Four women came to my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and cleaned walls, ceilings, ceiling fans, baseboards, bathrooms, refrigerator and more in 2 hours. They were friendly, thorough and efficient. They communicated the day before, confirmed the day of, arrived on time. They were very accommodating to my requests. Highly recommend for seasonal cleaning.

We have been using The Maids for almost a year now. They have been great. Very professional and personable. Our team of Lily, Wanda, and Yarandi are wonderful! It’s so nice to have a clean home that I don’t have to worry about.  I know we are getting great service from caring people.

I had my first of my reoccurring service today.  I had the wonderful team of Dorothy, Maria & Maria Jr as they introduced themselves.  They were very pleasant, RESPECTFUL and easy to deal with, as well as receptive to all concerns or observations I had. They have a 24hr return to site policy if not satisfied of which I'm only 2hrs into but as far as I can tell at the moment, I don't see them having to come back until our next pre-scheduled appointment!  Wonderful job ladies!

Miranda’s team (and Maria) are such reliable hard workers. They were prompt and courteous. They finished everything within the time frame. What a sweet profession team! Thank you, ladies.

Carpet looks great. Great service. Chad called 30 mins before he arrived. Cleaned up the traffic patterns and dried within 3-5 hours. Definitely recommend!

Eric and the Chem Dry team exceeded my expectations. Great to secure a quick phone estimate and schedule my appointment. I appreciate the professionalism with an email reminder prior to the appointment and a call to advise if  his approximate arrival time and services to be rendered.He removed a heavy grease stain left when our electric chair motor failed. Amazing! I have already scheduled our tile cleaning. Kudos for a job well done!

COIT Cleaning and Restoration

Made the appointment online.  Got a confirmation email.  No one contacted me the day before to tell me a narrower time window, as promised in the confirmation email.

No one ever showed, up, and the local phone number rolls to a corporate switchboard which doesn't handle the DE franchisee.

Very frustrating.  And then I read the reviews.

And then, an hour after the 8 to 12 window, I finally got a phone call, at which point I declined.

Let me first start by saying, if you want some cleaning done GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place isn’t worth the headache. I scheduled a cleaning for my sofa, I should have known things were going to go bad when it took the guys 10min to park the van (Never seen anything like it). I had to leave my house to move my car so we could get this process over with. Once in my house 1 of the guys just stood there looking at me with the paper in his hand, I asked what he needed from me and he looked at me like I was speaking another language. Once we finally figured out he was there to do his job, the other man came in ready to start setting up. I was waiting in the kitchen while they setup and proceeded to clean my sofa. I heard a loud noise and looked in the living room but everything looked normal. I walked over to find out there was a puddle of water on my floor. The guy grabbed a towel to try to soak it up. Once finish they left (sounds like the perfect ending to a good cleaning) ... I received a knock on the door a few moments later and it’s the cleaning guy asking to use the restroom. While moving boxes out the way to get to the bathroom, I realized it was some things misplaced and my carpet was soaked (they came to clean the sofa)... when the guy came out the bathroom I asked him why his coworker threw my clothes in the corner and why is everything soaked. He was about as surprised as I was so he went to speak with the coworker outside, an argument occurred in front of my house with the 2 workers then the guy came back in to try to soak up the water and solution. I would like to say this made me happy but no it didn’t, my bible (Grandmom’s bible that passed away), clothing, carpet was all soaked and tossed to the side like I wouldn’t realize it. Although I appreciate the one good worker this company may have for trying to help correct the issue, I do not understand for the life of me how they would allow someone to operate that type of Vehicle high. This man was visibly high on the job and thought it was ok to come to someone’s house and try to perform a job. I called this company, and for some odd reason I am still waiting on a call back when I was promised a call by the end of the week. Today is now Sunday and I was promised a call by the end of last week when all this craziness took place in my house. Also, this happened on a Thursday so I’m surprised it actually even took my sofa until Sunday to dry and looking at it the stains are still in the sofa (I attached photos). There are better company’s out there that I’m sure would provide you with drug free workers that do not destroy your personal property.

They damaged my property and quickly ran out, and when I took photos, a ‘general manager’ came over to inspect.  Despite repairing the damage, they still did a horrible job trying to fix their errors. No apologies, they filled out the invoice wrong,  & I started to receive texts late at night about ‘paying them.’ Very rude (PA & DE area). Use a different company, they aren’t worth it. They damaged the vents and ran out thinking I wouldn’t see it.  It’d be different if they told me it was an accident, but they cut corners and did a horrible job in every possible way.  Give your money to their competitors, they’re beyond embarrassing. Also, I had to clean a lot of debris left over that their vacuums should of picked up. I have everything photographed &   Documented, so if you want to see their horrible work ethic & the damage they did, let me know.  I’ve never complained about a company ever, but this was so egregious I had to let others know.

