From the first day I've had service to years after, this place has never disappointed me. The team works effortlessly to cover all areas of the home, they go the extra mile and Michele is easy to work with when letting her know your needs for the home. I tried one different service just to see if it was better. It wasn't. I so much regretted that. The Maids offer economical, quality, thorough cleaning like no other service. They are amazing. They have me as a customer for life!

We've been with the maids for about 2 1/2 years now with no regrets.  They are always on time and do a great job.  If something should arise that needs attention, Michelle will always respond to  your call or text promptly.  As an added bonus, their rates are reasonable.  Give them a call.

A phenomenal cleaning service! As a new home owner I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service for the first time. But the experience was so smooth, the staff were so friendly, and they really went the extra mile to clean every inch of the house - it looks like new again! I'm hooked, and will definitely be using their services again and again.

We have been using The Maids of North Houston since 2014 and couldn't be happier. The team spends several hours cleaning my home from top to bottom and the girls are simply delightful. Before each cleaning Michelle sends me a text asking if I have any special requests or needs. Their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend!

We so enjoy having the Maids of North Houston clean our home. They do very good job and are very efficient. They always ask if there is anything that needs special attention the day before they come. It is so nice having such a cheerful, honest and thorough crew in our home.

Mr. Chem-Dry

Ed was fantastic and very professional. I didn't expect miracles for our carpet that had not been cleaned for over 4 years, but he gave us a miracle! Our carpet looks wonderful and we no longer have the bad pet smells.
In the photo, on the left side of the heating vent, we had a small rectangle piece of furniture there for the last 4 and 1/2 years, so that small piece looked like brand new carpet.  As you can see, he cleaned the carpet so well you can't tell where the furniture was resting. Wonderful!

Mr ChemDry did an amazing and affordable job cleaning my 8x10 Wool Rug and 2 Living Room Chairs. He was quick, professional, and did a great job! Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

My carpets were in bad shape and ChemDry was able to make them look amazing. I’m so impressed with the difference they were able to make. The before picture was taken the night before and after is in the morning.

I’m a repeat customer. Cat peed multiple times on the bed. We had them come out and they took the time do clean it right. Broke the matress down as much as they could and used extra chemicals to clean it.

I can’t smell the pee… so that’s 5 stars from me.

The Maids in West Houston

I received this POOR service on 3/28/23. I requested a deep cleaning for a move-in home. The manager informed me that I wouldn't have to lift a finger to move in as they would clean every space thoroughly. I was informed that the floors, carpet, whole kitchen, cabinets, bathroom tub/shower, sinks as well as webs and dust within the home would be taken care of. When I saw the job the next day I was very disappointed. I spoke with Tulane and asked her to direct me to her manager Carina who was on vacation apparently. I expressed all the things that were not done such as the webs in every bottom and top corner, the kitchen overhead that still had grease from the last homeowners, the bathroom tub/showers not being thoroughly cleaned, the shower glass not being touched, the dust still on the blinds, the dust in the closets spaces. It just looked untouched. She began to tell me they don't cover those things! LOL If I would've known all the things they COULDN'T DO, I would've just cleaned the house myself! Also, they refused to give me the names of the maids who did such a poor job. (I wanted my review to be thorough) LOL. Tulane promised that she would have her manager get back to me to discuss any refund or services that can be done to compensate however, I have YET to hear from anyone. Very unprofessional ad a waste of money. Definitely not worth a $350 job.
LESSON LEARNED. BOOK with another company !!!!

I was going to give 3 stars but Im slowing finding areas in my apartment that were neglected. However they did have good professionalism, and were timely on arrival but that’s all. They had 3 people and took over two hours for an apartment that did not include folding clothes, or washing dishes. Moreover they never removed my dishes from dish washer or even asked.  I had to ask for my windows to be clean and for them to wipe down my bar cart and they missed the side of my washer/dryer. The bottom tray in my freezer was not wipe at all. Also I have two king size pillows and two standard size pillows. They stuff and folded the king size in the regular pillow case and put the standard pillow in the king pillow, like why  🤷🏽‍♂️. There are a few other things but I don’t care to mention. Listen they over charge for their performance. Get me once not twice. I wouldn’t recommend them. Please do not use them.

We have used the West Houston Maids a couple of times.  Both times, they were able to work with our schedule and arrive when promised.  They are very thorough, we have yet to find anything they missed.

We usually keep the house up ourselves, but when you have family over for an extended weekend or you are without power for an few days due to an artic blast, it is great to have the Maids come clean so it is easy to maintain again.

We will use their services again.

For the most part, we are pleased. There are some minor issues every once in awhile like not cleaning sweeping/ floor under the sofas sometimes. Or missed on top of drive & other smaller appliances. Just stuff like that.
Also, when I choose  a time frame it’s because that’s when I can have everything ready for the team. (Like all bedding washed/ folded, dogs gone to the day boarding or groomers) & Corina is always good at accommodating this for me. But on a few occasions when she wasn’t working those days, they come really early, like up to an hour before earliest time frame booked. I get if they get a cancellation right before our clean, but we won’t ever be ready before designated time frame.
So no major issues, or a deal- breaker, but The Maids is the most we’ve ever paid for cleaning services,  and at the beginning (years ago)  it was much better cleans.

