we had to throw away the rest of the food. The food at this McDonald's is terrible and disgusting. It's the most disgusting thing he's ever eaten before. I'm very angry, I hope they give me my money back! because it was disrespectful. We couldn't turn back because we were passing through, traveling and we couldn't go back. I'll call it the Bad Donalds. because the quality has decreased. I requested freshly made fries and nuggets and the nuggets were stiff! stiff as a stone 🪨 and cold! 😡😡. The potatoes full of oil, refried and cold, very disgusting and still raw. the hamburger bun 🍔 burnt! and unpleasant tomato. and they did not place the pickles that I had requested. I hope they can give me my money back! because it's the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten at this restaurant before. The very bad work team took a while to give us that refried food that was cold and stiff as a stone and it took us inside the establishment for 17 minutes 😡. Desagradable! Unbelievable.. I just stopped to get some food from clarksville. Ordered 2 mc chickens and a 2 cheeseburger meal. Get all the way back to the house in Knoxville and my two burgers had no meat on them. Of Course I try to call to complain no on answers the phone. How hard is it to assemble not make a burger. And these kids are making how much an hour? I'm never going back and suggest all you do the same.

This place constantly goes down hill, they need to hire better managers and train employees better and hold them accountable. Every time i go in there the employees are too busy playing around or flirting with each other to work/serve customers, and the drive through they always make you pull up and wait even if you ordered one plain cheeseburger... its ridiculous

I went inside McDonald's to order an ice cream cone.  I told the boy that I wanted to order an ice cream cone before he scanned my order.  I had a code which was to get 50% off an ice cream cone.  I had my code pulled up on my smart phone and the boy said he needed to scan the order.  He scanned my order on my phone and then told me the ice cream machine was broke.  That took my deal off, and I couldn't order any other deal.  It comes up and says already used deal and want let you pick another deal.  I asked for the manager.  Her name is Katrina .  She said I would be able to use another deal within 15 minutes, but that was a lie.  I asked her if I could get something to replace the ice cream cone, but she refused.  The place needs to be turned in to the McDonald's headquarters right away.  Many of the employees are messed up mentally.  You tell them what you want to order, but they want listen to you.  Rude!!

I absolutely LOVE the workers & the manager Janine. She's funny, nice & is a hard worker. She needs a raise. They have some young workers, but I've seen them work so hard & for them to be as young as they are, you don't find or see that much any more. But, I DEFINITELY recommend stopping into this place. As I'm sitting here eating my breakfast, which was really good btw, I see them working together, not separately. Which really makes things run smoothly. I got mad respect for them.

Customer service was good. Food was good. I  decided to try a Goodie Bag, child size diuble Baconator, 4 chicken nuggets, small fries and a drink which I paid for the upgrade to a small Peppermint Frosty. It could have been hotter, but it was ready to eat when I got it, no waiting. The honey mustard dip was good and there was enough for all 4 nuggets.  And everything was just good, not great. Probably the most outstanding feature was the handicap accessibility. There were plenty of disabled parking places with a wide gently sloping ramp. The bathrooms were clean, very large and soap, water and paper towels were located in an arrangement that should be safe from excess dripping for all patrons.

All along best fast food experience I've ever had!  I visit Wendys every time I come to Clarksville, I always get the spicy chicken sandwich! No complaints here, very clean and quick.

On a road trip and Wendy's has always been my favorite fast-food restaurant.   The sandwich was hot and fresh, the young lady at the drive-thru window was friendly, great smile, and professional.   Drive-thru time was very fast and my order was perfect.  A much better experience than I was expecting.

(((((Excuse my mis punctuation))))) For starters, when I walked up and approached the counter, there was definitely an aroma of summer day dog and 1 week old bologna out the trash. It's not usual when it's not supposed to be in the environment and overpowering the food. Secondly, as an American from kkk and slavery background from both sides of the family out of eastern North Carolina, I'm the first to be able to read unusual vibes in an atmosphere. Usually, you can tell easily when you read and see people's interactions with you vs. others and unusual looks you get, but for me, I can tell in just the way people act with their persona. I debated about leaving this, but for the ones like me or others who may not be from the area (TRUCKERS) with any visual afro american decent, check your food and be careful in these areas. It's not often me as someone who travels around the country I come across this type of atmosphere but from what I know from family experience being I'm mixed and from both sides of the tracks this can definitely effect your service and food quality as mine was. My whole experience with the cashier was horrible and unusual from her smiles with the hillbillies in front of me to me getting the what are you doing here looks. I asked for a Dave's triple no mayo = sour look from cashier. I asked for a large cup of ice cream = was given the small cup and told me that's correct for ice cream. Asked for a large chili and received the small red cup for that and a large fry = $17. What's sad is if this all was correct from the store, then it's sad an atmosphere can make you feel this way regardless. Horrible place, but hey, it is AR-CANS-ASSSS !

