Never answers phone. Changed locations had to drive all across Conway for drug screen . Come to find out no one at front desk , had to sign in from some little sceeen, that tells me my appointment is at 11:20 . How do these folks know if you have anything to do ? Job? Or even have the gas money to keep coming back, instead of answering phone and relying the information to save you a trip ?

I changed my rating.  Now that I look back at the situation I was pretty upset about the whole situation and load speaking. The staff did step up and calm me down and handled it professionally.  Geuse I am the one that needs to apologize.  Sorry and thank you.

Took them forever to wait on me.  Rude intentionally put other patients in front of me.  Jacob's review was totally correct.  Had same experience.  Once I got in the nurse testing me was really friendly seamed like the only one working.

Staff were very kind and patient!  They did a great job!!

I prepaid for a test online, arrived for appointment, and then they said they could not do it and to cancel my appointment. They are keeping a cancel fee out of my refund. They cancelled, not me. Their customer service is a joke. No one cares or gets anything done. Typical of most health care facilities. Overpaid to do the bare minimum at best.

Lost lab work; Labs were completed on August 17th, but there is no record of completion. No one will answer the phone and the voice mail box is full.

Visiting Angels

Visiting Angels has been fabulous! My mom has loved all her caregivers to date. We are so glad that we found your services. They literally brought my mother back to life between helpful care, cooking, and just being a listening ear for my Dad’s stories. I recommend them wholeheartedly as we navigate this new world of needing helpful hands.

We only had Visiting Angels for about  month before my wife entered a nursing home full time. Our Visiting Angel was Irene and she was the caring individual I believe I have ever encountered. Her grace, demeanor and patience towards my wife was so appreciated. My wife has advanced alzhiemers and has very few functions left and Irene recognized this an treated her with so much special grace.

Visiting Angels is doing a wonderful job for my husband's mother.  We can not imagine how difficult a knee replacemen at 82 years of age would be   and that fact they could be there on the weekend was/is a life saver. A special shout out to the Mckinney TX location and all VA staff has done for her.

Visiting Angels McKinney was extremely helpful when I needed care for my mom, who has dementia. The staff and caregivers are always professional and supportive. They made my life easier by handling long term care insurance invoices for me. The entire experience was the best I have had with in home health care. I highly recommend Lisa and her staff if you need help taking care of your loved one.

The Angels carried us through the hardest transition of returning home after the hospital visits.  We'll always be grateful for everything that we received from all of them. Tony janue  has to be one of the best  caring  people  along  side his mother Betty thst I've ever  met.  I have worked  along  side these w individuals  for years.  The amount   personal  care they not only offer  there clients  but to there staff ! I can honestly  say  that  if I were ever  to  be  in  a  position  to  need pca care I would  not question  this is the team to provide  the  best  possible services.  They give  this sense of  family  with every  touch  they unconditionally  care and respect  100% .

I would give more than 5 stars for the Body Bar. This is the first time in years that I look forward to going for exercise!  All the instructors are awesome! When I started I had no idea what I was doing and every class got better and better. I have made awesome new friends and if I am missing for too long they have even checked on me.  I love it!

Love the location. Love the owner, all instructor’s & Staff are VERY friendly. Every class is very different and you leave feeling very accomplished. 10/10 would recommend!

I appreciate that every time I walk in, it’s a warm welcome. I’ve been to studios where that’s not the case.

All of the instructor are great, but my two favorite are Natonia and Carolyn. I feel like they are mindful about modifications along the way (whether you want less or more) - which I really appreciate! This helps me make sure I don’t overdo it w/ my muscles and strain anything - especially if I go multiple days in a row. On days where I feel stronger, their directions help me take it to the next level in a safe manner.

I find Visiting Angels very professional and efficient. Rod works extremely hard to accommodate all of our needs and gives us great comfort in knowing that our loved one is in good hands when we are not able to be there. Their employees go above and beyond when caring for my mother. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for care for their family!

Visiting Angels has been a Godsend for us.  I live out of state and my dad lives in an independent living facility that he loves.  He needs daily assistance now and the angels that visit him throughout the day are wonderful!  The owner, Rod, goes way beyond the call of duty so many times.  He is like a member of the family that I can call on whenever I have a concern even if it is beyond normal working hours.  I highly recommend the Visiting Angels in Springfield!

StretchLab

As a weekly traveler being able to get into the stretch lab when I can is extremely important. Whether I’ve been with Jess or Kara I always leave feelings better than when I first walked in. Our talks make the 50mins seem like 15 and in my mind I’m saying wow, we’re done already. So if you haven’t tried it give it a go.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised at the knowledgeable technician Ritchie who stretched me out like I couldn’t do on my own…I felt 💯 % better when I walked out and even better today!! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him and learning more about your body. StretchLab Frisco and Ritchie will now be part of my weekly routine….💥👍🏻

My “stretchologist” (my terminology) was awesome. She was intentional on getting to know me during the stretch, and I took that as getting to know my daily activity to know what to stretch, even though I told her my areas to work on. I have several stretches left on my package and look forward to additional stretches.

I had Rich and he was SUPER! He constantly talked with me to distract me from my tight spots. We had a very interesting and educational conversation.  I feel so much better than I did before going in. 10/10 recommendation!!! Go see RICH :)

I’ve been going to StretchLabs Frisco for a few weeks and I have really noticed a big difference in my flexibility. The staff are knowledgeable and listen to concerns and are careful to not cause injury. Very positive experience. Highly recommended.

