Never answers phone. Changed locations had to drive all across Conway for drug screen . Come to find out no one at front desk , had to sign in from some little sceeen, that tells me my appointment is at 11:20 . How do these folks know if you have anything to do ? Job? Or even have the gas money to keep coming back, instead of answering phone and relying the information to save you a trip ?
I changed my rating. Now that I look back at the situation I was pretty upset about the whole situation and load speaking. The staff did step up and calm me down and handled it professionally. Geuse I am the one that needs to apologize. Sorry and thank you.
Took them forever to wait on me. Rude intentionally put other patients in front of me. Jacob's review was totally correct. Had same experience. Once I got in the nurse testing me was really friendly seamed like the only one working.
I prepaid for a test online, arrived for appointment, and then they said they could not do it and to cancel my appointment. They are keeping a cancel fee out of my refund. They cancelled, not me. Their customer service is a joke. No one cares or gets anything done. Typical of most health care facilities. Overpaid to do the bare minimum at best.

Lost lab work; Labs were completed on August 17th, but there is no record of completion. No one will answer the phone and the voice mail box is full.
