Antonio and his team were prompt friendly and professional.  I reached out to at least 5 vendors in my area Yonkers, Mt Vernon.  None were any good. None even got on my roof to assess.  Antonio actually got on the roof. You would think roofers would do that instantly. No so.  Great price unbelievable work! Done quickly neatly and garbage cleanup amazing. I highly recommend JM Roofing & Siding. I recently had my roof and gutter system replaced by JM Roofing.  The entire process from proposal to completion went smoothly. Juan was quick to provide a competitively priced proposal and reply to my questions. His crew worked efficiently, were polite and did a thorough cleanup. The finished roof and gutters look beautiful. Juan is a pleasure to deal with - extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased that I selected JM Roofing for my project.

Juan was the quickest in getting his quote to me;  was able to start the job within 2 weeks (it was a large job);  his crew were friendly & professional.   I am familiar with roofing and I observed their work carefully  -  I have only compliments on their work - totally satisfied. Juan and his team did an awesome job! I had my roof completely replaced recently with JM Roofing and Siding. The house I bought had a 25 year old roof, so I wanted to replace it ASAP. We were able to work out a date based on the weather forecast. They showed up on time, worked in chilly conditions, and finished everything from the proposal in three and a half days. They also took their time to ensure they cleaned the job site thoroughly - at the end of every day and the end of the project. Overall, a great experience. Thank you Juan, Jose, and the rest of the team.

I called Juan and he came over right away to size up the job. He was up a ladder as light as a lark right away , walking the roof, with a tape measure. I needed two sections of roof replaced together with an anti-ice-dam underlayment. His bid--which he gave me on the spot--was about 1/3 less than the competitor I had consulted first. His crew came three days later, and finished the job in about six hours. Very neat, very thorough, total professionals from start to finish. This is a no-BS operation. I trust Juan implicitly.

They were very through and did a great install of our new roof. Attention to detail, and cleaned up so well, you wouldn't know if someone was there installing a new roof. I would recommend their work to anyone.

They work non stop. Excellent product, no skimping, work completed as stated and promised. Area all around outside of house cleaned up immaculately upon completion of project. I highly recommend Superior Remodeling for anyone needing a new roof. Very pleased from initiating contract with John to the completion of the installation of the roof and a follow up customer satisfaction phone call from John. Rarely find customer service like this today.

The  crew at Superior Windowland is extremely  hard working with  strong  attention  to details, neat, polite,  and great  at what  they  do. Not only  great  at replacing  windows,but at new installations, and repair work as well.They  replaced  all my windows, Installed a New Bow window where there was nothing, and repaired water damage they found under the vinyl siding. What’s the need to have a roof replaced? We reached out to several contractors for estimates. Superior remodelers, we’re by far, the most professional, from initial estimate, until the end of the project. Simply said, Superior remodelers were superior. Their work ethic is impressive. we also chose to have a new slider installed, and again that was done with extreme diligence to ensuring this was done well. And a future projects, we may contemplate, my first contact would be superior remodelers, more than likely my only contact.

We had all the windows in our home replaced  Superior windows and the crew members were effective and clean. When we meet up with John we were only planning on have a few of the windows changed but we decided to change all because they were affordable. We're very impressed with the workmanship, very satisfied and happy with our new windows. Plus we are planning on doing more projects with John.

I am happy to recommend Henry (CMW) who is very friendly, professional and courteous. He came to advise me on the best way to resolve the problems with my roof; He speaks Spanish and English and was clear and transparent about pricing options. During the project, they did everything they could to keep the yard clean, which was important to me and the neighbors since there wasn’t enough space between one house and the other. This is the second time he has worked for my family and it is very clear that he is very proud of his work.

Xavier and his team were phenomenal with helping us and guiding throughout the process of replacing our roof. Very thorough and very patient with all of our questions every step of the way. The roof looks great and we know it will last most of our lifetime. We even had a small hiccup with our flat part of roof that wasn't draining great(no fault to CMW just an old support beam) and Xavier came out promptly and made adjustments to fix everything no questions asked. I think these guys really do pride themselves in their work, and care about making the customer happy. Xavier also didn't pressure us about any sales at any point and told us not to worry about our siding for awhile. Something we were concerned about, and that there's no rush to do that project while we save. That really goes a long way for the customer to know that they'll be available when the time comes, but when we feel ready. We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to do siding. This is my second time using CMW both times they have delivered on what was promised. Very happy with their work they stayed with the job everyday from start to finish. Tomasz at TL Home Imorovements was wonderful to deal with. They did a great job siding our house, adding a stone facade, gutters and replacing some windows. His crew was excellent, they cleaned up everyday, worked long hours and did a great job.

