Walmart Supercenter

Aisles are too skinny for how busy it is, it's not clean, they don't have a great selection of food, the prices are higher than almost every other grocery store, the parking lot is awful, and one of the employees gave me dirty looks for accidentally bumping another cart with my cart (it was taking up the whole self checkout aisle). I've never hated being in a store so much

I've always enjoyed my trips to this store. Their selection is always really great plus I can do grocery shopping at the same time! The restrooms are always clean and the help here is always excellent. It takes awhile for checkout but that's true anywhere. Good job! Keep it up!

Service was good and clean areas. Workers presence was adequate to ask for where items are. Sheriffs on sight which is sort of comforting. They like my dog so I give them a 5 star due to all of the above.

They used to be amazing, letting me charge my phone , I have health issues, so they were letting me do I could keep my mom informed of my well being,I would give five stars for that, but recently the cops told me I couldn't anymore, they did not even want to walk in n verify my situation.

Usually has everything I am looking for at reasonable prices. It would be nice to not have to wait to get things like laundry detergent unlocked. They really need to take action against the thieves instead of the paying customers.

What a great experience! My first time going to this particular Walmart . I went to the indoor and outdoor section and all 3 employees that assisted me were awesome, friendly, and it was really great having excellent customer service. The cashier, he was great, the young lady at the door who helped me with grill stuff😁and the young lady working on the floor who helped me with skewers such a great staff!

It’s very friendly and pleasant here I’ve made some friends and I made the local associates that know me well, being disabled, and don’t even have to ask for help people just come to you and ask you if you need help reaching an item off the top shelf. Even other customers will even stop to help you out. This is one of the few WALMART that has an exceptional experience as a customer and feel great going to. Other people may have bad experiences, but I haven’t encountered one yet.

I've never done pick up at 7am before and it was so convenient!!! I was slightly panicking because I got there early and the app doesn't let you check in before 7am. BUT it was overall great. And very fast!

Getting my Oil change. The wait is unfortunately 1.5 hours. Sometimes they say that but that seems like a normal thing most auto shops do. They raise the wait time so that when it's done sooner then everyone is 😊 happy. They have one bench in which is occupied by an older women in her 80s but has the looks of a lady in her sixties! Right on Lady. Anyway I'm sitting on a pallet that is actually really comfortable. So my experience was overall very good and the girl working the Automotive Counter was awesome. She had a can do attitude the whole time.

Adopting the latest technology of self-checkout has been no problem for me. What has been is repeatedly being identified as stealing merchandise by not scanning it, but rather placing it directly into the bags. I understand the need to prevent theft by videotaping transactions, but each time the machine has been wrong. To make matters worse the store employees state the machines do not make errors and then proceed to count the items in my bags. When they see that everything was scanned, they offer no apology. When I have complained to the employees, they say Walmart managers have threatened them with being fired if they do not take this approach. Stopping store theft is good as it impacts how much we pay. Confronting honest customers based on false information, calling them liars and threatening employees is not the way I think Walmart should be implementing this new technology.

I wonder how the presidents and CEOs of these companies, meals look like..  walmart made 153 billion in profit this year (Ending in 2023). They are putting 9 billion in store face-lifts. Not because walmart has the worst selections and quality in food and furniture. Flower, vitamin etc selection is a joke. The frozen bags of chicken nuggets etc is a good idea but in true walmart fashion, has the smallest openings possible to pour the food out. Employees don't say one word to you when ringing you up aka pretty awkward for me and or just rude etc. I don't expect anything less from a kid nowadays working at walmart. The amount of employees just walking around compared to the empty registers is mind blowing on a daily basis. Store opens at 6am, no one on registers until 8 or 9am 👌🏻. We live in Maryvale so its another hassle for us paycheck to paycheck peeps. 👏🏻 Stores are always messy, dirty with milk stains on cartons/ refrigerator doors. You can tell in any walmart, they only care about profit, period. Especially the "Grab your attention" useless garbage you buy on an impulse and the beyond extra security measures now. 👌🏻

This Walmart uses to be horrible back in the day, now a days it is so nice, clean and always having new items for me to snag up! Especially when it comes to laundry soap and they now have a great value laundry bead's! Smells amazing !! They really have cleaned up the place check it out for yourself ✨🙏 Thank you Walmart for overly  meeting my expectations!

