What’s not to like!! My daughter has been attending kiddie academy since she was 2 months old now 9 months old and it’s been best decision ever. They love on her like there own they have taught her many many things since starting here. The curriculum is amazing the way the teachers take there time to give ever kid attention and make sure they feel loved is amazing. My daughter loves her Ms Courtney & Ms. Jordan ❤️

Kiddie Academy has been wonderful.  I know that when I drop my son off he is safe and will be well taken care of.  The teachers are amazing and really care about the kids.  I really appreciate their patience and understanding.  I love all the activities that are offered everyday.

I love the kindness that the teachers and leadership show towards my kid and to me as a parent. I love the fun programing and enthusiasm that goes into childcare. There is a focus on learning and developmental milestones that helps my kid grow and thrive. There is great communication with the parents, bringing up things that are important/relevant. I love seeing pictures throughout the day on the app. This childcare is far away from where I live but I will continue driving there since I've been so happy with the childcare.

Finally, an excellent facility in Edmond. The teachers go above and beyond (and have excellent credentials), administration becomes like family, and they adapt to every child’s individual needs.
I was frustrated by my advanced child being denied care at the age of 3 due to potty training issues. All potty issues were resolved within 3 weeks at Kiddie Academy, her teachers made her feel comfortable and they have perfect facilities to encourage potty training. 3 working child-size potties in the classroom.
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here.

It's only been a week, but our son loves this place! Everyone is friendly and we always get a hello when we walk in the door in the morning (even if I don't know who they are yet). They have so much to keep our 3 year old engaged and playing all day. They have an awesome shaded playground. They send you updates and pictures throughout the day of your little one. I can't say enough good things, you won't be disappointed.

School of Rock

We attended School of Rock for two years and it was a great way for my daughter to get into music in a fun albeit expensive environment. This last season her instructor left mid way through and it was frustrating watching them perform worse and worse without a teacher helping them practice. If you get lucky with good reliable instructor then you can expect a good experience with the private lessons. Rock 101 is very hit or miss, and seemed much less worthwhile every season we attended and the ticketed end-of-season show has been less and less organized.

My husband and I were so excited to hear that this franchise was coming to Edmond a few years ago. We signed our son up for drum lessons, basically as soon as they opened their doors. He has been there since and has grown so much as a musician and as a person! He takes part in the performance group rehearsals in addition to being in the house band. I think the performance rehearsals are so important because it allows the kids to get together in small groups and jam out! After all that’s what rock is about right? They get to play at really cool venues for end of season shows too.

The instructors at this location are amazing and really care about the kids. They are also working musicians that can help them with real life plans for the future. Over the last year they have really revamped their program and have new staff and a new director. Janna is so organized and amazing and Mike truly cares about these kids and their talents. I highly recommend this school for any child interested in music!

My daughter loves School of Rock Edmond! She takes multiple instrument lessons and her instructors have all been great! The best thing this school has is the group rehearsals!

School of Rock Edmond has made a star out of my granddaughter, who just turned 13 in September. Taking voice and guitar lessons, along with so many opportunities to be on stage in front of a live audience has built her confidence in every aspect of her life!

Love this place and everyone here.  They make you feel right at home from thr very beginning ♡ my kids all love their teachers and I feel like they are truly getting something out of their classes♡ the teachers are great at communicating with the kids and myself. School of Rock Rocks♡

Goldfish Swim School - Edmond

We have been amazed at how quickly our kids have grown in their ability to swim! They love the teachers and the ribbons they get when they master a technique.

