Boy, they were not kidding when they said that the food was both good and you get way more than you can eat. We tried the massive pancakes (plain and chocolate chip), sloppy biscuits, wings, and the catfish sandwich and everything was fantastic. We could have fed four more people with what was left on our table lol. Definitely recommend making the trip and definitely try the Billion Dollar Bacon as it was totally unique and worth the extra $. Pro tip: they support military and veterans with a discount so we applaud their support big time!

This place is amazing! They deliver real country style plates at an unbelievable price. The portion of food is unreal for what they charge. No one finished their meals.

This was the best restraunt we visited on our week long vacation to the area.

We stopped at Billy Gails one morning on our way to SDC. The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend going early, as there is a big wait. We got there around 730am and had a 40 minute wait. The food portions are HUGE, so next time we will definitely be sharing.

This was a pleasant find as this restaurant is off the beaten path from downtown Branson, but totally worth the extra effort to experience.

The lobby is fully of the "fun" merchandise with funny signs, odd-toys, or other trinkets.  There is plenty of history of the story behind the making of restaurant and where it is today.

Plates are big enough to share, but if you come hungry enough, there will not be any need for a doggy bag.

Loved out breakfast here! Was told wait would be 35-40 min and waited 30. Wish we’d known at the time they was coffee in the lobby though, that would have helped the wait go faster. My kids shared one giant pancake and only ate 1/3 of it 😱- my husband got the Gail’s ranch breakfast and I had the lite breakfast with a blueberry pancake on the side. The coffee was great and constantly refilled, food came out quickly and hot, service wonderful! Prices for Branson not bad and gave us lots of leftovers too. Highly recommend!

Shell

The owners are very rude. The woman is always on her phone and could care less about you. Gas is over priced as well. Avoid if possible.

They offer shell fuel,which "FYI" is one of the fuel companies thats battling it out for first place as the best rated "U.S. FUEL", all while maintaining a very friendly customer service. They have a wide variety of products...Including but not limited to...hahaha...one of my favorite & hard to find energy drinks (Blue Full Throttle). They also have a small cafe called Blossoms Cafe[M-S 7am.-5pm.], which in my oppinion has a descent quality of food.

630 am, I needed Gas from a gas station which is not notorious for putting water in their gas, so I choose shell.  And some hard to find Imported Coconut milk (Kuii) Attempted to use my credit card but the terminal was not working properly. I asked the HIGH high-school drop out to enter my card number manually. "What? That's impossible, what?have a nice day sir" - If you don't know how money works & don't know how business works, then you don't deserve to be operating a business.

Keep driving they don't want your business. Stoned guy says go outside for bathroom but it's locked. We will spend our money closer to i70

I walked in to make a $4 purchase one evening here, and 30 minutes later my credit card that I used there was making unauthorized transactions. The lady at the counter scolded me for not wearing a mask (I am vaccinated) and seemed visibly annoyed with me. Seems a little suspicious to me. Obviously, I will never be going here again as I really don't want my credit card information stolen again.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered online. I got there right at the specified time and three of four items were ready on the pre-paid stand. I asked for my salad and the employee asked if she could refund me for the salad as they had run out of lettuce. I said "sure!" Then she said she'll be right with me and proceeded to help the four customers in line. That was iritating but it actually went quickly. My turn comes, I ask for her to refund entire order to re-ring the items I was receiving because I'd given a percentage tip based on the higher total. She said she'd need to get her manager, I said  "ok." Two minutes later she comes and says the manager on duty was rather new so she called her GM who didn't answer the phone. I asked what would be equivalent to the salad like maybe another dessert and/ or some soda or something, I would take a swap. She would need a manager for that as well, so I gave her a break and accepted the $8.00 cash, they kept the tip, which I regret leaving in the first place. Fast forward 15 minutes, I get to the dinner I was providing to share with an old friend I hadn't seen for two years and apologize for no salad. Next issue was that I received the wrong monkey bread- I ordered the dessert one as she had two small children who would've loved it but we received the garlic kind. Next issue was that the thin crust was stretched so far over the tray that the edges burnt in the oven. Last issue was that the half-and-half pizza was much more 2/3-1/3. Toppings and cheese still tasted good. NOT IMPRESSED.

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread last night. The pizza didn’t have any pizza sauce on it. At all. Didn’t watch them make it as we did it online. Just grabbed it and went. Got home and went to throw it in and when cutting realized there’s no sauce on it at all. They were closed by the time we drove home. The pizza wasn’t bad however. We just dipped it in marinara sauce we had in a jar. But yeah. Thought that’s a little odd. A pizza with no sauce.

Wow!  Haven't been there for awhile, but prices have really increased.  Use to be a place to get a decent pizza at a good price.  Now you get a thrown together pizza that's pretty much the same price as a pizza restaurant, and you still have to bake it.

Great pizza, great service, great prices!! No reason to go anywhere else!!

