When they won't switch out grilled chicken for a spicy chicken patty .... You order a plain spicy chicken sandwich and double up on the wrap, new spicy fried and grilled chicken. Not to bad all fit in the tortilla too!

I really wasn’t expecting much, it’s fast food. Waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes was a little out there, especially when there were only 2 cars ahead of us and it was no longer the lunch rush.

That doesn’t bother me as much as the experience we had with the employees, one in particular. There were two working our order at the drive thru window. Neither said much of any word to us, we were the ones saying “thank you so much” “have a good day” etc. Which isn’t the worst part, I know how overworked fast food workers are firsthand, so I knew they must have been tired. What wasn’t really forgivable was the death glares I got from the young lady. I kid you not, as we waited on our food she kept glaring at me through the window. I would look away and look back and she’d still be mean mugging me. To describe her, she was a little on the heavyset side, with dirty blonde hair and a shaved part of her head. Lady, I don’t know what I did to you personally, all I wanted was food.

My girls always enjoy stopping here for a frosty, chocolate  of course. We have tried the new strawberry flavor and sadly it was not the greatest, I'd much rather have a vanilla frosty any day of the week. But overall customer service was great and the chocolate frosty were a huge hit as always. I would highly recommend  using the app when you order so you can earn points, score free food and utilize offers.

This location is probably the worst one in NWA, which sucks because it’s on such a busy street. We went Sunday at 9:40 and waited 25 minutes to get food when there was only one car in front of us the whole time we waited. No other car came. The girl who took our order was nice, so I’m not sure if she was the only only working but that’s what it seemed like. We waited 10 minutes before the car in front of us left, then we got to the window and waited another 5 before we were told to pull forward….even though there was no one behind us. The food was also wrong once we got it, I wanted a number one maple bacon chicken breakfast sandwich but I somehow got the breakfast baconator instead. Again the lady who was working was super nice, I feel like she is definitely overworked and was on her own on Sunday, not her fault. Just disappointed with this location and how they allow someone to be on their own and run a whole store.

I’m on the road and I ordered food for my wife and kids. Unfortunately, my kids food was burnt crispy and hard to the touch. My wife had no choice but to give our kids her food. Upon being notified of this, I ordered additional food from somewhere else that is more consistent in service and breakfast food. C’mon Wendy’s you gotta do better! Treat every food item like it’s yours when you are at home. At

My family and I visited the other night. We ordered a double stack combo meal with French fries and chicken nuggets. The hamburgers were cold and old. The fries were fresh and the nuggets were old too. I should have said something but didn't want to be the one to complain about a cold and old hamburger sandwich. The order was correct and the employee was very friendly but the food was not great! Maybe make it and serve it right away rather than having the patties sit out for hours.🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered a Cobb salad and you forgot the protein to my salad. No chicken or bacon. Thanks a lot.

Wendy's is usually ok, but they take forever to hand out cold food, also they all stare at you in the line until they are finished with cars. Terrible customer service and not good at listening...

Terrible,  ordered Dave’s double meal, got a single and my fries were less than half full, I also waited 20 min and I was the only car in the drive through. Oh and no lettuce on my burger or a straw for my drink. Ordered larges and got mediums . Beyond pissed it costs me 15 dollars for a tiny patty and no fries. What a rip off for fast food. It would cost me the same at Red Robin. Do your freakin job people it’s really simple.

Ordered two double stacks that usually have been very good in the past. But these were mostly bun and really didn't even taste that good. Probably won't visit this location again.

Les Delices De Paris

The best neighborhood French bakery in the city. We’ve come to Les Delices De Paris for over a decade. Every person we introduce loves their croissants, quiches, and pastries.

Absolutely loved our trip the the Las Delices De Paris!  Oh my word so good!  We tried four different pastries from suggestions from the young man behind the counter and all four were home runs!  Must say my personal favorite was the ham and cheese croissant!

Definitely would recommend a trip here to check them out

My husband’s favorite holiday is Pi(e) Day and I was able to convince him to try some tarts for the occasion. We are so glad we stopped! We also bought a chocolate eclair that we wolfed down before leaving. It was the best we have both had in years and it was packed to the brim with cream and the chocolate was perfect! Everyone was very kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

Everything we ordered was fresh and so incredibly scrumptious!!  Best bakery we have found so far ...we'll worth our drive 😊

Best Ham and Cheese Croissants I have ever had in my life. Perfectly buttery and flakey. The owner is wonderful, and the customer service is fantastic. I enjoy coming here every week or so to get breakfast for my wife while she is at work.

An absolute must visit for folks looking for an authentic Parisian pastry experience. Quickly became our go-to for guick morning joy.

