Megan has been primarily been working with me for a little over a year.  First we worked through a limitation due to a hip injury, next a shoulder impingement, and now I'm able to build strength and increase flexibility safely.  She is a skilled flexologist and knows how to coach me to new levels as I heal up and progress in my aerial dance practice, as well as daily life!

I just had a wonderful intro appointment experience with Adrienne. She is incredibly talented and performed excellent stretches for my hamstrings, calves, shoulders and arms.

She really helped me understand how my body works and I appreciate her knowledge and attention to detail.

Hannah at the front desk was also very knowledgeable and friendly showing me how the business works. I appreciate everyone there and thank you for a great introductory session.

Love this place!   It is clean and professional. Mercedes and Matt are great at what the do and explain things really well. They are gentle and customize my stretches to what I need or want that day. After my stretches I always feel so much better.

All of us can use this service! Katie and Matt are extremely professional flexologists who truly understand each unique body they stretch. They both took the time to personalize my experience in the best way possible. Whether you sit too much, are extremely active, or a bit of both- your mind and body will feel completely different when you get off the bench. The environment is clean, safe, and most importantly- enjoyable!

Planet Fitness

PF only charges $10/mo for the classic membership, which allows use of PF floor equipment only, and there is A LOT of floor equipment, all clean and well maintained.  It's a large facility, with most equipment duplicated.  They also have a rooms and equipment set aside for "12 Minute Abs Workout", and "30 Minute Circuit Training".

At the end of September, they changed out about two thirds of all their machines with new, upgraded versions.  The new machine actually have a readout that counts reps and counts down a minute for you.

Great Experience! Went Here Today as a guest and the experience was great. Apparently the prices are extremely affordable as well, only being 10$ a month for a black card. There was tons
Of machines to use, and you usually won't need to worry about all the machines of one kind in use, unless it's a busy day. Overall though, great experience, got some good cardio.

Very spacious and very clean! I've never seen it get extremely busy, so it usually isn't overwhelming. They have a huge variety of machines, and a lot of each, so you don't really have to wait for any. The climate is controlled very well, also.

I was using two different machines because no one was using them. A man asked me if I was done. I told him that I wasn’t and he started telling me that I had to use only one machine at the time. I said “well you can complain to management to bring another machine". He did not ask the man using another leg curl machine if he was done. Usually I use only 1 machine. People wait quietly until the person finishes their workout without harassing them and asking them when they will finish or how many sets they got left, or whether or not they are still using them while stretching as that becomes bothersome when you have 10 people asking you for each and every machine. So, the man complained to management that “I won’t allow him to use the machine” which I did not say. Also, another man who watched from afar, complained that the man asked me how many sets I have left” which is a complete lie, he assumed that what he asked me. Then staff member, Esmeralda, stopped by to harass me while I was working out rather than to wait for me until I was done, that two people have complained that I did not let them use the machine, like I can stop anyone from doing it if I am not there. I told her to stop harassing and intimidate me on the front of everybody, but she won’t have it. She said that I am allowed to use only one machine at a time. This is not in their agreement of terms and conditions and as she tried to single me out, make me feel small, insignificant, and worthless. I told her that I am not responsible for peoples lies or assumptions. I told her that I won’t accept any discrimination or harassment by man or her. I called her on it and she refused to validate my feelings or at least pretend to be understanding or empathetic. On the contrary she got super mad because I called her on her irresponsible and reckless behavior, so she started to verbally abuse me be arguing with me, insinuating as it was all my fault, and calling me that I have an attitude. Every time I go when the place is busy there are always men who pull their chest up, raise their voice, and start rushing you to leave by asking you how many sets you have etc. and I do not see them asking the man who are using the same machine across the isle. I  had to suffer men’s and staffs’ abuse at this place. Don’t call Esmeralda on her outrageous behavior, because she will try to shut you up by single you our try to invalidate your statement or how you feel, blame you for every thing that’s’ happening rather than to take responsibility, and verbally abuse you. The club states that they do not tolerate “gymtimidation,” which is a complete lie. Not only that they tolerate it they encourage it. She also asked me about my name and she couldn’t remember it or because I have a foreign name she made the most disgusted face as if she is appalled to even looked at me. I understand that she may not like women, or white women, or foreigners I don’t know, but she has to get used to it because we are paying her salary.
Management 1) does not provide additional leg curl and extension machines. I go to the gym only 1-2 times per week and if it is busy I get harassed every time. They have only 2 of each and they have like 20 people within an hour waiting to use them. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE.
2) staff is not trained to handle customers complains. Good customer service: obtain all facts, avoid assumption, and stop making insinuations, be empathetic and understanding and not act on excitement and point the finger left and right because they cannot handle the situation, do not be arguing with customers, but take their concerns seriously, validate their feelings if they feel upset or angry and not pretend that it is not happening and every thing is the clients fault, not verbally abuse them by calling them names as they are having an attitude, or anything else. Staff have to be respectful, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Under no circumstances should they act discriminatory in anyway, body language, facial expression,  or verbally. Lastly have to offer a solution and not just walk away.

