University Town Center

I attended an event they had with crafters, music, and Santa. It was a great time. The artistic ability of the vendors was amazing. I saw some really creative and unique items.
They also had a live band playing. The band and the music were great.
Santa also made an appearance, which made a lot of children really excited. He sat in his big, red sleigh and took photos.
The  lighted holiday decorations in the area were beautiful...simply amazing. Great job. I am so happy I was able to attend this function.

Super popular shopping center, come on over for a great evening shopping and dining adventure!

The restaurants are amazing, the athletic sporting shops are so cool as well as the anchor flagship stores, but their Christmas decor inside and out is something to behold. It’s what they are known for for.

There is so much natural light from the glass ceilings that you feel like you’re outside but you have the benefit of the air conditioning! This mall is beautiful, clean, and has good quality stores. They decorate beautifully for the holidays. Great restaurants too!

MarketFair

Small mall. Has good selection of restaurants

Lovely shopping experience. Beautiful holiday decorations. Wish more people would get out and enjoy the spirit of the holidays here. Inside out of the weather, but bright and festive.

I love MarketFair! It’s perfect for shopping with young children. They can play games and run around the halls without worrying too much.

Incredibly clean and spacious mall. It's not too big or overwhelming,  the size is just right. With a variety of great restaurants (no food court) including Seasons 52, Tommy's,  Bahama Breeze and other better quality fast food restaurants like The Corner Bakery, Qdoba, and Starbucks.

They have a great variety of stores that are bright clean and spacious. Great finds like the Barnes & Noble, Wax the City, Anthropology,  AMC, West Elm, & Pottery Barn to name a few. There are many bathrooms throughout the mall that are always clean and stocked. It's such a nice mall for families with small children and just about anyone  because it offers so much and it's NEVER overcrowded.  It's also a nice place to meet up for lunch with friends or after work with colleagues.  I never feel anxious or stressed out at this mall- I highly recommend visiting.

Its an okay mall. Its not as good as bridgewater, quaker bridge, or edison, but its also significantly smaller. Fewer options but perhaps tailored to more of a "boutique" audience

Village Square Plaza

Rockaway Townsquare

I've been coming to this mall since 1986. It's very big and has evolved so much. I remember my first experience coming here. There was a high-school orchestra in the center playing the theme to Star Wars. It sounded amazing.  I've enjoyed coming here since then. There are so many shops to choose from.

I love to go to the Mall, firstly it's a great place to walk, but I can never get a proper walk because of the many stores I love to shop in, I can't resist myself but to stop in All of them lol.
Especially around the holiday times and my favorite store of all is Penny's and the Christmas Store!  Oh and I forgot I must always go to the popular Food Court!  There's always an abundance of choices of places to choose from and it seems like they are rapidly changing to more healthier and a more variety of food to choose from.
I give it 10 Stars!!!

Slowly declining like most malls.  The food places do offer a nice cultural diversity.  Just a shame that they seem to turnover a lot.

Awesome place! Wish we had malls like this in our area! Plus the Cheescake Factory was the reason we stopped and as always it was phenomenal!

The Mall Owners/Management have to take responsibility of how EXPENSIVE the food court prices are to the customers.

What do families with kids do?
Is it a wonder Malls are failing their customers and community to the internet?
Unless the mall realizes customers are their backbone to success, The Rockaway Mall will die a slow death.

Oxxo

Excellent location, close to all places, whether downtown or the beach
Well stocked like any oxxo
The only problem is the staff, although in general they give good treatment, there are several very arrogant and rude clerks who are difficult to deal with.

The usual a store available 24 hours a day...

A place where there is no fault and open 24 hours

It is well stocked but there are times when only one person attends opening 3 boxes and it is frustrating to be waiting especially if you are in a hurry

Watchung Square

The salesman who I suspect was the manager was great. Helpful and personable. I found a 20% off coupon on the Famous Footwear site and instead of having me pay online and wait for the in-store pick up to go through , he manually put it in the register.

Great customer service!

I find the stores in this mall easy to navigate.  Most stores like Home Depot and Walmart have great early hours.  This location has a great variety of stores usually well Stocked with merchandise.

