Mike was there every step of the way, he made us feel important , took care of all our needs, and never let us down. When it came to selling our house Mike had it sold in 36 hours, he gave us valuable tips on what we needed to do to get the house sold, and kept us on track. He also made buying a breeze too, he showed us extreme patience while we wanted to look at everything under the sun. And eventually he found us the home of our dreams, and he made buying that a cinch also. We would highly recommend Mike for any of your real estate needs.

Working with Mike last year to buy my home was a very positive experience.  I came to him in a bit of a time crunch and he made time to help me get my home as quickly as possible.  I appreciated his knowledge of the area and the industry in guiding me to the right neighborhood and home for me.  He is very easy to get along with.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home.

Mike McGee with Remax was our selling agent on our recently sale. Did not tell us he would be out of state for our closing until the night before. Did not communicate well in the days leading up to closing. He had no one there to represent us at closing with him being unavailable, which the buyers agent and title company were extremely uneasy with. We had to negotiate an additional fee with the buyers agent on the day of closing ourselves as a result of this, which I don't believe we would have had to pay them in cash day of if someone had been there to represent us. We also had to communicate with the buyers agent prior to closing in regards to a final walkthrough ourselves which NEVER should have happened. Due to a lack of communication from Mike in regards to the final walkthrough, we had no idea the expectation was to be completely moved out for the buyers walkthrough which upset us, their agent, and them as they showed up at the scheduled time and we were packing a truck and still living in the house. As a result, we got rushed out of the house for their walkthrough an hour before closing and had the aforementioned fees we had to pay the buyers in cash on the day of closing. All-in-all, I absolutely would not recommend Mike. He was our buyers agent 2 years ago and was fine, but this time he seriously disappointed us.

Myself and my husband used Mike Mcgee to list our house in Springfield IL! Mike was such A wonderful man to work with he never questioned us on the things we wanted when it came to selling our house he was always answering his phone no matter what time it was! He had our house sold in less then 30 days! We had our dream home picked out and had a contract on it and we told him we need our house sold by this date and by golly he did it!! Thanks for all your hard work Mike need a Man to sell your home USE this guy right here!!!

Mike really knocked it out of the park when it came to not only buying our new home, but also selling our old one! In 2016 we were at the end of a 2 year hunt for the perfect house, which would get us to move from our existing house that we had been in for 18 years. We found a house on Stockton Dr. on Zillow and sent an email requesting more information. Within a couple of minutes Mike called and we talked for a bit and then scheduled an appointment in a few days to see the house. A few days later, Mike called and said that he wasn't going to be able to show us the house because it had sold the night before. We were a little crushed, to say the least, and decided that moving just wasn't in our future, so we decided to stop looking for a new house and went about or business. Fast forward to a month later and we got a phone call from Mike letting us know that the house on Stockton Dr. was available again (because the initial deal fell through with the buyer) and he wanted to know if we were still interested. We agreed to see it the next night, not expecting anything, and walked in and knew we were in our new home! We made an offer and signed the papers 2 days later! Had Mike not have had the initiative to call us back to see if we were still interested (either in that house or another) we would not be in our new home today (that we absolutely love!) The whole buying experience was very smooth and Mike did an excellent job at keeping the ball moving. We moved in to our new house in December of 2016. The story continues.....we still had to sell our old house! In February 2017, we met Mike at our old house and he gave it a look over and gave us some very valuable suggestions on what he thought we needed to do in order to get our old house sold. We took his advice and had an inspection done, had carpets cleaned, painted rooms, update some electrical outlets, etc. (Mike’s past experience as a home contractor is a definite plus!) Also, during this time Mike moved from the Real Estate Group to Keller-Williams. While we were working on getting the house ready to be put on the market, Mike brought a couple of people over to the house that he thought might be interested, and boy we sure were glad he did. When we signed the papers to list the house, we were also presented with an offer. Our old house was listed and sold on the same day, practically within a few minutes of each other. Working with Mike and his partner Kathy Garst at Keller-Williams, we got our old house sold and the selling process was also smooth and easy! Mike is very good at what he does, as he not only has a passion for real estate, but also with finding you the right home! His input, suggestions, honesty, integrity and building knowledge is invaluable! We can’t say enough great things about Mike! If we ever need to buy or sell a house in the future, we would hope to be able to work with Mike again!

We have used Kevin several times to sell our houses and buy new ones. He is extremely professional and worked really hard to help us find the perfect house. We highly recommend him!!

I rented a house from this company and would like to warn others before doing the same.  First off, they exhibited poor communcation, at times very unprofesional.  I would leave multiple messages and never hear back from them.  Worse than that, after I moved out, a huge chunk of my deposit was kept despite the fact that I cleaned the house thoroughly.  They looked for every excuse to keep my money in order to upgrade the property after I left.  Do not do business with these people, they will do the same to you.

Lack of communication. Obvious lies about what they spend our money/resources on and keep racking up the HOA prices. Do not do business with them. Beware!