This is a great place for fitness. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Seems to be a very welcoming environment for people with a variety of different gym experience. Would recommend.

YogaSix Boulevard One

This is my all time favorite yoga studio. The classes are fun, and each teacher has their own fun themes they come up with for the music which keeps it fun and dynamic. The direction is very inclusive for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis and anyone recovering from an injury.

There is a really great sense of community here and a true feeling that you’re fully supported in your personal yogi journey, wherever you want to take it. My favorite is Sculpt with Nancy. I’ve also noticed I burn double the calories doing sculpt here than at other yoga studios. It’s just that engaging! Highly recommend this studio for your yoga practice!!

Very nice yoga place. My sister and I signed up for a hot yoga lesson and we had a great time. It felt like a very welcoming environment. Would love to go again.

this studio is a delight! I was from out of town visiting family and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I took yoga sculpt, which was challenging and I noticed the class had a range of guests, which I so appreciate. Will definitely be coming back when I am in town again!

Love my YogaSix family.  I was a founding member of the Lowry Studio and had to quit after 8 months due some health issues.  I REALLY missed it and have restarted my practice!  LOVE IT!  Knowledgeable instructors, friendly staff, good mix of classes and times.  I always feel so energized and cleansed after attending a sessions.  Highly recommend.

A perfect class! Christa was so easy to follow along with and gave great verbal adjustments.

There were new poises I hadn’t done before, challenging but just doable. I loved it!

ONE Yoga

I’m visiting from Germany and I’ve been looking for a yoga studio here I enjoyed for quite a while. I’ve tried some before but when I took my first few classes at one yoga I immediately fell in love with it. The studio is located within a gym which seemed uncommon to me in the beginning but it didn’t bother me at all as the room for the yoga is isolated pretty well. The teachers are as different as their classes. They have a unique, creative teaching style. In general I found a nice and welcoming yoga-community here. Karey showed a flexible approach to the membership I had as I was traveling around some time while being in the US.
I recommend this studio to some friends and I’m already sad that I'll have to leave again soon.

I have had the pleasure of taking classes taught by Karey, Jenn, and Tonya. That are all wonderful in their own way.

Karey has a very lyrical, dance like quality top her Saturday morning flows. They have really filled a void in my life.

Jenn has such a healing presence,  and her Hatha classes are impactful.

Tonya's classes are full of inspiration.  She gives excellent adjustments and you will walk out feeling ready for your week

This is yoga in the same way that Taco Bell is Mexican food. I was really disappointed that there was no discussion of breath work or really anything yoga in the practice. They ended with a namaste just to throw you off but it was really just an aerobic workout on a yoga mat. I have gone to classes that were meant to be more physical, but they still brought it back to the breath and the real practice of yoga. I was pretty disappointed

I LOVE this studio!!  It has a wonderful zen feel and a view of the park from all studios to add to the experience.  All the instructors are well educated and friendly.  They also provide classes for all levels, which is great, since I had never done yoga once, prior to coming to ONE Yoga!  I would highly recommend this studio and I am happy I found them!!

