What a great find! We were looking for a specific hummingbird feeder and they had it. The owner is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about birds and told us this would be the one. Only took a few days for the birds to find us and now they’re feeding often. Fun store for bird folk. Check them out!

We stopped in on a whim. Robin was incredibly informative and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured to buy. We will definitely be back and this is now our go-to resource for anything bird related.

Beautiful store, lots of feeder options as well as feed and accessories. Perfect place for the nature enthusiast and gifts. The lady there was very nice and helpful in making our selection for hummingbird feeders and gave some good tips.

Wonderful experience.   The clerk is very knowledgeable and wants to share her love of local birds with customers.   The store is filled with delightful things.  There are beautiful Hummingbird feeders, butterfly feeders, and bird houses.  There is a selection of bird foods depending on what you are wanting to attract to your yard.  They can set you up to be a bird watcher!  I found a beautiful Hummingbird coffee mug there that I had to  bring home.

If you love birds, this shop is a Must to visit! All of the best seeds are here and great quality of product! The owner has great knowledge of birds and is an absolute beautiful soul.

Dillion assisted him in scanning my feet and giving me advice on which tennis shoes would help plantar fasciitis, Hoka Gaviota 5 and Aetrex loafers. Rocky Mountain has so many friendly people working and there sweet treats are so good, they have ice cream and now they have a pink carmal apple, so and try it, you won’t regret.

We love Rocky Mountain on the Branson landing. It's the best 10-10 👌 The caramel Apples are fresh and delicious, the truffles are Amazing! The chocolate covered strawberries are definitely my favorite. The new owners are very helpful and friendly. If you are on the landing it's a must stop. Also Make sure you try the Dr Pepper Float ice cream. 😋

Yummy place to eat . I love the truffles and they have special most of the days . I asked if they have any special they said yes so I bought 4 caramel apples for the price of three and we got amazing ice cream .

I love this Rocky Mountain. Great Customer service and The BEST Apples. Make sure you stop in and get a treat and if you have your Pet with you stop and get your Dog a Drink of water. They always have water outside for them.

Big O Tires

I've been remiss by not posting sooner. Was unhappy with the Branson Big O service. Went to Hollister Big O. TOTALLY better operation! They were professional, courteous  and fixed part of our problem. Tried hard  to rectify the rest. Finally  couldn't. Referred us to someone else.They were also wonderful. They fixed rest of problem. Will use both and recommend.

Great experience! I drove into town from NE for vacation on Wednesday morning had an issue with my tire and gave them a call. 30 minutes later my car was at the shop waiting to get worked on! They kept me updated along the way and even took a test drive with me so I could bring their attention to the noise I was hearing. Great customer service! In a matter of a few hours I was back to enjoying my vacation.

I had a really good experience at this shop on Monday. I contacted them because the tires I purchased in 2021 that had only 8000 miles on them were completely worn out. I think the tread level was 4. I had no traction on my rear set of dually tires.  They told me to come in so they can check them out which I did and they agreed to honor the warranty and replace them. I was so happy about it because they were very expensive NITTO tires. Well they changed them on Monday, without a hiccup. I strongly recommend this shop.

We called the store with 5 minutes to spare on a Saturday. They were not only willing to still take us to fix a busted hose but stayed an hour late to help fix our car to be able to drive home from vacation. Fantastic customer service and really went above and beyond to get our car drive able!

Good selection of things but way over priced especially on there rate per hour to have things worked on. Wanted to charge $450 for a leveling kit for my pickup that I can get for $200 and $500 for 2 and a half hour labor with front end alignment.

Ace Hardware

Everyone’s very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Looking forward to finding more items to add to my backyard garden this year. Great team!!

Staff is amazing. They have high quality power tools only wish they had Less expensive ones as well. They have a bit of everything a small town needs without going to a major store. Bet hardware sore I've ever been. in

The Owners/Operators of the ACE Hardware location are always extremely helpful and friendly. I use a wheelchair and the staff is always right there if I need anything and to carry my purchases out to my vehicle. I live in Victor IA now and have no issues with driving 20 miles to come here. Thank you Driscoll Family for making Hardware Store shopping s pleasant experience.

Love this store. Some items are quite pricey, however, the staff is so friendly and helpful, I Don't mind paying extra. Very clean and organized

The staff are all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their inventory is surprisingly complete for a small town hardware store. I far prefer shopping locally rather than online or at a big box hardware/lumber store.

