Elizabeth was so amazing, I had a hard time with the payment and the app and she stayed beside me until I could fix everything. Amazing place that treats customers as their own family. I will be eating here more because of her and her staff!!!! Thank you for an amazing lunch!!!
Edit: came in today to another great meal from Wendy and the crew. Had a chance to try the new sauces!!! Both amazing but that mombo omg!!!!

Marissa was top-notch and attentive, while waiting on fresh apple pies to get done she was just very nice on updates and made sure nothing else was made and just sitting there waiting on something, so everything was hot and fresh. Great insight and common sense on timing.

To Loraine (That's the name one staff member eventually provided when we asked multiple times who the GM is at this location):  Incredibly rude staff with the exception of the male employee with a beard in the drive-thru.  He should be in management,  and your female "supervisor" working dayshift on 09-03-23, would be better suited to be working in a backroom somewhere, not interacting with the public if what we witnessed is her normal demeanor.  This is why people working in the restaurant business should all wait tables first. When your income comes from tips, you clearly learn how and how not to treat the public.  This employee truly needs to be educated about what customer service is and how their arrogance will always fail you and reveal your flaws.  Please consider putting someone more qualified and more deserving of these positions into these roles.  We were regular customers and due to her treatment of us, we will not return again. She has an attitude that obviously has not been properly addressed and in time we are confident she will see too how this certainly does not do herself any favors.   It is off-putting and sadly, customer service is not what it should be these days.  We will gladly spend our money elsewhere, with far more respectful and professional parties.  Your employee refused to provide her manager's name when asked,  which is also highly inappropriate.  Everyone has a boss and if someone is refusing to provide that information, perhaps that should be your first clue that you know you're not treating the public right.  Please consider promoting the male employee mentioned earlier, he clearly demonstrates quality, kindness, and class...unfortunately a stark contrast to what we received from your so called "supervisor". Very disappointing and definitely won't be returning as a result.  Better training is desperately needed if you want to keep customers. Not impressed with this location...lose the attitude and be grateful to have a job.  I would never tolerate this behavior from my staff.

I'm visiting from Houston, Texas, and I can't believe this store. I've never seen anything like it. From top to bottom, side to side, this store offers the best of anything and everything from the best clothing, hunting and fishing gear, sporting goods for every sport known to man. Guns, ammo, and even has a home decor section. This is a one-stop shop, and all layed out incredibly well. Additionally, the service you receive here is top-notch. It seemed as if the employees actually want to be at work and are all very well educated on the merchandise they sell. I bought a pair of shoes and received the best service from one of your associates, Devon. He is a great young man and very helpful. I even ended up buying a complete outfit as well before I was done. Please build one of these stores in Houston! Thank you for the service and selection. I will most definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Whoa! This place is incredible. It’s worth a visit even if you don’t need to buy anything. That said their selection of items is excellent in the departments I’m familiar with and found some ammo and a pocket knife I couldn’t find at other stores.

What a fun shopping experience! I didn’t expect to find everything I was looking for under one roof. Ferries wheel and aquarium were a cool bonus!

One hell of a sporting goods store!!! It’s huge.
It has everything you can think of plus more!! It has a candy shop, has all the brands for sporting goods, huge fish tank & has a ferris wheel inside of it! Food you ask? Cafe inside as well.. Prices are fair and reasonable! This place can take you hours to get through if you haven’t been in. Employees are usually pretty helpful and know where almost every little item is. Registers are easy, quick and well painless except for whatever you buy lol. I will definitely be returning for all our sporting needs! I absolutely love this place.

First and foremost I would like to thank Shayd Dalen for his great customer service skills. He greeted myself and my wife and did not hesitate to assist us with our shopping. He took the time and initiative to help us find what we were looking for. His positive attitude made us feel welcomed and important. Big shout out and thank you to the employees at the Colorado Spring Scheels for being friendly and helpful. The a store is beautiful and the best part of the store is the Denver Broncos section!