My wife and I attend breath yoga classes twice each week with Kenna and have for years.  We love her classes because they have increased our strength, flexibility, balance, and most of all serenity.
The studio itself is attractive and the staff is friendly and helpful. And, we have met some wonderful new people.   One Yoga is an valuable addition to our lives.

Trinity Fitness Colorado Springs

Trinity Fitness is the best experience I've ever had at a gym. The trainers are knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and above all treat each Warrior (customer) with the love of Christ.

It is far more affordable than any other Metcon/CrossFit gym in town.

I highly recommend Trinity Fitness to anyone who can fit it into their schedule

I moved into the area last year and started trying new workout places right away -- Trinity was one of the first places I visited. The coach and gym members were welcoming and supportive throughout the Battle class. I have never had the pleasure of finding a gym with some more substance behind the workout (Bible verses and spiritual contemplation / open discourse) before Trinity. I think it is an excellent supplement to physical wellbeing, and I would highly recommend.

I started a month ago and I’m loving it already. Perfect for people looking for full body workout. Every week targets a mix of strength training, cardio, gymnastics etc. Every day is different with wide varieties and variations of workouts. Trainers are very attentive(so far I have met Jason Krause & Mary Romero and you guys are awesome). Very friendly atmosphere where everybody is trying to encourage each other to achieve the goals. Most of them are working out here since the facility opened(more than 6 years if I’m not mistaken) and that shows how good the place is. You don’t keep going to a place that doesn’t interests you, do you? Well, I have found the right place now and the journey continues.

One of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. The people are so friendly and kind. The trainers encourage you in a healthy way.  Although I cant make it as much as I would like when I do get a chance to go I am never disappointed. With one free week there is no reason not to try them out.

I was spending over $70 a month at Palm Beach Tan for red light therapy. Guess what? Planet Fitness provides it free with their premium membership! Their "Beauty Angel" stand up booths are fabulous. Cigna Medicare Advantage totally pays for my entire membership so now I get a gym & red light free. Hydromassage chairs and beds are also included so PF offers a lot of bang for the buck.
The entire space is immaculate, smells great and Daniel, the new manager is a welcome change. Antoinette is my favorite staff member, she's personable, kind and efficient. I'm exceedingly happy to be a PF member.

Overall a very good gym. Good price and plenty of equipment to choose from. But they have had two rowing machines that aren’t working properly for over two years which is frustrating. Could you please fix the rowing machines??

Just joined Planet Fitness and Daniel was probably one of the coolest, most professional dudes I’ve interacted with in a long time. 10/10 experience and I’m looking forward to running into him more and having great workouts!

Worst gym ever. Second time this month they have decided to not open. It’s 8:20am, were supposed to open at 6am. Parking lot full of people waiting to get in and there’s no employees here, no sign on the door or anything. Second time this has happened this month. Clearly Planet Fitness does not respect their members if they are not willing to abide by their hours of operation. Canceling membership immediately and joining Chuze up the street.

PickUp USA Fitness Greenwood Village

The Best Gym ive been to ever with 2 full courts and a workout area. Had to stop by to run some games full court. My guy Will helped me out and made sure i had a good experience in the gym. Didnt come to work out but they have equipment to train and workout for hoopers. There is a vending machine and a bathroom with a water fountain. Check out their tournaments and leagues i heard you can get a trophy 🏆 and a ring 💍. 🖐🏾⭐️ 5 Star Visit Thanks To Will ✊🏾 Black Owned Business ✊🏾

This is a beautiful facility and a great setup! I wish we had one of these when I was younger! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall setup. I’m eager to see how my son does here with the training and pickup games.