UPDATE!!! COIT sent someone out to touch up the paint that the original crew had damaged. Thanks for making it right COIT! Their arrival was delayed which prompted me to call the office because I was told to expect them at 9am. Granted they were still within the arrival window but apparently the crew had an equipment malfunction and did not call in to the main office. The crew was pleasant and professional. My one MAJOR COMPLAINT is that the crew only had 2 corner guards when 4 were needed. A lot of paint was stripped off my newly professionally painted walls and trim which will cost me additional $ to repair. The crew should be given more than 2 corner guards. Pleased with the service but NOT PLEASED with the damage from the hose scraping against my walls and trim. Wish this site allowed photo uploads.

I used COIT to clean the carpets in my house and I was very pleased with the Service. They arrived on time, the technician was very courteous and friendly, in fact the technician that did my carpets went above and beyond what he needed to do to make me happy. I would definitely recommend COIT if you want courteous, friendly, hard working people to get the job done right.

I had a mold situation that was unknowingly getting worse. I called PuroClean and got scheduled instantly! The owner, Victor, is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares about educating his crews as well, because they are the best! I’d highly recommend this company!

This is a professional and ethical company. We used this company to remove water damaged material from our bathroom and ceiling and for mold remediation.  Gino, the team leader, was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain each and every step of the process.  His team was efficient and had good attention to detail.  The affected materials were removed with care and my furniture and possessions were protected well and cleaned thoroughly after the process.  Victor, the owner, is also a pleasure to work with.  It was easy to schedule the work and the company was flexible  enough to work around our schedule. We would definitely use this company again in the future if we should ever have the need.

I own a rental property in Florida but live in NY and have been using PuroClean services for 10+ yrs. I trust them to get the job done without me having to be on-site to make sure is done correctly. I have personally used Puroclean for 2 different mold jobs that turned into black mold inside the walls. Victor is the owner and he is absolutely fantastic to work with. He and his team will be there with you every step of the way and even help with the homeowners  insurance claims if they apply. I can’t say enough about how great Victor and his Puroclean team is and what they have done for me!!

Joel and Mario went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed with excellence. They spared no expenses. Joel even came back every single day to check on the progress until everything was perfect. Will definitely keep in mind for future reference and friends/family. The team arrived very late. They used an app to track their arrival, they would arrive at 2:33, at 3:22 it posted that work was in progress before they arrived! Did not clean all areas requested. Toilet tank top was still dusty. Chipped the reglazed tub even though I made a point of reminding them to use only cloth or sponge in the bath. They charge the amount as if they had cleaned the basement laundry room, which they did not. They were done in 40 minutes. I would prefer thoroughness to speed.
Now they will not respond to my calls. Very disappointing since my mother used them for years in Jenkintown and recommended them. (this is a different zip code.)
Very unsatisfactory.

Drivers have no respect for others on the road, weaving through traffic.

Arrived 30 mins past end of timeframe. The guys were very polite however. Left streaks on couch cushions. Some cushions the dirt didn’t even lift. First time they have cleaned my furniture and probably my last.

The technicians arrived on time, were super respectful and helpful, very neat and tidy, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10 don’t think just buy your floors. Well, thank you! I will definitely be calling again and requesting these technicians because they did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased!! Ps... These carpets were immaculate however... Kids🤣

Dion and Jordan were courteous and professional. My carpet is a little over a year old and I was worried that the spots and dark areas left behind by my summer rentals would not come clean. The carpet looks brand new again! I will definitely use Stanley Steamer again.

Very pleased with our service today from Stanley Steemer. They cleaned our carpets and cleaned our furniture as well. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and did an excellent job on both.  The carpets and furniture looked so much better it was amazing.

John and his partner were excellent!  Very professional. Nice. We discussed grout cleaning at the end of the summer season.  Sofa and love seat drying now not they are so clean and bright. We can delay purchasing new ones. Yay!    Will definitely be scheduling service again!

They were amazing! I had stains in my carpet for years! I’ve tried several time to get them out myself but was never able to. John came in one time and removed ALL the stains well worth the money! I would recommend him to anyone! Great job!

I took a chance and just picked a carpet cleaning business based on a Google search and I could not have picked a better business!! John was so nice and accommodating to my needs. I wanted to clean 5 carpeted rooms, plus an arrears rug (about 1,000 sf) and John Absher performed miracles on these old carpets!!! After living here for 6+ years, with a dog and kids, you can only imagine what vacuuming alone could not pick up…. well, the carpets look and smell amazing, as does my area rug, and all for a super reasonable price!!!
