very bad mechanical service, they charged for canceling the TPMS alarms which was supposed to be free and they didn't cancel the alarm, I asked again and they didn't understand, they told me they should charge for it because they changed the valves and they didn't change them, the swing leads Of the wheels they placed them on the outside of the wheel and they had to go on the inside or behind because they are decorative wheels, as if that were not enough, the person who was supposed to deliver the car to me saw it as attractive to go running around Waltmar with my car, I guess he saw the appeal of racing a manual transmission car. In the video you can see how the car leans due to speed, he did not expect that I would be standing there.

Was looking for a specific food item that I used to be able to find at higher priced grocery stores and was happy to find it here. Also surprised at the variety of what I would consider gourmet items. Store was very organized especially for being so close to Christmas.

Fully stocked store, but the self-checkout section is too long, and I can't see a till with a cashier in sight.

This store NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The workers are useless. How you give me the options of no receipt. Make me ring my own groceries. Then follow me around harassing someone. That’s why all yall stores closing down. Old sack of potatoes with roots growing out. Throw it out.

At Home

Well,  I received 50% of Xmas decorations that I had seen earlier in November.  I just the spaciousness and varieties.  Check out is with a friendly human so we aren't forced to do it ourselves. I love the prices.

Very large store, well stocked. Huge selection of holiday decor. The employees do a good job of keeping a ton of stock organized and on the shelf. Usually the prices here are a little better than Amazon too.

I liked this place. Prices are reasonable and what variety of home decor to look, choose and buy. I like trees, so this got my attention.

Leslie, Tee, Traci were all amazing help today. I had a large return and they all gave the best customer service & good attitudes. Thank you for making my day! Your great customer service and friendly attitudes were contagious!

It's soooo big and has all house gold items. It's a bit overwhelming because you want to visit the entire store. And the items are organized by color. This makes searching for what you want easier.  Favorite home store!

It’s a big deal to recognize them unfortunately this was the 3rd Home Depot I been to and out of all 3 Azieda and Mitch where ready to help although Mitch was a bit occupied he still made time for me thank you guys so much for your help as a customer this was the best experience!!

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel each time I get the privilege to stop by this Home Depot. What makes this home depot stand apart from the rest in the level of customer service and the kind people who work here. They really seem to love to work here. I stopped by one Sunday to grab a can of spray paint with my family  and the woman who worked in the front of the customer service offered my children a lollipop. Her name was Anne Marie and was so kind in explaining that there’s a workshop I can bring the kids. My daughter used to call Home Depot “Home people” since she was young from all the positive experiences she gets whenever she stops by here. Now my son is obsessed with Home Depot as much as I am and begs me to stop by home depot each time we are around the area. Great work y’all really know how to grow you future clientele of consumers! See you again in my next visit!

Amazing garden center and nice staff. Parking is easy not too much congestion or traffic due to other neighboring stores. This homedeopt is a stand alone store on this lot.

They had purple passion plant and my special begonia angel wings in stock. And alot of gardening items on sale

I rented a van twice from this Home Depot. Shea and her manager were awesome, they both have great customer service. Thank you very much!

Contractors Beware - This Home Depot will not open the loading door even if you have large orders due to shoplifting. They make their problem into our problem. This is the only HD store I have been to that does this. I left a complaint with corporate HD. We'll see if anything comes from it.

NEW REVIEW -  Only one register is open, and the line is around the block. Self checkout only has one register open, and it took way too long for them to bring a second cashier to the regular checkout lines. I hate this Home Depot.

I do not understand the reasoning behind locking the garden center gates in the high spring planting season. Someone, please let the big box stores know that mid may is the best time to buy and plant summer flowers. They should welcome every customer, and instead of baracading the garden center, there should be employees with plant knowledge operating the retegister during ALL daylight hours, rain, or shine.

Staff is insanely slow and lazy. They Walk around like they’re in a lounge. EVERY time we are working in this area and have to buy material we end up waiting no less than 30 minutes for them to find a forklift driver. Every employee says “okay, I’ll get someone” then just mosey on off chatting with their co worker. The crazy thing is… there are DOZENS of employees walking around doing NOTHING.

We went to the every first Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. even and it was amazing we made microscopes! They really got to hammer and nail and paint I loved it I live for that for my kids! We will be back every Saturday and this was a great location too the ladies at the front desk were pretty chill not a lot of answers for a lot of questions but they were young so I guess I expected but it's crazy cuz I'm young too so I don't know maybe an old story but we had fun that's the point!

Great home decor and garden items. Huge store with reasonable prices. Found a few unusual pieces that go great in my place and actually look considerably more expensive than they were.there is a large selection of lamps. Both lamp bases and separate shades. I finally found a lampshade to replace a damaged one. The new style lampshade really updated my favorite floor lamp.

