AT&T Store

I’ve used this store and service for over 6 years and they are always so helpful. They have very nice employees and care about their customers. I don’t see myself switching from AT&T anytime soon.

Overall had an AMAZING experience and felt very comfortable and welcomed in the store got exactly what I needed and wanted and at the price needed for me! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!

My phone is under warranty and the new young manager tried warranty my phone out with the same phone for 36 months. That’s not how that works needlessly to say they didn’t fix my phone.. 36 months 28.oo a month when mine is the same phone.. and not damaged in any form.

First, the guy who works there is very good at what he does.

He would have to be, because he's the only person there. It took me all day to catch him without a line of other customers.

I would suggest trying to get there first thing in the morning or just after he gets back from lunch.

The good news is that my phone signal is a whole lot better than it was with Verizon.

The bad news is that they automatically signed me up for their "Protection Plan," which I did not request and I do not want, and it appears to be almost impossible to cancel it.

So if you decide to go with AT&T, be aware that they are going to try to charge you $17/month for each phone or other device for this insurance plan which is practically worthless as far as I can see.

Batteries Plus

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought 6 of the most expensive golf cart batteries they have and was told that if anything happens they would replace it. I have had all 6 less than a year and 1 of the 6 batteries was bad. One of the Terminals melted and they try to put the blame on the customer. As you can see in the photos there is nothing that is touching any of the terminals that would make ANYTHING
“Arc”.They sold me a faulty battery and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTIES!!! Called customer service and still getting the run around. Nick the Manager is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and NEEDS A HUGE LESSON IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS WELL AS A REVIEW OF WHAT THE WARRANTY POLICY IS AND NOT TRYING TO CHANGE IT TO FIT WHAT HE WANTS. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!

I purchased a battery for my Dodge truck. The price was lower than Walmart and the Auto Parts Stores. I ordered it online, and picked it up in the store the next day.

Brittany was so helpful! She fixed my shattered screen in 30 minutes and put a new protective cover on for me.

Went to store with Samsung phone that would not charge. Just recently put in a new battery bought from Amazon..which was a dud. Nicholas was extremely helpful and gave 100% customer service with a great desire to help and inform. He replaced battery with  a real Samsung battery and phone charged fine! No charge for inspection to locate problem and testing battery!

I could not get my phone to turn on. I took it to AT&T and Best Buy. Both told me that my phone was done for. Then I took it to Batteries and Britney worked her magic and had it turned on in minutes. I was almost crying. The phone had 10 years worth of pictures that had not been backed up to anything. She got it going and I just need everyone to know that she is an angel.

Thompson's Ace Hardware

Just a store with everything I need and more! The rewards program is legit! Staff there are incredible and can tell you right off the top of their heads where any item is, and they will walk you there if needed. Easy returns, a nice selection of arms and ammo. Get your fishing and hunting license fast. And, there are many odds and ends on special outside on the sidewalk. It's a home store. They treat you like you're the only thing that matters on your visit. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs something they can't find elsewhere. As a matter of fact, I always go here first when I'm looking for something that I need. Damn store, it looks small, but it's huge!

It’s a trap!  🙃 They call this place a hardware store, but they have so much cool stuff you’ll be lucky to get out of there without buying something besides hardware.  Love this store.  The service is fantastic and the selection is unmatched by any other hardware store I’ve been in.  Highly recommend.

Granted, I have lived in the Northeast for a while, and I had nearly forgotten the elements of Southern Hospitality, but I grew up in the South and I KNOW  a friendly, fully-stocked hardware store from others that are not so great. Thompson’s Ace Hardware has all of the hardware and tools that most of us will ever need—and many items that are way beyond the exotic. They even have a roll-along-the-ground pecan gatherer. In addition, this Ace has a fabulous selection of Yeti cups and coolers, and you will be stunned by the Green Egg Grills and tools.

