Nice shopping experience. I was pleased that upon asking employees what aisle certain products were they actually helped me; I was not ignored. The cashier was nice too. Bagged items nicely. She greeted us when we got in her line. Nice!!!

Considering A Person Can Pretty Much Get Just About Everything They Need, Wal-Mart Is And Always Will Be A "1 stop shop"! That's Just '1' Of The Reasons I Love Shopping Here, Because It Saves You Money, Gasoline, As Well As TIME. What's To NOT Love About That?.?.

It's walmart,  not very well stocked on Sunday, self check out has some rude employee there sometimes barking orders at customers. If you don't like the way customers check themselves out then hire cashiers , if you don't like the way customers bag thier own groceries then hire baggers. Other than that it serves its purpose.

Nice clean facility.  Employees very nice and helpful with questions I had.  Will definitely visit again.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with our store.   I do wish we had more folks operating the cash registers but self checkout isn't so bad.

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Good in theory except the instructions for the ham aren’t correct. 10 minutes for each pound of ham can’t be right if a 4 lb ham was in the oven for over an hour and came out partially frozen. Everything else was done. Very disappointing

Been along time since here and staff very friendly to help with my order and place was clean.

I love this place.  The company I work for orders lunch for our employees from Honey Baked Ham a few times a year.  The sandwiches are wonderful.  I have also had their ham and turkey for holiday gatherings.  Wow , what a hit.  Everyone just raves about how wonderful they are.  Recently, I went into the cafe for lunch.  The staff was wonderful and so inviting.  The owner is a great guy and that is communicated through the actions of the employees.  Everyone there is so helpful.  I am hooked...customer for life.  Give this place a try.

This place is awesome! My wife and I went here for the first time this week and I had the big box chicken salad sandwich with a side of Broccoli Bacon Bliss and a peanut butter cookie, I was very surprised on how great everything tasted. Also staff was very inviting plus we meet the owner Phil which was great to see someone who cares about his customers experience, I will be back again and again!

Prices posted on the shelf are not what the register rings up. Department Mgr stated this was NOT her responsibility. A third-party vendor puts the prices on the shelf, and she is not responsible for items to be in proper placement. She is the manager of the department. That is what I call job security.

I got checked out so fast I gave them 50.00 tip. Gave myself a pat on the back. Gotta love the self checkout line.beast

I was in New Albany Ms.    Going to mitas orthopedic to get a shot my.lower back joint.    He been my Doctor there for a long time .   He really good .  The staff are good .... got a shot to get me relieve from pain in my lower back and joint.   I turn the wrong way and pull my lower back .  Also going to go to therapy to help my lower back pain and muscle strain.  .....I stopped in the walmart their in new Albany Ms.    It's a really nice walmart .   So clean .   I was impressed.    Walmart is on left side over bypass.and doctor is on right side .  You.go down road a piece and turn on side.road that curves around behind.the hospital .   Mitas orthopedic is in there own building  on street that goes behind the hospital. ..  Great staff . Great doctor.

Good Walmart, clean, most of the staff is helpful. Did not need to use the loo so I don't know if it's generally clean or not. We come here whenever we come out for baseball tournaments. What's struck me was that the store is very organized, feels clean and the staff is pretty friendly. Good experience all around! Good job New Albany! (Parking lot in DESPERATE need of shade trees)! 🌳 🌴

I don't see what all the hype is. I tried it for the first time. 108.00 for a small ham and 2 sides. The potatoes were dull and oven cooked (tasted like microwaved potatoes) and the ham was wayyy below average. The service was great (he was so nice). It's not worth the hype. I'll be cooking a ham from now on, as normal. It just wasn't worth it. I guess if you don't know how much better a home made ham is then you will think it's great. It's far from great, way below even average. A home made ham is juicy and flavorful, these are hockey pucks. Look on the website to see service directions. Don't give that to your family, cook them a juicy ham, in the oven.

I usually cook my own ham, but was under the weather this year. This location executed from the service all the way to the table. The ham, sweet potato,and pecan pie🔥

The company very rude to just have the one person on the 23rd of Dec. Really. This poor guy alone line was out the door on the sidewalk. He was extremely pleasant and efficient give him a raise!

I had the turkey sandwich with bacon and it was delicious!  My 18 yr old son normally eats everything and he ordered a ham sandwich.  He said it tasted and smelled like wood or mulch.  First time I haven't seen him finish food in a long time.  Inside is kinda small and they have many different cheese cakes, chocolate cakes for sale.  Also have many side dishes to take home and heat.

Ordered a simple chicken salad meal, and it was very, very filling and delicious. My partner got the honeybaked sandwich and I took a bite and that is definitely worth trying!