The store is clean, lines are never too long, employees are friendly, and most important self checkout is  accurate however doesn't invade your space excessively , so that makes it comfortable to scan and go.

This Walmart is special, it has a build-a-bear inside, we found a lot of neat items in stock here too 😁

I went straight for the clearance area. Chopped logs for 6$+. Christmas decorations 50% of price. I purchased a sticker package. 49¢. It's for kids. Yay!. Holiday wreaths, Christmas hangings. And door decor.

Ashley Store

We stopped in the Ashley store a few months ago while shopping for a new couch and recliner.  Lana was very helpful that day in showing us some options and making some recommendations after we told her what we were looking for in new furniture.  We left and shopped some other stores in the area over the next few weeks, but ultimately came back to Ashley.  We liked the no pressure approach that Lana had used and wanted to take another look at the couch she had recommended on our first visit.  We ended up purchasing the sectional couch and a leather recliner.

We have been so pleased with our selections. First of all, it fit the aesthetic of our home, is quite comfortable, sturdy and doesn't move easily.  Second, we have 3 large goldens, one of which is a puppy still learning her manners.  We've had a couple of mud incidents where the little one came in and jumped on the couch before we could stop her. The couch is everything that Lana described and more.  As recommended, I grabbed a damp cloth and literally wiped the mud streaks away, no mess, no stain, looks perfectly fine. Dog Hair, another issue we deal with, vacuums right off.

I love the couch so much, I went back right before Christmas, found Lana again and ordered the corner piece to turn my couch into an L-sectional.

Had a great time at Ashley furniture today. They had a big celebration party with a DJ, coffee and crafts. I also found a sofa with the help of Lou. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Ashley a try. They have a huge show room.

This company is corrupt and you should avoid them at all costs. They do not offer returns or replacements for manufacturer defects but instead circulate damaged returns. They sold me a table with nails sticking out of it. When I requested an exchange, they first made me wait 3 weeks for a technician to come out and see if he could fix it. When the technician realized it was irreparable, he authorized an exchange. Ashley came out on 3 different occasions with a refurbished table that was in worse condition than the one they originally provided. After months of communication and frustration, I am still stuck with nails sticking out of the table.

In addition, their delivery team damaged my door frame as they were careless. Ashley's resolution was to send out a very lousy repair man who did not care about the end result and it showed, the gouge and cover up on my door frame remain an eyesore. They will delay you until you are exhausted and just want the nightmare to be over.

Ashley has always been my favorite furniture store. I've always had success with finding good classic sustainable furniture.  This time I got to shop with my son.

Caleb greeted us as we walked in and didn't give us that hard sales pitch instead explained where items were in the store and allowed us to browse.  Although we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing, we didn't feel rushed and was able to fall in love with the perfect sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered within a week.

Caleb made this an awesome experience.  Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the market for furniture.

Extremely Disappointed with Poor Quality Furniture and Misrepresentation.

I recently made an investment in purchasing furniture for my bedroom at Ashley Home Store including 2 chests, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror.  However, I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality and the stark difference between the furniture showcased in the showroom and what was delivered to my home.

First and foremost, the dresser's height poses a serious safety risk, as it is highly prone to tipping over unless securely anchored to the wall. This poses a significant concern, especially for households with children or pets. The manufacturers should prioritize the design and construction of furniture that prioritizes safety.

