They will not let you in their store when they see you out side. But other people are in the store. And one dude just stood and looked at me. When I walked away and got in my car and started to drive off he unlocked  the door. For the other customers that was pulling up. That did not make sense to me I will be speaking with the owner

Bathrooms were gross.  Women's room was closed, so the women were using the men's room.  Nothing wrong with that, as it was their only option.  Men's room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

The clerk had the door locked and was talking on her phone. Glad the Racetrack across the street finally opened. This was the LAST time I ever have to go to this sh*tty little gas station.

Worker behind counter was not compassionate to our plight. We were having car problems when it was 15 degrees in Austell Ga. They only have outside restrooms and they smell horrific

This have to go down as the worst gas station. I just recently moved in around the corner from the gas station, every time I have been to this gas station, their cash register is always broken and customers patient enough are waiting until it's fixed. Instead of the staff being polite about it, they become rude and verbally abusive to their customers. I will never step my foot in there anymore even if it was the last gas station in the world, I will give up driving.

Absolutely perfect. It's a short walk from a to b. They have everything they need I just wish they would post the hours they open!

FRAUD FRAUD EVERY time I come to this particular gas station I get fraud and money stolen from my card. So I checked the black market and boom, these people are selling my info to people in other states and created a new card. I won’t be back, I only went the last time to prove to others that even with a new card and 0 transactions they will still sell your information. Scumbags

If you see the back Tesla outside, just know boss man is working and his customer service is 10/10. Very nice warm and welcoming, even at 6am! Will definitely come support whenever I’m on this side of town from now on just because I appreciate the service

Just a small gas station with a little convenience store inside. Get your basic snacks and beer and drinks.

Expired food found on 3 separate occasions. This store doesn’t FIFO/Rotate/Check their food or drink. The Mystic drinks in particular were found to be 1 year to 6 months out of date. I brought it to the owner’s  attention each time, mutltiple months apart. Tonight I come in at 10:26pm, the little Debbie cake I purchased expired on July 13th...today is July 31st. This is way out. As I told them before, either their vendor is giving them expired food or they simply don’t care enough to keep their products fresh and rotated for their customers. Many items also aren’t priced so you have no clue what items cost. The cashier doesn’t scan anything so it’s unclear if they just make up prices or ironically have the entire store memorized. Evenso, customers should know what they can expect to pay BEFORE they get to the register. The owners are nice but we’ve got to demand the service our money and patronage deserves. Do better.

I went to purchase some gas at the pump because the store wasn’t opened yet and (1), I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY GAS, and (2), I WAS CHARGED $85! DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT KIND OF OPERATION OR SCAM THIS GAS STATON IS RUNNING, BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN. I also called several times during hours of operation and no one answered the phone.

Nice station with professional staff. Only complaint is that my shell rewards number isn't accepted at the pump. Haven't figured out why not yet.

This place stole money from my card after paying for gas. I called the the establishment as posted on their so called  website doesn't exist. I will dispute this transaction, but it is horrible to deal with this nonsense. Lucky for them I have no time to go back there...😡

Be careful here.  They don't have honest employees. Particularly Obama.  He will try to steal your money.  They dont ring up ur product correctly and they keep more change than they should.  Obama will ring u up and put money under register.  not in the register and attempt to overcharge u, if u dont pay attention to what u get. He has gotten over on me a few times until i almost jumped over the register in disgust of his continual attempt to steal my money.

This is the worst gas station ever. Stay away from there. They take your money they don't give you the correct amount of change back. They have a lot of expired food in there. I wish there was a star lower than 1 because I would give them a 0 rating. They are not friendly at all. They just need to close down or get new management. WORST PLACE EVER STAY AWAY!!!!!

The cashier range my stuff up and I asked for a bag. He got a bag pushed it out.  I asked for the manager he said he wasn't there.  I asked for the managers name...he said it was Tom Cruise.
.They should be closed.

Give me a way to turn off THE EXTREMELY LOUD ADVERTISING that is bombarding me every second I pump gas. Good Lord!

Typical gas station, bathrooms are single-occupant type and basically clean and functional. Pricing on gas is high but there are few gas stations nearby and traffic in the area can be insane.

A super-convenient location cannot be underestimated. The subway inside is a major bonus and there's an unrelated lube shop right behind the gas station.

The people that run this station have always been friendly and efficient in my experience.

Owner Sold me brown oozing Juul pack and initially refused to replace it or give me my money back. Only by me keep arguing and more and more customer listening in  to our “disagreement” he basically threw a replacement pack my way with the words that he doesn’t need customers like me

They have a sign saying they offer a free car wash if they do not offer you one when you make your purchase.  But they do not give you a free car wash.  False advertisement on the front of their store.

