I had a teenager who had lice. I was busy, and not in the mood to try and treat it myself. I knew I had heard about this clinic in the past and I just couldn’t remember where or how close it was. So I got on google and found this location in Jonesboro, AR just a few minutes away from my hometown. I was so happy to see that this location was open on a Saturday! Booked my appointment online and got right in! My girl Jennifer was phenomenal, very friendly, and informative! I am 110% satisfied with our visit today! Should we need services in the future we will definitely come back here!

Jennifer was wonderful!! She helped my daughter and was so patient with me as a mom. She answered all my questions, was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so thankful they were open Sunday. I would drive 1 hour 15 mins again to see her!! Truly thankful for Jennifer!!!

Candice was the best! The way she worked made me feel like a new man.
She was absolutely great with the kids, and worked quickly and efficiently.

I was so glad to find this place.  They were so professional! She was extra nice and made us comfortable. Hopefully we don't have to return but if we do I will definitely be asking for Jennifer.

Very accommodating, got us in on short notice. Kerri did amazing with my daughter! She was patient and answered questions thoroughly. The process was simple and pain free. We are so appreciative of the staff and the service that they offer. Definitely recommend over trying to self treat.

NuMale Medical Center

NuMale's weight loss program is the BOMB! It really works and worth every penny!!! I have already lost 31 lbs. Consider all the health benefits, more than worth it! I recommend them.

Went in for consult. Same as other offices. But then started dealing with Tod. WOW! Great patient intake review. Very thorough with review. Talked about everything and processes. Took the time to explain everything even answered a question I was thinking.  Not sure about the other low star reviews but my experience was excellent.

This place is amazing! From the time you walk in and are cheerfully greeted by Melissa and Nicole and are taken back very quickly. And then you are greeted by either Abraham or Tim you feel at ease, because no mater who you are talking to especially Jacob or Todd you are able to ask any questions that you may have and you will get clear and concise answers along with additional information to help you. This is definitely not a quick fix but a lifelong solution for better, healthier, happier, and more energetic living. This is my second year and being in Law Enforcement  I definitely feel stronger, more focused and have more energy. I also  have referred friends and my fellow Officers to Nu Male.

I would like to say that Tod my provider and Jake my coordinator did an excellent job of advising me of all my options. They are very knowledgeable in their field. I love the gym and also work hard, but as I get older I was seeking that extra boost. I would like to say that their staff was very professional and attentive. I am new to the program and so far so good. I will repost at a later date to elaborate on my overall results.

Paid 2500 to get on trt then had to do labe work...took off of work early went to get my lab work done there and the tech loses my blood sample. Then lies to me about Quest being open on weekends....

Sage Neuroscience Center

Best of ABQ. This place has been a life saver. When things are stable and easy, they are reliable and dependable. The front desk is friendly and the provider I have seen is caring, professional, and friendly.
When things aren’t stable and easy, say during medication shortages and other unusual events, the staff have gone over and beyond my expectations.

Also, shout out to the pharmacy located inside the clinic - they are fast and very helpful (they actually ran back an alternative medication suggestion to my provider while I waited!).

If you are have mental health issues then you need to STAY AWAY from Sage Neuroscience! I was having some tentatively serious issue and was in what I call a “Deep Funk”. They were able to get me in to see someone quickly, Apparently this was an initial meeting to assess and assign the best counselor for my issues. So once I understood what was happening and that I was not going to get any time to address my specific issues I stressed that I would really like to get someone quickly to help. I had asked for a male counselor but told my intake interviewer that because I was in this state that I would take anyone and asked that this could happen quickly. After over a week I had not been contacted. I left a message that I was disappointed that my issues were not taken seriously and asked that someone contact me soon. I never got a call back, It’s been 2 months and still no contact. Luckily I was able to get through the pressing issues but it confirmed that Sage Neuroscience doesn’t care about helping people. IF YOU ARE HAVING MENTAL ISSUES DO NOT GO TO SAGE AS THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

I went here for a very important treatment for my mental health. It took me weeks to months of consistently calling, visiting, and reminding them that I needed an appointment just to get the treatment started. The people treating me seemed completely detached the entire time and did not seem confident about what they were doing. I later found out they used a treatment on me that was not FDA approved. My doctor also did not show up at all for my telehealth follow up appointment that was supposed to happen 3 months ago, and Sage still has not refunded me for that appointment. Now, because they have incomplete records on my treatment results, I may be blocked from getting insurance for that treatment in the future. The people working here are generally good people, but their entire system is broken and WILL screw you over in the future.