Furthermore, the functionality of the furniture has been a constant frustration. The top drawer of the dresser is particularly difficult to manage. The drawer frequently gets stuck or jams, making it a cumbersome task to access or store items within it. Additionally, all the drawers do not close properly nor align properly. They often require excessive force to ensure they are fully closed. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.

Another disappointing aspect of the purchased furniture is in the discrepancy between the advertised appearance and the actual product. The knobs on the furniture were advertised as being a beautiful bronze color, yet what was delivered were generic gray knobs.  Also, the surface texture and color were totally different than advertised in showroom. This misrepresentation is deceptive and leads one to question the honesty of the company.

The overall poor quality of this furniture, coupled with the exorbitant cost leaves me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied with my purchase. I expected a higher level of craftsmanship and attention to detail considering the price paid, but sadly, this was not the case.

I urge the company to address these issues promptly and take responsibility for the poor quality and misrepresentation of their products. Future customers deserve better customer service, accurate representation, and furniture that reflects the value they are paying for.

In conclusion, the purchasing experience has been marred by the poor quality of the furniture, the risk of tipping due to inadequate design, difficult-to-manage drawers, misaligned closures, and the use of incorrect knobs. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their decision when considering this brand of furniture, as my experience has been unequivocally disappointing and unsatisfactory.

This place is so disgusting! The toilets were filthy. There was nearly  no one to help with check out. It was horrible stay away from this place! It's not worth the 10 cents you might save.

Big parking lot with lots of spots for handicap parking. McDonald's inside the store. Well stocked and I have always been able to find what I need here. Store opens at 6, cash register will not be open for another 10 minutes

Elena knocked it out of the park and absolutely redeemed how I felt about this walmart location. She should be up on the board of team members like the others in the automotive section! Without her, those guys wouldn't have any work today! She is absolutely awesome, and every customer is smiling 😃

The staff at the store are amazing, but that's about it. The isles are cluttered with display items and extra product while the shelves sit empty. It was a little less cluttered then a few weeks ago. In November, you couldn't even get through any of the isles with your cart there was so much extra stuff put in between isles.  If there ever was a fire; it would be difficult to get out. Safety hazard!

Always a pleasant experience to shop here. A few of thew employees know me by name, I shop there so much. Great place....

Curacao Phoenix

Tell me you don’t trust your customers without telling me you don’t trust your customers.

Normally, we really like shopping at Curacao, and normally have no issues looking around at what we want, so this review is limited to their Black Friday events. Instead of being able to walk around freely and look at what we wanted to see, we were forced to stand in lines… yes, multiple lines.

First, we had to wait about 10 minutes outside before they let us into the store.

Second, we had to wait in another line for about 20 minutes to pick up a video game controller… a controller that was located within their electronics section, but it was already locked up in the back. We really didn’t have a chance to wander around and look at things.

I was interested in looking at their computer stuff, as well, but there was another line for that, so, I really didn’t bother.

On the positive side, the staff was really friendly and attentive, and they did a pretty healthy price match from a sale going on with Best Buy for the same product.

In the end, I really like the store itself, but their black Friday way of doing things was crazy… certainly, one could say that it was a great way to prevent retail theft, but no other big retail store that we visited even came close to implementing these type of restrictions.

I was at the store today and customer service was beyond amazing. I had a great sales associate help me with my purchase needs . Her name is Janet, I really appreciate you going above and beyond to help me and understand my needs. Felt very comfortable doing business with her today. Will for sure be returning to this store whenever I am in need of certain items . Thank you @ Curacoa for having outstanding customer service and staff.

I have been a Curaçao member for over a year and the customer service is always amazing! Krystal and Martha were able to help us with purchasing some perfumes and recommending other products! I am very happy with my purchases.

