Century 21 is a great real estate company!  We had an outstanding realtor, Helen Johnson.  She was always friendly and available to answer questions.  She consistently kept us updated on the purchase of our home and even kept us up to date while she was on vacation!  Helen is the ultimate professional, and with employees like her, Century 21 Greater LandCo will continue to be a great company in Idaho Falls!

If there were zero stars, I'd leave 0. Sandra Walker was not an honest realtor and when things head south, she leaves you hanging. This company did not try to right things when things went bad. Extremely disappointing. I would not reccomend them. Do yourself a favor and try using a different realty company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY! I was warned not to use this company. I should have listened. Since you are not around to see what is going on, they take advantage of you. Upon signing up and getting the home ready, they scam you on repairs needed and they don't actually do some of the work that they bill you for. They do not say own up to mistakes, they do not follow through or really do their job as property managers. They never remember a conversation and you will always have to remind them. The lead man will never know what all his workers are doing and why they are charging or fixing and why.
The tenant moved out and took some items that belonged to the home, and her dog peed on the carpet. The management company left trash and junk all around my property after repairs and replacing items. They removed my glass shower door and replaced some tile without asking. I asked why did they replace the tile and they couldn't give me a good answer. I was just in the house and did not see a need for replaced tile. When I asked Cliff at Century 21 Sunshine Realty where my Glass shower door was, he said it was never there. It was there before the tenant moved in!  He denied and defended every concern I had. They even removed the shower door and put the materials in the backyard along with the tile job they did.  Yet they charged me a hefty amount for a dump run. After the tenant moved out I had to shampoo the carpets, get the home cleaned, replace the glass shower door, respond to the dryer leaking water in the utility room, and clean up trash left behind from the management company workers. They did not hold the tenant responsible for damages, cleaning the home professionally like I was promised, and having a dog on the property. Nobody mentioned that the dryer was leaking water. This can cause water damage.  What did I pay the management company for? They caused more work for me when the home should have been ready to go after last tenant moved out. This isn't even all of the trouble I had with them.  They were sketchy with paper work in the beginning and sketchy until the very end.
I was warned not to go with this company and I now I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Do yourself a favor and never use Century 21 Sunshine Realty in Show Low, AZ.

I've never in my life had a realtor hang up on me because I asked if they possibly had a nicer home listed! After viewing a place that had fresh patches of dog urine on the carpet  and the strong smell of ammonia. I can only imagine how they run there business if they are willing to freely show a home of that nature and hang up on a potential client with no care. Very disappointed  with my experience  with Gary  and i will never recommend them to anybody I know looking for a potential  home. We Are supposed  to be a small community that helps each other out with care but actions like this show the lack of professionalism as a business and care for they're community.

Jackie Malott of Century 21 in Show Low, AZ. Is wonderful. Great personality,  professional,  and hard working. Jackie went above and beyond for us. Anyone would be lucky to have Jackie on thier team. Highly recommend Jackie Malott.

RE/MAX Mountain Valley

I contacted Jay in March about our desire to start looking at homes in the area while on vacation.  After communicating and deciding on a day to schedule showings, I never heard back from him.  5-6 weeks later, I reached out to follow-up and also see if his office handles any rental properties as we are looking to extend our stay in the area.  Jay responded that his wife Meredith would be in touch regarding possible rentals.  It's 4 days later and I still haven't heard anything.  I really wanted to do business with Re/Max as we have bought and sold several other properties through Re/Max in other areas of the country but it seems as if they aren't interested in the business.

Our Agent, Christopher Rapacz, was Professional from the first phone call!  showed us multiple homes from Heber to Lakeside... always on time to meet us and show us the properties.  We had several bumps in the road to get to closing and each time Chris handled it and kept our deal going forward.  We not only have a new Cabin in the White Mountains, we also have a new friend in Chris!

Cyndi, was so AMAZING and very professional. She was quick to offer any assistance we needed and open to any questions and concerns we came across. She basically held our hand throughout the entire process and walked us through step by step. I would say she went above and beyond, if you need a Realtor, she should be first on your list for sure.

Tyler showed us a home in snowflake as and sent us an aplication after viewing home and then called me an hour later saying the house was no longer available. I asked what happened to the first come first serve and didn’t get an answer. They just hung up on me. Tyler was not very nice and came to meet us at the house waering street cloths. Very unprofessional. Tyler will play you for a fool.

Jay & Meredith are a pleasure to work with. We've purchased 2 properties so far, and couldn't imagine a more personable, professional team. If you're looking for a home or land in the White Mountain area, look no further.