The isles were narrow, other than that love it... for the after Christmas sales on decor.

My wife and daughter love this place and visit frequently. Very organized and great staff. They always have a great selection to pick from and items change often.
Definitely worth a trip if your doing some home decorating.

My wife could literally live there she loves shopping at this store they have just about anything you would want under the sun with highly recommend

Great selection of home decor and furniture! Was pretty disorganized in the garden and pottery sections as well as some of the bays completely empty, but all around, good place to shop.

I had an exceptional experience! Zealand greeted me upon entering the store, swiftly helping me locate the items I needed. Despite it being the day before Thanksgiving, the entire staff graciously stayed 30 extra minutes to ensure I could finalize my order.

Thanks so much to Zealand Jones at this location in Fayetteville. Right through the whole process he helped me furnished my new home. Very professional and well informed. He advocated for the best prices and gave great opinions on pieces that I finally decided on. I would come back just because of the excellent customer service.

By far theee best Ashley’s fruniture location I’ve been to since my move to this city! The displays are realistic, you can tell they took their time in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The professionals were helpful and so kind. Mr.Mike Brown’s energy was so bright over the phone , I had to drive to the location to check out a sectional I had in mind. AMAZING experience. I walked away with my sectional order placed, and I’ll be back to this location for the rest of my furnishing needs. Thank y’all so much!!!

One of the biggest,  cleanest, friendliest Walmarts in GA. Never seems to be crowded and always fully staffed with helpful and courteous workers. Stopped by to make a money transaction and pick up some work pants and work shoes. Also picked up an couple of ties on clearance!!

The beds were extremely heavy,  but,  Brian and Robert, executed the task, lifting the articles, into a lifted pick up,  never complained and smiled, while doing so.....

Not much to say. It's Walmart. Very organized and clean though. Ginormous. I wish these places had a better directory of where things are located. They barely have cashiers at registers. You're likely to do self checkout. They have Burger King, and Money Services at this Walmart. Not sure if it's the standard at all of them.

Walmart Supercenter! Great place for savvy shoppers. Tremendous values. Literally, myriad of underpriced products to fit almost everyone's budget. The store was very clean and I had a wonderful experience with the Cashiers who were very polite and courteous.

So this is my first time shopping at this Walmart as a customer, I've been meaning to go here when I found out about its location. I like the area that it sits in and it's not half bad at all it was fully stocked with essential items that people we're looking for over a year ago when the pandemic first hit. If I'm not mistaken I believe that this Walmart is going to get a remodel within the next year it definitely needs it, is one of the few Walmarts that still have tile floors most of your newer and remodel Walmarts have taken the tile out of the stores and left it with a concrete surface but other than that they will fully stock and the customers and Associates were very nice I would definitely go back if I'm in the area so check them out

Very nice store!! The employees were friendly and helpful. I was invited to a build your own bouquet event and loved the store's atmosphere! I was able to purchase a chic new throw pillow and will be back to check out couches. Huge selection and free delivery for things not in stock at the store.

I’ve had the most pleasant shopping experience in Ashley @Mall of Georgia Burford today! Fátima is one of those kind salesperson that is so sweet and pleases you on your taste and needs! Amazing. Then Candance at help desk gave me the most quick, efficient checkout ever! Jay the store manager tried way and beyond to get my order ASAP! Wow!! I walked in thinking on maybe buying and definitely did shop!!! Thank you ladies! It feels like shopping between sisters! God bless and definitely coming back! 😘❤️♥️♥️🥰

I walked into the Buford, GA location on 11/18, and was assisted by Ashley. She provided great customer service. I decided on a large sectional and paid cash with a delivery date of 11/30. I was informed less than a week before delivery date of 11/30 that there were a few pieces unavailable and that the earliest they would have it was 12/5 and the earliest delivery date would be 12/7. I reluctantly agreed since I can be reasonable and understanding that things happen.

Well on 12/2 I received a call from a very sleepy individual whom identified herself “from Ashley Furniture” stating that my furniture wouldn’t be arriving due to items in my order are not available and the next available shipping would be 12/13!!! So at this juncture I feel every few days before a new delivery this is the call I’m going to receive.
At this point I feel l need to rent a truck and drive to SC and purchase the furniture piece same day and hire individuals to install it in my home.

I would’ve loved to provide a 5 star review for this being my first time shopping at this establishment to give myself a different experience, but unfortunately this is not the experience I’ve had. I’m being forced to request a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered a new sofa and two tables because I am having shoulder surgery on Dec 28.  We told the sales lady that.  She said ‘good news. This is in stock and can be delivered Dec 22.   That was then pushed to Dec 26. They tried to deliver just the tables. Sofa isn’t available.  Why not?  She said it was in stock.  Now I’m having surgery and don’t have the needed reclining sofa to sleep on!   :/ Had we known we would have shipped elsewhere.