Bad Service Electronic Department is very Rude. I would rather buy online and wait a couple days before dealing with Curacao staff again. This is how you loose Buisness and customers drive across the street instead.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a fridge, called and asked if needed to order extra panels. Was told no. Placed online order, called to check told me to call back in a few days. Called back yesterday and was told order was on hold because I did not order the panels. Would not ship me panels without charging full price plus shipping. To say the least cancelled order and will never do business with them again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Extremely packed.  Parking is truly a challenge,  I would almost recommend going at a later time or super early in the morning if you have a choice.   A rather clean facility and everything is secured, behind bars or glass so do not expect to be able to run and and out in no time.  Today I had to go to the electronics which, according to the one employee working the entire department,  the other 2 staff members for that area were sent to lunch.  Management wise it would make more sense to cycle 1 at a time, this way 1 person isn't overwhelmed.   I personally am a very patient person, so I waited and received my product just fine.  The lady was nice and helpful.   Unlike many other Super Walmarts I have had to attend, this one seemed completely off its layout.  Isles seem a lot closer together than usual.
Well, just keep in mind you will not be able to duck in and out fast and easy.  Best of fortune at this location.  -C

It's annoying and just a deterrent all around everytime you need a blue vest they never are capable of helping you and need to get someone else which takes a good amount of time, astronomical amount of workers with simple store knowledge if they run the department. #goodluck finding a self-checkout that's not problematic. a convenient store only.

Horrible Walmart. Waited over 2 hours to pick up photos I’d been told were done just to be told the printer wasn’t working. Tried to find a manager for over an hour and there were none to be found. Absolute chaos. Fire the two idiots working the electronics/photos asap.

0% customer service from this store. My wife and i go to this store regularly. I buy alcoholic beverages. I have not been i.d in three years at this store. My wife gets i.d when we go. When i shop at this store every couple weeks i spend 3 to 500 dollars, due to having a big family. Well today i needed just a couple things stoped by grabed a 12 pack i showed my i.d my wife didnt have hers they refused to sell it to me. We left the store to go home to grab her i.d and go back. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and extra trip. I was laughed at and met with childish sarcasm. They grabbed a manager named Trevor i told him what happened explained that i spend good money in the store. His response was doesn't matter not gonna happen all i wanted was 10% discount on a $16 purchase. I made the statement ill go to costco from now on and the staff at the store thought it was funny and said well have fun thanks for shopping with walmart for the last time.
Totaly unprofessional responses and zero customer service skills. There is absolutely no regard for their customers.

Horrible customer service specifically from the Manager Isel. One thing I will not do is leave my kids in the car while I get groceries and a pack of beer they tried to ID every single one of my children not acceptable. I went to Frys to buy everything I was going to purchase there originally with no issues and less money.

horrible!always a mess and smells, rude as can be employees and management. Food that shouldn't even come close to spoil is spoiled and if you look at my pic I just took last night you will see why,milk sitting there and also meat 🍖, there was a lot more carts full of food that needed to be refrigerated to the left

I originally was gonna leave a 1 star due to the head honcho over at tire care. (Eddie) but Cindy was working her tail OFF. She was caring for EVERYONE at the auto department which was A LOT of people. Both English and Spanish and it was clear she doesn't speak Spanish. That's not a knock, it's an acknowledgement to her resilience in the work place. If it were up to me, I'd point her as the one to call the shots and send Mr. Eddie to some backyard used tire shop. Keep your baggage at home. Your employees are not as disposable as you think. Employees like Cindy are hard to come by. Thank you for your hard work, Cindy!

I wish I didn't have to give 1 star, this location is trash, can't find parking, you have to worry about being murdered or mugged just walking from the car to the store, the floors are always dirty, the addicts are always blocking the door, don't get me started on how the employees get high on the side of the building. And let's not talk about how rude the employees are, Don't go to this location unless you have no other choice, this location is closer to me but I chose to go to lower buckeye, the employees are always willing to help and let's just say it's CLEAN!
75TH location needs new management a deep cleaning and a can of raid inside and out!

