Anytime Fitness

Yikes. This Anytime Fitness is anything special. Half the time there isn’t even a place to park. The club hasn’t been “enhanced” since last year. Thanks for encouraging members not to use your facility. Guess that’s one less car in the very tiny, crowded parking lot. If you join this gym good luck finding a place to park. “Enhancement is needed”

This is my favorite Anytime Fitness location... and I've been to a bunch of them around the country. It's a little smaller of a location but they have all the equipment needed and it's well maintained. It's always clean in there too! 🙂

Great gym, amazing manager. Morgan is what makes this location so great by being upbeat and kind.

Affordable pricing with flexible options. 24-hr access by key fob which gives you peace if you bring your bike to the location.  The gym is always clean and has a good variety of equipment (e.g. heavy dumbbells, squat rack, cable machines). Even at peak times I am able to get access to the equipment I need.

Morgan is the best manager ever! She’s always so kind and keeps the place looking great, I love the vending machine they added as well! It’s so handy grabbing a protein shake on the way out

Visiting Denver for a few days so stopped here for a workout. One of the nicest AF locations I’ve been to! Easy to access (just a door from the street), convenient location and parking, clean, updated equipment, lots of light. Highly recommend for locals or visitors!

Stretch Zone

I love going to StretchZone! Danette does a terrific job, and when I leave, I feel so much better! I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my flexibility in just a short time. I am trying to get back into shape and the stretching sessions feel great and help with recovery and just plain feel good. 😁

I've been getting stretches a couple times a month since before Covid. Makes such a difference, especially to my low back, hamstring/hips, neck. It's very relaxing and also helps support all the other movement I do – hiking, swimming, walking. Counteracts a lot of the not so great things I do – sitting at a desk, driving in a car.

I absolutely love Stretch Zone!!  Brandon did a great job of stretching me and focusing on many different areas of my body, and even taking some time to explain how/why my Achilles tendon is strong on one side and weak on the other!!  He went above and beyond and I'm super excited to come back for regular stretching!!

I’ve lived with chronic pain for nearly two decades now, have had many surgical procedures and have sought pain relief to no avail. I am proud to say that once I started working William Davis at Stretch Zone, I have experienced a drastic improvement in my overall pain that has plagued me and limited my ability to enjoy life the way I desire.   I am noticing improvement in sleep quality, energy, mood as well as performance in my fitness quest.

I feel for the first time in far too long that I am seen, heard and my concerns are genuinely being acknowledged.  His knowledge of body mechanics is superior!  Our sessions go by way too fast, and hardly feel like work in the process, because we have such a fun, organic connection. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here, and specifically about William.  A true class act and professional!

Great experience at stretch zone! Cheyenne and Brandon were very helpful and informative. The stretches really help whether you’re dealing with an injury or just not flexible. 10/10 would recommend

United Martial Arts Center

Absolutely love this Training Center.  Both my husband and myself decided to join in on the fun after watching the great time that my two sons 5 and 8 had during their training sessions.  Great knowledgeable staff I love how they connect the skills to personal success factors and character traits to build a well rounded martial arts student.

UMAC is the place you want to take your kids for karate!  We tried a number of places throughout town and this business is truly the top for many reasons:
1) The instructions are amazing!  They not only are at the top of their martial arts fields but they also know how to tailor the lessons for kids.  They are very empathetic and were able to get our son (who has a hard time focusing) to enjoy karate in such a way that he is very focused and looks forward to each lesson.
2) The facilities are very clean and constantly sprayed (important during these covid times)
3) Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the instructors
4) Great communication
5) Love how this is a family business (Master Nick, one of the main instructors, is the son of the owners and his sister is the head of marketing).  You can feel the warmth of a small family owned business as soon as you walk in!

When our daughter turns 3 she will also be joining her brother in the program!

All the teachers and staff are great. Friendly environment for not only martial arts but life lessons. My 9 year old is very fond of these classes.

My son has learned confidence, teamwork, fitness, and developed his mind and body together at UMAC.  The instructors are challenging and flexible.  You will learn a lot about martial arts and yourself.

United Marshall Arts and Fitness is the best marshall arts and kick boxing studio I've ever visited. Theresa, Byrne, the owner, takes great care to meet students where they are in their pursuit of fitness and marshal arts.

From attending her kick boxing classes alone, I have lost 25# with thanks to Theresa's excellent instruction and coaching. I HIGHLY suggest getting to know Theresa and her instructors when searching for marshal arts and fitness classes for children, women and men. Hot Asana Yoga Studio

Warm yoga was absolutely wonderful. My instructor was such a beautiful soul. Even with carrying a child for another family, she led the class with such grace & was able to support our practices & demonstrate other moves to enhance our stretches. We even received warm, lavender towels & she was so mindful of our individual journeys. I feel so aligned & can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful experience with this yoga community at this studio !!! They were welcoming and kind at this yoga studio !!! I hadn't done yoga in almost a year and on top of that  , I'm from Oklahoma . So the altitude difference while performing yoga is a bit more interesting to say the least 🤣 . I've been coming to Hot Asana for over a few years now, and I love the place, and style of yoga. All the instructors are super friendly, and it's a great place for all fitness levels. So if you're a beginner or, more advanced, the classes will have different options for you. I have some mobility issues post cancer recovery and coming here a couple of times a week has really improved my overall quality of life physically and mentally. :)

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been a part of.  Top-notch facility, easy booking process, clean…but the true highlight for me is the incredible skill and professionalism of every single instructor encountered.  They are all different and bring their own flavor to each class, guaranteeing a unique experience every time you go. I wasn’t terribly into yoga until I got dragged to this studio and now I can’t get enough.

