I love the door and the installation.  Ken did an amazing job.  He was 10 minutes early and the installer left the area cleaner than when he started.  If you want a high quality security door vs a storm door with the best features I highly recommend secure-all.

Pumps and card readers are constantly broke. Staff is less than helpful. Can’t wait until the new gas station opens. Maybe the competition will give this place a much needed kick in the pants.

Not much to say, it's a gas station. Pump equipment is updated with secure card payments. The inside is clean and well stocked with typical convince store fare. Staff is friendly. My kids always beg me to go there and buy Icees.

I seem to always find Shell to have the lowest gas prices in the area and work with one of the higher quality gas stations in Erie.

Would rate a 0 if I could. Been coming here for a week and buying the same frozen drinks. Store clerk double charged me on my drink today. Wouldn't make a price change since this wasnt the first time I had purchased these and had been being charged wrong before. Instead started to argue with me and told me it wasnt his fault he wasnt the one who was miss charging me last week. Horrible customer service

Big O Tires

The entire staff was amazing! I went in to have my brakes checked and they were able to replace them same day, and even made the time to do a state inspection as well. I'm a busy working mom, and the fact that I didn't have to come back or take more time off work was so appreciated! Services and fees were explained well, and they were extremely friendly. I've never worked with a service shop that inspired me to write a review, but this one did! A huge thank you to you guys!

Amazing service, I showed up late on a Wednesday, they had my car done by Thursday, Brakes, Rotors and Calipers. Got all of the parts in, and I was ready to go, Todd was amazing, I didn't get the mechanics name, but he was also amazing, will be coming here for all of my vehicle needs in the future! (Not to mwntion they offered to deliver my car because I was on laughing gas) if possible it would be 6 stars.

Went in for an inspection. According to them, it wouldn't pass inspection because of 3rd brake light being out, even though the other two brake lights worked. Wanted to charge me $235 to replace light. I said no, went home and looked up the $27 light on Amazon, replaced myself very easily without any tools. Then found out in Missouri as long as two brake lights were working the third light didn't matter. Went back and finished inspection, since I already paid for that. Will not go back to this store for anything else.

Horrible experience at this Big O tires location. To start this off I have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge but i just didn't have my tools with me on vacation. I also never write reviews but after my experience i feel the need to warn others before they're scammed They essentially scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I had purchased a truck(2016 chevy 3500 140k mi) while in town for Thanksgiving and it had some steering problems (slop and looseness in the wheel)and needed a couple of ball joints replaced as well as a set of tires. The problems  were severe enough that I didn't feel comfortable back home a couple of states over. They had told me that they could get the truck in the day after I called them to look it over and give me a list of repairs. I took dropped the truck off to them and they called me and told me the list of repairs that were needed to FIX my steering problems and that I also needed a SINGLE battery as well as the estimated time to fix it. The repairs they convinced me that I needed for the steering problems were ball joints, pitman arm and a idler arm. I should have known when they told me that i needed a single battery, to which i had asked doesnt it have 2 and they told me no that it only has one battery, that their mechanical knowledge was subpar due to the fact that pretty much all 1 ton diesel trucks have 2 batteries(I had not looked onder the hood of the truck since purchasing it). In no way did I tell them they only had X amount of time to fix it. I can't wait for the discrediting response littered with excuses they'll respond with. After the "repairs to fix the steering were done" I picked the truck up. Their mechanic told me the the play in the steering "was a lot less than before " to which I had responed "I paid thousands to have a problem fixed not better than before" . He had reiterated what work had been done and that he had tightened up the rack. He tightened it alright,  so much so that the gears were binding on the ride while still having about 3/4 of an inch of play each way. It was soo sketchy to drive that my wife didn't feel comfortable even riding in the truck...
Over the ride home the steering binding slowly subsided(gears in rack wearing out from being overtight and binding aka damage caused by their mechanic) and now the steering has even more play in it than before Big O had touched it about an inch and a half each way.
I took it to a local Big O here in my home state and they told me that it needed a new steering rack(additional $2800) and there was nothing that they could do about the other store essentially just throwing parts at it. So here I am thousands of dollars spent to fix a problem that is now worse.  Big O is aware that I am unhappy and has done nothing to remedy the situation. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Today, my wife's tire blew and she took it to this store while I was traveling out of town. She worked with Liberty and the store manager who were incredible.

They went way above and beyond and took extremely great care of her, providing way more than the warranty even required. Their customer service was exemplary and I cannot recommend them enough.

Hidden Lakes Ace Hardware

Cheng is an asset to Ace Hardware. He greeted us, helped us find items in Hardware, Automotive, Electrical and assisted us in picking out Command Strips for hanging our artwork. He even confirmed prices for us along the way. His friendliness and knowledgeable advice made grabbing items a breeze. We will return to this location over others because of his speed of service! Extremely satisfied with the experience he assisted us with!

