Harbor Freight Tools

This Harbor Freight Tools is a new location. I stopped in here to check it out. This is a nice store, very organized and big. The isles were very clean and stocked. The store is bright and spacious. As always, they have the good Harbor Freight prices. I always go to Harbor Freight for my tools and accessories. The exterior and interior are nicer than the Dover location. It's located next to the Advance Auto.

I'm going to assume that because this store is rather new, the employees haven't been fully trained in customer service. The Supervisor at this store would benefit from boosting her customer service skills. Politeness and patience are lost on some people! Harbor Freight will continue to be my go-to for our small-business tools, but I'm happy to drive a bit further and take my business to another location.

First time at this location. The store was very well organized and the staff was very helpful. Not as big as some of the other stores but they still have a lot on site. A great place to go for that hard to find piece.

Had a great experience there. Brandie (I'm sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was absolutely amazing and helped solve my wife's organization problem. I would recommend

Walmart Supercenter

Very large store great selection lots of clearance sales amazing customer service the bathroom in the back of the store was out of order and all broken but besides that this is a great walmart

Kevin, the deli manager was amazing! He was kind and polite to every customer in line. The two ladies that were behind the deli with him could not be bothered to help anyone. One lady wouldn't stop messing with the chicken to help any customers and the younger lady looked so aggravated that she even had to be at work. Absolutely unacceptable!
Kevin needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service, and the other two ladies need an extensive inservice on proper customer service.
I was at the deli at about 12:00 pm.

This Walmarts has everything.  One stop shopping. Very clean and great customer service.

I went to check out section. I am asking the girl where are the bags? She said OH we don’t have bags anymore! I had few items I bought and I needed one bag. I paid for my stuff and I am telling her that Walmart doesn’t have a bags?!?! She said again OH yea we have a bag but costs this much. I said I know it cost to get a damn bag but your answer to me was you don’t have a bag. It’s not my first time shopping! I talked to manager Debbie and the same thing! They are not listening!! Bad customer service!!

Worst experience ever, worst customer service experience ever! 15 year's business management experience gives me the right to say that!! I am stuck using a rollator the rest of my life thanks to some uncaring doctors. But when shopping in large stores like this I have to use these motor carts, there's no place to put my rollator so I just take my cane. I get dropped off at the door and the cane is good enough to get me to one of these carts that are usually parked and plugged in right inside the doors, if neither is the case someone is usually there that can go find one for you, that's how it should be. This day neither was the case. By the time my husband parked the car and came into the store I was barely standing/leaning on my cane. He had to go to the other entrance to get one. By that time I was in tears and just wanted to leave but he talked me into staying because we did need what we came for. There were 2 carts at my entrance(we saw them thru the glass that's why he dropped me there), but no one bothered to plug them in so they were dead. If they were out of order a sign would of been nice. We would have seen an out of order sign thru the glass also.

The Home Depot Mazatlán

The only home depot location, not  big enough store, limited variety

Poor, service all around.  Staff send you on an isle and product cannot be found.  5 staff  in the customer service booth and none of them cares about my query.  The products are very limited compared to a North American store, yet the prices are the same.  Looking for AC foam cleaner, none available I could go on and on..

Exactly what a Home Depot is supposed to have everything

Had 3 keys made, got home only 1 works, have to drive all the way back and try for 2 more!!

Good store lots of things, great help for those of us who do not speak the language

My materials have been ordered and so far the service has been excellent. I’m horrible with names so I apologize in advance but the woman that works by the loading docks and handles all the orders and checks to see what’s in stock deserves a raise.  She really knows her stuff.

Love the Kaycan product line and the crew over at Acline Dr. location. Doug, Melissa, JD, Tom, Mike, etc. are always kind to me when I go and assist right away. Highly recommend.

Was assisted with a materials order that ended up being a box of vented soffit to much, then wouldn't exchange for solid soffit that I needed. Not a very good way to get new business

South Lake Ace Hardware Inc.

Well organized hardware store. Well lite, well designed, well managed. Nice grille selection.

Thank you Traci for the amazing customer service today. We went for minnows and a bait bucket and she was absolutely amazing and helpful. She was super attentive and gave us information on the Ace Hardware rewards program which we signed up for. The store is also very organized and clean

The staff is always friendly and helpful.  Bought a grill recently and Wesley was a solid, honest dude.   We felt confident speaking with him on grill recommendations.  Few days later, it was delivered, fully assembled and the delivery team was great as well.

Really nice and helpful people every time I go there. They are my favorite place to get my home and garden stuff to not deal with the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes.

Kevin and his staff went out of his way to make a problem I had get resolved.  He was fair, competent and most of all concerned with how to make the problem right. I Drive past a Lowe’s and  Home Depot to do business at Ace, and with employees like Kevin I’ll be back!

Neighbors Ace Hardware

Just went by to pick up a few items today, Deana greeted me right away & was able to help me find my 2 items. I was in & out within 2-3 min. Cashiers were a bit quiet. I told both to tell Deana she was a big help & they both ignored me. Felt like they were rude to me & their co-worker. Deana u are the best, keep up the positive attitude. (Hope I spelled ur name right). Would be a 5 * but the Cashiers weren't too nice.