I would not recommend working with their rental company. Had $1650 in deposits kept without explanation when we moved. Was promised an itemized list of damages repeatedly and never received it. Emails and texts regarding deposit were ignored. There were no damages beyond normal wear and tear. We lived there for 2 1/2 years and we were always on time with our rent and never caused any problems. We're clean responsible people who have never had a deposit kept before. Ended up having to get a lawyer involved.

I am willing and able buyer but have had no luck on buying a house when the agent (Desiree Thomas) doesn't respond back in a timely manner to my agent.

Lori Rubley is amazing!  When my son was looking for a house, she was dedicated to find the right fit for him. She was always available for all of our questions.  She made the purchase a wonderful and exciting experience.  That was a year and a half ago, and we still stay in touch.  One of our best experiences ever!

We had our house listed with them for almost a year with no success selling it. It was a great house in a great location, no reason for it not to sell, especially with how hot the market was when we listed it. (When we switched realtors, we got a full price offer in less than 24 hrs.) Des was unresponsive and lied about several things through the process. She failed to send information to potential buyers, she did not do price adjustments when directed to, the pictures were terrible quality on the listing. We paid a professional to go take better pictures and then we sent them to her, all she had to do was upload them and she didn't. She kept making it out that she was doing us favors, only for us to find out later that they weren't favors at all, or they were just standard business practice that didn't set us apart at all. I could go on and on. Save yourself the heartache.

My Husband and I worked with lori when buying our first house and I have nothing bad to say. She was nothing short of amazing! She went out of her way to make us happy. Through the entire process she was always there day or night answering any questions or finding the answer to our questions. We ended up with a beautiful home for our family because of her. We truly appreciate all the hard work you did for our family, Thank you so much lori!

They need less than one star. We requested a home inspection. They lead us to believe one was gonna be done. Even had us move funds and have them ready. And spun us until before closing and when we asked said everything we good. After closing we discover they never took the money out for the inspection. Here now 4 months later we have a house with major foundation issues. (foundation walls are about to collapse) with 5 kids in the house.  Thank you.

Calen Studler is the worst real estate agent we have ever dealt with, and we have worked with well over 50 in our careers.  From our initial meeting, he came off as rude, uninterested in our situation, and gave us the feeling that we were inconveniencing him with our house showing.  He adamantly refused to go in the basement of the house, which we found very unprofessional.  He allowed us to go down in the basement by ourselves and was unapologetic about staying upstairs.  He shot down everything we told him about our plans with the property and told us how it would not work.  He interrupted and talked over us when we were trying to answer questions he asked.  And he obviously didn’t listen to the answers we gave because he asked the same questions repeatedly.  He was more interested in boasting about his credentials as an appraiser and a landlord.  His condescending attitude was grotesque and we would never think of working with him as our agent.  We even hope that, should we buy the property, he won’t get any commission from his half-attempted effort at earning our business.  One positive aspect was that Calen did follow-up the next day with an answer about the property.  However, upon our own research of public records, we found his information to be incorrect, and we wonder if he even looked it up.  He was very pushy about finding out our financial situation and mentioned it several times in a roundabout way.  We found this extremely rude, especially since this was a first showing and our responsibility to handle, not his.  He argued with us over the financing subject multiple times, and it drove us to post this review.  Customer service is the last profession in which Calen should be in.

Great people who are very willing to help you out.  Especially Mr Eric Bray and Danny Willis.  These gentlemen are two of the best out there when it comes to real estate.

I recommend this Company to everyone who is in the housing market, and expects honesty, loyalty and integrity to be part of the services rendered by a realtor company! They are amazing!

I looked up a property I was familiar with. I was told it had been completely remodeled over the past year since it had been sold and was again, back on the market. I was anxious to see the house, but was rather shocked at the high price tag since I saw what the house originally went for.
Now I really was curious about how much work must have warranted this price. The pictures submitted by this company did not show these changes. It did not show the 3 bedrooms, only the 1 main bath, not the Master bath. It did not show the back Screened in Back Porch. It did not show the backyard w/Storage Building.
Other Properties show all these things. Other groups have better pictures and detailed pictures. Is it up to that particular Realtor assigned for that particular sale of that house to be responsible for the photos of the home which are posted? The house I was speaking of was listed for MONTHS! Could bad representation be the problem? This company has a good reputation. Maybe one with more experience should have been assigned or the owners should have looked and approved at the pictures published. If you have 2 baths, show both. If you have 3 bedrooms at least show the master and one to show the difference in size. If you have the screened in porch, it would be a great selling point; have sellers have it ready to photo. And what about that big back yard with that utility building? Yes, that's a great selling point too! Why 2 of the SAME pictures OF THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE?
As I suggested before, maybe the owners of this group, should look at ALL THEIR LISTINGS GOING OUT ON INTERNET, TO MAKE SURE THE PROPERTY IS SHOWN AT IT'S BEST.
