Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness

Great place! Good for normal fitness routines, body building, and cross fit. All the staff are great and friendly. There are a ton of personal trainers available to work and train with. I especially love the military discount offered. This is an excellent local community gym, far better than going to a mega chain gym where the standards are lacking.

It was cute before but new expansion is 10/10! In my option there’s really nothing like it anywhere near the area. They have everything you need and the layout is great so you can definitely find a squat rack, machine, or little corner to do some free weights in multiple places without being on top of everyone else. They also just have fun equipment and vibes are just no nonsense, respectful people just there to workout. Would recommend!

Moved to Denver back in August, and tried finding a gym that was like the one I went to in Texas. Rocky Mountain Flex has exceeded all expectations and continues to show its members, that they care. The community is extremely welcoming and supportive but also pushes you to grow. That’s a gym environment you want. Best gym in Denver hands down.

Great gym! It has every piece of equipment you’ll need. They’re frequently making improvements, both big and small, so the ownership team clearly cares. Welcoming and friendly to people new to the gym (like myself) or regulars.

Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness is my favorite gym in Denver! There is a serious sense of community here that is very inviting. Everyone is really friendly and you never feel out of place.  It’s seriously the “Cheers” of gyms! It has a great selection of gym equipment from stair climbers, Woodway treadmills to a variety of weights and unique handles and bars which makes them different from other basic gyms I’ve been to.  They also have some great classes in the mornings and evenings. This place is a true Denver gem for both its friendly atmosphere and impressive equipment.

Boost Pilates LoHi

Hands down my favorite workout in Denver. I've been to all of the Boost studios in Denver and the LoHi location is my fave. Sierre is the most incredible instructor. She gives incredible workouts while playing the best music. I can't get enough! 10/10 recommend!

Taylor Ready is an AMAZING instructor. She is always making sure that we have options to modify our workout and checks in regularly to make sure we are comfortable. She creates such a fun, safe and inclusive environment while guiding us through an intense workout. She is truly exceptional!

Boost is amazing! I love the classes and all of the instructors are very accommodating and you aren’t made to feel awkward at all if you’re new to Pilates which I love. There’s tons of modifications in every class where you can make it harder or easier based on your skill level. The studios are really nice too and the customer service is great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I took my first pilates class here and could not have had a better experience. Molly, the instructor, was so lovely. She knew that I was a fresh soul in pilates, so she made sure my machine was set up well and corrected my machine whenever it was necessary. The fitness experience was unique. I enjoyed working on the reformer machine, and it brought some much needed strength training to my exercise routine. I’m excited to come back soon!

The building is located in a fairly low-foot trafficked place. There was no dedicated bike parking, so folks who bike here should keep that in mind and plan accordingly.

Fit House Denver

Been to three separate classes so far, with three different instructors, and all sessions have been engaging and intense. There’s an emphasis on form and proper movements while keeping workouts difficult. The variety is good and a lot of different movements are incorporated. You get a good balance of strength and mobility.

Besides being the only HIIT, Strength, and Kickboxing gym in Denver WITH infrared saunas, a cold plunge and compression boots….wait do you need me to keep going?

The trainers care, simple as that. I’ve been to other HIIT gyms where it seems like instructors are just passing time. Put this at the opposite end of the spectrum. They’re engaged and excited to share the custom workouts they craft every three weeks. It’s simply the best.

I love Fit House. I attended my first class a little over a year ago while shopping around different gyms in Denver, and immediately afterward I stopped looking and joined -  with no regrets. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, the classes are well thought out and always rotating, and the community is so welcoming and motivating for ALL ability levels. The Fit House family has totally changed my relationship with fitness. I can't recommend Fit House enough!

I love Fit House! Great trainers, top-notch equipment, and strong community focus. The Pure Lift classes (my favorite) are organized and have excellent programming. You can come every day of the week even if you are sore since each class has a different core muscle group focus!

Highly recommend Fit House to anyone looking to elevate their fitness game!

This gym is incredible. The coaches, classes, facilities, and people are fantastic. The Pure Lift classes and Mobility with Abbey are my personal favorites because the progress is evident and they support activities that I do in my day to day life. I love having access to a cold plunge, sauna, and stretch room for recovery. I can’t imagine going to any other gym.

Kalea Yoga

I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing team of guides at Kalea Yoga. Each teacher shares their personalized knowledge, skillset, and compassion in a warm and welcoming space. Kalea Yoga is a studio that makes you truly feel seen and cared for as you explore the depth of your own body, mind, and Spirit!

Good variety of classes. Many different instructors. Lots of space. Fully equipped yoga studio with a good workout space next door for those who want both.

I absolutely love Kalea Yoga! The studio is beautiful and calming but what really sets it apart are the amazing Yogi’s. You always feel welcome and cared for and it doesn’t matter how proficient you are in your practice. I was blessed by being able to attend YoMassage a few weeks ago and I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. The intentions for each pose were perfect and I found myself completely surrendering into total relaxation of my mind and body. Adding a Restorative class to my schedule each week has become essential - It’s the perfect reset for my upcoming week! Try it, you will love it!