Pizza Hut

I ordered a large supreme pizza and 12 BBQ wings. The pizza got here pretty prompt. I had no wings. To pay $60 including tip .
So I tried to call. Could not get a hold of the store. It was close to closing time. I kept getting the running around by the answering service. So I finally had to file a complaint with corporate. That's supposed to contact me within the next three business days. We'll see how that goes. I'm never going to this pizza hunt or order from this Pizza Hut ever again. Very disappointed

Never received my order and customer service is non-existent. Attempted to call and was placed on hold then transferred to some corporate customer service who then informed me I needed to contact the restaurant directly then promptly transferred me to a restaurant in Florida. This business is a joke.

Ordered the new melts and wow so delicious.  I had the chicken bacon cheese one and the thin crust was so perfectly cooked to then the oooey gooey cheese.  I will definitely crave this again. The price of $6.99 was a great deal too. I highly recommend this new item and this carry out and delivery only pizza hut

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. TRIED TO CALL STORE BACK 3 TIMES. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE SENT OUT IN 15 MINUTES. STILL NEVER RECEIVED. CALLED AGAIN. SUPERVISOR THOUGHT ORDER WAS DELIVERED. ANOTHER SUPERVISOR THOUGHT ORDER WAS CANCELLED. NEVER RECEIVED AND COULDN'T GET IMMEDIATE REFUND AS STORE LIED ON APP AND SAID WAS DELIVERED.

If I can give ZERO STARS I would. The young girl with the piercings is rude and disrespectful to customers. Worst customer service. I will NOT be back to this place again. If you don't like your job bounce out. I will take this to corporate because some of the people here shouldn't be serving. Working with people you need great customer service and kindness. Wow.

McDonald's

Skipped our turn and helped a larger family than my daughter and I.  An employee said she called my name, I told her she did not as we were standing by the counter, turned around to another employee and asked if our name was called she said it was so I was accused of being a lier 😡 then I said where is our food since it's done and our name was called twice No Answer and No food until the larger family was served and since they ordered after us!

I ordered and paid for a Large Drink but I got a Small Drink, I asked an employee and was told this small cup was a large cup!

On two separate occasions I didn't get Fries 🍟

I always go to mcdonalds, especially this one, they do a great job!! But Lately the food portions are out of control, I always get a large fry and they are only filling it up half way, why am I paying more for less?

It's a bummer.

The food is usually a let down. The locations and hours are great, since most are 24 hrs. The customer service is generally okay since most of the staff are usually polite.

Very dirty inside. They definitely need to have a cleaner in there. The floors were sticky, the glass was yucky, the tables were gross. The trash was overflowing. Kids enjoyed the play land. Just need to clean up the place more.

And I know it's only half a slice of cheese that's called for on the fillet, how have we not questioned WHY? Why is it not a whole slice of cheese?

Sandwich tasted ok despite the hot mess it looked.  Fries were ok.

Today at 4:00pm September 25 I went in to redeem a damn coupon card I was given for bad service
There Were two female managers on shift!.
I was not able to get their names all I know the first one with long curly hair was rude and unprofessional!!!
She did not like me telling her that the cashier charged me for the food that was supposed to be free with the coupon card
And this is how she handed me my order even the two burgers I did pay for. No mayo, no lettuce no nothing on them 😡 they need to go back and get training on how to treat their customers and how to do their job properly!! 😡🤬

I went in ordered my food they missed to do it correctly did not repeat my order at the window I paid at. I look at the receipt and food is missing I tell them at the 2nd window they charge me for it and then ask me to park I said I wasn’t parking. Then the manager comes out yelling saying park or I’m cancelling your order I had already paid for they didn’t give me my food and they did not give me my money I paid for the food. I paid for the food with a card and they try ti give me cash!! Then they lock the window not giving me my money!! They stole my money by locking the window and refusing to give me my money. I call and they say I need to go in! They also threatened me by saying they were going to call the cops. The food they also have me was just thrown in the bag has browns not even in bags touched by there dirty hands

McDonald's commerce City buy 1 get 1 for a buck. Double cheeseburger they treated me better than KFC, without being harassed I was able to refill my water without being harassed

The people who work here pay very little attention to customers. The old saying "Customer Comes First" doesn't apply here. Once your order gets taken the wait isn't long. Food is fresh 70% of the times I've eaten here.

I ordered delivery through UberEats. The order customization by the store was followed correctly, and packed neatly in the delivery bag. This alone deserves five stars given my experience with other food delivery services, and various other restaurants that I have ordered from. The food was still hot on delivery, and tasty. Well done.

