Linda is seriously the best and she is definitely an asset to the company. She treated me like family throughout the entire process. I work, go to school, and I'm a mom so I'm on the go all the time but Linda accommodated me in every way possible and during times where I was available, and we're in different time zones! There was so much that came up (not due to anyone or anything in particular) and Linda was always on the ball and nothing was a challenge for her. She always had me informed and I never had to wait for a response from her. She handled everything in a professional way but with the personal touch of treating it all like we were family. I was dreading the entire process of selling properties and knew there was so much involved but Linda made it so easy for me. It has been wonderful working with her and now I'm kind of sad that we have closed because I have enjoyed every moment of working with her. She gets all the gold stars from me! Thank you for everything, Linda!!

Danny Porter and the team at Century21 are amazing! Danny has taken care of us from the very first time I inquired on a property.
We just bought our first home with Danny. I was frustrated and had unsuccessfully contacted another realty company in town 3 times in reference to 4 different properties they were the listing agent on.  They were insincere, didn't keep their appointments and slow to respond to emails. We had already secured financing (which we didn't share up front) and were ready to find our home. Fortunately, we happened across one of Danny's listings. He was prompt, always available, a great communicator and fun to work with. He answered all of my questions and was even there to assist us when we had an issue right after closing. Danny jumped in and helped out, never making us feel like it wasn't his problem. I hope to never need to buy another house but if we do-Danny Porter is the only name I'll ever need. Thank you for everything!!!

Kenny Meyer is great to work with! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Kenny sold our house in under 30 days AND helped us purchase a lot for our new build. He made the process easy and stress-free and went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to sell quickly.

I called a agent of this firm no answer, I emailed no reply, I called the main office and left a message for that agent.  NO RESPONSE.  Obviously too much work ,they do not need my business.  Knowing the personal reputation of one of the brokers I should have known. I just checked the recently sold real estate listings.  The two propeirties I was interested in sold for less than fifty percent of the asking prices. I was prepared to pay cash and more than the price realized.The seller should know due to the unprofessional behavior they lost money.

Lorraine Epperson is the best realtor in our area! Shes been like a gaurdian angel helpng us find a house after an unexpected emergency struck. A blessing indeed. She's award winning and very well versed in all community opportunities. 2 properties in and were ecstatic! See her for any property and she makes it happen!

Kenny Meyer is an excellent agent! He not only sold my house in a few short weeks, he also found me the perfect house that I had been searching for! Dishonest broker (Kenny Meyer).  Shifty business practices.   Would not ever recommend this company to anyone.   Avoid listings by this broker, and definitely don't use them for a purchase.

Century Property Management and Sales, LLC

Our family moved into our home last year, and the whole thing start to finish was great! We worked with Becky and Marquee and Anita at times and we’ve never had a problem. We have a home and a place of peace and safety!! Maintenance is always quick to respond to our needs and just nothing bad to say. They always have smiles on their faces. They do a very thankless job. I’m not sure if tenants actually just randomly thank them, I do. From the bottom of my heart. We have a home because of them!!

After years of being here, I thought I would try to give century a chance, even though eclipse screwed us when we first moved here  so hard to find dog friendly rentals, and that’s a shame, but when you lose out on a chance on a property because someone doesn’t have their  business  sorted out  that doesn’t seem like very good business practices. I was being flip-flopped back-and-forth it could be available it’s not available it might be available to it is take it but if you want to come and reapply and drop money off since you already picked up your money and start all over again no I’m done dealing with them unprofessional and they don’t care  anout the people  ugh its a shame!!!!😡😢🙌🏼💜 OK update I tried to give them another chance and then they told us about a place smells a little bit like cat pee but when we went to check it out it wasn’t a little bit of cat P it was overwhelming. They told me that they put stuff down before they put the carpet down they’re supposed to take care of the smell but I don’t believe that because I’ve had to do that at places I’ve rented before and it works if done properly and then they got all offended when we said we didn’t want to live somewhere that smell that bad of cat pee  again Marquis is very rude

I think it is disingenuous to blame me for bad tenants.  I accepted the tenants based on Century's recommendation.  Century told me that they did a thorough background check.  Yet in the first month, the person, (manager of Sunset Inn) with the good credit moved out (did he even move in?) and his two clearning ladies proceeded to NOT pay rent for the next 3 months and stole everything from the house except the kitchen appliances.  I will add that I was also disturbed by Century offering my house for sale to someone with NO money after I told them I was no longer interested in renting the property due to the extreme issues I had with the tenants Century recommended.  We were not interested in selling the house - and Century did not consult with me prior to offering the house to someone.

Darlene and her staff are great. They are very professional and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend working with Century Property Management.

Decent place to live if you want to live with people who smoke weed all day and it smells like cigarettes constantly. Other than that friendly management and had a good experience. But will never rent from this company again.

As the only realtor I have worked with (first time buying a home) at first I thought Drew was just an awesome realtor. He was always readily available, quick to respond to questions, and got us into houses (a lot of them at that) right away.  You could have easily convinced me we were his only client! Andrew was by far the most professional and knowledgeable relator we've ever had. From finding our perfect, all the way to helping us fix up our old house to sell. He did an amazing job and wouldn't recommend anybody else.

Andrew was not our first choice but our first realtor we talked to we did not feel 100% comfortable with.  When we met with Andrew right away it felt like we knew him for a while.  We showed him the house and everything and he was very upfront with us and made everything very easy.  I would HIGHLY recomend him for anyone looking to sell or even buy a house it was a good time and he communicated very well with us and even called us when we had questions that we emailed him about.  I dont normally do reviews but i felt this was one i really wanted to do.

LeAnn was very nice and knowledgeable, however, she missed our appointment, which was partially my fault. She sent a text at 10:00 am to confirm our appointment at 2:00. I was in church & didn't see the text until 2:00 when we we're at the property. I called her and she was very quick to get there, but being it was 20 minutes from town it was still a bit of a wait. Also, later I texted her some questions about the property and another property. She did not answer all my questions & the other property was sold before she got back to me. That property sold very fast, so there was no time to lose.

I had read some reviews that made me unsure if I wanted to use remax. But, I had already met Betsy Bush when we first moved to Mena. She was very helpful at helping us find a place to rent until we could buy. We went back to Betsy when we were ready to buy. She introduced us to Kevin Smallwood and I don't see how they could have done any better of a job. Betsy handled many things I didn't know about or have time to take care of. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly all the way through. If you are unsure about Mena Remax, don't be. They are wonderful to work with.

I rented from remax for 2 months before having to move out because of financial problems. They refused to give my deposit back using every excuse they could from the house smelling bad to not mowing the yard. I think I wouldnt have minded if they werent so rude but they really showed they dont care about the people they rent to. They only care about money. Beware.

Got information online for a friend of mine looking for that area. Information was very easy to find for her. Everything she needed was clearly stated.

We would recommend Deedee of the Alston Team.  She is knowledgeable, responsive, and great at answering questions.  We very much enjoyed her recommendations of the area (coffee shop, state park, etc.)  If the opportunity presents, we would like to work with her again.
