Emailed them about a property, no response.

As a rental company, they are very professional. They respond to needed repairs very promptly. During COVID they were very helpful with the rental assistance program. Apri, the manager, is super to work with!

Door to Door & Beyond is simply put horrible.  They “managed” my property for me as I live out of state.  The last tenant left the home in horrible condition and Door to Door did not manage the situation.   Was told they made the needed repairs, but when after months of not being able to find a tenant meeting  requirements ended up selling the home.   The realtor provided pictures of the home.  Now understand why it wasn’t renting.  House not cleaned.  Carpet filthy.  Their paint contractor didn’t complete the job.   Light switch covers missing.  Doors damaged.   Trash left in the home.   It’s no wonder why it didn’t rent or find potential tenants you’d want.    Of course there’s more, but don’t want want to keep writing for the next several minutes.   This company doesn’t know what they’re doing and why Century 21 would want to be associated with them is beyond me.  I’m so glad the home is sold and don’t have to deal with the incompetence any longer.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Alison Lind. She is knowledgeable, accessible, and transparent; which in my opinion, are the most important qualities to have as a realtor. Alison was present for our closing, making it helpful to answer questions that the attorney had. She is friendly and easy to get along with, which made house hunting an absolute blast! I will never consider anyone other than Alison for future real estate transactions.

If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible to rent from. My daughter and fiance was renting a house paying $1000/ mo.  She had to break lease due to family death. They refuse to return deposit or extra rent money paid.

I have worked at C21 Affiliated for several years and am so Happy with the support I receive from the Brokers and staff.  We have such a great team.

The realtor was VERY pushy and had a bad attitude.

Top notch realtors that really care about serving you, the client.  I would highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs.

Debbi Paus is a close family friend and true master of her craft. She routinely went out of her way to make my home buying process easy and enjoyable. I can't imagine doing it over with anybody else! If you get the chance to work with her, do not pass it up!

Terrible photos which were posted sideways, lots of downgrading of. ,the home, very few showings with no fresh idea for marketing,. .waste of time

Contacted Century 21 today to inquire about property rentals. I spoke to Jessica. She was by far one of the worst people I’ve had to speak with concerning house hunting in an unfamiliar area. She was so condescending and just overall nasty toward me on the phone. I could tell that she feels entitled to speak to people in that area in that manner. There’s no way I’d get into bed with Century 21 and have to deal with mediocre Jessica on a monthly basis. It’s not worth my time nor should it be worth yours . Do better

Kind people who are very passionate about what they do. Answered all the questions I had and was patient with me. Highly recommend.

They are helpful understanding and truly care about ppls they always polite respectful century 21 is a great company with amazing workers and I tremendously appreciate all they do