Walmart Supercenter

When an employee yells at you for their mistake, it's beyond ridiculous. I wish I'd asked the employees name but I was actually scared. She slammed my bag of dog food in my car door after she shoved it in the back of my car in grocery pick up and then yelled that my dog food was stuck in the door! She shoved it back in and very harshly slammed my door and said now I'm done! Today, she made my elderly mother cry by calling her a fraud. This is unacceptable. All I know, is the lady who "helped" me had long reddish hair and looked to be in her mid 40's to 50's. My mother said the woman who called her a fraud and wouldn't give her her groceries had red hair. There is another woman who works in the pickup with short reddish hair who is amazing! Ive given her several 5* reviews. But with the hostile experiences increasing, something really needs to be done about these bad apples.

One of the better Walmarts in the area. It’s a big store and has a large selection of products and food. Their self-checkout section is the best I’ve ever seen in a Walmart….it probably has about 30 stations and they’re easy to use and have a large space to put your bags.
Only complaint is still the produce, it is just not very fresh but also it’s Colorado so I don’t know how much better it could be.

I am disgusted with the work ethic the Walmart staff has. This is not the first time something has happened. I was standing in the baby aisle for over 30 minutes waiting for an associate to come with keys to help me. I am tired of this. I didn't get what I needed because I was so frustrated with the employees. My fiance went to find someone to help us and told her he had to call someone on the radio who had keys. This is getting very old. I don't ever know why people's work ethic is so terrible. I would be ashamed To be working for a company like Walmart

This store, and WalMart as a whole, have become a complete joke. You can have 10 employees wondering around the self checkout area doing little to nothing, but can't put half of them on cash registers.  And when we do your job for you the system only works about half way. Give us a 10% discount or have employees actually do something helpful and productive.

Everything went good.  Found what I needed quick.  I'm disabled.  And a lot of things I couldn't reach a few things.  And customers and employees helped me.
But the self checkout kills my arms and back.   Can I get workman's comp. For being injured? Lol

McDonald's

When I go to McDonald's I'm not expecting gourmet food. However, when I go to this McDonald's I find I throw out about 25% of what I order. I am talking about rock hard biscuits or McMuffins or in this case a chicken sandwich that I can only assume got pushed to the back and sat in the warmer for hours.
If I were smarter I would check my order before I got left because this is a consistent issue.

They got the order wrong. The guy at the window had an attitude when I asked for dipping sauce and literally just walked off to do something else instead of giving it. And then I find a wad of hair on my burger :( I’m absolutely disgusted by all of it.

Came here after a whitewater rafting trip! Meal was on point with no hockups with my order!

McDonald's is on most kids' list of favorite places to grab a quick meal. This location is conveniently located in a shared spot with a convenient store. I love the shared concept. It makes it easier for customers to get what they need from both locations at the same time and use the restroom if needed.

McDonald's has become a bit pricey over the past two decades. They offer the same menu items for the most part but the cost has increased a good bit. Our fries were not hot but warm. I didn't take them back.

I asked for cups of ice and the employee accidentally rang up sodas but I caught the potential mistake before I paid. He made the adjustment and there was no charge for the cup nor the ice. Some places charge for the cup or should I say overcharge for the cup.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Been there only a couple of times when I was visiting the area. It's combined with a gas station and convenience store right off I-70. Both times there was a very good business happening, but I always found seating if I didn't want to eat on the road or just in the car. The staff was pleasant and the meals are consistent with all McDonald's locations everywhere. I definitely give it a thumb's up!

I used to work here! It's an amazing store with wonderful chocolates,  candies, coffee, caramel apples, ice cream and so much more! Even DOG TREATS! Such amazing people and the smell!! 🫠🥹🥹😋is absolutely amazing

Apples are always amazing and I would be giving a 5 star rating but customer service sucks. Every time my family & I come here all the staff seem to be having bad days and are very short worded. I just think the staff could be more friendly.

Yum. If you love chocolate, you will love it here. They have dozens and dozens of different kinds of sweet treats to choose from. The caramel apples look absolutely beautiful and delicious. The employee that helped me when I went recently was very helpful.

Ace Hardware of Estes Park

ACE came through in a pinch. I ran out of canning materials while at my parents' place, hours from my own home, so i was thrilled to find a well-stocked canning section here, even though canning season is pretty much over in Colorado.

They have a surprisingly good selection and all of the staff is really helpful/friendly.
While we usually try to support the local park supply business, Ace has more expanded hours of operation and a better selection of plumbing items as far as I can tell. Glad we have both in Estes!

Really impressed with their customer service!  ACE is a cut above all the other big box home improvement/hardware stores but this location stands out from the crowd.  Team member Tom treated us like family today during our purchase of a garden cart and even gave us a discount.  Exceptional in every regard.

Friendly, helpful staff. It's now the only place in town to go to get stuff since true value closed down.

Good assortment of items. Our water hose had a leak for our RV & we were able to get a replacement.  Staff helped us right away.