Having recently moved back to the South, I was also delighted by this store’s huge selection off Carhart and other hunting gear, and every time that I pass Thompson’s Ace Hardware, my mouth waters for one of their pre-built greenhouses.

I love most hardware stores, but Thompson’s  Ace Hardware stands above many.

Thompson's is a great small town hardware store, like they all used to be. You can get *any* (and I emphasize any) size of screw or bolt you could ever need, plus stuff like Food Canning, BBQ, guns and ammo, and paint. They also have a UPS drop off, which is one of the only places to do this in Harrison. The folks are always helpful and friendly, and it's easy to get in and out. Great store.

Gabby helped us with all our questions and we got our new phone. She also made suggestions that saved us money. She even helped my husband with some issues he had in his settings. She was very pleasant and sweet we left happy customers.

The associate who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We came in with several things needing done and she handled it all with ease and a positive attitude. We've never had a bad experience at this store.

I would like to recognize Ashley at this location.  I had to replace my phone a few weeks ago and lost a lot of information that could not be transferred to my new phone. This was my third visit and I was very lucky to have her. I explained my concerns. She listened and said no problem we can fix that and she most certainly did so!! Ashley was caring, professional and knows her stuff!! Ask for Ashley!!

Rep could not figure out how to change my password.  She was more interested in pushing a sale to either upgrade or to sell insurance. She told me to come home and try to do it on my laptop. She did not bother trying to see if another rep may know how to fix it. I will not go back to that store. Ive been with AT&T for 20+ years and Im thinking about changing carriers as by this rep she was more concerned about selling something instead of helping me keep my information safe!

Gabriella was very competent and helpful. Literally was able to cut our bill in half, plus get us 2 new awesome phones. Better results than we expected. We thought about moving to another carrier before she helped us. She kept our business with AT&T. She made us very happy.

RNR in Fort Smith is awesome! Express is aptly in their name; their team works seamlessly & with a sense of urgency, which is refreshing. The staff was very nice and helpful. They thoroughly answered our questions and covered any concerns we had! While we waited for our vehicle one of the ladies there even entertained my kids. They loved helping her decorate the shops Christmas tree. Would definitely recommend them for any of your wheel and tire needs.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Worked very hard to get me the best price they could. Had my truck in and out in just at one hour.

My wife's acura front ball joint broke , and they were there with a tow truck within 10 minutes from calling them. Happened right before Thanksgiving and repaired it sooner than expected. Customer service was great and honest.The cost was very low and I would strongly recommend them to anyone

great place to work and good staff here. always dependable and always making sure everything is delivered on time everytime. i drove for them for 3 months and it was great i have no complaints. they make sure its a roof load and not ground drops which is always appreciated.

Cannot say enough good things about EVERYONE there and their service.

Do not even stock Hot Tar products to start with. Or a simple thing like Wet Patch yet this is a ABC Wow am shocked is as a Roofers we all should...

Convenient location but sometimes their machines can be very slow. Like, slower than slow. Overall it’s safe neighborhood and decent inside so I will go here but if not in a hurry I’ll go down the road a bit to Casey’s- plus, more variety in gas at Casey’s.

Thieves! They stole my card info and charged my card for $120. Even if i bought a full tank of gas $60, a pop $2, and a bottle of Titos $20, my bill would never have been that high. Working with police and my bank to bring charges.