Needed keys made. Super friendly, fast and professional. Asked questions about shovels and was delighted to have help getting what I needed at affordable price.

Nice little hardware store right off 72nd and Wordsworth, easy in and out with lots parking.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Was looking for replacement Schlage deadlatch parts. Can't find it on Lowes nor Homedepot, but they were in stock at Ace!!  The friendly staff help find it on shelf quickly and reasonably priced.

Although they don't have the GE Silicone Glue I was looking for, the staff is sweet and nice, and try his best to help me search it. Even we can not find it anywhere, I still really appreciated his help.

What I like about ace is that they have employees that know tge store, they know where things are and seem to be knowledgeable about what you need and how to do basic fixes. The employees seems to be trained properly. They don't have the selection of the home depots of the world but I still prefer ace because it's smaller and the employees are helpful.

AT&T Store

Got here at 1530, there was a sign on the door that read “Off to lunch will return at: 4:15”.
We are waiting in 100 degree heat for it to open back up. Are they under staffed or just all take their lunch at the same time. Might switch our 4 phone lines and 4 devices to something else. Crazy how Verizon right next to it is crazy busy and OPEN. I guess their business service is just as bad as their coverage and phone service. Didn’t open door until 1619.

We picked up our new phone from this store on 4/7/2023 and were told we needed to return our old phone to the store within 7 days. We returned our old phone the next day on 4/8/2023. When we asked if we needed to sign anything or receive anything noting the phone was returned, the employee said that was not needed since it was a Next Trade-in. Fast forward to September, we were charged a non-returned phone fee of over $300. They have refused to correct this issue since the employee did not provide the tracking number to the store or to us.

Every time we contact them we are directed to a different department - including Customer Support, the Loyalty Department, the Mobility Department, and many other agents.

I have been a long-time customer of AT&T and always thought I could trust the employees and trust them to do the right thing, but unfortunately this is not the case. If you have to visit this store and choose to do business with AT&T, make sure to get everything in writing and get tracking numbers for EVERYTHING even if they tell you it's not needed.

The people here are complete scammers. Went in asked for the cheapest unlimited plan everything works out great. I get no emails or anything about my account. Until I get a bill in the mail for 250 dollars the guy signed me up for a premium Business account. I can't access my account because he didn't use my email. Only thing they took was my credit card. The worst service I have ever had in my life. This store needs to be shut down. Have been back 3 times now and they can't fix my account. I WILL NEVER USE ATT EVER AGAIN.

Edit: Troy is actually a very nice and helpful dude and he did try to fix the mistakes of the dude that messed up my account. Troy please migrate stores 😂

2nd Edit: Went to the store on 120th and Washington man are the people nice and helpful crazy. They made me give att one more try please go to the one on 120th and Washington if you value your money and
your sanity.

Harbor Freight Tools

Great deals on above average tools and equipment. If your a member, you get many free items and great discounts. Being a contractor, I find them a must to save on tools.

Like all Harbor Freight locations it has lots of affordable tools. The staff knew exactly where everything was and were very friendly. Really happy to have this near by. You never know when you might need that one oddball tool.

Friday night 12/8 I got the worst service that I ever had in that store. They had two people on the floor and they were managers/ supervisors. I was hoping when since I brought in my flex shaft that somebody could help me get the right power tool. This store is usually so friendly. Why did you y’all have to be so awkward just because I had an interview with y’all over almost 2 months ago that’s how you’re going to treat me for now on? I was really nice when I came in it’s not like I had a personal grudge. For chrissakes I just wanted to buy a tool that was supposed to be a gift for Christmas from my family. Grow up! Why did I deserve that? They were so awkward and rude. You want to exhibit how much y’all care about customers and then treat me like that!? If I would’ve bought the power tool the guy told me would’ve worked I would’ve gotten hurt. Obviously a flex shaft has a hose connecting it to the wrong power tool that produces at least 20,000 RPMS it would’ve went flying off. I didn’t feel safe buying a product here. Since I had to go to Home Depot I showed the gentlemen helping me what y’all were recommending since I was curious they definitely did not recommend that. They were blown away  that was the recommendation. So I bought my power tool at Home Depot and I got the educated information that I needed. My safety and customer service mattered at Home Depot

Such a great experience in the store. The staff seems so happy. People are laughing, joking and working all at the same time. The cashiers are helpful. The manager interaction with employees and customers feels so genuine. Make you want to work there. And don't worry, manager Gary told me to apply hahahaha.

They had the exact item I needed and they were very helpful. Even helped me load my truck suns I have a broken wrist. Cudos!

Alex is an amazing general manager for this school. When you walk into the school the enthusiasm for the kids and for rock n roll and music is contagious. It is indeed the happiest place to be in a regular basis. Allison as well handles herself with such poise and kindness, she always puts families and kids first and responds to parents in a way that makes us feel that we are the most important part of the school. All concerts are so well done! All venues are selected with the adventure of the stage in mind and everything is first class even down to the timing of all shows. We are so grateful to have found this school. It has changed my sons life and our family’s life in an incredible way!

