One of my worst shopping experiences. My husband and I were in to pick up a few items and found several pieces of merchandise on sale. We asked about a damaged Yeti that was in a bin marked an additional 25% off sale items. Someone proceeded to take it from us and go to the front desk to verify, she spoke to someone that said it was only 20% off. We said ok and she walked away. Then the issue started with Shaina  because of her I may never go back to the NEX and I will definitely tell all of my friends and family about the rude experience. After she processed to tell us several of the sale items, including the Yeti were not an additional percentage off we just left them as your store had misleadingly labeled or posted signs to indicate otherwise. False advertising is not looked upon favorably and it would also make a difference if your scan bars throughout the store were in working order. We wasted valuable time because of the scan bars, confusion and rudeness of Shaina. Better customer service, working equipment and correct signage would have avoided this experience. I see this as learning experience of how to lose customers!!

Very high prices.  How does this serve our service men and women???  Only the high ranking can afford to shop in there.  Make it affordable to all!

The price is great people  are friendly overall good place to shop.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The product selection is average...but...they do have a walk-in beer fridge. Sure, though most of it is dedicated to the Bud-Miller-Coors type stuff, they do have one wall with a better selection.  The uniform shop is great if you're an average sized male, for everything else you  can special order.

Wide selection of items. everything was reasonably priced even had a florist inside of it. The commissary is also right on site and a Subway restaurant. They had alot of really good clearance items when I went. The store layout is a little confusing, but after the 2nd day, I pretty much had it figured out. Check out was good and quick.

Cascade Crossing

My shopping experience was pleasant. The parking lot is really rough and needs a lot of work.

The Applebee's is great but the access point is absurd and it needs to be repaved.

Get whY I need.. sad to see some of the stores closing for good.

Its really convenient  .  The entrance is tricky turning left  off of  I75 business spur  . Pay attention you will be fine  :)

Camp Landing Entertainment District

Plenty of action packed activities for all. Games galore! Jump jump blow ups. Mini Putt-putt and bowling! Virtual games. Riding bull in front of boot store!  Game sports simulator coming soon! Bumper cars! Amusement park rides indoor!  Tons of party areas and eateries! Adult beverage area across from bowling! Adults can gamble at Sandy’s Casino! Very nice stop!

We always have a blast here. So many fun opportunities for the family. They go above and beyond to make it a fun experience!

There is more in this location than I have seen in years.  Malibu Jack’s soft opening looks promising for younger children. The bowling alley has a beautiful ocean scene painted behind it and the pins were lighted up red. Can’t wait for that to open. Thanks Camp family for all that you are attempting to do in Boyd county. It was very much needed. I am looking forward to see its completion.

Sandy's Casino is great...very clean, very friendly staff, lots of new machines...BUT... TOO COLD! I know that the slot machines need to be cool ...BUT... IT'S WAY TOO COLD IN THE CASINO. I was dressed warmly and even had an extra hoodie sweatshirt...BUT...IT WAS STILL TOO COLD. I doubt if the temperature was above 60 degrees.

Kids had a blast as well as me lol. Prices are reasonable as well. So many games and some rides too. ( loved the 3D rollercoaster ride wow ) Had a cpl games not work and was refunded rt away.  The credit was put back on our token cards 😁

Ashland Town Center

This place is great! There is a wide variety of stores, and a food court with plenty of selection! As with any mall, there are plenty of restrooms that are handicap accessible, and several family restrooms throughout. There is plenty of parking and accessibility is not an issue. If you don't want to eat in the food court, there are dozens of restaurants nearby.

Love shopping here BUT they don't have wheelchairs for elderly people who need them.  Mom wanted to shop for Christmas but can't walk long distances and needs a wheelchair.  They quit offering them.  Even the anchor stores don't have any available to use.

We don’t go very often but it’s always about the same, we always have to grab pretzels or some cookies while we are there how could not get them, I can smell both places all through the mall lol, it’s a good place to find a gift or a pair of shoes and grab some kind of bit to eat

Great selection of stores.  Clean and friendly environment.

A good place to visit with friends when looking for a place to hang out and grab a bite to eat as it's never crowded. Doesn't have much variety in shopping. Good atmosphere for older folks not a lot of interest for the young crowd.

Eastdale Mall

I enjoyed it. The stores I wanted were open and had decent selections and prices. Planning to return.
BATH AND BODY WORKS has a great sale. Customer service is good.

We only went into the At Home store while we were there. Enjoyed it, there is plenty to look at that's for sure

Eastdale Mall has become a dilapidated, ghost-town of a mall with sub par businesses/retailers scattered amongst the other closed stores. Even the decor has become rotted and worn. All major retailers have left with the exception of Belks. The only saving grace is that the Eastdale Mall is an ok place for the elderly to walk indoors so as to stay fit, mobile, and social.

Haven't been here in about 5 years and was hoping to do some shopping and all, but there was hardly any stores open and the good court sucked when it came to options I will stick with the mall in Hoover.

Most malls aren't doing well these days, but this one felt..off. To get to the Dillard's Clearance store, you have to go outside and around the building, most likely /after/ finding the sign inside telling you to do so. The perfume kiosk people were a little pushy.