How to begin, I have no idea who is running this place anymore but that older lady in the am with the short hair and glasses is rude as rude can be. No patience, no idea what customer service means & etc. I can’t believe she is still there and no one else has complained about her yet or if they have why(?)is she still there. Heavy set lady begs for change and shots and seems to be whacked out all the time. The ladies who do chicken are NEVER clean looking and the chicken taste/smells like it’s been sitting out all day. The tall skinny man is a joke he plays several different roles to whoever he is talking to and then turns around and complains about that person after they leave heard him many times. Older lady with long hair seems pretty nice she’s just short on patience sometimes. Lady with short black hair, lady with bun and the big built guy are super nice. You always see those 3 go the extra effort for us. I’ve been secretly shopping here for 5.5 months now to get a good review and not a happy with my findings. If their was enough space write my full review I would be glad to. The mean(understatement)older lady and the chicken ruined it big time personally. The only reason I keep going if I absolutely must is the two lovely ladies and the big built guy. I always hope they are working if I have to stop their. Store in a whole itself is falling apart, bathrooms are halfway decent but have been nasty a lot lately, store + not handicapped accessible at all. This place is a joke minus a few good people. Gas pumps are slow and cc machines work 30% of the time outside and you can’t read the screen. They charge you a buck for a cheap mask, if you don’t have one you get yelled at like screened at once by this tall lady with long hair. I was completely shocked she was allowed to act like that as an employee. Prices keep getting higher and they are already high priced enough almost double other places. If you can stay away. I used to frequent their quite a bit before I decided to take this task of a review and the changes going on are not for the better and clearly visible. Time to change for the good. Sometimes no change is not a bad thing. Your changing the wrong things. Fix the store, fix the chicken (fresh), fix the pumps, fix the bad employees, then people would come back.

The gas nozzle was was busted and did not shut off while i was filling up my car and by the time I looked up and saw gas pouring our if my car charged me $58 for gas that poured all over the ground and then then girl working told me they can't refund me. This is not right it only takes $37 to fill up my car. I will never fill up my car here again and I have been a customer for over a year.

The Purple Cow

Always worth stopping by!  The best ice cream!!!  Has beef jerky and all of the butcher shop goodies that anyone could want!!  So so so good!!  A must stop on any of your trips through the area!!!

Everything in the store is high quality and flavorful. Great place to buy gifts of small batch sauces, pickles,canned,bottled,fresh  and frozen foods including lots of bacon types. The purple cow also sells great homemade ice cream by the cone ,bowl, quart. Very fun place to stop!

Visiting from California into this place selling beef sticks w/tomato  and black cherry ice cream was too good to be true. Foremost- the sweetest staff there! I eat ice cream maybe 5 times a year or less. …. And this black cherry 🍒 was the creamiest n dreamiest ice cream with extra large cherries. It was delicious and a large scoop!
The beef sticks were very tasty, and I plan to go here on each visit.I have to watch my cholesterol and the nutrition count mattered to me at my age. We ate these for days while fishing.
Other goods : frozen meats of various kinds and frozen pizza.
I can imagine how good they must be.
Some good tasting interesting retro  cornflake candy bars too !

Walmart Supercenter

The cash register price is most of the time higher than the price on the shelf. Everytime I go now I have to take photos of the price just to know how much it is since it's a different price at the cash register. Recently I bought these items and when I got to the register they were a higher price and I forgot about the photos I took because I was in a hurry. I am not sure why Walmart overcharges people and no one works there seem to care. I always have to show them the photos to lower the price.

Employees are helpful & friendly. The fact that they never have a register open is absolutely ridiculous.
Who wants to use self-checkout with no counter space for a cart full of groceries it's confusing and not right!

What does it say at the bottom of every receipt?
"Low prices that you can trust" not anymore! Watch prices as they slowly rise.

This particular Wal Mart is always clean and organized. As I'm sure everyone says...I wish there were more cashier's at busy times.  I don't work there so I hate doing self checkout. Service desk employees are awesome. Cashier's could use proper training or refresher training sometimes but most of them are also on point. Overall this Wal Mart is ten times better than some others I have been through in life.

I waited over 45 minutes and never got my pick up order.  It’s always a 20 minute minimum wait at this store.  After 45 minutes of waiting I left and asked online to cancel the order got home and the order said it was picked up.  No one ever answered me on why I was waiting, called at least 10 times different numbers and got no answer.

Always busy/crowded, very long lines, self checkout only, rude people and employees. last time I will step inside a Walmart. Thank god for ONLINE pickup & delivery. I’d rather go to target for a much pleasant shopping experience.