They make the best cold brew coffee in our town.

It was a fast food breakfast and I haven’t had one of these in a long time. I can see why! I am not a breakfast person anyway, but this help me confirm why. Is it just me or has the size of the McGriddle…bacon, egg, and cheese…scales way back in size? That thing was tiny as hell! Obviously it’s not the fault of the staff and store. Plus the people here were very nice and extremely helpful.

I've gone here twice recently and my first time in I ordered 4 quarter pounders and fries. We went through and the service was very polite and helpful. However once I picked up my food I had noticed a couple of my quarters seemed hastily made and almost not stacked together at all. Almost just thrown in the box. Other than that the food tasted great. The fries were hot and fresh which was perfect. Got a grimace shake my second time by and the service and shake was magnificent.

I truly don’t know how anyone would give them more than a 1 star rating. The employees are super rude. Almost every time I’ve been, something is missing. I got a cheeseburger meal and neither of the burgers had a patty on them and my kids happy meal didn’t have the chicken nuggets in it…

Our $12.00 meal, that cost us $25.00, was as good as McDonalds always is. We like McDonalds, but their prices have gone to high. We can eat at a buffet for $25.00, and from now on we will.

I wonna give a shout out to Jo very professional and always cares about the customer and always doing what is right for the customer. Thank you Jo if it was not for you and Kimberly McDonald's would loose a lot of customers. Y'all pick up the slack and take care of us customers. Only reason my review was not five stars cos food was nasty. BUT TO KIMBERLY AND JO THANK YALL.

Normally there is decent service at this location, but today was a different story. First of all, they never asked if I wanted to make an order, so I tried the kiosk since it was taking forever. I spent a few minutes trying to make my order on the kiosk just to find out the card reader is out of order, so I printed a receipt to pay at the register. I wait again for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Suddenly two other customers come in and they suddenly jump to take their order. At this point I was fed up, so I left. I'm extremely disappointed in this location! I expect better if we decide to come back in the future!

For a McDonald's inside a gas station, which seems the only fair benchmark to apply, it was quite good. Service was polite, if slow, and there were no issues with the food I ordered (it was if typical quality for the chain). There is little atmosphere and very little in realistic seating, but some seating exists and those tables, along with the rest of the restaurant, were clean.

The cost for a fast-food meal is insane.  I ate at a sit down restaurant which had better, healthier food last night that was less expensive.

Cold, old fries, sweet tea only available in the drive thru, one quarter pounder made incorrectly, and the Big Mac was cold and had little sauce.

You need to fix your stuff and stop wasting people’s times ! Like are you really that uneducated to fix a simple website ? The sign in front said they could fill my propane bottle, however the attendant declined to do it since I was parked next to the trash can already I threw my very small garbage bag in his dumpster. Before I could drive off he started yelling at me and he ran out to the dumpster grab the bag back out and threw it in my truck as I pulled out. Keep in mind this was a very small about the size of a bathroom trash can

I was coming from el paso tx to help my son with his car , he had a flat tire on the side of the road,, so we stopped there at the shell station , the  guy helped us out By looking for a tire that would fit , and he helped us out,  put the tire on and after that we drove off to get the highway 🛣 to get back home from Leadville Colorado to el paso tx

One pump was not taking cc so I had to back up carefully to another pump. Cashier was very friendly and store and restroom’s were clean. Gas was very expensive!!!!!!

I was charged $10 on my credit card when I had paid 1:50 for a vacuum which is what the vaccumm machine showed me. The owner of this gas station was extremely aggressive and abusive towards me when showed him the $10 charge. He mocked me. He told me to call shell and gave me their phone number. It was an extremely distressing experience. Also, the machine told me that I will get $.10 a gallon discount on gas for getting a car wash which I wasn’t given.

The staff are courteous everytime. The lot is small so parking is not the best. Yet, this is a good place to stop for quick snacks and cheap beer when traveling Highway 61.

HE STOLED 10.00 DOLLARS WOULDN'T GIVE A RECEIPT WOULDN'T I TRIED TO GET OUR MONEY HE SAID NO.