I know somebody who has been trying to contact this place for two days trying to get medication refill and no answers. What kind of establishment prescribes lethal medication that could cause harm if the person has to withdraw from it because staff can’t answer the phone or refill the prescription? This place needs to be investigated for negligence. By others reviews, this place is neglecting there patients by ignoring their needs of simply needing their prescription fill. Sadly, I hope nobody gets hurts because the establishments action. Don’t come here and avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. New clinical director was originally brought on as a contractor under the guise of addressing the phone complaints by re-training phone call handling staff, then suddenly got hired as the new executive director and began to make sweeping changes that served to increase profit regardless of negative impact to patients as I'm sure you can tell. There is no longer any regard for quality of care. Really shady things going on here, if you are in crisis please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you are able to. It's not worth your safety and well being to place your trust in this org when they are solely concerned with lining their pockets. They aren't out to help our community any more merely to profit off those who truly need support.

Dr.pendelton is absolutely amazing!! He's compassionate and has healing hands. I've have suffered from migraines for over 25yrs  ive tried several different medications several urgent care and ER visits to abort the migraine, nothing wk long term. I  was  very desperate to try anything to have what a normal pain free day  would be like and to  have a real smile again. That was until I made a appointment with Dr Pendelton he told me the reason WHY none of those medications weren't working for me was because I wasn't having true migraines,that I had alot of tension in my neck & shoulders. It only took 2 adjustments and I've been migraine free going on 3 was! Stop taking all those medicines and pay a visit with Dr.pendelton you won't regret it! I promise! Thank you Dr you have change my life only for the better!

I have seen Dr. Pendleton for years for arthritis pain due to an old injury. Overtime, my pain became more severe and more frequent. Dr. Pendleton suggested food allergy testing to see if we could find a trigger for this increased pain. Sure enough, I had several food allergies that were causing increased  inflammation. Dr. Pendleton helped educate me on what foods to avoid, and added supplements to my diet. Almost immediately, my pain decreased drastically, my migraines are rare, and I feel so much better. I am so thankful for the team at SWBP!!

So grateful to have made my appointment with Dr Pendleton! I’ve know him as a colleague for over 20 years and have always been in awe of his wealth of knowledge and always enjoy hearing his viewpoint on brain health. I have sent patients to him over the years for brain injuries and have always heard amazing success stories, where people couldn't find help anywhere else.

This time, I was the one with the fall and potential head injury. I went to him after experiencing memory issues, dizziness, emotional trauma, difficulty concentrating, residual frozen shoulder and recovering from 2 wrist surgeries. I was frustrated, having difficulty performing and enjoying my-day-to-day activities as well as being fully present for my own patients. When he sat down with me to explain what he found, I immediately starting crying from relief. He told me I didn’t have a head injury but that I had inner ear imbalance.  And then he treated me. I got up from the table and started walking and then stopped because the tears were flowing. I felt like myself again. I hadn’t felt like that since I fell 9 months ago.

I literally walked out of the office and had that cliche moment where colors looked brighter. I went to wash my car and went to the grocery store and felt normal for the first time in months. Over the past 2 weeks since my initial appointment, I continue to improve and feel so grateful to be getting my life back. I’m enjoying my garden, having conversations where I can actually be present and go about my day feeling like I’m not going to fall over.

I highly highly recommend seeing Dr Pendleton and staff. The diagnostic tools are state- of-the-art and the treatment is something you’ll find unique to this office. So grateful to get my life back!

After spending some time considering the outcome of the testing and getting a second opinion on the report from a  third=party professional, the approach and recommendations are solid, even if I didn't like them in the beginning and still don't today.

If you do go through the effort of having a neuropsychological exam done, be sure to fully understand what is being presented before making a decision on the experience.

These kind folks render excellent testing and brain health guidance.