I have used The Maids of West Houston for years.  The ladies are extremely professional and they consistently do a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning our home.  The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Brad from ChemDry Fort Wayne was on time, very professional and respectful. He did a whole house carpet clean at a resonable price and I can say the carpet has never looked this nice and with a nice scent. I intend to use this company in the future and would recommend this company for their carpet cleaning needs.

Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne estimated a price 40% less to clean our sectional than Chem-Dry of Allen County. They have different owners and told us they can set their own prices. Both companies had good ratings so we went with Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne. I’m so glad we did! Scheduling was super easy. I filled out a short contact form online and then got a call to schedule. Brad showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all of my questions while he was here and did a thorough job cleaning. The sectional is drying now but looks great. Thank you!

Mediocre at best, I cannot recommend this business. Two stars only for at least calling for being late and he was relatively nice. But I do believe it's time to get his eyeglass prescription updated.

Brad & Chem Dry of Fort Wayne is best in class, hands down my favorite carpet cleaner in Fort Wayne. Make Brad your first and only call for carpet cleaning. What sets him apart is the care and attention to detail he gives to your carpet and home. He’s not in and out in 30 minutes like other companies—rather, he takes the time to make sure that every inch of your home is clean and beautiful. He’s on time and extremely knowledgeable about carpet and what is best for your home. Yea f you have pet stains/odors, he’s your guy. Trust me when I say that I’ve tried them all—used every coupon, only to be left unhappy and cheated.  His prices are fair and competitive and is an absolute pleasure to have in my home.

Brad from ChemDry Fort Wayne was on time, professional, and very friendly! My carpet had multiple stains from a dog and toddler, that have all been removed. My carpet looks great, and I love the fresh clean scent!

Extremely satisfied with their work. They were on time and were fast, efficient, and friendly. They were really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My carpets look amazing! I would recommend them to everyone and they will be the only carpet cleaning company that I hire in future.

Steam Team came today to clean our air ducts… it likely should have been done a few years ago. Josh answered the phone and he answered all of my questions. We set an appointment that day. The service fee is reasonable, especially when you consider you don’t pay it monthly or even yearly. Every 7-10 years is recommended. Considering my allergies and asthma I can only imagine how much better my lungs will feel. Brandon & Cole were great!!! They really had an efficient system of placing hoses and equipment in an orderly manner and welcomed our questions. When you take a look at the before and after photos… you will know your hard earned money is well spent. They work hard to please the customer. Thank You Steam Team!!!!

Very impressed! I messaged on a whim to see if we could get a sectional and carpet cleaning within a week, and they were able to come out the same day! The 2 person crew arrived on time with a text prior, which was appreciated. They were professional and efficient. I was amazed how quickly they worked while making our couch and carpet look great! Highly recommend and will definitely use you again in the future.

This was our first  time using Steam-It. The young men were on time, polite, personable and very fast workers. They were thorough and answered my questions. They also gave me an estimate for the rest of my rooms before they left. Communication prior to my appointment was great.  I appreciated the text telling me they were on their way. AMAZING Company...amazing service!  I have light carpet and the guys that came out were SO gentle and kind.  Also, they were QUICK, thorough and accomodating of little areas that I needed touched up.  Lastly, prices are great compared to others that I have tried.     This is my company from now on!

Duraclean Specialist

I had Duraclean come out and fix a roofers mistake when he did thousands of dollars of damage by not tarping off my roof. Almost every room had water damage. Fortunately this was a walk in the park for Dan and his team at Duraclean. He came right in at the estimate he gave me and even got done a week early! You can’t tell there was ever any water damage but I now have peace of mind knowing everything was dried out, repaired and replaced.
Dan was also super easy to work with and responded back in a responsable amount of time. Definitely recommend!

We had our ducts and vents cleaned. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Most importantly, they did a great job! I would definitely recommend Dura Clean.

We hired Duraclean to deep clean our 3 Seasons Room. They cleaned all the walls, cleaning, windows, tile flooring. It looks brand new. They were kind, professional, and worked hard and efficiently while they were here. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and thoroughness. We will definitely hire them again.

Our overall experience with Duraclean Specialists  was not satisfactory at all. One star is a generous rating. Duraclean did not stick to the quoted time frame they gave us for repairs. They did not line up contractors to do the parts of the job that needed to be done. I personally had to contact my own HVAC and plumber.I finished much of the work myself including drywall.  Employees would come to our home, work for an hour or two and leave not returning again for the rest of the work day. A job we were quoted 3-4 days max to complete turned into almost 3 weeks.
Our final bill contained hundreds of dollars in charges for services that Duraclean did not do.
I would not recommend DuraClean for restoration services and I would not use them again.

We have used Duraclean on two occasions for carpet cleaning. Each time their workers were professional and thorough. They made sure to handle our furniture with care, and explained how long the process would take. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with the Carpet Chemist, from scheduling to the day of, they were very understanding with having to reschedule and Brandon did an excellent job with fixing the damage my doggy did to the carpet. Highly recommend these folks and they will always be my go-to call for carpet needs.

Owner Brandon was great, honest, on time.  He fixed my Carpet issue in about an hour. Price was as quoted,  and repairs look like there was never an issue. I highly recommend him and his company.

The Carpet Chemist was great - will definitely be using them again! They came out within 2 days and were very communicative. Our carpets look and smell so much better after several pet accidents.