This place is great for year-round weekly swim lessons. I like that my youngest doesn't forget some of the skils he has over the summer and improves year over year. I do wish the lessons were a little longer by about 15 minutes. The 30 minute lesson doesn't always allow for my 3-year-old to understand then really practice a technique becuase even with the 4 student max, that's not even 10 minutes per child. The instructors have been very sweet though. The faculty is great for a swim school. They have a row of showers in the pool area to rinse off before and after as well as 4 separate bathrooms with an accessible shower. There are also tons of private changing rooms to change quickly. The parents area has plenty of seating and a wall of windows to watch. The kids without actually being in the po area where it could be distracting.  Even though each instructor has a 4 student max there are classess on both sides of the pool that are all happening simultaneously so it can be a little loud. They have many different skill level groups so no one feels bad about their abilities. They offer classes in the weekends all day and every week night as well. I also liked the 1 week daily class we took in the beginning

My Son Started Swimming lessons last August and he absolutely loves it! Ms.Yasmine has been his teacher from the beginning. She's the best and very patient with my son. Annabel at the front desk helped me enroll my son in the school is the best at what she does. I withdrew in the fall/winter because of the weather. She called us in the spring and asked if we wanted to join again. Which we did. But overalls the staff and the school is the most affordable and clean swim school.
you're going to get! One more thing kids get   ribbons. If you achieve your goal . And it literally helped boost my son confidence! Thank you Goldfish🤗

My grandson attended a birthday party at this location and had a great time. The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the lifeguards were attentive and aware at all times while the children were in the pool. The pool is indoors and heated. There are showers to wash off prior to and after entering and exiting the pool, plus there is a restroom in the enclosed pool area, so the kids don’t have to travel far. According to the swim school’s brochure, they offer different levels of swim classes from 4 months to 12 years for a cost of $89 to $109 per month, with a $25 annual membership fee for the first child and $20 fee for the second child, with a maximum of $45 for the family. This is a swim school, so fortunately, there is a viewing area where parents can watch their little ones in the comfort of air-conditioning, without being in the humidity of the pool area. They also offer Family Swim, though you may need to call to find when that activity is available. Other amenities offered include family-friendly changing rooms, private bathrooms, a hair-drying station, a swimsuit dryer, a Treasure Island Pro Shop, and a snack shack. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place and will probably go back.

We have taken lessons weekly for almost 5 months. My son loves to come to class! We have been very pleased with Goldfish!

Adventures Preschool

Adventures has so many benefits: the parent involvement, the small class size, opportunities for creating artwork daily, occasional field trips, outdoor recreation time, an engaging classroom environment, and much more. I have really enjoyed being a helper each semester so that I can better understand how my child is learning and interacting with others. The teachers are outstanding, the snacks are healthy (and the kids get to help prepare them), and little touches such as the "Sharing Bag" are always fun for everyone. I'm really glad we chose Adventures - it's been a terrific fit for us!

Preschool here is a fresh, exciting, adventure!  Children are encouraged to be independent in their actions, words and ideas.  They learn to interact with peers, make and eat healthy snacks, foster a love for creativity and imagination, and embrace a sense of community.  I especially love the days that I spend in the classroom and the opportunity that gives me to observe the way my son learns and interacts with his friends.

King Marlin Swim Club

Most coaches are great but Some can be rude to children and parents.
One instructor gets annoyed and argumentative if you ask her questions.
The swimming program is great and one of the best in the state.
My
Son has made miraculous improvements with one coach especially after he overcame cancer a year ago.
He's the most amazing swim coach I've ever met!

I have three children that swim for the team.  Two of my children have been with the team since August of 2015 and my youngest child began in the swim school this summer.  I cannot even begin to express my appreciation for the coaching and their consideration of the whole child - from their confidence to their technical swim skills.  They are interested in helping each child become the best they can be.

I have swam for this swim for a little over 6 years now and I have loved every minute of it. The coaches are amazing, they find ways to make even the hardest practices fun. My teammates are like my second family, they make practice and meets a lot of fun. This team is awesome.

The BEST coaching in Oklahoma! Four of our kids swim with KMSC 2 of them with special needs. They are all coached like champions!! We can't recommend this USA Swim Club enough!!

We love KMSC! My child swims on the team and she loves it. She has learned so much and the confidence she has gained is immeasurable. Can't say enough good things about this team!

