I can’t complain about this location. I have not had any issues with the staff here. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying they are great employees or anything, I’m just saying they have been your typical gas station employees. I will say they usually great me when I walk in and do a fine job in my opinion, but that’s only been the day and split shifts. I haven’t seen the night shift workers so I can only speak to the day shifts.

Associates at this location refused to let my use shell fuel rewards.

There was an issue the first time I entered my information, but the cashier and manager both refused to let me try again. Told me “they weren’t allowed to void a transaction”

Walked out and came back in to try again, at the back of the line. 2nd time I tried to enter my fuel rewards number, another issue, and the employees again refused to let my try again.

I left and went to another shell location and my rewards worked perfectly fine on the first try.

I hope they can get some training on how to use their own store system

So today I meet the rudest employee from this gas station, I have ever met here. I usually love coming here but this woman made it very unenjoyable today. I don’t know why she’s having a bad day and I don’t know why she’s taking it out on customers,

Very poor customer service, clerk (Wayne) is rude and obnoxious and when brought to the managers attention  nothing was done about it.

I  went in to cash my lottery tickets and he short changed me and when I  brought it to his attention he said no he had not.

Come to find out he had put my other winning ticket in the trash .  Only found out when the other clerk had him audit his till and found his mistake and when she tried to show him what he had done he told her he did not want to see it and that there were to many customers in the store for him to deal with the issue.  He also told her well every one makes mistakes.  I  felt horrible and embarrassed  and like I said the manager did nothing as he is still employeed there.  I  would not go into this location if he is behind the counter.  I have heard and saw him be rude to other employees to the point that they were in tears.
Management is a joke as she was to have called me after I lodged my complaint and she never did.  I  went back in there 3 times to find out what happened and at the end she said that she had spoken with him but as far as I can see.nothing was done.

I  can spend.my.money elsewhere and will.

Well, let me tell you, that morning kicked off like a stumble in the dark. Two-day trip, and our cozy little spot had nothing but a cold water tap for a shower. You grin and bear it, right? Then we hit up the local bakery – a crowd magnet, no surprise there. Their bread? A real looker and a charmer on the taste buds.
Now, here's where the plot thickens. The bakery's sweet frozen drinks machine? Kaput. But fate had other plans. As we cruised towards June Lake, that "Milkshake" sign whispered sweet promises. I mean, who can resist a good milkshake? Some are duds, but these? Next level. Plus, they serve 'em up in those fancy biodegradable cups – eco-friendly and delicious.
But that's not all. This place is an outdoorsy paradise. You name it, they've got it. And the staff? Friendly as a summer breeze. So, yeah, it was our first dance with this joint. Who knows when we'll boogie back, but one thing's for sure: we'll be stopping by this milkshake oasis again. Cheers to the future! 🥤🏞️👋

This is purely a review of espresso based beverage (mocha, more specifically) because that's the only reason I stopped here after seeing the Espresso sign. The shop looks good, shop owner seems nice, but mocha was below average. Could not finish it. But I am sure you can find something else that suits you.

I didn’t have a good experience at all .. I was tired and just wanted a sandwich and a drink.. I’d never been here before .. felt they were very anti social.
I Walked in and felt like I was interrupting.. deli guy was on his phone and never looked up or said a word. The other fella mumbled how’s it going . Not a chance I was ordering a sandwich. And not one cordial word after I purchased my drink.
And for the record I’m a pretty chill guy and get along with mostly everyone. I don’t know… bummer.. I frequent June lake a few times a year,  I won’t be returning here.. frustrating.

You won't find a better Soul than Juan, and alfredo. I was in a real Jam and it seems Creator sent them to give me a hand. While I was here a wealthy local guy came by and said, yeah, Juan is as good as they come. Nice store, small, but a godsend for this area.

DONT STOP FOR GAS HERE. Red flag was when we stopped and the gas pump had writing with sharpie that warned us not to get gas here as the locals who owned the gas station were criminals and will steal your money.

