I just purchased my home and a small piece of siding needed to be repaired by a licensed professional. I called around and everyone gave me the run around except DYNASTY! They mad an appointment for the next coming Monday (I called Friday) Franklin came out and was SUPER professional. He repaired my siding at a very reasonable price, and got my invoice for the insurance company promptly. I definitely recommend this company, and will be using them in the future! Keep up the great service guys!

This company is not ran properly my mom has been waiting over a year to get her roof done they just keep telling her “they are short on supplies” mind you my husband and family has worked in the roofing industry we all know they are lying to her at this point . Covid and holidays can not be a excuse for a whole year for a shortage if that’s the case why are all the other roofing companies getting supplies!?, then my mom receives messages from a former employee (according to victor)saying they are scamming her basically so now all of a sudden victor the owner calls her saying her roof was getting done and he will personally be out on his own it’s been a month now haven’t heard anything or no one has even showed up mind you everything is paid for just waiting for the work to be done a year later still I highly highly highly highly do not recommend this company they will take ur money and run with it !!!

Please do not use this company! My husband and I signed a contract with dynasty for a new roof and siding job. The project took over a year to complete with lack of communication and material issues. Due to this fact, the company had to pull another permit to perform the work on the job which held up the process even longer. Dynasty was not aware of this and sent a crew out to work on the house and they were unable to complete the work and had to reattach the old siding.
Also, dynasty dropped off the materials and they set in our front yard for over 3 months before the work started.
I reached out to dynasty multiple times using email and phone. Unfortunately, my point of contact for each project left the company within a few months of us working together.
In addition, the crew would be scheduled to come and work and they would not show up.
I would not suggest spending your hard earn money with this company. Once our project came to a close, we tried to work with the company for a discount. Due to all the issues that we received during the process. The only way the company was willing to discount our job is if we waived our warranty.
Update: We actually didn't receive a discount on our roof job. I would be more then happy to provide the receipt. Please rereview the file and you will see we never stated we were happy with the process at any point.

G. Fedale Roofing and Siding

We had work performed on both our home and my husband's man cave out back..The trim work and siding job was outstanding..Walter was the  Lead Super and Mike who I believe was the Team Leader were both instrumental in the entire project..the crew was personable and very professional..I would definitely use this Company for future projects.  The best part is this Company shows up which is hard to find these days and time..Thank you again for your hard work and dedication!

We couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. We had a leak that we thought was caused by a problem with our siding that had been installed 15 years ago. Before starting our job, the project manager, team leader and 2 workers took their time to discuss the issue, which included checking the window as well. We had our roof replaced and a new ridge vent cap done on our house.  They were very professional, positive, responsive and worked around our schedule.  Did the whole roof in one day with a huge team of people.   They came back out for an issue with the ridge vent and brought people right out to take care of it the next day! Extremely responsive. Pro Exteriors replaced my shingle roof (3 levels, 1 dormer, 2 side extensions, 2 chimneys). They took incredible care to cover all surfaces, seal chimneys. Can't say enough. TOP quality!!

I wanna give a big thanks to Nate Opaliski and the whole team at Pro Exteriors. I received a brand new 50 year roof through my insurance carrier I only had to pay my deductible!! Great work on a large porch sofit!  Aaron was responsive, they completed the work on time and as promised.  the job was super difficult, several contractors looked at it and wouldn't touch it.  Pro Exteriors hopped right on it and it turned out much better than i even expected.  Highly recommend these guys.

TC Backer Construction

We had siding damage from a storm destroy the entire side of our home's siding. We called TC Backer and the next day someone was at the house surveying the damage. Instead of pushing us to replace all of the siding, they took the time to match the color of the existing siding. The installation crew was very professional and clean. They did such a great job, we had them replace all of my mother in law's windows. Again, super professional and the windows look great! We couldn't be more happy with the service we received.

I would highly recommend this company!!! They are AMAZING to work with and love how my home turned out!!! If you haven’t already give them a call to have them give you an estimate. They aren’t about selling things, they really want what is best for you and your home!!

Update: I have been waiting for a call back for days. They had good reviews  but now I see terrible communication. I called someone else and the work is done. They said the were short handed but that has nothing to do with calling me back. Originally the said they didn't get my messages so I pulled my poor review. I don't want to know the excuse now.

This company has it all, from roofing, siding, windows, doors and gutters. Whatever work you decide to choose here will be done with great quality. They never disappoint, I highly recommend!