This is One of a few reviews about Pizza Hut. Sunday July 10th. We ordered Pizza again. It was Delivered & you can tell the pizza was slung around in the Box. I don't understand why the Owners don't care who they hire to service your Product. Owners have Never reached out or Ever done anything to make this a Decent place in Pea Ridge. Always bad service. On every level. Staff don't care, Product is THROWN in the box. This is after I fixed the Pizza. Should have took Pics before. Sad thing is Owner. Because of what YOU let go on here. We went to the pea ridge pizza hut today and they didn't get our order right they gave us two cheese instead of a supreme the guy that was preping the pizza was cussing ,yelling and throwing and slamming things around the cashier  lady ran out of the store crying all while my six year kid was standing there watching all the craziness we usually go to pizza hut once a week but we will have to find somewhere else what happen today was very uncalled for

$50 order including a tip, and this is the food you get.. Employees who refuse to account for the absolute lazyness.. Hard, burnt, disgusting trash.. A disgusting store..

Excellent service! Friendly staff, and great food! It’s nice to see a Pizza Hut take pride in their product and go out of their way to correct any issue that may come up. New management is on point!

Sexy Pizza

Best pizza in Colorado (from an east coast native) it's just good, everything is done right, sauce is delicious, not overly cheesy, add-ons are cooked to perfection. Try it, then thank me later🤙🏽

Really good pizza and friendly staff. Thin crust style with a lot of flavor. You can order by the slice in the store but we typically get whole pies delivered. The gluten free is also really solid. Right across from a great beer spot and next to a park if you want to bring kids. Not sure what those one star reviews are talking about. Definitely give this place a try.

Best Customer service ever.  I made a HUGE mistake with my order online, the staff at Sexy Pizza were so understanding and remade the order for me.  The pizza is always delicious and I am so grateful for the kindness they showed me.  loyal customer for life!  Thank you!

Crust was totally delicious.  Toppings were just kinda laid on top and not really part of the pizza...they would literally just fall off the slice. Also the suggested 20-25% tip seems like asking alot for not much in return. But the 2 slice deals r good... I'll try them again

Delicious pizza! We got the 18 inch pepperoni and it was amazing. The cheese and crust were phenomenal. We got the cheese bread and garlic knots. Next time I will skip garlic knots because it was too much food. The dipping marinara was so good and garlicky. We brought leftovers home and we are big eaters. Overall impressed 👏 👌 😎 staff was super friendly.

Chick-fil-A

I do love the mobile only lane! Other than that, I think this location really needs to step up to the rest of them around. I’ve got the pimento sandwich at 2 different chick fil a’s, and the one at this location only gave me 3 jalapeños and maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese, so I left feeling pretty ripped off. I would expect this from Burger King, but not Chick-Fil-A. There needs to be some re-training done. The other north academy one blows this one out of the water.

This place was very disorganized when I got to the pick up window.
I was asked my name 3 different times.
They were serving the cars behind me first.
I did not have a big order.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Not hard.
The cars behind me had to wait till I got my order.

Food Is Good. However I always order a side of blue cheese crumbles, and extra Tomatoes on 3 of our sandwiches. No blue cheese, no tomatoes and Missing a side of fries.. this isn't the first time. It's all good to me, Just a small inconvenience. I can always go back and make it right. EXCEPT, not at his location they treat you like an enemy and not a customer.. no sweat off my back. If you hate Bad service though, don't go.

The mobile only lane should be marked way before you get there. You have one lane open for everybody else to go through the drive-thru. 95,000 people in that lane and I take the lane that has less people. Only to find out, while I'm in that lane, it's for mobile apps only. I get up to the lady and she asked for my name and I told her I didn't order online. She said oh I'm sorry do you mind going around again. I said no but I will leave. She said okay thanks bye. My complaint is is dumb having that lane with only one other lane open and is not marked until you're halfway through. So I went to McDonald's. They have to drive through lanes that you can actually use either lane.

This location in particular is horrible. The young female workers sit around and gossip  and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. I asked the girl who brought my order if it was a Cobb salad and she responds with “oh I don’t check the orders.” And I had to do it. Lucky I did because she handed me someone else’s order and gave ME attitude when I corrected her. Also, she forgot my sauce and straw. Had to ask for that too, since she doesn’t check the orders before she gives them out. I had to do her job for her. Maybe the customers should be on the payroll instead

Hire better workers. Those girls are lazy and have zero integrity.

On other occasions I’ve been given soda that is pure carbonation and fries that are not filled up all the way. This store needs to get it together. I’m happy to drive further and avoid this one at all costs