Big O Tires

Took my brand new never been serviced as it only has 5,900 miles on it 2023 Tesla MYLR with the premium 20” Gemini rims here for my first and simple tire rotation. Not sure what they used to take the caps off but looks like they pried them off with a screw driver and scratched and chipped the paint off my rims. This is flat out gross negligence. And of course I’m positive nothing can or will be done about this. But hey at least it is as free right.

Set an appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I went to lunch near by and came back 55 minutes later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. I asked how much longer they would be, I was told another 45 minutes. I asked what was the point of setting an appointment if they weren't going to honor it, and was told "I'm not sure." I asked what they had been doing for the last 55 minutes, and was told "I don't know." I canceled the oil change and asked for them to return my car to me. No explanation or apology was offered. I will find somewhere else to work on my car that actually values my time.

When I needed tires same day (and on a snow day nevertheless) they were able to get me in, for a price in my budget, and taken care of. The lobby was clean, and client interactions from the whole team seemed pleasant with everyone I saw. Will was super courteous and straightforward. They made recommendations on my car’s needs but I never felt like I was just being up-charged. I don’t even live near this location (an hour away) but this will continue to be my go-to for tires and alignment.

On my way home from work. One of my front tires blew. William and his team at Big O Tires took care of me with no hesitation. I recommend this location to anybody in the Frederick area.

Took my camper trailer and Mathew W. did a fantastic job getting me back on the road, highly recommend.

Ace Hardware of Firestone

If it were possible I would have put no star at all. Tried using a voucher for $150 off and I had to go back twice to get the price right and then went home and before even opening my product I did the math and saw that even still I was paying $50 more then I should have been. So beyond frustrated with the situation I decide to return everything and get my money back. Boy oh boy what an experience there too 😤 went in went to the register and they refunded me went to my car did the math with all the receipts to make sure I got everything back… for the second time nope I had to go in again and get the rest of the money that they didn’t refund. I’ve never had issues with Ace this is really sad. If you are looking for equipment don’t come here. I’m not saying don’t go to Ace I’m simply saying don’t come to this one. They are thief’s. And the workers seem friendly enough at first but once you come back trying to fix and issue you see their true colors. This was a very disappointing experience.

I don't know how much training is required or given to the employees here at the Ace hardware here in Firestone but every employee that I ask what isle a certain product is in they don't just say isle 7 or whatever, they will walk me right to the product and show me the differences available, Now thats training and super knowledgeable staff, as usual, thank you all again, your great !!

Always a fan of Ace Hardware. Typically this location has had any and everything I've needed since buying our home here in town and the staff are all super friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Needed metal screws they to me straight to them 5 minutes I was happy and out the door.

Always exceeds my expectations. Finding everything you need and helpful associates always nearby.

The UPS Store

We’ve had UPS mailboxes in three states over 20 years, and the Firestone Store is the best! It’s exceptional in every way. The office is clean and spacious. Packaging and distribution areas are well organized and don’t block the counter or mailboxes (sometimes a problem in other stores). We can pick up our mail and packages easily. And we especially appreciate Laxmi, Ajay and their staff—all hard-working, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m sold! Recently, I had a lot going on at one time. My mailbox is with UPS Firestone and they were extremely helpful in walking me through the mess I’d created for myself with outside vendors. Laxmi and Ajay were courteous and patient at all times. It all turned out great.

$3 surcharge to “click a button on the computer” to open a document (to print).

It’s good for prepaid Amazon packages, but be prepared to be “nickel and dollared” for anything else.

And they’d rather have a bad review than comp an undisclosed charge.

I understand that these franchisees need to mark up shipping to make a profit - however, charging 7 times the cost of making your own label online is absurd. They tried to charge me $35 to ground ship a cd box within the state of Colorado. USPS charged me $4.75. I will strictly be using this location as a drop-off, as I do not enjoy burning money.

This was a nice store with a friendly staff. It was clean and spacious and everything was straight forward.

I typically choose not to return Amazon purchases at this UPS store but I gave them one more shot. When I click on UPS return I am given the free return option thats says DOES NOT need a label or package, but UPS always charges for packaging despite the return description. I even showed proof there doesn't need to be label or package provided but that didn't change anything. Very poor customer service.