Would rate zero stars if possible. Waited almost 40 minutes in the electronics section for someone to come and unlock something for me. Like 30 employees walked past me and NO ONE even acknowledged my existence, just looked at me and kept walking. One employee out of the 30 actually said she'd see if someone had the key to unlock stuff for me but nobody ever came so I just left. Just went to Target down the street and had a better experience and was helped right away.

Good selection of products compared to other Walmarts.  but there is a problem with the staff.

Weekly grocery shopping. Using store brands, I can feed 3 of us for $104 this week. My latest find: Marie Calendar dinners. Nice variety at $2.98 / $3.98 a box. On a fixed income, you can't beat it.
Some prices on GV soups, milk, and generic eggs have come down. Your spending habits are starting to pay off.

They have what I want but always! always! ask me for my receipt... why?! I understand if I had bulk items (I guess) or if they actually verified anything... but to glance at it and hand it back is a waste of my time... if they don't trust us they should bring back the cashiers and not let us scan our own stuff.. that's it otherwise it's a great store always have what I want at a decent price...

I have been in curbside pick up for over 40 minutes there’s no one else here and when I called them they told me they were bringing it out shortly that was over 30 minutes ago and I just called again and they told me they had to go re-select the item do better Walmart do better

Loved that there were no crowds and was able to take my time and shop for what I needed. They had a grocery side also, but I wasn’t there for that, but what I did see is a nice large area. Shelves not too stocked but there could be truck issues with the convoy going on and lack of drivers.

Not enough checkouts. It's ashamed everything's locked up mostly because you can't get any help to unlock.  Ive literally stood there till closing. An employee came by one time and pushed the button for me when I asked for his help. They should have some one In each department with a key or come up with a better system.

I couldn't get what I needed by myself, I saw two Walmart ladies. I asked one but both came to my call and helped find.
That was so amazing and I still do appreciated them.

Customer service desk treated me with such disrespect!!! I buy organic lemons here all the time and every bag will produce 2-3 rotten lemons after I put them in my fridge in less than 3 days.
Today I came in to return the expensive lemons from my last purchase, after throwing countless rotten lemons from previous purchases.
I told the attendant a middle aged full bodied, short ,blonde woman and she questioned my about the time those lemons been sitting rotting.
As if I want to stiff Walmart out of a bag of lemons!! Ridiculous!!! No respect!! The coach did the same!
I left the bag and told them to keep it! Didn’t ask for the refund and went to the register to post for my shopping, came back to tell that lady that was poor customer service to treat me like a liar. She said “I’m done with this conversation” as to dismiss me when all I wanted to communicate to her about her customer service skills in a respectful manner.
Go to Walmart and experience the general attitude of “I don’t care for anyone”.
Mind you the way management treats their employees there as there are many stories posted all over the Internet. Now I know they’re true!

The cashier who assisted me seems unhappy about her job, she’s also unhelpful and unfriendly. I have a toddler with me so it’s hard to do self checkout. My child likes the Kiddie Police car that they have in their mini arcade. But the cashier refused to help me in getting some coins. So i just had to find another way. I placed a couple of quarters in 2 different slots but none of them worked. I called the attention of another employee passing by and told her about the broken machine. She just told me to call the number listed on there. Unbelievable! They should put a sign that the kiddie car is not working instead of letting people put in money not knowing we cant use it and no way for them to refund unless we call the number posted in the machine. Just ridiculous. We spend alot in our groceries but they couldnt even show you common courtesy.

This Walmart Supercenter is among the nicest I have visited. It is very clean and well lit. Most items in the store are well stocked. Nearly all aisles were clear. However, I needed some office supplies and was not able to find what I needed due to the clutter blocking the area.

Get ready for a miserable experience when you go into this place and you'll never be disappointed. Most of the workers are rude and you're undoubtedly bothering them by even looking in their general direction... they have better things to do, like talking crudely to each other about their lovely drama-filled lives at maximum volume. Oh, and of course, have fun working for free when it comes time to check out! If these kinds of stores are a microcosm of society, humanity is screwed.
