Wow! Super impressed with the service! I called Monty yesterday and explained to him another company canceled on my grandma, and she has family coming from out of town and needed it done by Friday. He got his crew here The next day (Tuesday) and was even cheaper than the company that canceled on her! My grandma was amazed at how clean the carpets came! Monty does a great job! The carpets looked even better than I expected after he was done. Monty is also a really nice, personable guy, who is very easy to work with. We were moving into a new house and he even squeezed us in on a Saturday so that the carpets would be done after the house cleaners on Friday, but before the move on Monday, which was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner in South Central Indiana.

I used this company for the first time this past weekend.  I enjoyed speaking with the owner as he explained his company to me.  Took the time to make me feel at ease since I have never contracted anyone to come to my home to clean before.  They kept in contact with me up to the day they arrived.  Let me know who was coming to my home and what time to expect them.  Once they arrvied they started to work immediately.  I was very pleased with how they treated everything in my home as if it was their own.  You cannot go wrong bringing them into your home.

Dishes left unclean. Didn't bother moving the furniture to clean floor throughly and left the dirt dog and cat bowls that I had placed near the sink in my pantry dirty! Don't hire them! BTW, I called and reported this an hour ago to them and have not heard back since!

Hired a one time deep clean service for my wife for Mother's Day.  That's Clean Maids was super easy to deal with and the team they sent out, Ms. Christian V, was very friendly and efficient.  They arrived a little early which was great!  Very polite and professional, they brought all their own cleaning supplies and did a wonderful job!  My wife could not be more pleased, and for the first time in a long time we were able to enjoy our entire weekend without worrying about cleaning house!  Of course now she wants to make this a recurring thing, haha!

They brought in the right number of people for the job and did quality work. I also like that I can schedule and pay online. I will continue to use this service for a long time.

We recently had a change in team and Luz, Jenis Allstars are just as punctual, professional and do a great job. Luz is easy to work with and so nice! I feel very happy recommending her and her team.

Many Maids Cleaning

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.
Charged me more than I agreed to. Service was very poor and I had to re-clean floors and bathrooms. Management is ineffective. I had to call 20 plus times and they sent me back and forth between people without reaching a solution. They kept shifting blame. I STILL (months later) have not received the full refund that I was told was coming back to me. I wish I would have read the other reviews and found a different company.

I believe I was fraudulently charged and that items were stolen. I let the cleaners in at 8:10 and they were gone by 12:16 (4 hours) when I arrived back at the house. The hours charged were from 7:30 to 12:30 (5 hours with two cleaners). They also stole some of the chemicals I had at the house. The house was not clean. The counters were not wiped down, floors not cleaned, oven not properly cleaned, cabinets not cleaned (inside or out), vanity drawers not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, bathroom not cleaned (tub, floors), Clorox toilet pellets stolen, A/C vents not cleaned, light fixtures not cleaned, windows not properly cleaned, hard water stains not cleaned. Heather said she would send out someone to **make it right**. Turns out she charged me for them as well. After all was said and done the home was still not cleaned properly after 5 people came out. I received the invoice and was shocked at the price. She offered to send me a discount of $100 if I agreed to not complain about the services received. So obviously, I denied the **hush money**. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their employees lie about hours and steal stuff and are protected by the managers. I asked for the owner to call me back - still no response. I have photo evidence (shocking really) of the services not completed.

I called last minute to have my house professionally cleaned after moving out and they fit me into their schedule quickly.  The two persons that came to clean did an amazing job!  I’m going to definitely use them again.

Abismal Service!!

We bought a new house and requested a cleaning before we moved in. We had agreed on a cap for the budget and gave a list of items we wanted done. We were told we would receive a call if those jobs were not completed in the time so we could reassess. We never got the call, so we assumed that the job was completed in the three hours. When we got to the house, not only did we find that the majority of the list we had requested was NOT done, but the things that had been done, were completed in a sloppy manner. There were streak marks on the windows worse than before and the floors looked like they were only swept and vacuumed. It should NOT have taken THREE HOURS to sweep and vacuum!
When we asked about it, they refused to acknowledge they did any wrong, and insisted on charging us for the poor job. They agreed to give us a discount after a lot of discussion, but it was only 15%. Fifteen percent off for a job they didn't complete. On top of everything, in no way should the job they did take 3 hours! By myself I could have done what they did in 30 minutes.
Poor quality, dismal effort, and awful management.

They stayed longer than the quoted amount and did not warn about the hourly rate, resulting in $100 higher fee than expected. They did a great job with the appliances in the kitchen, but really did not finish in the bedrooms. The shower was still grimy, did not clean baseboards or window tracks upstairs, which I mentioned was a priority. They scrubbed doors downstairs, but not upstairs. Overall inconsistent and I feel ripped off.

I just completed my first cleaning with the Maids and am so pleased! The Pink Team was here right on time and didn’t miss a thing. I’m already looking forward to them coming back! Paid excellent attention to detail, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Great job done by Maria and Denise! I hired Maidattendants for a move in clean and let me tell you they had their work cut out for them, previous owners left a job. Came back to a completely spotless house. As a pregnant and new homeowner I can’t tell you how nice it was to have that stress off!

Would hire again and really appreciated the great communication from the whole team!

Very pleased with my experience using this service for my parent's house. Olga did a thorough job was polite and prompt. She did particularly good work on some hardwoods that desperately needed attention.The communication from Maidattendants was clear and timely, and it was super great that they were able to accommodate a fairly last minute request. Would recommend.