Goi's Yin Flow class last night was amazing! I came into the studio feeling a bit beat up from a long week and after her spa like class, I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! She's truly a master at her practice.

This is my new favorite studio. All of the teachers I’ve experienced have been really great. The variety of classes is wonderful. It’s a lovely place to do yoga.

Transform Colorado

Transform is an absolutely incredible community. I recently moved to Colorado and was in search of a studio that was challenging, inclusive, and felt like a family. They have wonderful class times to work with any schedule. The teachers really know their stuff and make an effort to really know you, your name and goals which is not always the case. I go to class daily and miss it immensely when I am out of town. This is a great studio that I recommend to all levels. You won’t be disappointed!

Just started the climbing classes here and LOVE them. Only 30 minutes, and goes by so quickly! Feels like you’re in a fun nightclub, cool ceiling lights that are synced with the music to really motivate!

The best lagree in Denver, hands down. The consistency in the programming, music, and energy always makes this place feel like home.

Showed up 8 min early for a climbing class - instructor didn’t show up until class started and didn’t bother to ask if anyone was new. Had to ask someone next to me how to adjust the machine. The workout wasn’t anything special - rowing is a far better workout.

12/10 recommend. The owner, Beth is spectacular! Her classes are always challenging and she is incredibly helpful when it comes to all things LaGree, especially form. You really can’t go wrong with any of the instructors, they're very knowledgeable and all have great classes. A few of my favorites (but not limited to) for LaGree are Maggie, Rachel, Shilah and Sydney. Whether you're taking LaGree, climb, or yoga, the variety of class times provides flexibility which is great when scheduling. I find the unlimited package has allowed me to create a routine and improve with consistency. Get ready to sweat!

Planet Fitness

I have memberships at both LA fitness and PF. I travel a bit and visit family in NWA and LA is not in every city/state so I have both memberships. I’ve visited many PF locations in the past when I previously had PF before and this one is a very clean location, Great place to workout especially later at night, staff was friendly every time I came, and there’s a lot of space in this location. Actually one of the best ones I’ve visited.

Great location, large, clean, tons of options, friendly staff and as a newbie to fitness this year, I don't feel intimidated or out of place here. I love bringing my friends, husband and teenage son to work out with me and always enjoy the black card perks!

The coolest staff that works very hard everyday none stop! From greeting customers at the door to their workouts and out, best gym to focus, take a breather from the outdoors. Great music by the way! Had a sudden change in life and had to move 500 miles away. Tried calling the store directly and only got the call center. I need to cancel but there isn't even a gym near me. Read their agreement cause you have to write a letter to your home store. With no guarantee of getting back to you.  Also the customer service person was not friendly and pretty uncaring.

The place has been remodeled. I love the new layout. The PF Black Card includes the tanning beds, the massage chairs and the hydromassage beds. It also includes the ability to bring a guest with you anytime. I rarely use the exercise equipment due to injuries, but I do use the massage chairs and hydromassage beds on a regular basis. The new beds and chairs are so much better than the previous ones they had. It is definitely worth the Black Card.

Impact Taekwondo

Impact Taekwondo is a great place! They are professional, skilled, patient, respectful and committed to their students development. We are so thankful for their teachers, leadership program and their family atmosphere.

We have had such a positive experience at Impact for the last 30 days! My daughter has gained so much from each class! Master Evins is a great teacher, I would highly recommend coming here for Taekwondo classes!

Impact Taekwando has been a blessing for my son. Thanks to the Impact team for nurturing the kids so patiently  and implanting positive vibes in them. I would highly recommend impact Taekwando for all round development.

We had our son's 8th birthday party here and they did a great job! The activities were fun, they commanded the kids attention, and genuinely entertained everyone.

My son has been going to Impact Taekwondo for about a year now.  He started out as a shy unconfident kid and it has been amazing to see what this school has done for his self esteem.  They teach respect and confidence along with Taekwondo.  It has given him a sense of purpose working towards his personal Impact stripes for homework & cleaning his room which he needs to do to earn his next belts.  He has become a proud confident child and takes great pride in his Taekwondo practice.  The instructors have all been attentive and are a mix of age ranges for the kids to relate to.  Highly recommend Impact Taekwondo!

Club Pilates

Club Pilates has enabled me to get stronger and as I am getting stronger, I feel more like adding other forms of exercise to my regimen. The sessions are relaxing yet challenging. I ALWAYS feel better after going. I try to go 5 times week-days and really miss it over the weekend.  The instructors and staff are excellent and I feel cared for by them.

I love the encouraging, knowledgeable instructors and variety of classes. I have never had the exact same class twice in the 8 months I’ve been going. The instructors ensure you can feel as challenged as you want in any level class, and they’re able to provide modifications for injuries or other limitations.

