Having worked at this agency for 8 years, I have seen a turnover of staff from good and competent to bad and worthless. They overcharge their clients for doing nothing for them.  They charge private pay more then public pay. Which is against the law. They refuse to issue paychecks to their employees.
They talk about their clients amongst each other. The nursing staff is caseload heavy.
Personally I would find another agency if you Are in need of home care.

Hi. I just had my second visit with lynn. And im not sure how to explain how helpful she has been for me. Ill try to explain how i feel she is because i believe hard workers should be recognized. Im going through alot of personal stressful issues that im always thinking about. And my stress and anxiety are through the roof. But when lynn is here shes someone to talk to about other things while shes helping organize my house and life and it takes my mind off all my stressful issues. I wish she could work here every day. My organization skills are horrible. Lynn has been helping me with organizing my mail, my cupboards, my spare bedroom, and more. She has already done so much in the short time she has been here. Ill wrap it up but i just wanted to say thank you to mils and to lynn for the amazing help ive recieved. Now mondays are my favorite day of the week!

I am an employee who was hired directly by the service recipient and MILS is the overseeing agency and administrative employer.
My impresión with this agency is fairly good:  I thought their training was far better than most others. Also , the on-boarding process was fairly painless I liked that the agency uses docu-sign got employee enrollment paperwork .
I have had Zero difficulty reaching the point Contact people- they have been professional and responsive.
If I were to voice any suggestions for improvement it would be  that the on boarding process included very little direction or instructions or insight as to the process.  It would have been great to receive written information that said something like, “first  Complete employee. Paperwork. Secondly complete all training online thirdly wait for fingerprinting authorization to arrive and fourth- once received bring the authorization to a partnering agency to complete fingerprinting as part of the criminal background check process ... and so on and so forth.  I frr Ed it a little in the dark about what was supposssed to be happening and when .  Also, I was not informed as to the direct  deposit procedures and did not receive a payroll calendar.  However,  I was able to find a calendar  online from 2019.

M.I.L.S. takes excellent care of my Grandmother and we are lucky to have them. They are courtesy to me and my family whenever we have any sort of request. In addition, my Grandmother ABSOLUTELY loves the staff!! Thank you M.I.L.S. for being the best home health care provider in the Twin cities. We haven't had the best luck with previous providers until we found M.I.L.S. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

The worst place ever....I worked here very unprofessional, rude, just terrible. This place is a joke. Half of their clients don’t like the company trust me they don’t train their employees at all. The ladies dress like they going to the club not like they work in the medical field. They don’t pay their hard working employees or they steal checks. Don’t waste your time here. Worst company ever..not professional at all the ladies in the office have no clue what’s going on with their clients and they don’t care... it’s all money to them.. DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES. Just don’t you’ll regret it...,

Visiting Angels

I realized my mom needed more assistance in her home than I could provide by myself.  I called Visiting Angels in Little Canada and was able to start a program almost immediately.  Tommy was extremely responsive, the nurse was kind and supportive, the office staff was great, and the angels who cared for my mom when I could not be there were a God-send!  I am so grateful for all the help and support as my mom transitioned to assisted living.  I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need help with a loved one.

We hired Visiting Angels to help us with immediate care after our mom was discharged from the hospital.   Derek came to the hospital and was very professional and made us feel confident about their organization and the lengths they would go to help us with immediate care.  We received weekly emails from Lynn regarding our schedule and resource names.  I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

I ordered a new wheel, I was told that I have pay half upfront. I gave them my credit card number. They ran the card for half payment and then ran it again the same day. Then when they delivered the chair they wanted more money. What way to run a business. I was in business 35 years I never pulled that on customers. Look some where else for a chair. They lost this customer in the future.

We have paid every cent they've asked for. We are private pay. We have paid, now, thousands of dollars to have them send out techs 5 different times, order the wrong parts at LEAST 5 times...paid and paid out of desperation to get my dad's chair fixed.  NO WE.. they, after screwing it up 5 times want another 800.00 dollars to order ANOTHER part...

Excellent service. Met us at our home, explained everything and made appropriate adjustments. The device is a perfect fit for us. Would recommend them again.

wheelchair company is very horrible beyond words. They should not be in business. I've never felt or said this about any company. But they should shut down.
For they do not care even one bit about customers needs.
Please Stay away from this company!

Got my chair and they billed me for a feature that was not ordered! Went round & round about it to no avail.

I went to get my T checked and they did a thorough evaluation, including a complete metabolic panel. I found areas I didn't know needed attention especially my A1C. These people are really dialed in to health and longevity well beyond testosterone treatment. They could have Rx'd T for me as some less reputable clinics would and have charged me $$$. They did not as my levels were higher than I thought.
I'm going to return on a regular basis to get my panel checked and discuss what else could help me live longer and better.

My husband went here for a sleep apnea test and he was fitted for a sleep apnea machine twice. He still doesn’t feel comfortable wearing it and Liberty oxygen, the company Everest works with for the machine, has communication issues. The staff at Everest are nice though.

Started out good, had a nice chat with Thomas Joles on my first visit, however never saw him again.  I did like the staff in Plymouth, very nice people.  They seem to prefer sending you home with the medication to do your own injections (which I did not like) and they said "use us for all your medical needs" however they closed the doors and wanted to handle everything via an on line portal.  There was discussions regarding my sleep and other long term effects of the medication which were asked and never went any further.  They talk the talk but do not walk the walk.  Like I said the staff in Plymouth was very nice, they just were not calling the shots.