I'm disappointed they weren't offering the taco pizza even though their website said it's available through 5/28/23. Apparently, they ran out of the salsa that it comes with. I did try to call first before driving across town to get a pizza, but their phone is "temporarily" disconnected. I thought a salad would be good to go with the pizza I wound up ordering, but no salads were available either! Now I know why the parking lot was empty!

The Evergreen Wendy’s is always a solid go to. Service is always good and they do a good job in the drive thru. I’ve never had a problem ordering from the app either. Check em out if you’re craving some good fast food.

Every week, my mom and I order "puppy patties" for her dogs. The staff here is very nice and goes above and beyond to fulfill our order and takes very good care of us. Thank you all so much and keep up the great work you guys do so well. ❤️😁

Worst Wendy's experience I have had.  Didn't get what I ordered, when I was the only patron in the store.  Took one bite, realized it was not what I ordered....asked why is there no bacon on my baconator.  I got no answer, instead a tray of 2 pieces of bacon slid accross counter at me.  Unacceptable!  Worst $16 I have spent!

Just ordered a number 1 at the drive through.  Received a stone cold burger! When I asked why it was cold, I was told the wrappers were separate from the burgers!  While sitting there, I unwrapped the burger and touched the meat patty.  It was stone cold! They said sorry and that they could make me a new one. I asked to see the manager, as I wanted him to know about his crew serving me a refrigerated burger.  He did not come to speak with me, which makes me believe he supports the practice.
From this experience I can only surmise that this Wendy’s is going under.  I find it interesting that last week my mom was served two frozen tacos from the Evergreen Taco Bell.  What is happening in Evergreen at the fast food joints?  It’s more like Fast Frozen Food Joints!

Our Bacon pepperoni pizza actually caught fire in our oven and we had to through it out the front door. We followed the directions and had burnt bottoms on two out of the four pizzas.

Awesome Awesome!   So fast, and the staff puts these pizzas together with care!   Toppings are spaced/spread out well, and tastes amazing!

I love Papa Murphy's Evergreen- they have friendly staff, delicious pizza, and quick service! It is so convenient to stop and grab a pizza to bring up to the mountains for the weekend!

If I could give these guys a ten star rating I would!! We went in today after taking out terminally ill dog to vet and found out she has longer to live! We told them about her amazing story and they were so happy they bought our pizza for us! It brought both my husband and I to tears. They were so kind and compassionate, they even helped us created a pizza that we could feed our dog, so she could have her own pizza. This place forever has my business and I wish I could do more to thank them than just leaving them a great review!!!

Simple Simon's Pizza

My boyfriend and I had an early dinner here today and it was so delicious!! This was our first time ever trying a Simple Simons restaurant. The crust was perfectly cooked and they were able to accommodate to the requests we had about the toppings on the pizza! All of their employees are  so kind and hard working!
We will definitely be coming back!! Also, we highly recommend you try the chocolate chip cookie cake it is incredible!

The simple simons in elkins is the best!! The staff is so good to their customers, the food is excellent,  and the customer service is subperb!! It's great to spend my money to a place that glorifies God, In all the above areas, all the while playing Christian music in the background!!

My first time trying simple Simon’s Pizza today was fantastic.
My girlfriend and i ordered a half pepperoni and half green pepper pizza and also got their delicious chocolate chip cookie cake.
This Wonderful Pizza place was exactly what Elkins needed! No more Gas Station Pizza!

Took take out, of a medium cheeseburger pizza $20+ it looked good, but just fell flat. The crust wasn’t quite cooked through and had no flavor. Kinda of a bad Dominoes copy. I really was hoping for better in our small town….Bummer

Aaron has nailed it!!  Thanks for being a great guy as well as being a great business owner. Your product is top notch. Your atmosphere is top notch. I won’t buy any other pizzas!

McDonald's

Great food, nice employees and I got a Pokemon card pack in the Happy Meal. The Pokémon cards are beautiful this year and I recommend getting a Happy Meal for the Pokémon cards if you’re a fan of Pokémon.

The food is a joke anymore you get bigger burgers at other places especially for what they charge now.As for atmosphere it's always cold and most of the time there's dirty tables. And as for service we had to wait about 8 minutes to even order our food no wonder you see more people at Sonic than at McDonald's anymore.

Here we go. More changes due to crime. 1st McDs I've seen after remodel with beverage center removed. Was told customers were stealing sodas to the point they put all beverages in back of the house. Also, the remodel virtually closed off visability of the counter from the back. With low employee count added to employees who don't exhibit enjoying their work, expect to wait at the counter. I did. Not meaning to sound whiney, but the now more expensive large iced tea (granted, $1 was a really good price) what I got was a full, clear cup of beige water, way underbrewed. The boy waiting on me was pleasant and quickly replaced the tea. His positive attitude was the best part of the visit. **update 10/5** The 2 young ladies tag-teaming counter service deserve to have their pictures posted holding blue ribbons. Great kids! It is NOT this store's fault, but we're gonna stop ordering the McChicken. We understand price increases, but the kid-sized bun and tiny chicken patty are laughable. And the spicy touch it's always had was absent. We'll try something else. And if you're like us and don't enjoy walking through a cloud of smoke, wait in the car until the employee pacing with a cigarette goes around the corner. Gross.