Great service. Good hours. Friendly people.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Mostly good moat of the time. It's your typical DQ that Americana is known for. Friendly staff, decent food most of the time, fair prices for the most part. This is on a busy street and can be hard to get into and out of at times, but mostly doable. There's more parking in back than most people realize, but not much for pickup trucks with trailers.

The employees were delightful and very attentive throughout the whole visit. Food came out hot. Ice cream was Perfect! This place has definitely made a come back in the entirety.

Food and service were great.  They were very busy but the employees got the orders out quickly, they worked together as a team and got the job done quite well.

The service here was amazing and my family loved everybody. The food was amazing although they burnt my cheese curds. You can definitely tell it has changed over the past year and i definitely want to come again.

When it comes to fast food in Mountain Home this place is the bomb. The food is always good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comforting. The place is clean. The staff don't stand and talk to each other and let the customer stand and be ignored.
This will be my go to place in Mountain Home out of the ones I've visited so far.

O. M. Greek

Great little place to get a taste of Greek food. The food was well prepared and hot. The portion was generous. The lady who greeted me was kind and attentive, and the price was fair. What more can you ask for? Give it a try you will be pleased.

I was super excited to try O.M. Greek.  The Gyro did not disappoint it was really flavorful and the meat was tender.  My disappointment came when I tried the hummus. While the flavor was good, the texture was extremely grainy. Almost like it had not been blended enough. One could even call it chunky hummus.  Overall the flavor was great and I would definitely try them again.

What a refreshing restraunt. The moment you walk in it is a bright and welcoming feel. The food is delicious. Definitely one of the top restraunts in Mt. Home.

Absolutely loved it. Got a variety of things, falafel salad, soup of the day, gyro, fries and it was all phenomenal! The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. All of their ingredients are fresh, and she even made her own salad dressings. As other reviews say, it is a mom & pop shop, and that added to such a wonderful experience.

The food is phenomenal. Hot and fresh. Gyro on my first trip and chicken souvlaki this trip. Baklava because why not. You can tell the food is made fresh. Gyros are full of meat, pitas are soft and fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I could just about eat the tzatziki sauce by itself. The staff is kind and friendly. I just came back from a medical appointment and they brought me a pair of scissors while I was still deciding what to get. I had no idea she had gone to get them. Another gal (the owner maybe) gave me a slice of banana bread which was one of the best banana breads I've ever had. So kind and truly care about their customers. That means a lot to me. Highlight of my trip today.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Excellent sweets done right!  Not over the top with that fake suger tastes or overwhelming sweetness.  Instead, rich layers that show they put in the time and quality ingredients.  Best candy coated apple I've ever had. And what's more is it came off in slices so it was less messy and easier on the gums. ❤️

One of our favorite stops during our ski trips.  Yum!  there is something for everyone in the family.  We have fun just selecting our treats.  Our custom is to eat at a local restaurant and end the evening at the Candy Store.  YUMMY

When you're craving for a good quality sweets im vail village, this is the place! Great selections!

Just ok. My apple lacked caramel both visits. It was just ok.

Posted they close at 10 but kicked us and another father with children out at 9:30.  Why post your opened til 10 when you want to close whenever you feel like.

I expected so much more with our newly remodeled Wendy's. The food was hot & fresh. The crew member who took our order was cordial. The dining area was a disaster. Tables needed wiped down. Floors needed swept and mopped. The soda fountain machine needed wiped down also.  The new seating (which is all hard wood) is uncomfortable as heck.

The bathroom.....urine on the floor. Toilet was just gross. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the place.

It wasn't that busy and somebody could have been doing something.  I didn't see management until I was in my car and pulling away. He was on his phone out back.

The young man taking our order was getting the trash ready to take out.  He came over to take our order and never washed his hands, order was wrong and took about 15 minutes to correct the mistake.  The person getting the food prepared was not wearing gloves.  Very disappointed.

This business is horribly mismanaged. Always out of something. Drive thru is so slow people pull out and go elsewhere. Management doesn't care because it's obvious by past complaints these issues have never been resolved. I rate this business 0 out of 10.

Had a bad first experience. Our order was forgotten. Will give er a few more tries and adjust the stars as we go.

Wendy's in mountainhome treats me like family even though I used to work there and I left they still treat me with respect they all say hi to me and they check and see how well I'm doing love the food and love the atmosphere and the people
