The team that has been caring for my Father have been nothing but wonderful. Each visiting nurse and specialist has been caring and warm. Patti and Alex(PT) are an absolute delight to work with. Beth(RN) is so supportive with answering questions and helping give advice for my Father’s care. Grateful isn’t enough to describe how I feel towards this team. Thank you to all for being so fantastic with my Father’s care. Highly recommend this facility for Home Care.

My husband was under the care of Home Health and Hospice for 6 wks at home. I’m a retired physical therapist that worked in acute care hospitals for 42 yrs. I am very grateful for the excellent care my husband received. He passed away on 12/20/22 at the facility and was able to be at home until that day.We chose to accept care from their  physicians and they promptly answered all calls from the nurses. I’d like to give special thanks to April and Kilty that helped care for him at home. And special thanks to Kim a palliative care nurse that was so supportive and answered all my questions on the phone. Home Health and Hospice also followed up with care and concern for myself. With all my experience in health care , I can honestly say they are the best.

I have had several health services in the past and this is by far the best ever. They are professional,friendly, and treat you like an adult. They supplied OT, PT, ST (included memory help as well as speech) and nurse visits. They were all fantastic. I am crying today because I just had my last visit. I will miss them so much.

I had PT for one month with Kristen She was excellent. Gave me the confidence I needed for my balance. She is very dedicated to her work and helping her patients. So happy I’m on my way to recovery. Thank You Kristen!!!

The provider availability information they provided to my insurance company was incorrect so when I called they scheduled me with a different doctor than who I wanted. When I showed up on the day of the appointment, I was then informed that the appointment had been rescheduled. I felt ignored from the start with this company.

Harbor Home's is a life saver, I've been going there for many yrs now,  and I cant Express it enough how great every single employee is. I also realize they are helping many of us and sometimes they get extremely busy and if sometimes they dont return a phone call I know enough to call them back.

they seemed nice at first until they get you in. I had my homeless friend go there from a referral and they treated them with total disrepect and told them it was going to cost them $120.00 per day to stay there as a homeless person and they were going to give them medication they didn't need so they would be more comlpliant. I am sorry i ever sent them there it did more damage than good.

Do not use michelle to buy a home, she is very unprofessional and rude. She did not contact me back or make it a priority to sell me a home, and when i find someone else in the same company to help me get into a home shes got me locked in her system as only her client and she tells me she cant release me, i am not in jail and my name is not to be captured by anybody. I think its kind of ridiculous she is very rude and told me thats just now how it works and when i told her i was referred to Scott she told me the guy who told me does not run anything. Im just blown away..

Excellent urgent care, made a same day appointment, they took me in 5 minutes after I arrived. The nurse and doctor are so friendly and professional. The doctor was very personable and knew exactly what I needed to feel better. Was in and out in 30 minutes which is impressive for an urgent care. Very happy and will return

Office staff really made me feel comfortable when I wasn’t well didn’t make me feel like I just another patient walking in with another virus or germs . PA was pleasant and down to earth and really listened to me .In the past I’ve always gone to an MD Now they made it so easy I made an appointment online during work and was checked in right away . I’ve been here virtually couple times, or just to get checked for Covid and all staff has on different days have been great . My experience in person was even better, despite them being behind which they apologized for and I was still out in a reasonable amount of time. I really hope the staff doesn’t change they are really awesome!

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful regarding paperwork to be completed. Triage nurse was friendly and expedient.  PA was knowledgeable and empathetic.  Visit went well.  Nurse gave me a steroid shot in the right buttocks which I barely felt at all.

So fortunate to have found this clinic open on a Saturday afternoon and more importantly was finding out how fantastic it is!  The service was quick, in and out in under 30 minutes!  The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  They listen to my concerns and provided the care I needed.  I would highly recommend it.

I set up an appointment and completed all paperwork before I arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was kind, professional and put you right at ease. The Doctor was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable right away. I will definitely go back if needed and would recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated as a person and not as a number.

Terrible attention, they get upset very easily when you tell them that something is not right. If they don't do a service well, they will charge you again, since it is their fault for not doing their job well.

Bad attention! Wasted money, we have been with orthodontic treatment for more than 3 years, no progress is seen, super disastrous attitude of the orthodontist (unfortunately they do not give you their name and care and you ask them because they are very aggressive). Once a month they call you, I take out the tube and put the same one on, (she was asked if she changed it, more than anything for hygiene, because as if it had reminded her of her mother) she became super rude, despotic.

Very good service, I acquired orthodontic treatment and from the beginning they explained everything very clearly to me, I have had no problems with what they did to me to date and I was discharged a long time ago.

Very good attention from the receptionists. The dentists are friendly and professional. They always make a space for you in case you have an emergency even if you don't have an appointment.

I've been waiting for an hour, they prefer to bring in people without an appointment and they don't pay the slightest attention to the person they leave waiting. Appalling. It is the last time I come after having been given the service for a decade.

I attended today and the sitlali who served me mediocrely did her job because she had to call another equally mediocre worker to pull out an ingrown toenail. Be careful, for further reference, both citlali and her partner, robust, be careful, they pull out ingrown toenails, they are not certified, they are PEDICURIST attempt. DANGER

A few days ago I went, there is a chubby employee at the entrance, what she lacks is ATTITUDE, she responds in a bad way, I asked her for courtesy for the parking, and she was late and the service she provides is poor.

Lifespan Men's Health Center is a wonderful facility with an amazing staff. They take the time to get to know and understand their patients. They take the time to get to the root of your problem. Your not rushed in and out. My doctor Mark Paulos MD is a professional who cares about his patients. I was very pleased with the care and respect I received while being treated. I highly recommend the Men's Health Center.

Dr Martin is wonderfully qualified and dedicated to his mission. A rare find!