The app is easy to use, and the unlimited membership allows you to book out far enough in advance to access plenty of classes and go to any of the studios. Great community and atmosphere 💕

Never thought I’d be a Pilates person but here we are! Cannot say enough good things about Club Pilates Bentonville. It has helped me so much with my core and hamstring strength that translates into other parts of my life and training. Since starting Pilates I’ve been able to PR most of my lifts (deadlift, squat, bench) which is a testament itself!
The app is really easy to use and allows you to see the variety of classes and availability so you can schedule the days/times that work for you. I didn’t think I’d like having to schedule ahead of time but it helps me plan my weeks and holds me accountable so I actually enjoy it now. Instructors are always motivating and helpful, facility is clean and welcoming, and they do lots of activities that make you feel a part of the community.

I have completed 91 sessions of Pilates!! I can tell that I fell much better than  before I started. Doing Pilates doing life changing. The staff is great too 😀. I love it 😻

I absolutely love Club Pilates Rogers. Shout out to my favorite instructor, Lara, who’s energy and genuineness always brighten my day. I have tried many programs but finally found one fitness program I enjoy and am seeing results in my body’s strength, flexibility, balance, muscle tone, and the number on the scale! I started out on the 8 pack but quickly realized that wasn’t enough for me as much as I love it. I upgraded to unlimited and take about 6 classes per week for the past 4 months. I have no problem at all getting into classes or using the app. If you are debating it - just try it. You too will fall in love!! Not a paid ad or anything, just that excited about my new addiction!

Sumits Yoga Littleton

Best Hot yoga studio in Denver. The staff and teachers and so kind and caring about all students, no matter their experience. This is a safe place to be yourself with no judgement. The teachers clean all surfaces after each class and take the utmost care to keep the bathrooms and common area clean and tidy. The music is upbeat, the flow is invigorating and the heat and humidity allow for you to get deep into the practice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that I will keep coming back to time and time again.

I’d tried several yoga studios and classes over the years and thought I probably wasn’t meant for yoga or yoga wasn’t meant for me. That all changed when I found Sumits. Love this place, the classes and how it makes me feel mentally and physically. Special shout out to Jolinda for what I can only describe as a soul expanding experience.

A sweet, nurturing space where you can get a full body & mind workout in one hour. The discounted rate for healthcare workers is very generous. Last class we were all given a cold & lovely scented washcloth to end the sweaty session. Having previously done traditional bikram yoga for over a decade I do appreciate this more modern and gentler approach that Sumits has given hot yoga. Thank you!

VASA Fitness

The best gym!!! Tons of equipment, pool, hot tub, basketball court, movie theater, massage chairs, group classes, and tanning booths! I love coming here everyday.

Even when it's crowded and you have to wait for your favorite machine or bench... There are so many other things to do while you are waiting. Get out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Great staff. Very clean. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Upon returning from a few years abroad, I sought a gym that offered comprehensive facilities, group classes, and a welcoming atmosphere. After initial considerations of rejoining a previous gym i had a membership with, I discovered this gym surpassed my expectations in every way. Its extensive amenities, diverse class schedule, and friendly staff have left an exceptional first impression

I'm particularly fond of the group classes and the extended hours they're offered. I can easily fit in a great workout at 5am; before heading to work. There are also numerous other amenities I haven't had the chance to try yet, including tanning, a cardio theater, massage chairs, a steam room, and a sauna.

Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a comprehensive and well-equipped fitness facility. The extended hours and diverse range of amenities make it an ideal choice for busy individuals.

I’ve only been to this gym for about a week, but I have nothing bad to say so far! The staff is extremely friendly, good equipment, and the facility is well cleaned and maintained. I also LOVE the option of kid care! My kiddos all have so much fun while they are there, and I can do my workout worry free. 10/10 recommend VASA!

Changing from 5 stars to 1 because they locked the Cycle room with the nice bikes! Now there are only 3 regular bikes with giant uncomfortable saddles to use. Not cool.
Can't cancel my membership for 3 more months! This place is a ripoff!

Too many people staring at their phones, setting up cameras, flirting,  and staring at people.
The giant fans are dirty and toss dust around constantly, visible when the sun hits the fan. The freeweights are dirty, go to use them and dust falls on your face. Disgusting.
Didn't try out the pool or hot tub, but they didn't look very busy.
They need to cap membership because it's TOO BUSY! How is the parking lot always full? Even 10 minutes after it opens on weekends?
And the hours on the weekends SUCK

They say A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Well get a look at this. Four years going here and this place is more crowded than ever. You can't even park here let alone go and work out. People are disrespectful of the equipment and the same old stuff is always broken. And just for fun all these wanna be famous mfs recording every single set. Who's that for? Who's even watching that haha It just isn't worth it. I don't know about yall but I'll pay a little better money to go somewhere less crowed