I do not recommend renting from remax it was an all around awful experience! Took them 31 days to replace a broken stove, when we moved out it took 56 days to get our deposit back when the house was in good enough condition for people to move in the day after we moved out then they charged us for wear and tear items like a hot water heating vent, paint when we painted whrn we moved in 4 years ago and state law says after 2 years its landlord responsibility and front door jam and all were in no worse shape then when we moved in, I have pictures as proof!

We struggle with the lack of communication from Remax, specifically the HOA manager. If we could just get updates ongoing of the status of projects and financial information it would really improve our opinion of her. Mary is one person who does communicate when asked for information.

Their communication is horrible. With  you and each other. They take your money don't address any issues oh Their really good at pretending to care about you and your needs until you sign a contract . Then you've made a deal with the devil . We rented a property for a long weekend, I was a little nervous because of past experiences with other companies, but it was a pleasant surprise. The condo we rented was fabulous. It was clean, centeraly located, and  everything we needed was provided. Check-in and out was so easy. We will definitely use Re/Max again.

We used Remax for a rental when we visited our property at HSV last week. We made sure to get a pet friendly rental to accommodate our dogs. Within the first 2 hours of our first day, some neighbor complained that our dogs barked (crazy, I know, to think a dog might bark in a strange area) and called animal control. Brooke from REMAX contacted us and had us moved into a MUCH BETTER rental home at no additional expense for us. She was so quick to get us taken care of. We were in the new place within an hour!!! Absolute SUPERB service!! I cannot even begin to say how incredible the service we received from Brooke at REMAX was. We will ALWAYS use them when we go to stay at HSV going forward (until we build on our property).  Thank you Brooke, and whomever else helped make our stay happen!!! This was the BEST experience!! I cannot express how thankful we are that you were able to accommodate our needs so well!

Great interim house for us after sale of our home & closing of new.  Everything we needed & peaceful setting.  Will come back for future visits!

C21, specifically Dorthy, has helped us buy and sell a house within the last 7 years. Both transactions were so quick and easy. We moved out of area in May and listed our house at the end of the month. In a little over a week, we had a solid contract and closed in less than 2 months! We love Dorthy. She helped selling from afar go so smoothly. She's a wonderful person, her professionalism is top-notch and she goes above and beyond for her clients.

We were taken advantage of by our realtor. Were first time buyers/sellers and was charged extremely high rates in an effort to maximize their profits. There wasn’t any care or consideration given to us. They are very greedy and I would suggest using someone else. Anyone else!

They are so attentive and helpful... always available for a tour of a home even it is last min. I've never seen a office so organized and on the ball. Everyone is very friendly and want to help as much as possible. I feel the owners go above and beyond for their clients.

I'm only giving it 2 stars because the people were nice in person. I went to list my house and everything seemed fine.. until the realtor I spoke with never called me back and never made an effort to follow up or return my phone calls or texts. This in turn put my family and I a week behind on moving making everything more stressful. Because of this we decided to use a different realtor.

If you're looking to sell your home in the Montgomery County, Illinois area, this agency knows how to truly market your home to get you top dollar. I have been working with them for over a year and a half and I would proudly recommend them to any of my friends, family or general contacts.  Keep up the great work RBR!!!

Plenty of free handicapped accessible parking.  Well maintained sidewalk and entrance.  Greeted just inside by a friendly, well trained staff member who took care of our every need.

So. I rent a home from them. And the owner would not pay to fix a dryer. And remax is just a rental agent. I bought a new dryer.  It was gad. Remax sent someone to install it with. That's awesome!

I wanted to rent a house from them, the lady i spoke with (Brooklyn) informed me to do an application witch i had no problem doing if i knew my credit score had to meet a certain requirement i wouldn’t have paid the 20$ for the application (i stated my credit score To her before doing application.. she already knew i wasn’t eligible)it took me to hound her for 4 days before she finally answered me directly saying my credit score wasn’t high enough. I just feel like it was a waste of time and money.

If you are considering renting with RE/MAX property management, look elsewhere.

Pam Mason is THE BEST. She's so kind and knowledgeable and was the only agent to take us seriously in our multi-state search to buy a house. She was able to change directions quickly (I took some time to decide what I wanted). She replies fast... and late at night (sorry Pam lol) and everything she did was in our best interest. So thankful Pam was apart of our journey to find our first home

Chris Hilton was amazing at helping us find our home. My wife was pregnant at the time and we were wanting to find a house before the baby came. I felt like she went above and beyond looking for us. This was our first home and we didn’t know much about the buying experience. She walked us through everything from what we should look for and not. She just treated us like family. Thank you Chris

Chris Hilton is terrible! Absolutely horrible service…doesn’t respond…doesn’t answer the questions when she does respond…they have properties that have roaches that they haven’t taken care of in years

Made appointment with realtor and he didnt show on time and didnt answer his phone waited 15 mins after appointment still no show. Will not deal with Mario Garcia again due to his blatant disrespect to a veteran family