Excellent hardware store bar none they might not have all the lumber and all that stuff at Home Depot has but they have all the hard to find stuff and what they have is quality friendliness customer service above all my favorite hardware store.

Customer service is pretty bad. Employees don't offer to help much, and when they do, they are just as clueless as I am.

I liked going to Ace over the big box stores because someone was always ready to help, and they were knowledgeable. I don't think Ace is the helpful hardware place anymore. At least at this location.

This store has very friendly staff. Damian did an excellent job replacing all my window  screens.. all 10 of them….

Extremely rude ladies on the cashier… But Great manager( a guy manager, not the old lady, must the ladies in that store seems to be rude and unhappy with their jobs) I had a problem with a pick up order and he was REALLY helpful to fix the whole misunderstanding!!! Definitely recommend that store and if you have any trouble definitely ask help for the manager.

We shop there about once every 3 weeks as their groceries are more affordable than other supermarkets. But sometimes price is not everything. This package of pretzel rolls was bought on 8/8/23 and opened to use on 8/10/23. Notice the mold and the use by date in the photo 🤬

Store is clean and neat but associates are either lazy or need to get to know the store. I asked 3 associates for help neither knew where to find what needed. I asked 1 associate if they had a maternity dept and they didn't know . So I left and got my items at another store. 🙃

I only went in to use the restroom, but the store was clean and appeared to be well staffed and well stocked. The restroom at the front only has one stall. Overall, no issues with this visit or store. It was fairly early in the morning, as well.

There was a lot of people there but all of them were nice and the employees that I encountered were helpful and friendly so no complaints

I LOVE this Walmart! The store is updated and upscale! Plenty of parking. Self check out is everywhere. If you need it??? THEY HAVE IT. Staff is kind and helpful. A great shopping experience:-)

Ace of Eastern Shore Inc

It’s very tricky to get to … I’m sure gps has helped his business a lot … had what I needed Nice professional staff …beware they do close early or at least the day I was there -check hours first . Would Recommend .

Went to compare shop bbq's. Personnel were very helpful, but most importantly, they didn't shadow me while I shopped. When I had a question, it was answered, and they gave us our space again. Will return in the future.

The gentleman are always so helpful. Great place to shop!

The worst store ever!!!! poor customer service!!!! always over selling you what you need especially women!!!! do not go with out ya husbands or a man period!!!! AVOID!!!

I went in to have keys made but they didn't have all the ones I needed. Only had 2 out of 5 so had to go to Lowes. The attendant was polite and as helpful as he could be.

Ace Hardware of Woodland

A very large store with all one could ask for in a hardware store: fasteners, screens, plumbing, electrical. They have a huge selection of grilling tools and pellets for pellet grills. Employees smile and they're helpful

Today at Ace hardware in Woodland Ca, I needed two different pints of paint mixed to match my swatches. It was a bit of a hassle for one of the colors because the computer couldn't get it right. Sabrina, the paint specialist worked especially hard to get it right for me. It took a while, Sabrina was frustrated, paint was a flyin', there was a mess, I was patient but didn't think it was going to happen, but in the end she pulled it off and came out with the perfect match. Myself and my client were very happy. Thank you Sabrina.

I'd rate twelve stars if I could. This is an exceptional store in every way that matters. I am very impressed with the cleanliness, the organization of inventory, and knowledge and professionalism of the staff.  Most places I'm better off just fending for myself, but here I have been helped by very knowledgeable people that genuinely added value. They knew the inventory and had real world advice on using it. Even saved me money.
Also, in obscure nuts and bolts and fasteners, etc. This store has the largest selection of any store in  memory. Kudos to the management and crew on a great store. Well done.  12 stars if I could.

You can walk a mile through their aisles.   If they don't have it, you probably don't need.   They carry everything from gardening to pet supplies, plumbing and paints, lumber and bricks, nails, screws, plaster, cement, clothing, wind chimes, a large barbecue area, key making, shelves, and so much more.   Very friendly helpful staff.   My go to place when I need a large hardware store with everything.

Very helpful staff in directing me to the parts I needed, assisting with a return, and my final check out.  It's a nice big store but very much has the feel of an Ace over a big box hardware store.

Route 46 Ace Hardware Inc.

These guys are very helpful. Much better than a big box retail store. There are a ton of employees and they ask you if you need help finding something. Last time the guy walked me all the way over to what I needed. Kudos to the employees @ this store.

Great, helpful, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. This location is clean and very well stocked. It's like an Ace Hardware super center with down home flair and charm.

Good first stop for home maintenance and backyard projects. Friendly and helpful team at this location. Always greeted at the door and helped right away. The loyalty card also offers some good coupons.

This is the second time that I've tried to use a coupon (regularly priced items) at the Route 46 store and it didn't work at the register.  When I asked to speak to a manager this time -- they said they were at lunch ..... I've spent a lot of money here over the years.  I guess I'm going to start going back to the big box stores .  Too bad ..

Love this ACE. Nice selection of everything. Got everything I needed, and found choices I didn't even know existed. 👍
