Kiddie Academy of Hanover

I had enrolled my daughter in this facility close to two years. It is a great facility very safe, Rhonda does a phenomenal job choosing her staff. The main teacher in the classroom, have many years experience and credentials to be teaching, the assistant teachers are usually much younger but they are very kind to the students. My only complaint I have with the school is the amount of students they add for the summer camp. It is way too much for the teachers. If they could minimize more the amount of students they enroll it would be a 5/5 school. I would recommend this school to my colleagues. For the safety and the teachers that really care about their students.

My daughter loved her time at Kiddie Academy.  The facility is new, bright, clean, and has a wonderful playground.  The staff are all experianced, kind, attentive, and well organized.  The true tell: No matter how tired my daughter would be in the morning, she was always excited to go.

We Love pretty much everything about the Kiddie Academy of Hanover. The Director, the assistants, the teachers all have a high level of integrity with what they do. This location is extremely organized and have an app that works very well!

My child loves to come and is always in a good mood when she is leaving saying Goodbye to the staff happily. It's the type of place that Parents who are very specific about what their child is exposed to and whom they will be around, need with regards to our child care. 10 out of 10 hands down!

They have a well structured academic regiment that they teach the children and they care a lot about the kids. They do a lot of work to ensure they are set up for success. My son has grown developmentally since he started here 3 months ago and we are very happy we made the choice to move him to kiddie academy as it is already paying dividends. I could not be happier with his teachers and the staff.

This daycare has a great director who made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my child in their care. It’s clean. My daughter doesn’t come home sick often like she did in the last daycare facility.  They are staffed well. My child comes home happy, and it’s obvious that she’s being well taken care of. I have over 10 daycares in my town within a 10 minute range but chose to send my daughter a half hour away to Kiddie Academy of Hanover due to the staff being knowledgeable , kind, professional, and the facility being clean and  fully staffed. 10 out of 10.  I would recommend this daycare to other parents.

British Swim School at BWI Airport Sheraton

I love this school!!!
First of all, there are no more than 4 students per class. Classes are designed as a play and learn experience customized to skill level & needs, love that there multiple locations and time options which works for my crazy schedule, the coaches are experienced & super patient with kids, they will work with you to develop your child’s water confidence and perfect swim technique, they welcome feedback.
The entire staff is professional & communicate changes effectively, will work with your schedules, assist with scheduling makeup classes etc.
The adult classes are one on one & tailored to your skillset. My kid started here not knowing how to float and now is a full fledged swimmer, bring your kids here, they are safe and will learn.

Chris and his team run an awesome swim school! We have had several different instructors as my son has advanced, with highlights being Layla and Jordan, who really push him to do his best and get out of his comfort zone, and the owner Chris himself. The classes are small and often not full, which has meant occasions of 2-on-1 or even 1-on-1 lessons. The communication is great, too. My son has went from being afraid to get wet to jumping in, floating, and swimming backstroke. I look forward to him joining swim team this summer, thanks to the BSS team!

The trainers at Sheraton are really great! My kids enjoy going to lessons. They motivate and reassure my kids guide them every step of the way.

My daughter has been going for almost 6 months. I love that teach technique of swimming. The focus on survival and proper skills is most important.

Our experience has been fantastic - the instructors are amazing, and my son’s confidence has dramatically improved in just a couple months.

Kiddie Academy of Odenton

They are very communicative and proactive with uploading their lesson plans for the babies in addition to providing updates throughout the day via Tadpoles. I have noticed positive development and milestones within my baby since she has been in their care.
Overall the staff is awesome and I have no worries when I leave my baby in their care.

I love the Kiddie Academy of Odenton. The teachers seem to be wonderful (because of the pandemic we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting them or seeing their classroom or the inside of the building). However, the women greeting us every morning and evening at the door are absolutely wonderful and kind. My son is learning so much and is always in a great mood when I pick him up.

The director is extremely kind, and considerate. We really appreciate her working with our family since we came in September ‘21.

The only thing is I wish they had more than 1 door to come in and out of, especially in these cold months. Only one family is allowed in at a time, so the lines are often long. It won’t matter too much in the warm months, but in the cold months or when it’s raining it’s not too fun!

Other than that, our family absolutely loves the Kiddie Academy of Odenton. It really is a great place for your child and we’ve seen so much improvement in our sons education since being here!

They are always amazing! Our daughter is just under 2, and she LOVES it at Kiddie Academy!

They are always teaching her new things, the teachers are amazing, and she has fun every day that she goes there. We have definitely noticed that she learns A LOT there - and it carries over to being at home.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend them! They are great, and we don't have any reason to go anywhere else!

Kiddie Academy is amazing!!! The entire staff, to include the director, is engaging and seems to know each child. The revolving curriculum keeps my very busy body children interested. Not only can I clearly tell that they are learning, I can tell that they love school. Each day they are excited to go and can't wait to tell me about their day. So glad we enrolled our kids there!!!

Very busy and well organize for kid's parties and fun places to run and enjoy themselves. Top-notch employees and kids experience things to do. Well worth the visit.

British Swim School of BWI Airport Marriott

Our son started lessons at 4 months old. The staff were fantastic in acclimating him to the water and be comfortable. The staff are very patient, kind, and sweet with all the kids. They taught a lot of skills that make us feel more comfortable having our son in and around the water. I would highly recommend British Swim School BWI Marriott for their child's swim lessons!

I would like to say that my 6 y/old daughter  has gained a lot of confidence and skill in your classes. This is her first summer where she can be in the pool without any safety or flotation devices. She is comfortable, jumping in the going underwater, and has a solid backstroke and free style stroke when she is in the water. will be back soon or will be looking to enroll our son in classes sometime next year. She tools classes for almost 2 years. I love the flexibility and easy makeup’s with the many locations. Staff always responded to emails.