Amazing class for 5-7 year olds. I'm excited I found this class though it's farther than I'd like it's great to find teachers so excited to teach younger kids music!

The program at School of Rock Littleton is absolutely amazing and has made a huge difference in my daughter’s teenage life.  Everyone from the managers to the directors to the coordinators are great and they all really make a connection with the kids.  The opportunities for performing in real concert venues are priceless. I would recommend it to any parents of kids interested in musical performance.

Great experience. I only wish The School of Rock had been around when I was of age.  Excellent staff great and fun programs.  Keep it up!

This school is amazing! The instructors are so helpful and informative! Everyone is so full of positive energy and excitement! We enrolled our Grandson October 2021 and he absolutely loves it! He has lessons and performance,  we love going to all the concerts and enjoy it as much as he does!  If you want to learn to play an instrument and perform in front of a live audience then this is the only place you need!!!! We couldn't be happier with this school! I highly recommend them!! Check them out !!!

THIS PLACE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!
This place ripped me off. This morning  i bought 2 monster for $7 something, is what I thought. Got home and now I have an almost $10 charge and another one for $15+. When I was paying the cashier scaned a different monster when I was paying. So I asked, weren't the buy one get one free. Which he said, they are buy 2 get 1 free. So I went and got my free one, but that cashier would've never said anything. Now I need to call my bank and try to get this figured out.

The pump did not stop when my tank was full. The gas poured out all over my car and the employee would not help me at all. My car reeks of gas and I simply asked for a car wash and he refused and just said “I don’t know.”

Using the fuel rewards program, I received an e-mail for 20 cents off a gallon, to be used on the 21st of August. When I  went to this location I  was told that they do not participate and that my card does not work at their location. Well, I will not be going here ever again! It's a shame because I have been coming here for years.

Car designers should consider a delivery/taxi/uber driver seat option with a port-a-potty resivior for the recent movement towards non-existent/restricted bathroom/toilet/defecation facilities in the Denver metro area from local gas stations and restaurants.

This is, by far, THE WORST gas station in the area. Unfortunately I live close and I've been several times. Never again, even if that means pushing my car by myself 8 miles uphill in a blizzard while being attacked by bees. Thank goodness the other stations arent that far, ha. The guys who get paid to 'work' here were so disrespectful and unhelpful it brought me to tears. This is not the first time theyve been terrible and demeaning to me. Today I had money, I was polite, I downloaded the app so I could pay through the app. I needed the store number. That's it! I went in just to get that and make sure I was doing it correctly. No line, nobody in the store but me and the 2 guys who work there. 30 seconds of kindness and/or the bare minimum in customer service skills are not found at this location.

McDonald's

This used to be the McDonald's I liked. However, the most recent visit showed that the management are clueless about McDonald's menu offerings and operating procedures. Apparently, though a kiosk makes you enter a tent number, they stopped bringing the meal out, resulting in 15 minutes of a confused wait. Eventually I received my meal, but the staff made the wrong item and told me I received what I ordered, which was not the case and confirmed on both the app and the kiosk.

Ultimately, I should be making better food choices and this experience sealed the deal.

I am pregnant and came here craving fries and decided to get a burger as well. The burger tasted like dog food and had hardly anything but cheese.  Besides that, the fries I was craving were soggy and undersalted. Tasted old as dust. I will not come back for fries ever again. So much for a simple craving solution.

My pregnant wife was craving cheese burgers, I was under the impression a corporate store would have some sort of quality control instead what we got was unsalted 10-1 meat, a dry quarter pounder, and very nasty fries it's not that hard to clean the fryer vat and I'm certain it hasent been done in a while. Not to mention the nuggets where soggy, what are your timers broken. Try to justify the unreasonable price increase with some quality control. Until then my review will remain.

Alison was so kind and helpful. My young daughter was trying to place her own order (extra pickles & ketchup only) and Alison was extremely patient. She also wiped off our table and made us feel welcomed. It was fabulous customer service. We felt well cared for and valued as customers.

Food was cold and nuggets seemed stail. But the curb side pick up was great expecially with it being so cold out and the worker came out with no jacket but he was still super friendly. Got us everything we ordered, just it seemed a bit old

Excellent quality! We added roller shades to our sunroom windows. Perfect solution. Shades block the sun but we can still see out and watch the wildlife in our back yard.  Customer service and installation with Budget Blinds was outstanding, so pleased  we had them add cellular shades to our french doors. going out into the sunroom. Highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Installer was excellent. Installation was quick and we received full tech support in setting up devices and operating remote. The blinds are beautiful! They glide effortlessly. The remotes etc. are easy to operate. The blinds and installation exceeds our expectations.