Mountain Strong Thornton Gym

I've been a member at Mountain Strong for two months and it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches care, teach you and push you to your limits. There is a place for everyone: Crossfitters, Climbers, and anyone willing to push themselves to be better. Wouldn't want to call any other gym home!

The community that Mountain Strong has been able to cultivate is wonderful. With many conditioning gyms, it sometimes can feel intimidating but not here. The coaches and owners make you feel part of their family. The members are open, friendly, and the best part, encouraging. The environment here allows your training to feel fun, that's the sweet spot in my opinion. Moving to Colorado and now been here for 2 years, 90% of my friends are from here. The gym always has phenomenal clinics to work on all types of things. From breathing, to climbing knots, to getting your rowing form perfect. They're always getting the community together for fun workouts followed by a relaxing  BBQ after. I can write on and one but this place is truly magical. I am so grateful for the connections and life long friends that I have made. This has everything to do with the coaches and owners who have dedicated themselves to creating a place where your health and training can be a happy adventure. Don't get it twisted, they bring it and you will get your pump on but in a fun way.

The is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The coaches and other members are very supportive, encouraging, and helpful. I first started attending the gym as part of their seasonal Ski Conditioning class. When I began working out, an empty barbell was my workout weight, which made it intimidating to watch serious athletes workout around you. However, nobody judges or cares how much you can lift. Everyone is just happy to see people show up and work hard. I can highly recommend Mountain Strong!

I have been going to Mountain Strong since December and have enjoyed the challenge of the classes and the feeling of community that the gym offers. I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, and although I am newer to lifting, they have been patient and provided excellent feedback. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gym that is just as passionate about fitness, health, and the outdoors!

Best gym I’ve ever joined. The coaches and community make the difference. From a coaching perspective, technique and safety come before performance. The coaches care more that you don’t get hurt than any other nonsense. The community, while friendly, pushes you to do your best. I’ve seen more gains in the last year than from any other competitive workout program.

Working for Synergy has been a pleasure. When I started I had no experience in home care. Synergy has gone above and beyond to make sure I had enough training to feel confident and capable. I am able to reach out at any time a receive support, extra training, or help when needed. The office staff are exceptional and communicate very efficiently with care providers and clients. I have enjoyed being able to pick up extra shifts when ever I have open availability. It's easy to request days off, clock in and out, and access client information all from my phone. Definitely one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever had. I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in giving, or receiving the best home care has to offer.

I really enjoy synergy as a whole. First and foremost my clients are amazing. Ad a caregiver it's always rewarding to know I'm making a difference and an easier loads for the clients. Whether it be household duties, simply running errands,  good companionship and so forth. I couldn't see myself going anywhere soon with a position as such. Synergy staff is the extra cherry on top, as they are attentive, always available and helpful to answer questions or of needed theie assistance. Tula Hot Yoga Denver

Tula is an absolute gem in our community! The atmosphere of this studio is warm and inviting, and the instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring. I initially signed up for an introductory month, and the experience was so transformative that I quickly became a member.

The hot yoga sessions have been a total game-changer for me. The instructors provide unique cues that have not only helped me build strength but have also added exciting nuances to each posture. My fiancé, who has had persistent lower back problems for about thirteen years, absolutely glows about how much these classes have relieved his back pain! We've also tried Tula's heated pilates class and we're hooked, it was incredible too!

Tula is more than just a yoga studio; it's a community where we've found joy, peace, and a sense of belonging. I highly recommend Tula to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly space to explore and deepen their yoga practice.

I love this studio!! Best Bikram/Hot yoga in Denver IMO. I really appreciate instructors who can guide you and not just regurgitate a script. There’s definitely a sense of community at this studio and I highly recommend if you like hot yoga or are interested in trying it out. Shout out to Nancy for an amazing class and somehow memorizing everyone’s names, even new people 🤯

I’ve tried a few different styles of yoga over the years, but never hot. The heat can make even the simplest movements pretty intense. In the traditional Hot 90 classes, I still struggle to get through the whole series of poses without resting, and that’s ok because it still feels good, especially afterward. In addition to the Hot 90 and Hot 60 classes, Tula also offers Earth Ways and Pilates in a 90 degree room, as opposed to 105, which I really enjoy. The classes are longer than I’m used to but I leave feeling reset and re-centered. All of the instructors have been really kind and welcoming too.

I love Tula. I feel very fortunate being able to practice in this space.  I  appreciate that Tula has showers in the studio so I can fit in my practice before meetings.  A great place to leave the busy world behind for 60 or 90 minutes.

I enjoyed my 60 minute hot yoga class led by Kaitlyn. The studio is nice and they keep the space clean. I will be back again!