Hi, I just wanted to share how we appreciate everyone at (British Swim School Bwi) for the patience and kindness being shown to Domanic! We appreciate everyone! He’s really been paying attention, learning so much! After a few of his swim lessons he asked to stay to swim on the opposite side of the pool. On Aug.4 I took him to the aquatic swim center, was completely shocked/surprised at how comfortable he was in the water so far. I was amazed at what he could do, he’s been paying attention very well during swim lessons! It’s not enough time during Domanic swim lessons to share videos with his instructors as classes are back to back. Classes start on time, everyone is very professional! They teach each child individually although it’s a small group, let them learn at their on pace the children are not rushed. The instructors are very caring! Domanic comes to this facility with some fears, water sensitivity issues amongst other medical diagnosis… Everyone has been very accommodating, patient with him. They’ve allowed him to move forward at his own pace amongst his small group lessons with kindness. Before attending this swim school Domanic refused to go under water, was fearful of putting his face in the water and could not swim at all! After a few sessions he learned swimming skills, can float, jump in the water, swim on his back and stomach! He’s becoming more comfortable each week with submerging his bare face under the water and learning to hold his breath. We look forward to him progressing more and more as he continues within this program as he’s currently still enrolled! The photos added is Domanic at a public swimming location on August 4, 2022 showing me (mom) what he can do on his own. At this point I believe he attended five swim sessions at this particular time. I will also add the swim cap is a old item from home that he prefers to wear as it accommodates the long hair he has that’s in twist.

I love that the main focus of British Swim School is about water safety. Children learn how to turn on their backs and float before learning strokes and other swimming techniques. They make it fun by singing songs as they float or try new things. They help kids build confidence with getting their faces wet and jumping in, and they teach them fun and simple ways to help get themselves to safety (like a gentle back floating technique called "Monkey Tree Banana").

It's a little pricy, but the classes are year round with clear guidelines for when children are encouraged to advance to the next level. Our kiddos restarted swim lessons at 7 and 10 after the pandemic when classes filled up quickly and they weren't comfortable swimming on their own at all and we as parents didn't feel safe taking our eyes off of them. A year later they are experienced swimmers and love jumping in and going under water. Our youngest even joined a local swim team! My husband and I feel confident letting them swim on their own and we feel much more relaxed with them when we go swimming.

I will highly recommend this swim school to anyone who asks. It's DEFINITELY worth the price!

My daughter started with British Swim School at 6 months old late last year and we had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The instructors were always kind and supportive, which was very encouraging when your baby maybe isn't super happy with the water at first. After only a couple lessons, my daughter began to feel more comfortable in the water and she has really grown to love swimming. It was great to see how confident she was in the water at the neighborhood pool over the summer. Also, she has learned skills to help her be safe in and near the pool. Lastly, the communication from BSS was always excellent. I would highly recommend taking swim classes with British Swim School at the BWI Marriott!

We’ve been attending the Saturday morning “Little Wing” class off-site while the storefront finishes construction, and it is simply amazing. My five year old absolutely loves the music and amazing teachers. We can’t wait for her to try more classes! Highly recommend.

British Swim School at LA Fitness - Lansdowne

My kids love the instructors and  their classes. My older kid was very nervous to learn with another school before and always hated the classes. Coaches here were adjusting the lessons to his pace and ease him into loving the classes. That was a huge change for us to see in our child, I sincerely thank the instructors - coach Philip and coach Rene.

Maya, and the instructors, are always so helpful and friendly! They do their best to ensure a positive, and progressing, experience :)

My daughters are receiving piano and drum lessons from Darvin and Chad, respectively. They are both very kind, patient and understanding towards my girls individual learning abilities. They make lessons so fun that my girls are always looking forward to their private lessons. They also have group class, Rock 101, and the kids have so much fun. It's so great to see how easily the kids interact with one another and how much fun they have jamming together. Drew, at the front desk is very helpful in answering all my questions and scheduling classes as well as with rescheduling. When my youngest is ready for lessons, I'll definitely be signing her up here as well.

My son loves this place.  He started in the Little Wing program when he was 4 and is now taking drum lessons at 6.  All of the instructors are great with kids! They are extremely patient and ensure my son has fun, while at the same time keeping him focused. This is a great place for kids to learn and have fun!

My 14 yr old son has been taking drumming and electric guitar lessons at this school for a couple of years, with two different teachers. He really likes both of his teachers and he has gotten much better at playing both instruments. The owner Bernard is so nice and helpful! We highly recommend this music school:)

We are glad we sent our child here to learn how to play keyboards and be part of a band!

Quality of instruction and child engagement are superb. I am grateful that my son loves to go to lessons and loves to practice - the program is the reason for this.  Kids today work so hard in school and have much more pressure than i did growing up - music should not be another item on their long to-do list.  Thanks to School of Rock Southbay, music is a welcome reprieve from the daily grind for my 10 year old.

British Swim School at LA Fitness – Crofton-Gambrills

Hi, our toddler and we in the family have loved every experience at British swim school.  In addition to teaching Ia great swimming skills, we are grateful for sharing precious in person, human moments with her.  She learned from you and grew up through interaction with pool friends and teachers.  We loved every moment and are looking forward to come back and rejoin the community.

I am 50years old and no longer am I afraid of the swimming.. Thanks Dell for all of your patience and helping me with my fears of swimming!! 🏊‍♀️

My daughter Nora likes her new swim school. They teach little kids how to survive in deep water. My daughter is already learning life saving techniques here.

Great teacher that make my son feel so happy to learn swimming. They make the classes fun and exciting. Just wish they would make the lesson longer than half hour.