Usually very good, but this year they dropped the ball. Hams are not ready 1.5 + hour wait for prepaid, a lot of unhappy people in long line. May want to hold off on coming here at this time , very hectic ☹️

Came back at 7:30 pm everything had settled down, ham was ready and looks delicious as always. Glad to see it calmed down, will reserve pick up time for later in evening next time around. Not sure what happened but hope they figure it out for next holiday season.

Ordered Christmas dinner online this year.  Unfortunately, like most places, they are short staffed.  So, I had to wait for my smaller ham.  But, their front of house staff were very kind,  friendly, and deeply apologized for the delay. A young man from the back also apologized.  I got everything as ordered.

They open at 7 am, so I advise ordering online and arrive early to pick up the items.

What a mess today and what a HUGE waste of my time. (I'm writing this the evening of my pick-up 12/23.)

I'm not sure how or why the meltdown occurred on your end, but...my experience: I had pre-paid, had a pick-up time.....and still waiting over ONE HOUR in line. Apparently the hams weren't ready ("being glazed in the back right now"). Twice during the time I was in line, they put everything on "pause" (complete cessation of anything happening in the front of the store) for 20 minutes. So, just during my time in line, 40 minutes of NOTHING HAPPENING.

Every single customer in line had already pre-paid and had an assigned pick-up time, so they HAD TO KNOW how many hams should be flowing out their doors. It isn't like it was a surprise. This was a HOT MESS.

I don't blame the young adults at the front of the store. They were trying their best. I BLAME THE MANAGEMENT.

Not sure I will ever be back. I don't like the idea of mail-ordering my HoneyBaked. But that is definitely an option.....as well as procuring my ham from the local grocery.

For such a premium product, the in-person experience was SHAMEFUL.

With the will and determination only seen by General Maximus Meridius from the movie Gladiator I was able to get my beloved Honey Baked Ham this holiday season. As I braved the two hour line to get my ham, I dodged many an eyeing customer on my ham. As I left the store I felt my life complete. I will have my Honey Baked Ham in this life or the next.

Never knew they served fresh sandwiches until a friend brought us here.  It was wonderful!

Clean, friendly staff, and great carver fresh sandwiches. Don't come for a wide variety, but if you want a fresh sandwich this is an awesome gem.

I got the Tavern Club, Ham, Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar with their Mayo/Honey Mustard Spread!

Shelves were not stocked on the more common items. The place was not very clean. The bathrooms were down right filthy. The atmosphere was one of suspicion and nosey. Not helpful at all. I think Walmart needs to go back to customer care, putting cashiers at the checkouts instead of someone roaming around worrying about me doing their job correctly and efficiently!

Always avoided Wall-Mart in Flint, because the clientele was 'Sus', and never felt safe. But, visited the Wall-Mart in Billings, Montana and it was 8/10.  Super big complain is they had strange isle caps that went into the isle. It made a HUGE traffic jam. Only 1 cart could fit entering or exiting an isle. DUMB! Bur, I filled my cart with lots and fully expected my bill to come to $400 at least. Was shocked that my total was less than $300! Biggest complaint to offer was the produce I bought was AMAZING! Never had a fresher, more perfect tomatoe. WOW! Will try to patron more Wall-Marts when I can!

Had exactly what we needed. We were traveling and needed a few items for our RV. We were able to park easily in the parking pickup area. The woman who brought out our items was super friendly! All of our items were available.

Had tires done macanic did great job an were rather fast however tried to way over charge like double almost but straightened it all out so was good experiance

Cheaper prices are as you're used to, but items are likely to be out of stock. The pickers do not move and plow through to where they need to be. Not all employees are rude, but very few are helpful and kind.

I understand this was a Walmart so my expectations should not have been very high, but this place was so gross. Everywhere we looked there was random food in random shelves. This store needs help. I did not take pictures of the parking lot it was even worse. Drug activity broken down campers and cars. Could not get out of there fast enough. YUCK!!!

Like a flashback to 2001, when I was still a Kmart shopper, walking into a major retailer and only filling 1/2 my list.  I have not been in a Walmart for a number of years, but he grocery section was full of outs, or entire shelves being filled to look full. An entire shelving unit filled with 2 kind of generic cooking oils, no selection and name brands are near empty or totally nonexistent.  I did find the Wesson oil, on the bottom shelf, behind a side-stack. The staff was really working there hearts to keep it going. Everyone was very nice, and wanted to help.  I was not the only frustrated customer, yet I am not a daily shopper.  This has to be really difficult when all other shopping was knocked out , by the 🪟 of the Walmart. It was a busy afternoon, and the store seams quite comfortable to what I deal with at my preferred shopping choice.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY IN PICK UP.
I waited 2 hours for my pick up order and when I finally called and asked what was going on, a lady told me they lost my order and were shopping for it now. If I had known this I would have just gone in but no one communicated anything to me. Not to mention I am afraid of the parking lot due to the sketchy behavior that has happened there. I would tell anyone to go somewhere else for shopping because this store will just give you a headache.

