My Trusted Carpet Cleaners

This was the first time I used the services of My Trusted Carpet Cleaners.  I had several questions and Tim was very responsive in answering all of them before I booked an appointment.  He arrived on time, calling before he came.

After reviewing what we wanted done, he actually reduced our estimate as he didn't feel we would need the deep cleaning we thought our pet accidents would require.  Saved us over $200!

Tim works fast - was done with the whole house in an hour and a half.  He let us know how long it would take to dry and told us he would follow up the next day to ensure we were satisfied.  If there was anything we needed touched up, he would come back and do it for free.

As promised, he followed up the next day and we told him how happy we were with the results!!  No need to return!  We've found our go to carpet cleaner and are so happy we don't need to keep wading through all the carpet cleaning promotions we get in the mail!   Tim will be our first and only call.  Thanks Tim!!

We had Tim come out before we moved in to clean our carpet and two rugs. The former owners had a cat and I'm highly allergic. We also had our "dog rug" and a bedroom rug cleaned. Tim did a fantastic job and he was so fast. We'll have him back to clean our furniture once we finally get moved in.

The Cleaning Guy

The firm I work for hired The Cleaning Guy of Springfield to clean the carpet in our entire office (approximately, 22,500 sq. feet).  I was told it would be a 3 or 4 person crew for a job this size.  Saturday morning, 2 workers show up on time at 8 am and left at 3:00pm for the day.  Sunday morning, only 1 person shows up to complete the job with more than half of the carpet yet to be cleaned.  I commend the worker for completing the job that was promised would be completed in the 2 day time-frame by himself. Because of the size of this job, I was disappointed that management did not check in to see how the job was going.  My disappointment lies with management and not with the work that was provided.

I am very pleased with the cleaning services provided by The Cleaning Guy. They send two maids- most recently, Megan and Jada- to deep clean my 2 bed 2 bath apartment, which took about 2 hours. The bathrooms and kitchens were left spotless, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. I have used their services three times now- about once a quarter, and they have been consistently great. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service.

I called to get estimate price for house cleaning contract, the guy picked up the phone was very rude when I asked him if he is going to send a person to look at the house! I can’t believe such a bad business still exists. Very rude!

Did great cleaning inside my apartment complex . The last company always missed dirt, leaves and little ladybugs outside in the hallway. I seen Jaida and Shanice come in to clean and they left everything spotless including the stairs. They were super sweet and did really good. Looking forward to this company coming back.

They arrived an hour later than expected and stayed for 2 hrs 15 minutes (I was home and looked at my watch) but I was charged for 2 hrs 55 minutes. For one cleaner it was her first day and mine was the first job. She lightly dusted but did not move things or use furniture polish. The other cleaner was more thorough. Both were polite and respectful. I hired them because I’m ill and had company coming but I still had to clean corners, vacuum cushions, wipe down kitchen cupboards and door handles. Its the most I’ve ever paid to have someone help me clean and I was disappointed. I won’t use them again.

The Maid Place

My wife and I have had terrible experiences with cleaning services. We’ve tried many in the area and have been constantly unimpressed and simply disappointed. Many cleaning services rush through a job, show up late, or charge premium prices for mediocre service. The Maid Place was the exact opposite. The team showed up on time, cleaned our home extraordinarily well, and charged a fair and reasonable price. We are having my son’s first birthday party this weekend and hosting our family for Christmas, and we now feel comfortable having family and friends over the next few weeks. My wife couldn’t be happier with the final product. We paid for a deep clean and we got that and more. The team was also efficient and communicative. We felt like they were time conscious but never failed on quality. We will likely be using them on a monthly basis moving forward. Big thanks to Amanda and her team at The Maid Place. They are wonderful people who operate an ethical business.

OUTSTANDING!! I called and left a VM at 9pm the night before our movers were scheduled (we found out the new place was not cleaned prior to us moving in).  David not only called me back 30 min later, he worked so hard to get us all taken care of bright and early the next day and the house was SPARKLING, just in time for the movers to arrive at noon.  Now to the cleaning... Martha's team was amazing!! As soon as they arrived, I was relieved and felt completely comfortable leaving them at the house to do their magic while I left and finished packing up our old home.  They were so thorough and cleaned everything perfectly.  I have never used professional cleaners before, but now I am planning to hire The Maid Place for a regular scheduled cleaning.  Thank you so much for everything!! You guys rock.

I’ve been using the maid place for several years. The work is always so consistent. The stand out is the guy running this place. I do not know his name but when you call you will hear from him. He is always so responsive and professional. He’s the star of this place. This is an awesome service with excellent customer service and I will continue to use them as long as they are open.

This was our first time hiring any sort of house cleaner, because life had gotten too chaotic. The team that came in did an incredible job on a deep clean, and the pricing was very reasonable for all it included. Plus, all of the employees are paid a fair wage, far above the minimum. Definitely will be using this service again.