Next day, we have two charges for $200 which totals $400. So yeah, we got robbed. I wish I paid $0.10/gallon of gas more at Mammoth Lakes instead of stopping here. Only get gas in Mammoth Lakes even though it’s a few cents more.

My uncle went in to pump gas and said $20 on 12 the girl named Samantha put it on 2. So he went back and told him she couldn’t  do anything.  when asked about the manager name and number she said she can’t give that out. Worst location to go! No service and they definitely don’t care about your money. She blames him for her mistake.

They always say their air for tires is not working or their button to start it does not work so pay $2.00 even after I filled up my gas.

Nice enough Gas Station, but not sure how they have 6 trash, washer fluid, paper towel stations, and not a single one had any paper unless it’s by design.

The car wash was out of order. I came back a week later on 4/28/21 at 9:50am and again it didn't work. I called the store and they told me it doesn't register your code if there is another car in line ahead of you! She said I had to come in and get another code. Inside she wasn't wearing a mask. The cashiers there never wear a mask. She asked for my receipt and when I informed them the machine outside didn't give me a car wash receipt. She said I had to prove to her that I had ordered a car wash by going on my phone and logging in to my credit card account and showing her the transaction. She could have simply asked for my card so she could have done her job and looked it up. When I told her I don't do banking on my phone she said, "Well how do I know you really paid for a car wash?". I said, "OK, when I get home I'll dispute the credit card charge and never come here again." Her reply was "Sounds good! Have a nice day". To sum up the car wash is faulty and the staff is passive aggressive, breaks the pandemic laws and is unhelpful.

Two restrooms, one has a cone in front of it, an employee came out of the other one after over 5 minutes and said it was an employee restroom. No signs to that effect. Guess he must have left it stinky?  So he wouldn’t let anyone in. Thanks Shell.

About a yr ago i got gas and bought a car wash then waited by the pedestal and nothing was working. The car wash didn't work and there were no signs or cones at the time and the clerk would not return my money. She said I need to save the number and use it later when the machine is fixed. Months go by and there are now cones what seemed to be permanent and didn't work for months. I never go there to get gas anymore because I was upset. I don't k ow if the wash is open now or not, but it doesn't matter I go somewhere else now. They now have my car wash $ and not any of the $900 I spend each month on fuel.

Carlos is always extremely helpful and kind. Great employee deserves a raise or bump up in management👏

I got $10 of lottery tickets this morning and paid with a $20. I turned and left without getting my change. The nice young woman reminded me and handed me back my $10 in change. She could have easily kept it. Nice to see honest people.

The customer service here is always great.

A lot of the negative reviews are about the car wash, and I agree with them although I've only tried it once. Don't recommend the car wash until it's been serviced.

We ask a simple question about the restroom. Ooh well ,we walk out.RUDE Male replied manager clean and close the restrooms. If you dont like it,, You can call tomorrow  manager will be here at 8 am.. other young cahier look puzzle  by his replied.

I went in to purchase gas and cigarettes and a drink. Ashley would not recognize me and the other customers standing behind me. When we asked her which register was open she got a major attitude. Shook her head and leaned across the register like she couldn't stand up, was cracking her neck like she was about to fight or something. She asked for my ID for the cigarettes, which was fine I was gonna go to the car and get it Then I asked her for her name after she got very very smart. She proceeded to give me her last name store number etc.  I told her I didn't ask for all that then she made a scene in the middle of the store I told her I did not ask for all that period she was definitely starting something I think it was definitely racial . She waited on 3 other people,  not white, and was definitely different with them. I was so furious I canceled the whole order and she said have a nice day that was the only thing she said and that was with major sarcasm as well. Everyone needs to avoid this store the girl is a little nasty thing who needs to learn who paying customers are. This store is the absolute worse.They need to review the camera footage and do something or I will avoid shell for good.i will be posting all this on my social media.  It was horrible. Something will be done about this. I will go as high up the ladder as I need to

Typical spot to refuel and go to the bathroom. Men’s room was a bit nasty. Clerks were friendly.