I had an appointment for an adhd evaluation here in October of 2021. My report was written as I was malingering, reluctant to talk therapy, and seeking pills. Among other irrelevant determinations such as saying I’m left handed (not true) and that I have a lower than average IQ. (Let me add the ethical issues with IQ tests starting with its root in racism and it’s high flaw rate in ableism). The determination was that I did not have adhd but was exaggerating and faking. Reading this report that took an extra month (I was told 4 weeks and it took 8) to receive for me and my doctor than originally told, put me in distress. I was medically gaslit by a provider that had only just met me that day and signed off by another provider I never saw. I did later get diagnosed with adhd by two other separate providers and am thriving on medication and other forms of therapy and coping mechanisms. It’s worth mentioning the doctor who evaluated me was Blanca caro.

I had a wonderful experience with the provider and tester however to get a reply on results or next steps or actions is impossible.  I have left multiple messages since they do not answer their phone and am very disappointed.  No return calls and left in the dark to worry!

I had a great experience at Men's Health Chicago in Naperville. It was my first time visiting this location and it was a really pleasant experience. I saw Tino Bruno who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify my problem of trigger finger and was very clear in his explanation on treatment. The treatment he provided had an immediate impact. I will be back in the future to see Tino.

I’ve been a patient at Mens Health Chicago in Naperville 4 months now. The staff is always friendly and professional. One of the NPs - Tino Bruno is always informative, professional, and available to answer any questions. I would greatly recommend the Men’s Health Chicago in Naperville for all of your men’s health management.

I work in healthcare. I hate going to the doctor. This right here folks is how it should be done. Front staff, always smiling nice and friendly. Wait times, almost non existent. This place is efficient. That being said they DONT try to rush you or treat you like you like just a name and medical record number. The care I have received there has been excellent. The staff is great and they are SO FRIENDLY. seriously. All of them. I go see Tino. He is hilarious. It’s like def comedy jam at every appointment. Humor aside, I has having some medical issues a few months back. I went to the ER and Urgent care. They blew me off. TINO was the only healthcare professional who listened to me and I really appreciated it. This place gives you the caring environment you want and the expertise you need.  10 thumbs up. I won’t go anywhere else.

Front staff was warm & welcoming. And, Tino was very thorough & efficient ! Not just for men. Checked all my levels and did full physical and got me on the right track again! He took his time, listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Excellent bloodwork and blood donations. Didn't even feel the 18 gauge needle. Super fast and painless. Better than any bloodbank I've been to for a donation. The experienced nurses are really good for bloodwork.

Extremely fast and efficient , very convenient , extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always answere all of my questions and always work with me. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years following major surgery. The staff is incredible and their protocol is on point. They do not “juice” you up. They’ll get you to medically healthy T levels and keep you there. You’ll get quarterly blood draws to maintain therapeutic levels and they’ll adjust your treatments appropriately. I recommend EVERY MAN over the age of 35 at least get your T levels checked. I recommend this location to everyone that asks me about my therapy specifically because the staff are so good at what they do.

Dr Patrick Quigley is truly phenomenal and has helped me with my migraines and work related issues. He is very thorough and has a nice chair side manner too. E is also great and extremely friendly!!! My husband, parents, brother (who referred me to this practice) and FIL come to this office for chiropractic care with Dr Q and E. I have recommended some of my own patients to see Dr Q and team. I’ve been under the care of this team for over a year now and I’m so sad to be leaving the state. They have cared for me and supported all of my medical needs with such a high level of professionalism and friendliness. I came here for an annual physical and I'm pretty nervous about doctor visits. They did a great job to get me in and out and called me with my blood test results a few days later explaining all my results. Highly recommend!

This place is just *fine.* I like the doctors, but it's very clear this is a business before it's medical care. They rush you out of the door before fully understanding what your needs are. If you have a special condition, they will not take the time to research it. They're all about cramming in as many clients as possible and earning as much money as possible. If you just need regular care, then this place is fine. If you have genuine concerns about your health, then look elsewhere.

Great experience! Andrielli made it a breeze getting my test done through her positive attitude and personality. She was a great companion through the process, I basically forgot I was donating blood. She gave me a lot of assurance with her confidence and experience. First time visitor and it was a refreshing experience from the usual doctors. Came in to do physical, bloodwork, and consultation, nicely convenient that the labs are done there in office. Doctor was very thorough for the physical and took the time to hear me out, would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Larry!

I love this clinic!  I was looking to get a physical and my local doctor said it would take 12 months before I could get in.  I called their Chicago location and they got me in the following week.