We have a home over 4,000 square feet and this was our first time hiring a cleaning service to clean the whole house. 5 people showed up ready to go and they were all so kind and hard working. They made sure everything was up to our standard before they left and I have zero complaints. The company is fantastic with communication and they are very personable and easy to work with. We will start having them come out regularly and we are beyond thrilled.

Chem-Dry of Springfield

I highly recommend Chemdry. We are outside of Springfield and they have been coming out to my house to clean our wool rug for 3 years now. Price is reasonable and scheduling is easy. The technicians are professional and efficient.

Talked to a lady for my appointment to have a recliner cleaned and she was so nice. Two men came to clean my chair. They were courteous and quick. My 20 year old recliner looks like a new chair. Oh my goodness I am so pleased!!!! I'd recommend Chem-Dry to anyone who'd listen!

The Maids (Plano) were fantastic! I spoke to Angela a couple of times  .. and she answered all my queries! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. We got a move in cleaning done after renovating. They were detail oriented, patient and thorough. Went over and checked everything again. Lupita and her team were amazing.   They did a great job of deep cleaning my apartment.   I work from home and only needed to step away from my desk briefly while they cleaned my home office.   I will definitely use them again!

Clean Wash Coin Laundry

While traveling in our RV it was time to catch up on laundry so I checked nearby laundromat locations online.  Unfortunately I went to “Loose Change” first and the neighborhood didn’t look safe.  Headed over to Clean Wash and so glad I did!  Nice machines, attendant is very kind and helpful.

Super clean throughout the entire building. Machines are cleaned thoroughly, dryers too! Bathrooms are nice. I actually don’t mind sitting in here to wait on clothes. Made the mistake of going to another laundromat in north Little Rock today because this one was a little busy and I was utterly disgusted. I’ll always come here and wait if I need to because it’s the nicest one around.

Great laundromat that is open 24/7. Never been in one that's cleaner then this one.

Most rude woman there demanded I get out over some change, was rude about my headphones (I could hear her voice just fine), and told me my bag is offensive (I know that; that’s why I wear it). All I went in there for is to use the bathroom. I don’t care if she’s old, no excuse to be rude to a customer like that.

Feels safe and is usually busy, it not so busy there aren't any machines open. Needs an update in aesthetic, but is generally clean and taken care of. I stayed in Little Rock for 13 weeks and used this laundromat every week. They have an app you can use on your phone if you don't have quarters. Super easy to use. They do have a coin machine if you need to exchange.

Dallas Housemaids

I used Dallas Housemaids for first time. Eric did a phenomenal job of getting someone on a Sunday within an hour.  Best cleaning service I’ve had in DFW area. You get what you pay for. Madai was excellent and my place beams again. So glad they are right in coppell

Wow, we cannot say enough good things about this company! We needed a last minute deep cleaning appointment on a large home and they were so responsive and worked with us to find a time that worked. Fast forward to the job being completed - oh my goodness. Actual heaven! They require a walk through at the end of a job to make sure you’re satisfied and i couldn’t believe how meticulous and detailed they were in cleaning every single corner and surface. They were so incredibly professional, SO efficient, and we are 1000% satisfied with the job completed. We would use them again in a heartbeat and very highly recommend them to anyone in need of a home cleaning in Dallas!

Stanley Steemer

Coming back here to edit my reviews on my service with the SS team.. the guys who came out were great but the aftermath ended up disastrous for my couch. The couch dried up with brown areas and looked worse compared to its prior state. I called the SS team and was given a run around before I eventually got to speak to a manager who then tried to blame me for the horrible outcome of their cleaning. If you value your couch DO NOT USE at his Stanley Steamers, they do not know how to care for certain fabrics and they turn around to blame you for moving your couch!

I WISH I would’ve gotten a before photo! When I tell you I was debating on replacing the carpet, that should tell you how bad I let it get. I was so impressed, I went ahead and let them clean my couch and accent chairs too. I am usually a firm believer in DIY, but you just can’t do this with a residential carpet cleaner.

Couldn’t have asked for a better team!! KJ and Ced were the sweetest, most well mannered, hardworking guys!! Very professional and knowledgeable in their skills of cleaning our air duct system at Arkansas Foundation and Drain, LLC. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing air duct cleaning!

Julian with Stanley Steemer did an excellent job on our carpet, cleaning, deodorizing and treated a stain we had.  Customer Service was very good - worked with me on deciding what all I wanted done!  I will definitely use this team again!

Top Line Cleaners

AMAZING!! I dropped my husbands suit off and I had the option to pick it up the same day but chose to get it the next day. I arrived the next morning and the suit was ready to go and looked great! The employee even showed my son (who is homeschooled) how their conveyer belt works and told us that on a busy day they can clean and fold 1,000 pieces or more!
I highly recommend this business to my friends and family!

We have been using Top LIne for over 5 years and they always do an excellent job. The staff is always friendly. Recently they have started sending out texts to remind you that your cleaning is ready and they have also sent out texts with specials. Last week they sent out a comforter cleaning special and it just so happened that my comforter needed cleaning. I appreciate this business!