After 2 knee replacements, 1 hip replacement, 1 shoulder repair and 2 back injections I assumed I would never be flexible or move easily again.  After only 2 visits to StretchLab with Max I have no doubt that I can get ME back.  Max in amazing, caring and kind.  Katie welcomes me like she has known me forever and is so sweet. I am blessed to have begun working with Mark @ StretchLab Castle Rock back in May.  He listened to my goals and put together a plan to keep me consistently on the path to achieving them.  Moreover, Mark has effectively addressed a few (minor) injuries along the way.  I am performing at levels that I conjectured were purely aspirational prior to StretchLab.

Mark is absolutely fantastic as are other team members that I have been fortunate enough to work with as well (e.g. Nick).

If you have fitness goals and believe flexibility will improve your chances to achieve them, StretchLab is an option you should try.  There is only so much one can do by stretching on your own.  Furthermore, Mark and the team are trained in nuances of flexibility and stretches that are well beyond my knowledge.

It takes a team!  Thank you Mark and StretchLab.

I have been doing it for 60 days seeing improvement from each visit. Mark does a great job and works on the  needed areas.

Wished I could say the same for their receptionist on  updating on appointments and account status.

Before I tried Stretch Lab I was skeptical that it would work for me. Fast forward 1.5 years later, I look forward to my weekly appointments and feel so much better.

Dyne is so knowledgeable and has helped me gain flexibility that I thought I would never experience again.

Hands down best experience! I was nervous at first, because I’ve never been stretched before. But Alysa was super amazing with making me feel comfortable. She worked on my shoulders and neck. I walked out feeling amazing. Thank you Alysa!

I love this class!!! It’s small and intimate, you don’t feel pressured by judgement at all. Everyone is so friendly and the instructor makes the class so much fun and inclusive! If you need any modifications she’s there to help and assist. I’ve been looking for a smaller workout class to join where I feel comfortable and this is definitely the one. Huge shout out to Alyssa, the instructor, for making any workout seem enjoyable and doable. You’re the best!

I’ve been taking classes with Alyssa for over a year and I love her!  She offers strength training and barre during the week and piloxing on Saturdays.  I’m over 40 and not in the best shape but she modifies all the exercises and I never feel less then because I have to modify.  She offers such a great community through her classes and is always available to help me through my fitness journey. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Lone Tree

Amazing staff led by Mr. Johnson. They work so great with my son and have incredible patience. My 5 year old son is learning discipline, listening skills, how to focus, on top of learning martial arts. Thank you so much to the entire team at Tiger Rock Lone Tree.

My boys have been attending Tiger Rock since May of this year and they absolutely love it!  I have been so pleased with the classes and instructors, who are enthusiastic and incredibly dedicated!  My boys are excited to go to class every time and we love that they are learning discipline, respect and self-confidence.  They are getting a workout both for their bodies and minds!  I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in marital arts, whether adults or children.  Mr. Asay has created an amazing community and works really hard to continue to grow the studio and to help each student improve their practice.  This place rocks!

As a parent, the most amazing part about Tiger Rock is the difference it has made in my son's life. The instructors have helped him to learn focus and confidence, and the pay-off from this is undeniable. I was unsure, before coming to Tiger Rock, whether martial arts would be good for him. I can now say that bringing him here has been one of the best decisions I could have made for him. I am grateful to Mr. Johnson, Mr. Asay, and Mr. Downing for everything they've done for him!

My daughter has been attending Tiger Rock of Lone Tree for a year now. She started out as a cub and has just graduated to the junior class. She love Mr Asay and the way he teaches the class. Mr Asay is very professional and know his martial art. He has a very special way of teaching the classes and he connects with the kids. You can see enthusiasm in which every child comes to class with. They are always ready and eager to learn from the "Best"!

Tiger Rock is such an amazing place! A community full of leaders is being created here! Both my son and daughter go here and love Mr. Asay.  My daughter has developed such courage and strength. My son continues to demonstrate advancement and leadership. We are so lucky Mr. Asay chose Lone Tree as home for this awesome martial arts facility. He is so great with the kids and instills responsibility and accountability in his students.