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Oklahoma City

As an indoor activity, swim lessons are a great option. I would say the locker rooms and pool could be cleaner. Our biggest complaint is the manager is SO incredibly rude! We have referred 5 different families to join us for swim lessons and she is still lacking in customer service and hospitality. There used to be many great swim instructors and now there is only one instructor left, that is a bummer! Over all a fine active pastime, but I sure do wish there was a little more welcome and warmth, especially considering this is a place for kids. Also a word of advice to the mommas, trust yourself and your child MORE than the instructor. She will tell you to push your child, but if you know your child isn't ready for it, don't do it. The consequence is your child fearing the water, and not trusting the swim instructor. I say all of this from personal experience with almost 5 months of lessons under our belt.

I love this place. They are teaching my son how to swim so good. His swim instructor is personal and he feels comfortable with her. I love that they know each kid by name and it just makes it even more comfortable for me taking my son there!

I took my kiddo here and let me just say that Lily is the best instructor. She pushes the kids in the perfect way! She knows how to get them engaged and how to calm them down! Will recommend to friends!

Coaches Kaya and Emma have been our favorites! My son has been taking lessons at Aqua-Tots for about a year and a half and it’s been a great experience. He’s learning valuable skills and has a great time doing it!

All of my kids have attended this location and it has been a game changer for us.  The older ones have gone on to be on swim teams and the younger ones are thriving.  The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable.  We are so thankful for the instructors and everything they have taught   the kids.

Went today for their Grand opening and was blown away! Fantastic concept and super nice people! Both of my sons did a 15-minute demo class and tour. They have classes for young ones all the way to adults focusing both on learning to play an instrument and they also let them jam out together and enjoy the social aspect of music which is so important. They offer monthly memberships and summer camps that seemed reasonably priced. My kids are dying to join now. 10/10 do recommend checking it out for yourself.

I LOVE SCHOOL OF ROCK! I have been a student here for around two years and i absolutely love it. If you’re looking for a way to introduce your child to music this is the way, such friendly and kind staff :)

My 13 year old son has been with SOR for almost a year now. Hands down the best decision we ever made.  This is the one thing that he looks forward to every week. The live performace experience has been amazing! I highly recommend!

This place is so cool! My son is taking private lessons and doing the rehearsals where they play with other members of a band. A perfect place for a music-loving kid.  The perfect mix of comraderie and challenge.

My nephew attends School of Rock and it’s amazing how much he has progressed in a few months time. We caught their show at Lefty’s and the kids definitely rocked the house!

I just left from my 30 minute drum trial and man let me tell you it was an experience. The staff is very friendly the teacher is really nice, I am most certainly going to sign up. The prices are reasonable and cheap. I highly recommend this location and school for anybody who wants to learn pretty much anything when it comes to instruments or vocal lessons

I would not waste your money. At all. I have given them two tries. The concert was a rip off. One tiny segment after over $100 a month. They can do various activities for that price. As far as staff I don’t feel comfortable going because I was looking for a restroom and the teacher was too busy looking at me like I was going to be a suspicious person. I’m sure it’s because I’m not blonde or so. No need to fret over me. I won’t harm or steal due to my ethnicity or culture. It is also just not worth the pricing.

Great and friendly staff. Shawn has always been awesome and accommodating with our schedule and the staff is great with the kids. Highly recommend!

Our 14-year old enjoyed the garage band practices and working w/ the instructors and other students, but halfway through the class, they changed the performance date to a date that we knew from the beginning we would not be able to attend.  Our daughter was very disappointed that she would not get the opportunity to participate in the end of course performance.  She had worked really hard to learn the songs, and had already invited family and friends.  Then we learned that the school changed the performance date because of a conflict with the OU/OSU football game - A SCHEDULE THAT WAS SET MONTHS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS!  We will not be back and would not recommend!

Overall we enjoyed the opportunity to share some instruments with our kids. For the price you get a good amount of time.