Restrooms were clean and stocked! Gas station appeared well stocked. Multiple attendants working and several pumps.

The experience was a positive a one. The bathroom was big, kept clean and fully stocked with paper products. There was a lady from Google Plus, who said she thought the restrooms were handicap accessible and nice.

Many of the pumps were out of order. And they were not accepting credit cards during the time that I was there. And to tap it off, they were unable to provide a receipt for the fuel I bought. The reason they are three stars and not one star is because they were open and it was easy access off the highway. I'm also hoping that the problems that they had during my stop are only temporary.

No longer a shell.  Clerk stated station has no brand.  There is another shell on the opposite side of the highway about 1/2 mile away.  Grounds, pumps and store in very bad shape.

This gas station had one of the lowest prices today which got better by using their rewards card. Didn't have interaction with the attendant for it was just pump and go. Establishment could use some retouching on the outside and the ground needs some work, in particular the area surrounding it

Traveled thru FL from AL, all the gas prices in the state of FL seemed to range from 3.34 to 3.49. BUT the gas prices at this Lake City exit were 3.89.  The actual gas station was clean and the employee at the counter very nice, efficient and friendly.  2 candy bars cost me 4.89 which was also higher than normal.

Besides the parking lot needing work, the store was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were cleaner than I have seen most inside store ones. The cashier Julia was very sweet and had an amazing customer service. Very friendly and willing to help. Pumps could use an upgrade but overall it was a good experience. Will come back.

Come in and see us. Updated 24 hour pumps, clean restrooms, gasoline, diesel, and propane!  Many many items inside to fulfill any craving!

Great spot! This is the only gas station between Inyokern and Mojave on SR14.

Huge improvement since new management took affect! None of the tension and backbiting visible, everything appears to be flowing smoothly as it should be. So nice to see. They're not out of stock on items I go in to buy constantly 👍.

Everytime I stop by, the cashiers are pleasant and restrooms clean. Josh and Darryl were working today and I want to tell them thank you for having a clean store, restrooms, and excellent service.

The tea is never made and now they charge for a refill of water out of the tap.

I much rather a shell station for rewards coz the sun stop reward has too many issues
And most of the time the shell has 5 cents instead of the 4 cents
And on the 9/20 we got 20 cents off
And I've never had an issue with my shell rewards

Could use some work employee wise and pay grade sucks but the management is awesome!

Cashier was very nice and patient. Very kind and hard working.

The manager is RUDE ! charged me $6.00 for an icee because i used the wrong cup. REALLY ?????????

I stopped by because I had to check something for my job there. And the Owner or Manager offered us a free coffee. My two coworkers and me made Iced Coffee with a cool machine that I never seen before. That was a nice of him because we normally get rude people that question our job. In the past, I have come to pump gas and it has been quick service with the pumps having receipt paper to be printed on the machines.

The people there wouldn’t take my coupon even though the coupon states it’s eligible to any location that sells the product. She didn’t take the time to read it.

Just dropped off a package. Seemed easy enough. More convenient than other USPS locations and no wait. It was a bit odd to see someone wearing a Shell gas station shirt working the counter but no issues. I guess this contract location is a way for USPS to save money.

Do not use this place. Shipped out of here with tracking 2 day priority. No other scans after I dropped off. Basically they stole my package and don’t care. Had to file two claims with USPS and called them and the girl working could care less. Will just use FedEx now but if you need an actual USPS don’t go here. They are contractors and not the actual post office. No accountability.

There's a milk crate on the ground when you turn around from the drink cooler full of  alcohol beverages. I have notified the cashier multiple times multiple different cashiers that it's a trip Hazard and that I've almost fell on it twice. I have watched multiple other customers almost fall on it. I have listened to them also complain to the cashiers. You want to save a couple bucks to sell some mix and match  beers when you're about to catch $100,000 lawsuit over a trip hazard...
I'm happy to report after a year and a half of me talking with employees about this trip hazard, one week of having this post up and the beer milk crate has magically disappeared... Thanks Shell!
