Not friendly customer service by both cashier and I assume the manager. Instead of greeting me when I was there tonight, the first thing I was greeted with was “read the sign” since they saw I had a lottery ticket in my hand, I was planning on buying additional items, gas but that won’t be happening anytime soon.

We buy $40-80 in gas everyday from this gas station and last night we bought gas 25 in the gas tank of the truck and the rest was used to fill up gas cans. First the truck started dying then the generator ( what we got the gas for ) then my husband put the rest in my truck and it made my truck start dying. So now we have to fix motors and I called the gas station. The manager told me that there wasn’t anything she could do and told me to call cooperate. I told her I would bring the gas up for a test. She just basically told me they couldn’t help and that I’m no way would they give us new gas or money back or anything.. I am use to businesses making good on products that fail. I was very disappointed in this establishment. We are a small town and small towns just do not do business this way!!! I will take my $40-80 dollars a day to another place that does business better than this.

In the past, I frequently visited the Bright Shell Station on Stateline Rd.  However, I had a very unfortunate experience with one of the cashiers.  I asked for a pack of cigarettes and the attendant was very rude.  First, she asked to see my i.d, which I had no problem with and had to go out to my car and retrieve it.  Before doing so, she said "well, can you go and get it" with a very smug attitude.  I brought my i.d in and she charged me for the cigarettes.  The price was $5.80 for Camel Crush regular.  I was a bit suspicious since I had bought a pack of menthols the last time I was in, and the monthols were $5.80.  Since I had purchased the regular brand I thought it would be cheaper...since I had also purchased a regular pack at a lower price.  I said "the regular pack costs $5.80?"  Upon asking this question, she crumbled the receipt in front of my face, throwing it away without asking if I wanted a receipt.  Let's be reasonable, the pack of cigarettes may have risen in price, however it was her actions that upset me.  I walked out of the store and decided I would never set foot inside the Bright Shell Station again.  I do not remember her name, only her appearance.  She was average size and had long blonde curly hair.  She may have had a horrible day...I don't know, but the fact that she treated me poorly was uncalled for. Thank you for your time.

Amber is very rude and treats her people awful!!!! Chad was wonderful they lost a very good person.  Shell will be shut down with the rudeness of the manager

Salina (a worker) is clearly on drugs. Can’t keep her eyes open or even type in a birthdate for five min for cigarettes. She can barely speak if you can make any sense of what she is saying.

I'm 47 years old and was attempting to purchase beer. Attendant asked for my ID. I supplied it but then would not sell because my 47 year old wife did not have hers. I will shop somewhere else from now on, when visiting family. Very y unprofessional, especially when girl asking for ID  is younger than my daughter. 👎

Easy to get in. My car runs best on shell as its European. US Fuel standards do not meet European standards. Shell is a Top Tier Fuel that meets or exceeds European standards. My car runs best on this especially since it requires premium.

Nice place, convenient postal annex as well as Reed's Dairy access. They have the best grilled ham and cheese sandwiches as well as Reed's Ice Cream.

There’s good and bad spots for gas - this is a good spot. Friendly and easy to use their pumps

I love the post office here. The staff is always helpful an caring. The location is super convenient and the store itself is always very clean.

Stopped by to grab a couple of scratchers and a Powerball ticket. The lady had a lot of attitude and slammed them down onto the counter. Not sure what I did wrong, but I hope you have a better day.

Nice clean store. The bathrooms are very clean I would pee here again!!

After having a bad propane fill experience at another good2go store In town I decided to try this one for a propane bottle refill. Same bad experience. The staff wasnt trained how to properly fill them and once again I ended up with a half tank. Done with good2go for propane bottle refilling. I'll pay more elsewhere for a full tank rather than make extra trips to Idaho Falls for a half

I stopped here only to use the bathroom, and I’ve never left a review for a gas station before let alone left a review only for my experience with the bathroom, but the bathroom was THAT clean that I had leave a 5 star review 😂 I think this was the cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever used. So I can’t rate them for anything else but shout out to their bathroom lol.