Titan Contracting LLC

Loved Titan Construction!  From start to finish the whole team was incredibly responsive. My husband and I closed in a previously existing, screened in porch with windows, insulation new flooring, and a mini split. Although there was a few delays due to supply chain issues, Titan was always on top of things and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! Thank you to Patrick and Daniel for all of your professionalism, and a beautiful finished product! I would highly recommend TITAN! .

Titan Contracting was great! They had the old deck down and the new deck up in less than 2 days, including cleanup! We also had doors replaced. Replaced a slider with French doors, a new beautiful wood front door and storm door, and a new back door. They are all beautiful, exactly what we wanted! These were all done in 1 day. After all the work was done, we noticed a chip in one of the new deck boards. Titan replaced it quickly with no cost to us. We would definitely recommend Titan. They will be the first call if we need anything else.

We hired Titan Contracting to replace our old wooden deck with a composite deck. We contacted several companies and chose Titan because they were the most professional and responsive, preparing an estimate by the next day. The price was reasonable and they were able to begin work in the time frame we were hoping for. The work crew was professional and prompt and did a quality job. We are very satisfied with our new deck and would not hesitate to use Titan Contracting for our next project.

Titan Contracting recently completed a 12’ x 22’ deck on my home in Milton, DE.  I selected Titan Contracting, LLC, after reviewing several contractor reviews on Google.  I was impressed with Titan’s 5 star reviews and called the owner, Patrick Speese, to provide an estimate for the job.  I was totally impressed with the Patrick’s professionalism.  I sensed some prior military training and asked the question…are you former military?  He responded, yes, former Marine.  As a former military member, he gained a notch immediately.

Working with Patrick was an amazing experience.  He provided the plan and estimate for the project within 24 hours.  Everything was done digitally.  Patrick worked with me to provide all plans/specifications and assurances (i.e., business license, proof of insurance and workman’s comp) required by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  He responded to all questions and requests for information/documents within hours.  Once I received ARC approval, I signed the contract.  Patrick estimated that the work would begin within about one month, given his backlog of work and need to order materials.

Work commenced according to schedule.  The foreman for the project was ‘Kyle.’  He was also excellent to work with.  There was one glitch on the project.  When Patrick came by initially to provide the estimate, we discussed the color of the Trex decking.  I explained that my wife wanted the color to be the same as we had on the screened porch.  Patrick indicated that the color was ‘Madeira.’  When the materials showed up, it was clear that the color that was ordered was not the same as the decking on the porch.  The porch deck color was ‘Woodland Brown.’  Rather than postpone the project, Titan proceeded to construct the deck with the decking material that had been ordered.  Patrick took ownership of the mistake and said…’I’ll order the correct color, but I don’t want to delay your enjoyment of the deck!’  Patrick ordered the correct decking color the same day.  His crew proceeded to complete the job, which was completed within 5 days.  Every man on the crew was excellent.  One of the guys on the crew ‘Justin’ was a former submariner and the experience showed in his work ethic and desire to get things done correctly…amazing guy. The correct decking arrived within one week.  As soon as the decking arrived, the crew was back at it and completed the job within two days.

Titan did a wonderful job!  My wife and I are totally thrilled with the outcome!  Rarely in my life has my experience with a contractor or any service provider been this amazing.  I cannot recommend Titan Contracting more highly!  I wish Patrick Speese and his amazing crew much health and good fortune!

We replaced all of our doors and storm doors. The first guy we hired ghosted us, and several neighbors recommended Titan. Patrick responded IMMEDIATELY to my phone call and online request. His quote was very reasonable, and he was able to schedule the install within a week of our having all the necessary materials. The install was yesterday, and the crew was GREAT. Patrick himself came today to inspect the work. EVERYONE was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them.

C&M Roofing & Siding

C&M put a new roof on our house and detached garage and replaced and painted some boards on our decks and steps that had rotted.  From my very first communication till the last day of them working on our home, everything was positive.  Everything looks great….they cleaned up the work site very well.  We could not be happier.  I would definitely use them again if we ever need work done.

We searched for a long time to find a contractor willing to re-roof and put new siding our small shed. The shed was in a state of disrepair which necessiatated having to replace a lot of plywood on the roof, sides and floor. Mike was wonderful from the estimate process through the construction. They took pride in the job and the final result from start to finish. We will definetly use them when we put a new roof on the house in a few years.