Has a great selection of stores and all of walking distance from eachother.  Now that I moved away from that area I don't go much but I still come back Herr and there.

This is a very convenient shopping mall.  It has a lot of stores and great parking.  Clean and big.

If I could review at a zero I would. I purchased Brooks sneakers online and they were most uncomfortable. I neglected to save my receipt. I requested store credit and was refused. I was told to call customer service-they were of no help either.

East Hanover Plaza

I like coming to this home 2 hotel its beautiful clean I also love the pool and the rooms. Breamfast is also great. But the mattress are so uncomfortable and the pillows are too soft. Do you offer firm or soft mattress for you customers have to choose from. Other than that I love it will come back again

Chili's eatery is conveniently located in the East Hanover Plaza..Friendly, courteous, attentive staff..Great place for a quick bite and cocktails..

I went there to do my nails. Me and my husband ended up catching a bite also. We will definitely be back at this plaza.

Great inventory, amazing deals and unique items but the store is old and tired. And the carts are on their last legs...err...wheels?! A refresh would bring this place back to life.

Between Costco and Home Goods it's got done great discount choices. Okie can be crowded but what do you expect?  No liquor department at this Costco.

Livingston Mall

Spacious roller skating rink was open skate, priced by the hour. The floors are really smooth and beginner friendly. Staff saw that I was new at skating and showed me how to skate correctly and confidently. They have skates customers can rent, but I brought my own.

I fell right when I was finishing up. But, a staff member was prompt in giving me ice and in making sure that I was all right.

I had fun and I'd like more people to know about this space!

i dont dislike this mall, but its not my favorite. most of the stores are gone , so theres alot of empty spaces. its usually quiet and almost desserted whenever i come.
im highly dissapointed that last night i drove all the way here and the Old Navy i had a pickup order at was closed due to flooding. i live almost 40 mins away, i was a little upset. but thankfully i was able to visit the childrens place and find something to substitute.

These stores usually have 20-30% off unless some super sale is on.

The timings are usually as posted and there is huge parking available most of the time!!’

The Victoria secret here isn’t very big so is Sephora
But VS offers very little service of course!

Livingston mall has really been falling apart over the past 10 years.  Stores are lacking inventory or are in terrible shape and I expect it will be closed in the next 10 years unless some serious remodel is done.  Hoping it stays open and safe around that area, as we used to love shopping there and no longer want to.

I miss what this mall used to be and in such a nice location. Now most stores are closed and it’s a ghost town. It’s just filled with sadness and poke stops.

The crowd has dispersed to Short Hills or Willowbrook. The future seems meek.

Edison Towne Square

I went to Sam's Club and The restaurant food not to bad like I always say have to find your Flavor and liking , busy place at times good to order ahead

Parking isn’t the best in the evening.  Some construction still outstanding.  Other than that, a good spot to stop.

great local mall, many shops of different kinds. the driving is easy and there is always plenty of parking available.

The first and only time I went, the music was so LOUD you couldn't even concentrate. You couldn't even hear the wait staff. So we left without even getting a chance to taste the food. I will never go back.

Livingston Town Center

Small mall in town has a nice bridal shop, ice cream place, Italian restaurant, clothing stores, and a few other businesses. A friend lives upstairs in one of their condos with a rooftop deck and pool. Very nice, very convenient. Numbering system of buildings is crazy so you should park and walk around the mall to find things.

A really good frozen yogurt place, 16 Handles, is here. My wife and I had some great frozen yogurt here. There's also a coal-fired pizza place here.

Really well appointed environment. Only downside is the parking.

Our town pretends to be great every street is unsafe and iced from residents illegally connected Sum pump’s we have have made over 20 attempts but nobody Cares even though they said is illegal Managment must Be Throw Out we pay taxes so they serve US I’m tired people ringing my house Bell about it I have come to conclusion to stop paying property Taxes I hope everyone who has this problem do the same we have to take this matter ourselves because public employees don’t care they get paid no matter what who is checking on them New Manager must GO we have brought this to his office Over and Over please HELP
