Today was my first day with an afternoon psychologist named Dolores, as soon as I sat down she told me that she was helping me by doing a favor to another psychologist named Alicia (lovely, by the way, she takes care of my son), who was busy, which I doubt with such a character.
The one who calls herself a psychologist, Miss Dolores, is unpresentable. From the beginning, she made little faces and grimaces as I was telling her, she pressured me with questions, changing her character to tyrannical, arrogant and repellent, until I told her to let me tell everything because otherwise It would be difficult for him to understand me. We had not been there for even 20 minutes and he told me that he was not going to flow with me, offering me with all his face any center that is at our service in Sanitas, a humiliating attitude for which I left the consultation and I have communicated it to the receptionists, (lovely by the way), at that moment she came out, heard me perfectly and didn't even flinch or defend herself. Paulov would be turning in his grave to see such a being practicing this beautiful profession of which I am also a student. Of course this idiot should not be part of that team, a professional psychologist is there to help anyone who comes in front of him, whether you like him or not. Without knowing me at all, he took me out of the way in just 10 minutes. IT'S SHAMELESS.

I've been a patient for about 4 months, I've had about 5 or 6 appointments like a looooong and that I asked to have an appointment at least every 2 weeks. I understand that due to the professional's illness they have to cancel the appointment (I've had 2 appointments canceled for that reason) but that they cancel an appointment due to schedule adjustments, which is my fault when people cancel their appointment. And what's more, they offered me 4:30 p.m., then 4:00 p.m., then 6:30 p.m. and finally 6:00 p.m. And why isn't my 5:00 p.m. appointment possible?
Since my last appointment on 07/10, the next one on 07/24 was canceled due to Michael's minor illness. The conclusion is that I became insured with ADESLAS only through the psychologist hoping to have at least 2 appointments a month and it has not been like that. Rare has been the month that I have been able to have 2 appointments, with which nothing profitable has come out for me. It has been a waste of money. It would have been better, today, privately.

I hope this changes and, in that case, I will post a positive opinion about the center and the management of appointments again.