Handicap access ♿ and park,Good prices on gas ⛽ they do have 7 pumps available and 4 Diesel ⛽ pumps in the back for big trucks 🚛🚒 . And a store full of snacks drinks and a lil bit of everything

The cashier who works in the mornings is more concerned with playing a game on his phone than he is customers. Twice now I've stood at the register staring at him for about 2 minutes before he even acknowledges that somebody is there. It's honestly disrespectful and infuriating. The owner of the establishment needs to let him go and find somebody who actually wants to do their job. Pathetic

Filled up my truck with CNG gas. Went inside the store to use the toilet door locked.
Asked for a key and owner said they don’t have a toilet.
Ridiculous!
This is America. More an more stations are being owned by operators that do not understand the American culture of Service and cleanliness. Had to leave and find another place.

Don't ever do any business with this store. I swiped my card twice at the pump and it said " invalid pin" both times. I then went into the store, paid with a debit card $20 in gas on pump  4. I proceeded to pump my gas but the pump never turned on. I went into the store to see what was going on. The young man who rung me up for the gas whose name is  Lucky attempted to fix the problem by giving me $11.67. He told me that the customer before me on pump 1 had pumped $11.67 on my card. I found that to be strange being that I was on pump 4. I told him to give me my $20 that I had just paid to get gas on pump 4 and I wil go elsewhere. By this time an older gentleman came from the back and explained the same thing to me as Lucky did. I couldn't accept that being that I had been on pump 4 the entire time and swiped my debit in the store for $20. I told the older gentleman that I was going to call the cops. He told me to do so because he was going to do the same. He then told me he didn't give a damn and to get the hell out of his store. I was in rage and headed to my car to call the cops. Before I could get to my car the older gentleman told me to try the pump again and I did so. I don't suggest doing business at this store because you never know who can end up using your card or how the store owner may misuse your funds or info.

When I use a Shell gift card, the pump makes me "See Cashier". So I have to go inside. When I go inside, I'm not allowed to use my Shell Rewards card. I've asked about it and it's a shrug of the shoulders. Pathetic.

I used their air vacuum, slide my credit card, the air vacuum was not working, I went in side store and the guy who was at the register said you need to call the number that is on the machine to get your money back!! Never use this location again.

This Shell has been double and triple charging my family members every time they go there. Check your bank accounts and make sure that they aren’t scamming you!

Mexican restaurant inside is good but a little pricey 10.50 for a breakfast burrito. Taco macho is as good, cheaper and faster.

The tall, thin gentlemen who works in the garage was SO kind. 10/10 recommend if in a pinch and need a mechanic!

Eddie was phenomenal! My engine light had turned in and with one look he knew what is was. He ran the diagnostic to ensure it was that and only that as he didn’t want to just put a bandaid in the problem. He was kind and the price was fair.

Yes, It is a gas station... no surprise there and it is a little snug to drive around.  What I was impressed with was that it is the only place that I have seen in a long, long.... long time that still has a full service pump.  I don't live in the area and so I was a little oblivious to what pump I was on.  The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough to tell me before I started pumping that it was full serve - Which I was very greatful for.
I will make this place a regular stop.  I want to see what other surprises they have.

My wife had her purse stolen from here.  Got out to pump gas, and they opened the back door and took her purse. Scary, because our baby was in the back while they grabbed the purse.

Luckily, nobody was harmed and they only took the cash, tossing the rest of the purse on the road - a good samaritan in Midtown called with it later. Unfortunately, that whole intersection has become a hotbed of crime.  I think they like the Shell station, because of its proximity to the highway.  They have a real security problem at this station and they don't seem to be taking steps to fix it.

I live nearby and want to support local business, but my family and I can't use this station, due to safety, until the owner acknowledges the problem and takes steps to fix it.  Would be nice if he/she responded on here.

Fix your pumps.  At one pump the rewards don’t work. Ever. At another, it literally tells you your card can’t be read. I spent 15 mins trying to get gas today just because of pumps and had to go to three of them. Your parking lot is too small to love my car three times for gas. If your pumps don’t work you don’t want our business. And I’ll take the hint.

Lady Cashier doesn't have good customer service and is shady fr wanted me to move to the counter to the right instead of just serving me at the counter to the left. All because some homeless guy who isn't paying for his drinks and is getting his things on credit walked out of line and she wants to save his spot when he got out of line at the expense of the paying customer when she saw i had like a bunch of stuff what a load crock so I had to move all these stuff down to othe counter. Then mumbled some kind of curse to me.

Very rude and nasty costumer service. DISRESPECTFUL TO BLACK WOMEN. THE CLERK PUT THE GAS ON THE WRONG PUMP!! Another driver took THE GAS. They refused to offer any assistance!! BE CAREFUL!!!

gotta be very quick to pump your gas or else they will cancel the transaction and put a hold on your account for days and days.... then dont try to call bc u will just be calling their fax machine. HATE THIS SHELL!!!!!

This has to be one of the cleanest and most well organized gas stations I’ve ever been to! The bathrooms are especially clean. The employees are nice too. Definitely will be coming back
