Senior Help and Care | Assisted Living, Elder Care, In-Home Care in O'Fallon MO

They are nice enough, but do not appropriately clean my grandmother who is a client. Refuse to rinse clothing out or place bio-waste materials.in appropriate areas which is highly unhygienic and point blank disgusting. I am a CNA as well as CMT and its is unacceptable that they cannot provide steady, basic personal care and yet still get paid. If I catch them doing the incorrect, OSHA safety standards, and violating policies and the client via negligence I WILL be reporting the providers to the state. Get it together.

I've always been super impressed with Home Instead. They have provided us with quality caregivers that are professional, proactive and efficient. They seem to really want to represent Senior Caregiving well and appear to be proud of the service they provide. They are for sure the preferred agency that we work with. Burn Boot Camp - O'Fallon

I started at Burn on opening day (5 years in January) and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their mind, body, and spirit. Every member is on their own journey with different goals and levels of fitness. I always feel encouraged and inspired by others. This is a positive and friendly community and new members are always welcomed. All of the Burn trainers are amazing! They make it fun but never let me give less than my best. I leave every camp with more energy and in a better mindset. Burn has truly been life changing for me. Just give it a try. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to burn for over two years now and I can honestly say it’s like no other gym I’ve ever been to, the motivation, friendliness, and support that you receive there is like none other. You’re always welcomed with a smile and a good morning when you walk through the door no matter how early it is. high-fives are given throughout the whole camp and everyone is supportive and encouraging. The trainers are the best! If you have an injury or pregnancy, they will modify the workouts to fit you, i the only gym I’ve ever looked forward to waking up for

I joined Burn 3 months ago and I feel so much stronger! The support from the trainers, staff and members is amazing! They help you build your confidence and strength. I’ve been working out at Burn for almost 1 1/2 years now and I couldn’t recommend a better gym. The trainers and people working out besides you truly want to help you be the best version of yourself. I have osteopenia and have gained 4% in my bone density in the past 2 years and that’s even after having 2 babies! The first step is walking through the door and everyone here will help you with the rest.

Burn has changed my outlook on working out. I played sports until college and then fell out of the routine of working out consistently. After some encouragement from a coworker (thanks Carrie) I joined a 4 week trial. I’ve fell in love with it since. Burn has such a great community and I feel supported in my journey to getting stronger. So thankful for the Burn trainers and community

This GNC hasn’t been open the last 9 times I have tried during the day.  I see they have removed all the hours from the door too.  I tried calling and the voicemail has been turned off as well.  The sign at the entrance of the strip mall no longer has them listed either.  They do still have product on the store shelves.

You need to update your store hours! The door says to call before coming LOL!! I don’t think cooperate would approve of your signage.

No hours on door,  goggles says they should be open at 11:54 am on a Wednesday.... no luck though.

Not open during posted hours.  What a joke of a store.

The sales consultant gave unhelpful suggestions until I directed him to leave. This was after previously identifying the brand and product name. I could’ve been out of there sooner if it wasn’t for his priority to sell more than I need and want. Watching/streaming videos on his phone also added delays. He continued to stare at his phone for a few seconds as I waited at the counter. Then he paused it, but left the phone on the counter as he unlocked the register. Once unlocked, he cradled the phone in his left hand for a bit until he was forced to put it down to bag. Definitely my first and last visit...

I am done with this place. I have given it several times of going in there and trying to assert myself in different ways to get him (Brian is his name I believe) off my back. Tonight when he asked what I was looking for I tried letting him know that I was going to look at some proteins, I know what I like, and would let him know if I had any questions. He still followed me and provided suggestions. That was it. I will absolutely never go back in there because I am tired of feeling uncomfortable when I am there. I ended up buying two protein bars and he had the gall to ask me why I didn't buy any protein. I should've answered honestly. I was looking to stock up and protein and would've spent A LOT of money, but I couldn't do it. At that point it is no longer being a good salesman when you are losing customers because of your overbearing and frankly smothering sales tactics. I will have to enjoy going to other GNC's from now on despite living 2 blocks away. Too bad.

I went to the store when Brian was working and he was very overbearing. I appreciate being told different perspectives about the products I was insterested in but I was quite uncomfortable. Brian followed me around the entire time and kept interjecting with comments whenever I tried to look at something by myself. Very pushy. I would like to be able to look around without feeling like I have to buy something or buy whatever he happens to be promoting to me. I won’t be returning.