Ok, I use this UPS store a lot. Don’t have a problem usually. Did an Amazon return today. It needed a box supplied by me. Ok no problem I’ll buy one from the UPS store. They wanted 22 dollars!!! For a medium size box!!! WTH. Drive down the street to Walmart. Large box, $1.88 roll of tape $3.00. There is zero reason for a box, just the box. To cost 22 dollars!! Sorry UPS but that was a fail. I was prepared to even pay you 5 bucks for the box. But I’ll BYOB next time.

Clerk 27733 and Josiah (if different), saved my package!! I’d forgotten to put UP arrows and Fragile in the package, and Josiah found my pkg and helped me with that, just in time!! Clerk 27733 was extremely helpful in me deciding which option to choose! Thanks to them, my pkg got sent just RIGHT!!! Thank you!!!

Thornton Ace Hardware

Purchase a new chainsaw and nobody in the store can help me with it not starting. They will not accept it under return. They won't even exchange it for one that does run. Store policy is for them to send it in & have their chainsaw technician, look at it another day. Keep in mind, I purchased the chainsaw took it home, filled it with fuel and oil and spent an hour trying to start it. I wouldn't suggest purchasing power tools from Ace Hardware. Even expensive ones because they don't do returns even if the product is faulty and doesn't work *brand new. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this place until this day and it's very disappointing.

*Update: The store manager corrected the issue and made things right. It was frustrating and unnecessary but in the end everything worked out. Better communication and verifying the chainsaw works as advertised *before purchasing is the right way to go. I will continue to be customer going forward.

Update: I was able to return the item. Associates were friendly and issue was resolved.
Be careful what you purchase here due to their "return" policy. Was not allowed to return unopened wood stain straight off their shelf, with receipt from the day before,  because they have "no way of knowing if it was used or not" Seems unfair to customers and is an individual policy of this location. I’ll drive farther to another hardware store unless I’m desperate from now on.

Give Ed a raise. I should have wrote this review months ago. I have got to the point of being on a first-name-basis with this man (even my 5 year old son!) and he has given me help with anything I have asked well beyond any other store of any kind in the past. Context: back in May I took on the task of growing a lawn from seed with what was previously a plot of dirt and weeds. I somewhat knew what I was doing going into it, but he provided insight every step of the way and I now have a full lawn that I get compliments from my neighbors on frequently. I have come to him with a list of questions every time I visit this store and not once have I left without every question answered thoroughly. The customer service I have received from him is unmatched. I'm not typically one to go out of my way to write reviews, but hopefully management will catch wind of this post and give him the credit he deserves.

I would get this place zero stars or at best a  half a star. I bought an assortment of sockets in a box that was busted up.
I asked Destiny is this returnable she said “ yes”, just keep the receipt.
I buy them and head home, I got a phone call saying we don’t need them. I turn around I take it back., I’m gone 10 minutes, 10 minutes max And Mackinzie, the assistant manager says these are very used sir!
I said they were used by somebody else before me because I didn’t even open the box. She calls Destiny back up to the counter and she says “ that’s the way the box was when he bought it  Mackinzie says”I don’t even know if I should return it. I said well “when I bought them, I was told they were returnable “ well the best I can do is give you store credit
No wonder this store has such a poor rating, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here take the extra couple minutes and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. I would never have the service of those stores.

Beware of under-filled Blue Rhino propane tanks. They charge full price for them. And have no problem doing so.

Don't come here. Brought my Jeep in knowing what it needed already. They call me saying they can't do the alignment because of this. (Look at the picture )Now I know damn well this was not like this when I brought it into them. If the rookie knew what the hell he was doing he should have loosed the bolt first. I can tell they used a monkey wrench on it, those are fresh marks. But they want to be dishonest and can't be upfront about the damage they caused. Never again will I do business with these guys.

I had some warranty issues and it was absolutely very easy to get this handled.  They checked my alignment and made sure my car was safe to drive.  Everyone was very friendly and always communicated status updates to me.  I knew ahead of time what needed to be done and had no surprises at the end

Went into this location hoping for a quick fix. Both of my headlights were not working and I thought I had a blown fuse. Turned out both lights were just bad.
Tom was very helpful and made sure I was was taken care of timely. Saved a ton of money due to the simplicity of the issue and was in and out within an hour. Thank you Tom for your great customer service!