My COFFEE took over 30min!!! The male mgr on duty was a real jerk. People waiting in line forever to place an order. There was 1 younger black man working his tail off. He needs a raise!!! Ever other employee was rude, especially when they thought i left WITHOUT my coffee. I wasnt waiting any longer. This was sunday  labor day weekend, 9-3-23 around 9am.

Northwestern Steakhouse

This is considered good food?? Is there another Steak House in this town or are people so deluded that this is good. Waited almost an hour for some thick very poorly cooked and lacking flavor steak and shrimp. Service was mediocre. I’m beyond disappointed that this is what Mason City considers good steak, for what your paying was not at all impressed. Do not recommend. For the plus, Mason City has decent water

Does this place need yet another five star review? ABSOLUTELY. I moved to Iowa six years ago, and one of the recommendations I received was to visit Northwestern Steakhouse. So after six years of living in this great state, we finally made a small detour on the way home from Minneapolis.

We were fortunate to make a last minute reservation on a BUSY Saturday night. This place is popular with travelers AND locals. Respect their reservation rules and policies. It’s not a big place and they do their best to accommodate the demand.

This is not a traditional steakhouse. The cuts and sizes are pretty American with Greek style/flavors. Never had it before and it was effing delicious. We ordered the filet and ribeye. Both were cooked to perfect medium rare. The filet just melted in my mouth. It was the rice side that kind of stole the show. More addicting than crack.

Service was phenomenal. We were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation but enjoyed drinks upstairs in their lounge, frequently being checked on. We honestly felt like local regulars with how nice everyone was. Anne felt like the grandmother I never had.

Highly recommend making a trip to Northwestern a priority. Mason City is a sleepy little town to me, and I’m glad I got past my biases for small town restaurants because this place is a GEM.

I recently dined at this Northwestern Steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. So The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff who helped us choose the ideal steak

Now, about the star of the show—the steak. The quality and preparation were outstanding. Each bite was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The salads and sides were equally impressive, offering a variety of choices to complement the main course.

The attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch dining experience was evident throughout. While it's a bit pricier, the value for the quality of food and service makes it worth it for a memorable night out. If you're a steak lover, this restaurant is a must-visit.

I wasn’t sure about this place but hands down the best steak I’ve ever had!! My honey said he’s never heard someone moan so much while eating. I had Greek salad, spaghetti and ribeye. I am telling you it is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is perfect. Sun lights but still light enough, great music, not too loud and excellent service.

IMAX Entertainment Complex

Wonderful atmosphere, and plenty of things to do here. IMAX, gift shops, game room, and restaurant all conveniently located in one large enclosure.

We seen the George Jones and friends show with George and Helen and 2 brothers.  It was a great show and he sounded like George Jones.  Helen sung some Linda Ronstadt and Tammy Wynette sings and she was great.   The brothers sang also and played instruments.  Loved the Texas song they sung .  I would recommend when your in town.

I wasn't sure what this was when I saw it, but it's basically a mini mall, gift shop, and restaurant...real unique and nice!

We loved the film, Ozarks Legacy & Legend.  We'll done!
The shops in the center are a fun assortment. Check out the quilts for sale there.
I don't really have anything good to say about our experience at McFarlains Restaurant.  They had 4 tables occupied in the restaurant and had a 25 minute wait time to be seated.  I had been in the past and recommended it to the group of friends we were traveling with.  I regret having done so.
I hope that McFarlain's will be able to sort things out.

It has definitely went down hill over the years but still a decent theater. The whole put your own butter on the popcorn trend needs to go away with self checkout though

The tables are dirty, and the floors are as well. The bathrooms are nasty AF. The food is over cooked. The staff don't take your order and they are incompetent. The catch up is always empty. The ice is always out. The sweet tea is always empty. Terrible service. I had to clean my own table. The chicken nugget 20 piece only had 15 nuggets. Effing rip off

ordered an iced coffee and got practically all cream took it back to get a second one and still couldn't get it right I just ended up throwing it in the trash. customer service was very snobby, would have liked to have had a pleasant experience here. Bathrooms were filth and out if tissue paper in both stalls.

Everytime I get a cup of ice here there's something in it; I've had 2 Flys before and now today a chuck of food. I'm getting my cup somewhere else now. It's always something with this location. They also only have one lane and the drive thru is extremely slow.

Literally just the Elkins youth hang out spot. Went into the drive thru LAST NIGHT and ordered a simple cheeseburger meal, got home, and had only one burger and the burger I did get, was sloppy. The manager was very stressed out and seemed like she had no help from her co-workers. In the past I've been to this same McDonald's and gotten a couple burgers, both with no patties. This McDonald's seems very unorganized with certain managers.

Ordered on the app and was charged twice. Store said they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call corporate. All corporate offered was to mail me a gift card.