My husband and I went looking for a new sofa. We met Larry as we came in. We enjoyed that we were able to look around and not feel pushed to make a decision.  Larry was close if I had questions but let us walk and look until we were ready. He also helped us understand the delivery process and set it all up. This is our second time purchasing from Ashley for our home and we will be back!

This is a beautiful garden center. Staff and Coach does an excellent job at keeping it clean watered. 😍

Always busy but stocked pretty well. Money center pretty ok but produce sucks. Prices are worth it tho.   There is always something going on with irate customers and shoplifting.

I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter a week before her bday. The day of pick up I called the bakery a few times throughout the day but no response and when I showed up they had no cake for me. I was told that all cakes due for the day were canceled due to parts or shipment not received and should have received a phone call. I never received a phone call and felt devastated. The lady tending to me was nice though and thoughtful. She offered a discount on any cake of my choice and even put my daughter’s name on it. She offered cute little toppers but none went with my theme. She really showed concern and compassion. Wish I knew her name to officially shout her out but anyways she was awesome. Despite the chaos of the day since it was the day before thanksgiving she kept herself composed and made sure I left with a cake that matched my theme. Thank you to her because without her I would have lost my mind and probably would have left with no cake. I’m so happy I had already bought a cake  topper and cute doll to put on the cake. Came out cute. Not what I had planned but it worked.

Bought some organic tomatoes here at Walmart and the second day I cut them to use them I swear I wanted to vomit. Not a lot of variety at this location.

Usually have a good shopping experience everytime I come to my neighborhood Walmart which is pretty frequent. Yesterday December 3rd 2023 I experienced the worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen! Received an email from Walmart corporate stating that some items were on recall that I’ve purchased within the last year if these items are still in your possession disregard them an return to ANY Walmart store for a full refund! That email was sent to me on November 22 2023 stood in line waited the young lady at the counter said I have to ask my coach Joe about this give me one second can I see your phone, 👍 sure. This is where the nightmare begin!!!! She came back an said Joe has to look it up ok cool I’m at about 20 minutes at this point he returns an say I don’t have this in my system I don’t know what to tell you. Did not speak did not make eye contact did not apologize for any convenience I was met with absolute hostility. He said where is the receipts where is the product what you want me to do with this email I was taken back like whoa gosh I’m just following protocol he walks off again don’t say anything comes back ten minutes later I have to call corporate okay call them that takes another 20 mins remind you it’s four peaches an four plums they tell him to handle it in store he goes on to ask me how many pounds did you buy I said how would no these purchases were within a year omg make an executive decision ring a gift card this store is extremely busy he said I have to find another corporate number he tells Kelly to hold the phone Kelly is busy in customer service it’s a line it’s a Sunday he was so stand off ish he walked off didn’t say anything to me never met my concerns he was determined to be the most brutal manager an make me the receipient of his bad day how are you a manager there’s no way anybody enjoy working with such cruel energy my time was wasted I ate contaminated products the Coach was malicious rude grotesque attitude it’s insane I stood there for two hours an Coach Joe never greeted me never apologized never delegated all he did was give hand motions an walked off as if he was irritated irate behavior I’m beyond disgusted he leads anybody

Had to take a trip to pick up a friend. Stopped to get a few things for the trip back to Dothan. Hands down the most well stocked, well organized, clean, friendly and helpful workers for a Walmart I have seen after the passing of Mr. Sam Walton. God rest his soul.

The store is clean and well organized. We asked several associates for help in different departments, and they were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The cashier was awesome his name was James. He was so friendly and such a sweet guy. This is the first Walmart in a long time that I would actually recommend.  I live in Florida but may have to come back!!

Very well stocked, especially with it being so close to Thanksgiving.  Lots of employees seem working either filling orders or stocking.  Store was clean and checkout lines moving quickly without long waits.

This is the movie Friday store, they do not keep the products stocked. Customer service is horrible at best. It's clear that not one person working there has any pride in their work ethic. Not one.
Gave 1 Star only because it wouldn't allow me to post the review without any. Auto service department is deplorable. Do better people

This Walmart is big and clean parking lot and also they have no parking signs but i saw couple truck here i came here for day time just for shopping I park my truck and no issues here but I request to everyone like truckers and also other Coustmers please do throw garbage in parking please they have too many garbage can overthere so please use them we need to help them and request them I don’t know the truckers have any issues for night parking but i read other comments so I don’t think any issues for night parking but we need to clean parking lot because if they respect us for night parking so we need to thankfull to them so again thanks for management for help truckers
