Trucker, you beware you have to pay 20$ to park with no parking space

The cashier who works in the mornings is more concerned with playing a game on his phone than he is customers. Twice now I've stood at the register staring at him for about 2 minutes before he even acknowledges that somebody is there. It's honestly disrespectful and infuriating. The owner of the establishment needs to let him go and find somebody who actually wants to do their job. Pathetic

Filled up my truck with CNG gas. Went inside the store to use the toilet door locked.
Asked for a key and owner said they don’t have a toilet.
Ridiculous!
This is America. More an more stations are being owned by operators that do not understand the American culture of Service and cleanliness. Had to leave and find another place.

Don't ever do any business with this store. I swiped my card twice at the pump and it said " invalid pin" both times. I then went into the store, paid with a debit card $20 in gas on pump  4. I proceeded to pump my gas but the pump never turned on. I went into the store to see what was going on. The young man who rung me up for the gas whose name is  Lucky attempted to fix the problem by giving me $11.67. He told me that the customer before me on pump 1 had pumped $11.67 on my card. I found that to be strange being that I was on pump 4. I told him to give me my $20 that I had just paid to get gas on pump 4 and I wil go elsewhere. By this time an older gentleman came from the back and explained the same thing to me as Lucky did. I couldn't accept that being that I had been on pump 4 the entire time and swiped my debit in the store for $20. I told the older gentleman that I was going to call the cops. He told me to do so because he was going to do the same. He then told me he didn't give a damn and to get the hell out of his store. I was in rage and headed to my car to call the cops. Before I could get to my car the older gentleman told me to try the pump again and I did so. I don't suggest doing business at this store because you never know who can end up using your card or how the store owner may misuse your funds or info.

Oxxo

There are many Oxxo's in the area, however I really like going to this one in particular because they treat you very well, they give you good service. I have only been going to this oxxo for years because of the service they have provided me♡

Disgusting from Oxxo, the staff that attends, despotic and when they give you the change, they first wipe the snot and then sneeze and give you the money later, what a lack of hygiene, imagine the products

It is a chain store located in the Periférico de la Juventud, in front of the other side of the peripheral is the maquiladora. On the other side is a savings pharmacy branch. It has good places for cars. The store has all the products that the chain handles.

Excellent service, the cashiers are always in a good mood

When I use a Shell gift card, the pump makes me "See Cashier". So I have to go inside. When I go inside, I'm not allowed to use my Shell Rewards card. I've asked about it and it's a shrug of the shoulders. Pathetic.

I used their air vacuum, slide my credit card, the air vacuum was not working, I went in side store and the guy who was at the register said you need to call the number that is on the machine to get your money back!! Never use this location again.

This Shell has been double and triple charging my family members every time they go there. Check your bank accounts and make sure that they aren’t scamming you!

Mexican restaurant inside is good but a little pricey 10.50 for a breakfast burrito. Taco macho is as good, cheaper and faster.

They lack many things at this pace, it is very small and they always have problems with access due to the busyness of Avenida 20 de Noviembre.
It lacks more order and cleanliness in contrast to other oxxos I like the coffee and chocolate that they sell here

Beautiful exterior view, a large wheelchair ramp. It is not a 24-hour Oxxo (bad) because it would have more traffic. The neighborhood is apparently well cared for.

It has a good location to go through something and go to the viewpoint

Super bad service!! It closes much earlier than in other oxxos, for example yesterday at 9:50 p.m. and it is rare that they stay after 10:00 p.m. Most of the products do not have their price labeled and the employees get annoyed if they are continually asked for the prices

Misleading advertising on most of the products, they never respect the prices that they themselves have on display, every time I go it is the same, I told them this last time and the cashier treated me very reluctantly telling me that the products They were the price right away (the entire line had the same price and the difference was 5 pesos) be careful because you don't even know how much they end up charging you more if you bring several products