Our party of 4 stopped in for a late lunch.  This was my first visit and I had no idea they had a menu in addition to being able to prepare take out items.

We received our order in just a few minutes.  It was correct and everything was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

I've been to this store twice, at Christmas, to pick up a ham for family dinners.  Today was my first time to have lunch at the store, and the experience was very positive.  The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff friendly.  The atmosphere is good, with the decor being well beyond most QSR restaurants.  We'll definitely be back!

I got the bacon ranch sandwich on a croissant bun… It came with a pickle and a drink… For my drink I chose to get sweet tea… I’m got to say. This place has some pretty awesome sweet tea..  and this was the first time I had ever tried this type of sandwich… It was pretty good… I probably could’ve eaten about three of them.. LOL

I went in the middle of the day.. The environment was clean and quiet… I think I got out of there for about $7..

Best soup + sandwich meals I’ve ever had! The food is served fresh and quick and the hams, turkeys, and frozen sides they sell are delicious too. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating and the restaurant is very clean and quiet. I don’t normally write reviews, but I absolutely had to make it known how top tier this place is! I’m a fan for life.

I was placing an order for pick-up,,and just a little worried,,I didn't get a receipt of any kind, no confirmation #, just told to come on day I specified for pick-up and they'd have it ready  🤔🤔

I went inside this location to follow up on the Tik Tok trend. I must say the customer service was top notched. Russel walked me through his personal recipes and suggestions he made me feel like family. I applaud this establishment it’s really hard to find old school customer service like this. I will definitely be back!! ❤️

I went into the store on 96th and michigan rd to buy1  1/2 pound didn't look good at all when I got it home. I will be going to return the product.  Seem like they cut the ham in 1/2 slices to accommodate the weight unacceptable I spent 30.00 dollars on total of 7 half slices 😐 customer service was off lazy with the turkey hat on rude!!!

First time customer! Did not know what to expect, basically flying blind, trusting the reviews from previous customers. It was a few days before Christmas and I had my family coming in for the holiday. Ordered the ham and I'm so glad I did! I had an appointment time to pick up my order but still had to wait in a line that stretched out the door and down the sidewalk. Waited outside almost 45 minutes but the wait was well worth it. The Ham was delicious. My family loved it and we had leftovers. We loved it so much so that we ordered another one a few weeks later for a birthday celebration but had that one delivered. Trust me, it is great.

They fired me right before Thanksgiving and the things I could say what they are selling to the customers and the talk they talk all I can say is not true.

We ordered Christmas dinner for five from Honey Baked Ham and it was fabulous! Everything was so good and it made Christmas day so much less hectic! It was so easy to just heat everything up the the food was delicious! It's definitely going to be an annual thing but not just for Christmas, Easter too!

I’m a trucker and this place used to have great truck parking. It was clean, quiet and I would grocery shop here every couple of weeks. May now need to find a different place to stop. They replaced the truck parking area with an insane amount of grocery pickup spots. I guess they’re expecting up to 55 people to be picking up grocery’s at same time. Odd how people want everything truckers bring, yet it’s crazy hard for a trucker to simply stay healthy and grocery shop.

APPARENTLY remodel means no more truck parking. Am almost 100% sure that this so called improvement doesn’t come close to what the truckers brought in. This walmart WAS MY FAVORITE... CLEAN, FRIENDLY AND TRUCK PARKING... Had to park next street over. Only 4 hour parking here on side street. Best wishes.

Used to be a nice place, the staff that tried to clear a self checkout issues could not figure it out called a manager who decided I could not buy some of the items I was trying to check out since it was not working, I tried to take the whole order to a “Checker” since self checkout was not working BUT the manager then told the checker I was now not allowed to purchase any items, I do. Not know what her issues were, Some one dared Challenge her authority?  No one need that kind of hassle to pick up groceries, I just go to the heights now, no issues there

Different walmart had lots to offer in sheridnan wyoming. alot more boy items wish walmart would invest in small carts for the kiddos

Carol from Walmart is the sweetest woman ever! She is so sweet to my daughter and greets her with a smile, I can't tell you how much it makes my heart so happy. Makes shopping at Walmart worth it every time, I never get that sweet of people at any other store I've shopped.
