me not being able to use a gym i pay for. 1 star for you.

I've been a member since the gym opened. Still the best 24 Hour Fitness I've been to. Very conscientious about maintenance and cleanliness. There may be times in the off hours where something needs to be done. When I tell the staff they address it. The variety of equipment and spaciousness is a big appeal, especially working through the pandemic. I always use the heavy bag and the aerobics room is large and provides the opportunity for working out or practicing arts of my own. I am prone to leaving thing behind: swim trunks, ear buds, glasses, etc I have always recovered everything, either left in place, or turned into the front desk. The staff is friendly and talk with me like a friend, Dustin, the facilities and equipment technician is a friend to everyone. The trainers smile and talk with you regardless of whether you're a client. I've made many friends here.

Just moved to erie was excited to try this gym out! I’m a new member as of last week. I’m here at 5:31 sitting in the parking lot still no employees to be found. This is crazy how do you expect people to be up so early and work on themselves and not open at 5. They need to figure something out. UPDATE- Been sitting here since 4:45 it’s now 6:07 and still no one has showed up.

Good location and functioning equipment but the steam room will go days uncleaned and for a “24 hour” they aren’t 24hr STILL and half the time are late to open and early to close. If the employee needs to leave a manager or someone needs to step up and come keep it open.

Been coming here for almost a year. The women’s locker room is closed for an hour from 1-2 every day. Didn’t think this would be such an inconvenience but I was wrong. Especially when the only single family bathroom is occupied. I’ve fantasized about canceling my membership and going to one of the other nearby gyms because of this. Please please PLEASE can you clean the locker rooms after hours like every other establishment?? Why do they need to be closed during cleaning in the first place?