In fairness everyone is nice and always smiles! I love how i dont feel rushed cause there is plenty of equipment for everyone. I hate rushing especially when i see big guys hovering. But since there arw lots of equipment or machines, i am able to do everything i need to.

I could spend a whole day in the gym because there is so much to do and i can also chill at the sauna. I love how theyve got almost wvery machine for every muscle group. They also have bumper plates olympic plates. I love that when i deadlift, even when it gets too heavy for me and i drop the barbell, i dont get weird looks. Im not trying to show off, its just dangerous for me to try and drop it gracefully. They have a deadlifting platform.

I have sensitive skin and im glad im not breaking out in hives when i workout because the place is clean.every member wipes the equipmemt after every use.

Theres a health bar in front. I have yet to try their shakes or protein bars though. I think theyre reasonably priced.

No one rushes me in the bathroom or shower rooms either. I spend hours there doing my hair sometimes.

The music is not the greatest though. They tune in on a certain fm station on the radio. I dont mind because i have my ownn earphones anyway.

Its a plus that whenever i forget to bring my water bottle, i can always hydrate at the drinking fountain.

The people are nice. Even those big muscly guys and girls dont mind you or dont look at you weird even jf you are a beginner. Also dont be intimidated because almost everyone here looks like an athletw

Ive been to many gyms in the philippines. Golds peoria so far has been the best ive gone to.

Ps: when are you going to have your hipthrust machine?

I love love LOVE this gym! It’s very clean, aesthetically pleasing, their machine selection is phenomenal and they are constantly upgrading and getting new equipment and very consistent in fixing anything that is broken, including mirrors. They even have a sauna. They have an indoor track! They have TWO fitness class rooms, one for standard classes and the other specifically for spin. And I find the people who lift there to be much nicer and more welcoming than the people at planet fitness. If you’ve been thinking of
Coming in I implore you to come by and check  her out. I’ve never been in a better gym and that is including other golds in Florida, gyms in the area and a couple gyms for the wealthy in Beijing China. Plus it’s only 40 a month so super affordable.

British Swim School of North Dallas

I am a 62-year old adult male and I enrolled in British swim school in July 2023 for a 1/2 hr class once a week.
I could just barely float and do flutter kicks when I started here. In 3 months, I have progressed to a point
where I am able to do front crawl with breathing, and can cover 3/4 of the 75-foot lane - a big thanks to Philip,
Sarah, Gloria and other wonderful instructors here!!

I did try another swim school before this (for about 3 weeks) and although it was slightly less expensive,
I found the British Swim school to be WAY better. After just one class with the British swim school, I decided to drop the other one!

All the instructor here are very encouraging and take their time to advice and correct your strokes as your are learning.
I have taken some time off for now, but will definitely go back to them for further classes very soon!

We absolutely love British Swim School.  We have been going for about a year now and my child has learned so much.  We were at a previous swim school for about one year and my son did not advance in that whole year.  We found out about BSS through a friend and my son has just excelled. There instructors are very patient with the children and really take the time to work on technique.  They are very much focused on pool safety and practice how to get in and out of the pool as well.  The instructors take their job serious and are not just high schoolers trying to earn a paycheck.  They have an online portal you can use as well to check out classes, make changes to billing, and find out more about the school.  Ms. Gloria knows all the kiddos by name and smiles and welcomes the kiddos every time they come into the door.  Overall if you want a high quality swim school, choose British Swim School to teach your child.  You won’t regret it!

We are having a fantastic experience so far. Our kids have been in swimming classes all summer and we could not be happier. Each instructor works patiently and effectively with each student. Even though there are several kids in my child's class, the instructor still manages to have one on one instructing with each kid. My kids beg to go to swimming class all week. And bonus: they've been able to stay in the same time slot with every class they've been assigned to, which was a relief. No extra planning on my part. The kids are actually learning how to properly swim and we are very happy!

My son took the class for 2 months. He cried for most of the time… so he has to quit the class. The owner and coaches are all sweet and kind. They offered us one makeup class since my son cried so much. But it didn’t work out.

If you have a kid like mine that is sensitive to the environment and takes time to be comfortable with new people, this school may not good for him or her. Here are the reasons:

1. They group the kids according to swim level without considering ages. My son (3 years old) had classes with 8 year old, even older kid. They were all taught with the same thing. He often get scared by the older kids that making big splashes in the pool, he really not enjoyed competing with kids that were so much order then him in the games. Also, his classmates keep on changing, since all the fast learner moves to the next level class quickly.

2. The coach is not fixed to the class. My son really liked one of the coach and wanted to swim with him a lot. Unfortunately, he only taught my son once. He got 4 different coaches in his two month classes. He had to built his trust every week to adapt to the new coach. The coach only left him crying aside the pool for most of the time in the class, since they had to take care of other kids.

I was thinking my son just naturally doesn’t like water. But after leaving the class, we bring him to the pool with friends weekly. He’s now enjoying swimming all the time with help of floats. I guess it was the way they organize classes stressed my son too much.

This school is at a small pool with a lot of flexibility. I appreciate their effort in adjusting his schedule for multiple time. It just didn’t work out for him.

We love British swim school, both of my kids are going to classes from the past one year. Management is very friendly and teaching methods are very helpful to learn swimming .