Best cleaning service I’ve had since I moved here a year ago. Ask for Susanne, she is a wonderful. She was able to get stains out from my bathtub that had been there since I moved in. Her attention to detail is next level. I did a standard clean and it was better than any deep clean service I’ve had, not to mention less expensive. She also accommodated me relatively last minute on a Sunday evening. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Just too expensive for the work that was done. I ordered “move-in” service And we had to re-clean most of the spots. Vacuuming was regular, that is not what you would expect for “move-in” type, I would expect water based for 500$ price for 2bd apartment. I was only satisfied with refrigerator cleanness, for which I am giving 1 star.

Our house was a literal disaster at move out and they came in and cleaned it so well that it looked even better than it did when we first moved in! They were thorough and called if any additional cleaning charges were needed before doing them. I highly recommend if you are wanting your place cleaned for a move out or a basic clean each week!

MaxCare Carpet Cleaning

I recently used MaxCare for a very large clean up job in my home. I believe it was Kevin & Alan who cleaned the hard floors, carpets, tile, couches and an area rug. And then Alan & Anthony came another day to clean out my air ducts which had not been done in 30 years!

All employees were very kind and communicated well through it all. I am very happy with the results & will recommend MaxCare in the future.

As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived (30 min late) I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.

The man driving this van was swerving in and out of traffic and running red lights like nobody's business! I certainly hope that this isn't the company's business model, though it seems it may be after reading numerous posts and reviews online about poor driving and several near accidents. Personally, I was nearly side-swiped by the driver and had the privilege of enjoying some tailgating for a few miles as well. I sincerely hope that one of these days MaxCare "Professional" Cleaning Systems will finally address this issue before someone is seriously injured by their reckless driver(s).

My father cut his foot, resulting in blood stains on white carpet. The area also had various pet stains  so we opted for professional cleaning. Calling to quote and schedule was easy and met with great customer service and very fair price. Kevin , our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, great communicator and all the stains were removed in approx 30 minutes. I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but carpet is back to full white and looks brand new. Recommend MaxCare and Kevin.

Angel Maids

I had my first cleaning with Angel Maids on Monday.  It was absolutely amazing!  Better than I imagined.  The amount of work the Angel got done in the block of time exceeded my expectations and so did the quality of the work.  It felt great to come home to a clean home and for such a reasonable price.  The Angel was on time, professional and we discussed my expectations before she started.  The experience was great and I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

Angel Maids provided a great service.  Called, got a nice representative who helped immensely in working around my and my husband's schedule, was very flexible and let me know all my options, but never tried to pressure me to one choice or another.

When Delia came, she was wonderful!  Thorough, professional, and hard-working.  She offered to just start cleaning or asked if we wanted her to work from a priority list we made up for her.  We chose the priority list and she did a wonderful job.  Was comfortable with our dogs, and let us know that she was using non-toxic cleaners, so that our puppies would be completely safe. Looking forward to continuing service with them!

From start to finish I was impressed with Angel Maids! Stacy's team were very kind and professional. I hired them to clean the house fro my wife's birthday and my wife was very impressed! The "one time" cleaning turned into a bi-weekly cleaning with Angel Maids! I HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve used Angel Maids since 2016 when I had a deep clean done in preparation for a wedding. I was so impressed with Rosie’s work and how well run the office was that I have been using Angel Maids every other week since.  Rosie is amazing- I love that she’s always the only one to do my house.  Two of my favorite days every month are coming home after work on Rosie’s day because my house gleams.

I am a busy wife and mom of a 2 yr old with a full time job about 45 minutes away from our home. When I say I have zero time, I really do mean zero. I’ve used virtually every carpet cleaners in this city, and Rodriguez does the best job. They were on time and left the house with it smelling fabulous. I have dogs and cats, so I have to clean my carpets on occasion. I’ve never been disappointed with Rodriguez Carpet cleaners. They also do duct cleaning, hardwood floors, etc.  I will definitely use their services whenever I need them.

Rodriguez Cleaning did an amazing job with my condo. A previous owner smoked cigarettes & the smell was HORRIBLE. After they were finished, the smell was minimal. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. We coated with kill primer & it's gone! I am very happy with my experience.

I had my ducts cleaned at my house today(10 Jul) and Patrick did a superb and excellent job!! He was very thorough and understood exactly what I needed done. He was very personable at the same time, professional. While he was working on the other ducts, I could already tell the difference in the air and the temperature. It felt cooler and lighter to breathe! After Patrick was done he showed me everything that was collected from the suction of the vacuum and wow😱!! It was mostly stuff left by the builders when they built this house so it’s been there since 2017. Thank you Patrick for a job very well done🙏😊‼️.

Chris was very professional and took extra time cleaning carpets and the air grates. Also, he pointed out and explained a problem that the previous homeowner had blocked a return duct and that it could not be reached in the wall to fix. Everything looks very good.

Noble Lagrange Chem-Dry

Chem Dry is the absolute best process for cleaning carpet. My RV looks and smells like new. Professional staff, excellent service provided, and all done for a good price. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Left big spots that , I ended up using an old Bissel cleaner on. I got the spots out and the water was black. This was done the same day Chem dry "cleaned" our carpet. Never again! For $165 the  carpet is NOT clean and looks no better than it did!! Waste of money especially for people on a fixed income!

My carpet was really dirty after we had some remodeling done, but Noble Lagrange Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning it. Thank you