STAY AWAY!!! I was mislead from the first appointment about how much this was going to cost me and that the examination would be covered as my annual physical which it was not. All they wanted to do was get me in the program and come in each week for injections. After 3 months I didn't notice any change at all and I found out that it was costing me $119 after insurance for each appt. The labs cost a lot more depending on what they are testing. The first exam cost me over $700 after insurance and the second follow up labs were almost $200.

Every appointment I had with Dan he had no recollection of me and asked me the exact same questions every time. Wrote down the responses but he never remembered any of my responses. He was focused on getting me into the program and getting weekly injections. He first told me that my Testosterone levels were on the border of being low but not to worry he was working on making a case to be able to  treat me. Didn't seem to be actually based on medical decisions but how could he get me into the program. He also tried to get me to sign up for the program which would be $250 a month which turns out to be less then I was paying but not real information for how that worked. Dan is a joke.

The bottom line is this place is a scam and only wants your money and they don't really care about your health at all just getting you injected and cashing in. Total waste of money and lots of it!

I feel in control of my life again. Prior to visiting Everest Mens Health Woodbury, I spent countless hours with different doctors, endocrinologists and specialists. They all told me the same thing, there's nothing they can do for me. Even with being overweight, low energy, pre-diabetic, unable to build muscle, suffering from severe delayed onset muscle soreness, and more, they all said nothing was wrong. Dan, Dr Joles, and the rest of the staff took the time to listen to my concerns. After intial bloodwork came back we developed a plan, I worked on my end with eating right and exercising. They provided the missing pieces of the puzzle to allow me to be back in control of my body and improve my quality of life. Thank you Everest Mens Health Woodbury for listening, helping, and giving me my life back.

Burn Boot Camp

Have been a member for about 2 months now and I am loving the classes, the community, and environment. Everyone is so welcoming, positive and helpful. I joined to get in shape and lose some weight, but I am loving the amazing members and positive energy the classes and coaches bring. Each coach brings a different energy and expertise, which is a huge positive for me. I love versatility . Every class is different, and I leave feeling more confident and stronger each class. I never get board of the work outs. The music/playlist choices always pump me up too! Highly recommend joining to hit your health and fitness goals!

Group fitness classes that are fun AND challenging. The trainers all have their own type of energy which I LOVE and are not shy to push you. Everyone that goes there is so kind and hard working. Bonus you get the bring your kids to the gym and they have fun too! I appreciate the family atmosphere and the small things they do to truly make you feel welcomed even on your hard days.

Great gym! Awesome workouts that are always different. The trainers are great. They help correct your form and are so helpful with providing modifications if you need them. Fun, upbeat and easy to stay motivated when you’re there. Kids watch is a definitely a plus too!

I moved to the area a few months back and was looking for a new gym to join. I was sad leaving my old gym and worried I wouldn't find somewhere comparable - but Burn Boot Camp has exceeded my expectations!

I was looking for a place that had a flexible schedule, had a great sense of community, killer workouts with great music, and awesome trainers and was worried I was looking for a unicorn. Burn Boot Camp delivers ALL of that PLUS as a mom I've loved being able to take my daughter with to camps (she loves coming with and asks about it all the time).

Since joining, I've brought my resting heart rate back down to the level it was at when I was a college athlete, I've been sleeping better, have more confidence, and I'm starting to get arm muscles for the first time in forever :)

I love the fact that the workout is always different, and we have the option to do both cardio and strength training without having to choose one or the other. Simply put, I love everything about Burn and am so glad I found it! If you are on the fence about joining, just DO IT. I promise you will not regret it!

**Update! I’ve been here well over a year now and would still give this gym 5 stars.

Love this place!! Love the trainers. Was immediately welcomed in and I get an intense workout every single day. Love the community, love the high fives, and love the energy that this community brings.

Griswold Home Care for Anoka County

We were so grateful when we found Griswold Services, it has allowed us to work knowing my mom is being cared for. Our caregiver has bonded with my mom and is very patient with her.  Griswold was the best thing we did for my mom, allowing her to stay in her house with her pets, less stress on us knowing someone is there.

I can’t say enough about Griswold. Everyone truly cares about the whole family.  People always show up when they are supposed to . They try to fill your requests as best they can. Truly the best agency I have worked with!

I can’t say enough about how excellent our care was with Griswold Home Care!! They were so attentive to my Dad’s care and provided a MUCH NEEDED break for my Mom!  I completely trusted their staff in my parent’s home! I highly recommend Griswold!

Griswold was to deliver a hospital bed to a home and arrived without advance notification and it was not possible then to move heavy furniture to make room for it. It was rescheduled to be delivered the next day between 4 - 8 pm. The deliverer wrote and stuck a note under the door that no one was home to accept the bed - at that point there were at least two people besides the patient in the house and they noticed him. When accosted, he said his shift was over and he left without delivering the bed.

On the other hand, they were speedy with their initial assessment, and getting an excellent home health aide into the home.

Average a 1 star and a 5 star = 3 stars.

I have counted on Griswold Home Care services for the past 5 months to provide exemplary care for my parents whose needs are significant.   Every effort is made by Griswold to personalize care and tailor services to individual needs.  Plans are put in place for potential emergency situations.  Coordination with other services and agencies are established and maintained.  Griswold’s responses to phone calls, inquiries and correspondence are immediate.  Caregivers’ services are reliable and consistent while training and supervision are ongoing to maintain a standard of quality service.
Without Griswold Home Care, I honestly don’t know where I could have turned to for the quality of support my parents have required and received.