Great location, I have never had a negative experience here. I have in the past purchased tires, fixed flats and had recommendations for work to be done but I have never been pushed to do anything I didn’t want to. I will always come here for the great service and prices.

Angel was awesome!!  I drove to Big O Tires and presented without an appointment, expressing concern about a slow leak in one of my tires.  He greeted me with kindness and concern.  He did a safety check of all my tires.  He taught me where complete tire info is posted on my car.  He had his service staff repair my tire.  All of this was done free of charge.  I highly recommend this Big O Tire store for great customer service!!!  Thanks, Angel.

Cocoon Yoga Lab

I haven’t taken a class in studio yet but have done two sound baths with the owner. Each one was energy shifting and such a powerful experience. We went to one at The Momentary and their most recent one held in the cave at War Eagle. If you have a chance or are in town and can get in to work with any of the people that are here I guarantee you’ll have a great time.

Due to the current pandemic, Cocoon Yoga Lab has moved to online virtual classes. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this format. They have high quality videos and the teachers still bring amazing energy that radiates through the screen and allows me to fully immerse myself in the practice. They still offer modifications and cues to help me flow and encourage me to listen to my body. I’ve been able to completely bring the love I found for yoga at Cocoon into my home which has helped me stay grounded, present, and show gratitude for all things good in my life and within me. So thankful for them making this seamless transition in these unpredictable times.

Cocoon Yoga Lab is my greatest discovery since moving to NWA! The owner, Tammy, has created such a welcoming environment filled with amazing energy, wonderful teachers and such a wide variety of classes for beginners and beyond. My favorites are stand-up paddle board yoga in the summer and aerial yoga all year round to fulfill my adventurous side and calming sound baths to center myself! If you haven’t checked them out yet, you really should!!

This studio is so important to me in so many ways and has been a huge part of my life since I returned to NWA. This is a space and a community of people I absolutely adore. There is no other place like it. From aerial classes to SUP classes and all the unique experiences and workshops offered, absolutely everything top notch. This is the perfect place for anyone new to NWA or yoga to find something they love. I’ve been a member since early 2020 and will continue as long as I am in NWA - couldn’t live without it!

Perhaps because it is so playful and fun, I love going upside down (aerial and feet up), especially with the amazing staff at Cocoon Yoga Lab. I love everything about this place. It’s warm, welcoming, and—-didn’t I already mention this—-fun! And some of the best yin classes I’ve ever experienced! Tammy Mores is an exceptional woman owner whose attention to detail is second to none! Do yourself a favor and try it out!

SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet

Huge shout out to the manager at this location. I had some issues with my kids’ shoes. She not only fixed the problem but really took the time to educate me on shoe fit/wear/etc. and she did it all with a good attitude, which is so hard to find in retail these days. Thanks to her, we’ll be returning next year (or sooner!) for our shoe needs!  Great job!!

My wife and I were shopping at this store the other day and were having a little bit a trouble finding something specific, when a couple of the employees in the store helped us out. One was the store manager, Colleen and the other was Alexis.

My wife needed a specific set of shoes for a new dress and her choices were limited. Colleen really helped her out by pointing out a pair that matched the dress nicely. For myself, I am am a bit disabled and Alexis was able to help me out while my wife was hunting for her shoes. We were able to find a pair for myself.

Today, I went to the Skechers factory outlet in Colorado Springs, and had a most positive experience. All of the staff were very very friendly and quite helpful. I am visiting Colorado Springs from Massachusetts, and it was a pleasure to walk in a store, where it was so enjoyable, and such a pleasant time. I would recommend this store to anyone without hesitation!

I exchanged a pair of Sketchers Slip Ins that I ordered on line. They were a bit too big. The gentleman who helped me was great! The store itself is very well stocked. I should have gone here instead of ordering on line. I highly recommend this Sketchers Outlet Store