East Chase Market Center

Sooooooo many businesses and eateries here. Our favorites are Target, Dillard's, Gamestop, Bestbuy, Books a Million. Eateries... Whataburger, Firebirds, Texas Road House, Kobe Japanese Steakhouse. Very spacious and very busy area

This Market Center is nice. Upon discovering this place we have been going here to stop by and eat and shop at Costco and other shops as well to suite our needs. Every shops is here but Trader Joe's.

Great store clean environment reasonable price and good selection

I had a great experience but wasn't sold on the dresses from David's bridal. East Chase as a whole is great and I'm glad that we have a place like that in Montgomery!

There are a lot of places to shop at. Nice environment! Make sure you have Money! Cuz you are going to spend it!!

Springdale

The staff at Burlington is also very friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for.

Burlington is a great place to find unique and affordable merchandise. They have a wide variety of items to choose from, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend them!

Sam's is the main business I visit here. Crunch fitness is another.  They are a 24hour fitness center.  The shoe station is a good shoe store I've used for years.  Could use more businesses in the location.

Love their lower prices and found alot of nice  cheap sets for my toddler

Probably one of my favorite stores in all of Mobile. I can never leave without buying multiple items. Always good prices & usually a large selection of merchandise.

Place is a dump, the only reason I would ever think about going here is because of the Sam's club...the parking lot is terrible, it seems when the mall closed and they built the Sam's they just kept the parking lot as it was and as of today we get to deal with that mess, additionally, no one ever collects the shopping carts (buggies) and there is garbage everywhere and no one could care less if it gets picked up or not...

Shoppes at Bel Air

This mall is ok, there is some decent stores inside. There was a lot of security, some police officers as well.

It was really clean and big but most of the stores were either closed down and empty or under construction ??

Please adjust mall hours to 9 pm. Covid is no longer an excuse to use for closing early. The restrooms are never cleaned either.

Walked from one end to the other and back and didn't get shot, mugged, or accosted in any way...  always a nice day when none of those things happen.  Oh, and the chicken nuggets at Chick Phill Aye hit the spot! 😁

The mall is ok but it is starting to get rundown, it will probably be closed in a couple of years. A lot of stores have already closed and it needs a partial makeover, (not a full one yet).  It seems like crime in the area has gone down a little but there needs to be a draw to get people in. Right now I think that its hook is lack of competition and great location.

Town Center at Cobb

Shopped here a few times before (over 15 years ago) and after visiting this location, you can surely tell the changes in retail stores and the less amount of customers shopping here. Good for some who like less crowds of people to interact with. Few stores close early even though on a weekday and it was not a holiday. Mall was very clean and bright. Food court is reminiscent of the past but still has some decent vendors. Still a decent location to spend time shopping, browsing, or even relaxing and enjoying the air conditioned atmosphere. Ample parking.

Lovely mall in an incredibly busy area. The mall itself has a nice variety of shops, including some niche shops, and it always seems moderately lively. There are currently a few spots that aren't very lively or are vacant, but that doesn't take away from its appeal. There's also pretty much anything you can think of in the vicinity as well.

We love this place it is not crowded making you enjoy more of your shopping experience. We also love the food court because it offers our fave like Chick-fil-a, Sbarro etc.

Very good place to spend a time with Kids. There are many different butiques in this mall.

Nice little shopping complex and I don't know if it's a permanent thing or just something that they doing for the weekend. But they have a little carnival fair there for the kids and everybody that love carnivals and fairs to enjoy. Lots of booths on drinks. It's pretty warm so if you guys come out today dress for the weather. Like I said it's pretty warm but it is nice. Hope you guys have fun!

Sunglass Hut

Kaleb at the Malbis location went above and beyond to help me with my sunglass needs, well mannered young man and always eager to help any customer who comes through the door. While going through the process of finding the right sunglasses he seemed as if he had a well rounded knowledge about each brand and was quickly able to point me in the right direction to help me with my purchase. Top-notch customer service.

Picked up my glasses I ordered online, and had the sweetest lady assist me. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a quick and enjoyable experience!

Naud at the Cordova location and Lissa at the Malbis location went above and beyond to assist me in figuring out the best direction I should go with replacing my sunglasses. They were both extremely polite, listened to my situation and looked into every scenario possible for me. With that said, I felt that both conversations with them they took seriously and genuinely cared about helping me out. I’ll never buy sunglasses from anywhere except Sunglass Hut.

I am at the store now and there is a be back soon note on the door. They have an open sign and the lights are on and everywhere on the web says they are open. I just drove 45 minutes to buy my husband a pair of special sunglasses as a gift. It is 1:47 in the afternoon. Is it really ok to run a retail business this way???

Came to this location on a wild goose chase for a replacement pair of sunglasses to take the place of broken favorites. The young lady behind the counter (Emma) was extremely friendly and welcoming immediately. She was patient, knowledgeable, HONEST IN HER OPINIONS, helpful, and finally extremely professional. Ended up with two solid purchases. Prior to leaving I was shocked to learn she is so young. Definitely plan on making your visit when she is available. Sunglass Hut, you have a rockstar on your hands with Emma, she deserves any praise or opportunity to advance you can provide. How customer service should be done.
