We had them clean the tile in the house we just bought.  They showed up on time,  worked hard, did an amazing job cleaning the tile. 20 years of build up was not a problem for them.  Definitely calling them back for the next time we need the  tile cleaned.  Some before and after pictures.

Having tried other companies, we finally found Zak through a co-worker.  He is the nicest guy, and his work is by far the best.  His process truly gets the carpets clean, and the protective sealant really does work!  He brought our carpet back to life.  It's 10 years old and looks almost new.

J&J Chem-Dry

If you're looking for honest, reliable, quality, and modestly priced service, J&J is simply the best!  They went above and beyond!  When I called to schedule an appointment they were overly helpful, they came on time (early, actually!), and did quick and efficient work.  They were very thorough and the job they did was fantastic.  They cleaned our carpet on the last day of our lease, and when our crummy property management tried to stick us with a carpet cleaning fee because there was some leftover debris, J&J offered to go back the very afternoon I called and do a touch-up job absolutely for free!  (To clarify: the initial cleaning job they did was fantastic, but the property management group was the one that left the debris.)  They had my back and were willing to communicate with the property management and vouch for the good work they did, and save me $200.  They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation!

J & J Chem Dry recently cleaned 6 of our oriental rugs.  The price was quite reasonable compared to other companies I got estimates from.  The rugs look beautiful--the colors are so vibrant.  The customer service is excellent.  They kept in touch with us to let us know when they would be picking up and delivering and always responded quickly to our questions.  My husband and I are very happy with the service and the results.  We highly recommend this company!

Love this company!  Their customer service is top notch.  They are professional, curteous and consumer oriented with a personal touch. I took off work to be home during the hours they said they would arrive, not only did they push the appointment back 2 hours but near the end of the day then they completely canceled and said next week was the next best option.

when i called to schedule an apointment a lady answered and was a pleasure to converse with. I was given a time frame,day and the name of the tech.and would be called prior to arrival-it all happened.the tech.bret, was very friendlyand got right to workand in less than an hour the carpets were cleaned.these are the kind of people i like to deal with as a lot of people in this town are not what the prepose to be.

Great experience with All-Star Chem Dry. I needed the back of a sectional sofa cleaned (where our aged blind dog had left a streak from bumping along it every day). The appointment was set up for same week, and the technicians were on time and very thorough. Good job!

They made the carpets look almost new. The stains that they weren’t able to get out were dramatically faded. Very grateful to not have to get new carpet with a toddler in the house. The person that did them was very professional and came on time at the beginning of the time slot.

I did not enjoy the cleaning I received.  I enjoyed the previous owner and now there is a new one.  They sent out maids that rush the service and they do not make the home spotless and smell like it was cleaned as the previous owner made sure their maids did the best job.  There was still dirt on the kitchen counters the floors were not mopped well.  I am very dissatisfied with the service I received!   I didn’t even get an apology from the new owner or offer to re-clean!  Never will I use them again!

Yesterday in the may I received a 6 month reminder of the last service at my home.

At first I wanted to ignore but after speaking with my wife I decided to give our experience.

The gentleman from ChemDry arrived on time and proceeded to clean.  Upon their departure we opened up our windows and ran the auto fan.  Two days later the carpet was still wet.  On the third day it was still moist to the touch and smelled.  One month later our dog threw up and I used my Hoover carpet cleaner and much dirt came up in a small area.  This told me the carpet was never cleaned effectively.  I proceeded to clean more areas with same result.

Why didn't I report earlier?  Because after bragging to my wife that ChemDry was the way to go I was embarrassed.

Trust worthy, great carpet cleaners. I would not use anyone else. Give them a try, you will be happy😁

PuroClean was right there when I needed them a few months ago when my son’s aquarium sprang a leak. They showed up within a couple hours, they brought all the equipment and people necessary and the were quick and clean with their mitigation. They walked me through the entire process and I never had to worry about getting things cleaned up the right way. I recently had electrical work performed in my garage.  My electrician had informed my that the loft of my garage was filled with raccoon feces.  The staff of PuroClean used their breathing apparatus for safety purposes, and removed the feces.  They also sprayed disinfectant in the affected area.  Trey and his staff were extremely professional.  You need look no further if you require emergency restoration of ANY kind!  Applause!  Applause for PuroClean.

Great experience from beginning to end!  Soly was responsive and set an appointment that worked for my schedule, Tristian called in advance to confirm his ETA, was on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets.  Very professional with a reasonable price!  The ChemDry cleaning process is much better than standard cleaning!  Carpets are much cleaner and dryer than our previous cleaning.

Mathew just came out and cleaned some pet stains on my couch and not only was his work fantastic. He was an all around great person very nice and was happy to explain what he was doing. Absolutely no complaints about this company and a huge shout out to Mathew.

Our tech, Tristin, was on time, very personable and pleasant. The stains he worked on appear to be gone. He explained the process, suggested a cleaning solution for us to use, if necessary. He certainly appeared to love his job. Excellent employee from my perspective. He cares about his job and the people he serves.

First time using Chem Dry . Ricky was very professional, did a great job! Gave a 4 out of 5 . The cost for the cleaning of my area rug was too much.

The overall service was good, the price was fair, however a few things can be improved, the technician did not wear any kind of protective shoes the standard application did not include any scent ingredient so it was pretty plain on that area the finish was good looking but not scent, and the technician was offering additional services so sales should be managed during the appointment not on site while you don’t know if you need more and it should be perform for somebody train on sales.