Great staff! I was not expecting the employees at this store to be as knowledgable as they were. I went in with my sister to get some pre workout and am very happy with the ACG3 I was recommended. Go to this store if you want to talk to someone with basic or even advanced nutrition knowledge. The manager here knew more than my dietician plus I didn't have to pay for the information and guidance that a dietician charges for.

I went into GNC with very little knowledge about what I needed to get and the manager was a HUGE help. I was nervous that I was going to get pressured into purchasing something I did not want or need but the staff proved me wrong. The manager suggested I try a protien powder for after I work out and a vitapak to help me cut down on my weight and I am losing weight faster than ever. The energy and metabolism vitapak is a great one to try for anyone looking to lose weight. The staff here are the real deal!

So much to say but so much that can be said still wouldn’t suffice the helpfulness and professionalism of the employees at this store. Jack was one of the most helpful employees I have ever talked with. I came in looking to change up my supplement routine. Jack had endless amounts of information to share and was able to relay the information in a way that was easily understandable. If you are looking to find any supplemental product that is best suited for you I highly recommend heading into the savage GNC and asking for jack. You will not be disappointed!

I recommend you visit Lakeville or Apple Valley to save yourself the headache and to get good customer service. What should have been done on my first visit was completed on my third visit (and after contacting customer service three times). I would give no stars if I could.

I visited this location to make a single return from an online purchase within the return period. The first two times the reps recommended I come back another time (after trying what they could). They were kind and explained that the issue was with Zena, their software. After each visit, I chatted GNC and they provided instructions, and said that a return in store would be the most efficient option.

On my third visit, I worked with Jack. After waiting in my car for twenty minutes - due to a post-it note on the door saying he went to run an errand -  Jack returned and I explained what I needed and what I had done (visited twice and chatted twice). Jack lacked empathy my entire visit. He repeatedly said how it was a "long process" to do the return (but never explained the process) and at one point recommended I come back another day instead. Since it had been some time and I was the only customer there at that time, I replied, "No, this is my third visit. I want this returned today." During this visit I connected with a chat representative at GNC.com while in store. The chat rep provided me with a phone number for Jack to call and offered to email the information that he couldn't seem to find on my account. When I suggested to Jack that he contact customer support or someone else for help he called his manager on speakerphone, who explained the "simple" way to make the return.

To management: train your employees on normal tasks and to explain what they are doing instead of just sighing and clicking on their register. Additionally, teach your employees not to place calls on speakerphone if you're going to discuss people "pulling a fast one."

Since joining lifetime fitness a couple months back I decided this location fits my schedule best. My first time here wasn't horrible, but ever since every time I stop in to purchase things the place is NEVER open,and I'm talking 12pm on a Saturday place is locked up tight with lights out. Hard to keep a store open when not making money,I'll find a new place for future.

While having a scary experience with increasing liver tenderness for the first time in My life ( 64 yrs. old) and quitting drinking after 50 years, I started 'Liver guard' and had immediate results (3 days) , with more energy, liver no longer tender , increased libido...    I'm amazed ...    I  never even went to the doctor after diagnosing over the internet and self prescribing Homeopathic /non pharmaceutical remedies  !!!!!!       GNC rocks ...

I Have been going to this store for almost a year now and let me tell you, Jason is amazing and knows his products. Knows the best supplements for what your goals are and never dissatisfied with what he suggests!  Definitely 10/10 recommendation

Great store, had just what I needed, service at the counter was 11/10 too. Jason is a champ, definitely knows the workout products, even showed me another brand that I'll probably be grabbing more of.

Awesome store! I walked in on my break from work looking for a pre-workout and the guy behind the counter gave me a ton of information on what I would be looking for and how each product is different. Along with that, he helped me make an educated decision on what would work the best for me. I would highly reccomend going to this location over any other.

04-05-2019 at 3:15 PM. I am member of GNC for over 5 years and return a product under 15 days and been lied to according to a regional manager.  I was told that with out a receipt he can look it up on his system because his store is not a corporate store. Big liar, I can go to Apple Valley or Burnsville’s store this store is racist, if you’re none white please don’t give them your business.