Mike and his team did a great job for us!  They replaced our roof, siding and windows and were affordable, communicated well and did quality work.

I had an old television antenna attached to my roof, and C and M came out, removed it in about 1/2 hour and took away for a very reasonable price.  They were very thorough and on time.
Also, recently, (2022), C & M came out and repaired part of my roof within two days of calling.  Very professional and efficient!

I can not begin to thank them for the professional and kind way they handle my urgent situation.  I will be hiring them for my other property.  I highly recommend

Central Florida Exterior Inc.

Hi, me and my husband needed to replace the roof because of filtrations and opted to upgrade to a metal roof. We needed to do repairs to the structure and replace some beams as well as repair connection to the chimney.  I will admit that initially we were stressed wondering about how invasive it could be on our life routines and the end result. But it ended up being the best experience.  From beginning to end there was the upmost professionalism and communication was fantastic.  Even watching the workers was fun.  They have this dynamic and coordination that you can tell they have been doing this for long. Much experience. They joke as they work, and never stop working keeping the flow and productivity.  They work very well as a team and their technique for placing nails is quite impressive.  It's like an orquesta. It was done in less than a week and it only really took that long because of the rains which forced them to stop and cover the area they were working on and the continue as soon as it passed.  But it never interrupted our daily routine. They are respectful at all times and clean after themselves every day. Best experience and great quality.  The wind mitigation inspector even said he was impressed with the level of quality, material, the correct distancing of nails and the length of them was beyond accurate. The home insurance ended up discounting $3,000 after that report and job completion.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.  We are not kidding when we say we will definitely be recommending you. We are actually planning to complete the rain gutters with you.  I am now looking forward to painting the house.

We had a great work experience David and his company and all his workers were very professional and worked very hard in a very hot weather. I would recommend them to anyone. If we need any type of roof work again we will defiantly use them again.

CFE completed our roof very quickly, but most importantly, safely. Everyone from
beginning to end was professional and knowledgeable. We have NEVER found a screw or scrap in the yard. I would recommend them anyone. I would use them in the future if we move.

We had an older roof that was in need of a few repairs and when I was looking for a company - I had several estimates for both repairing and replacing a shingle roof and also received quotes on a metal roof but CFE was the only one to explain everything including the differences to me from the very beginning. They answered all my questions that I had especially on the metal roof which I was not sure I would like but after hearing about it and all the benefits - I decided to go with it.  It took only a couple days to complete - from the time they said they were coming out until they posted the permit in the window. They were very friendly, clean and professional. I got alot of compliments on the roof and it is truly quiet - I NEVER know when it is raining unless I look out the window LOL.  I would definitely refer Central Florida Exterior to anyone looking to upgrade their roof.

Just moved here and had experienced the worst service ever when dealing with this company. The owner displayed absolutely no professionalism and had no knowledge of what it takes to get the job done. He dispatched 5 incompetent workers to work on this job, which would take no more than 2 competent workers to complete.  Workers took 8 hrs  to reface my chimney. I caught  them  covering up structural mistakes which made me had to step in as their Foreman to make sure the job was done correctly. Workers were using profanities in the native language, slacking off, and had no respect towards me and my property. Be aware of price gouging, labor costs for workers who do no work, and materials being used to complete the job versus materials being charged for!!

He and his company provided a very competitive quote, were easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the process. If we had another roof to fix, they are the only ones we would call!

Bayside put up a deck in my backyard.   They worked hard and did a great job…I was pleased, too, with their customer service skills, i.e. they were very responsive to my calls and always got right back to me.  I’d  hire them again.  Their prices were competitive and fair…i got three bids before hiring Bayside.  One company didn’t even bother to get back to me with a bid.   Bayside was a great choice!

Bayside Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof replacement! They were professional, prompt, and courteous all the way around.  They responded quickly to my inquiry. Showed up on time for the walk around and estimate process.  They returned with an estimate and talked to me about different options available. G. Fedale recently completed an extensive shingle removal/replacement on the Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville, DE due to storm damage this past winter.  We found the organization to be very professional and efficient from representing the church in discussions with the insurance carrier to installation of the shingles. The on-site supervisor, Luke, handled the job very well and was responsive to any questions.  Also, Frank Starkey, kept the Church informed of any issues and was pleasant to deal with.  UUMC was very pleased with G. Fedale's work and would recommend this company.