I have used this Shell station a handful of times in my life. There was this one girl who used to work there about 8 years ago. She was exceptionally nice to me. She was a bit older. Blonde hair. Had a southern accent. She would always tell me how Idaho boys reminded her of southern boys. Other than that, I like the facilities.

This is  station  refuses to accept responsibility for selling 60% water in their gas to my family.
Wouldn't it be nice if people came before profit. $450 in repairs may not be much to Brad Hall & Associates but it is to us.
Avoid at all costs. Feel free to ask me for proof. I have it.
Edit: The insurance company paid the claim. I'm glad they made it right. Doesn't really change our experience with the station, however.

Great people.  Clean store.  I bought a propane tank and it was easy and fast.  Tasty chicken, nice and moist.

Nice,friendly place. Clean & stocked pretty good for a convenience store.

We went for the fish and whoever the young man was that offered to go to the trouble to make it fresh on Wednesday 7/19/23 evening you are wonderful!! The fish was outstanding! Thank you again for your kindness, generosity and outstanding customer service.

The food section was fast and always has delicious food! BUT you got some kid on register that can’t look up from his phone long enough to wait on customers. I actually had to say something just so he would ring me up!

This Shell has a variety of things, but they are often out of stock on some items. Additionally, customer service level is dependent upon which employee is working at any given time. Some employees just seem to be miserable working there, but at least they aren't rude.

I came here at 1045 pm to get something for a headache and have waited 15 minutes so far and the doors have been locked. No one can be seen. This is ridiculous for a 24 hour store. I’ve watched many other people go to the doors to find them locked and asked them about the hours as well. They are very disappointed as well. There is no sign posted as to what is going on. The sign that is in the door is about a cleaner wanted.

I just got off of work from working a 10 hr shift down the street & went to get gas at around 3:30 a.m. Doors were locked, but lights on. Saw an employee walk to the bathroom fast so she could be out of customer’s sight. Looks to possibly be cleaning the restrooms because a mop bucket is beside the restroom area. I knocked on the door but got no response. This is horrible customer service. Will not come back.

To many pumps and key pads not working. Hard to use rewards card and clerk was no help, I couldn’t understand him and I don’t think he understood me but he tried

Bought chicken here. Definitely old chicken reheated to make it seem like it was fresh. Never buying it there again.

So nice to see that there are no safety standards in Kentucky. I didn't even notice it until after I passed under myself.
I don't know which was scarier.  The Grizzlies Adam's guy working the crane or this whole adventure.  Welcome to Kentucky!

I like this site but I took in 420.00 to add to my go2bank card after the scan my card and took my money and deposited in the machine they then told me that they didn't accept these kinds of cards so I had to wait to get my money bk the next day. So my boyfriend goes to the store and without any verification or questions they gave all my money to him and I only got bk 128.00 because of this incident the cane run speedway..

Nice place! They’ve got some good grab and go food, always have some hot coffee. Clean establishment and the owners and workers are really nice!

Google says Open 24hrs. Pulled in at 5:45am and this place is a ghost town. No lights, no one inside the store. Posting the correct hours of business would be helpful.

Awful. I asked to enter my rewards at checkout for the promo. He made the screen skip it and told me to put in my card, I said I need to enter my number he got verbally irritated and removed all items and he said “never mind”,
I looked at him, I said what? He said “don’t look at me”. I left all the items as he refused to ring them back up. And here is the review I said I would do.

Average Shell gas station with slightly higher prices, most likely due to the proximity to the airport. Convient location but has an odd entrance. Otherwise was acceptable gas station.

The cashier was very rude. Cussed me to my face, i will never go back. My fellow Trans people do not go here.

My friend asked if they have sandwiches and the guy (same in pictures posted in these reviews) said “look around, if you find something buy it. If you don’t find anything, leave”. I asked why he talked to her that way and he said it’s not his job to tell her where something is. He said “I work here behind the counter, anything out there is up to you”. He said these things in a yelling voice. It was quite alarming behavior. I assume that he’s the owner because there’s too many reviews about this guy and anybody who was a worker would have been fired. I don’t understand why Shell allows this individual to own a store under the Shell brand.