Tomasz is a true professional. We used him to replace our roof, siding, gutters, and windows. We met with several contractors for our home renovation but TL stood out immediately by the amount of detail and time he took to fully understand our needs. The whole process was great! The team took us through every step, explaining what was happening with our roof and why. Adam was super helpful and very friendly. No pressure sales and very informative! Once the team arrived for the install they got through the roof in 1.5 days, truly impressive. Clean up on the second day was great and the QA process after install made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. We’re thrilled and can’t recommend them enough.

We had the best experience with Power Homes Remodeling. They are thorough, easy to contact, and have the best products and install professionals. Their prices and financing is excellent. Angelo introduced us to the company as he canvased our neighborhood. Matt then came to give us a quote and really gave us such a great run down of the company, its values, the products, and gave us a fantastic  price. Greg came out to do our measurements and was punctual and took his time to figure out exactly how to do something particular with our roof. The install of our roof and windows was seamless and quick, each done in one day. John came to do a quality control check and showed us exactly how to use the windows. This company is fantastic and we will be using them for all home improvements going forward.

Andy and his crew were amazing! let me just start there. Creative Home Improvement replaced my roof last year, and just last month replaced all of my siding, gutters, fascia, as well as three large bay windows. My house looks awesome. I had the pleasure of Andy and his crew replacing 2 dormer windows, 5 family room windows, replacing a garage window with a new door, and finally installing new siding and all new gutters. It was an amazing experience! They were always early and had me look at the progress before leaving for the day in case I had any questions or concerns.  An added bonus is a leak I've had for years by my basement Bilco doors has not happened since the siding was installed. If every crew was like this one there would be no remodeling horror stories :) .

Special thanks to Dave Usdan who kept us informed throughout the entire process (especially with the insurance company), answered all of our questions and was so courteous and knowledgeable. UPDATE DECEMBER 2023: We had been having problems with our gutters draining improperly and had someone from another company out to take a look and clean our gutters. When the roofers from Armor Shield replaced our roof, they left roofing material/debris in our gutters, which caused water drainage issues on our property. I suppose given that we would never climb up on the roof to double check, we may have never noticed. We are disappointed that Armor Shield would do this and wanted to update our review to reflect this issue.

Horrible experience. I asked specifically about having tarps so they did not damage my siding or BRAND NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS I just had installed! As you can see from the picture it was an absolute mess and disregard of the property and damage. When I contacted my rep, Neil, about what was going on, I was texted back, "It's a construction site. It's going to look like that. Don't worry about it so much.". I had copper channeling on the ridges and valleys and they tore that off to replace it with inferior materials. I had nice gutter covers that they forcefully pried off and damaged and tried to place back on after I had a talk about them and they agreed to replace it. They eventually replaced them with punched inserts that sort of do the same thing, but don't and are a cheap alternative. They bent my furnace exhaust as you can see in the photos. Damaged my plants and shrubs and refused to replace them. I had multiple landscapers come out and quote me on the price of a mature 10yr shrub and they disagreed with the amount. Not my fault your idiot crews damaged them! Finally got a landscaper (4th one to quote) that would do it for the half of the quote they were offering (quoted $2500 for the pull out and replace; Armour Shield would only offer to cover $1000. Going off memory, but the important part was they were not willing to cover the total replacement cost, even though it was there fault). We didn't even bother with the plants and flowers in the back that were damaged and didn't bring those up. Who knows at this point if my AC units are damaged as the pictures can depict. Siding was damaged and luckily I had leftover pieces from the previous owner that I could use, but in the pictures you can see the oil and grease that the shingles left on the siding from the crew throwing them on the tarps they let fall. There are pictures that show the markings, dents, holes, and grease markings. They tried power washing it, applying some de-greaser to the markings; which made it worse, and a cleaning solution; all of which made it either worse or darker.

I had asked for their insurance to file a claim about the siding, but they stopped communicating about it and refuse to disclose any of their info.

Just wanted to get my experience out there as to dealing with Neil and this company. Be warned.

*Edit to owner: Ask Neil and he will fill you in. I will not post my address or name publicly. I can provide signed contract, copy of insurance check, and any documentation to further validate my claim and work done with your company as to legit review.

2nd Edit to owner: Why don't you come to my home and see the spots left on my siding that you could not get off/remove. Your salesman has been a wall of blocking me of escalating this and now that I have your attention and response, be a proper businessman/owner and contact me directly about the issue and deal with me; not through your salesman who had to try and clean up your crews negligence and damage. Both you and Neil seem to think that ignoring or avoiding the problem long enough makes the customer give up and go away. It doesn't and won't until you properly address it. I have contacted your office previously and you have my info. You can contact me directly now as you obviously know the situation here.  Doesn't matter if it was during the job, that is and was unacceptable and caused further damage, costs, and time to get the extra fixed.
