I go to this place once a week for the very same thing, grits, eggs and smoked sausage.  I pay the $7.95 for the breakfast.  Today, got to my desk and no sausage after paying that exorbitant price. I love the grits but...... The tall guy would never have made that mistake. He always remembers that I like just a little bit of eggs. He and the grits are the only reason I would return.

The Staff was ok, however the prices are outrageous... Never again will I ever spend my money there...

Very rude. The cashier Chinesha was eating a full meal in front of me then I asked for my receipt and she started to get mad but I shouldn’t have to ask for my receipt every time. Every time I go there she is the only one that’s extremely rude with poor customer service. I feel like if you don’t want to work then go home because there is someone in line that’s waiting for your position right now. I think y’all need to hire people that love their job and not just looking for a check, that wears their uniform with pride and not all over the place. Just ridiculous at this point.

Absolutely the BEST customer service in town! From the moment you walk into the store until the very end of your visit, the team there makes each customer feels welcome while providing top quality service! The FOOD IS AMAZING! There is hot deli meals each day and freshly made sandwiches and salads for those on the go. Their Chicken Sandwich beats Popeyes by a long shot!!! Fried, baked chicken & fish served daily and seasoned to perfection! While there, be sure to check out their Chip’s Dipping Sauce paired with any of your meals. Delivering their best along with those bright smiles in # 1 in this industry. They’ve got it all on point!

Clean store, decent staff but why would you close your business in the middle of a weekday for a computer upgrade?? Do that after hours. This store has been closed so many times over the last few years. Real roll of the dice as to whether they're gonna be open or not.

This is a nice little place with a very nice convenience store. Had soft drinks with glasses and ice had chips and candy and Etc. One of the few places like this around here.

Nice clean store and fuel stop for trucks.They don't have overnight parking, but it's ok to run in and grab something from McDonald's. No showers, but they do have CAT Scales. Friendly service.

The very nicest sales associates, always friendly and smiling!  Great selections, spotlessly clean store, we have two trips that pass this station and we always stop!

Showed up at 9:50 October 10th 2020, and one of the cashiers boyfriend's was blocking entrance to the door saying that the store was closed. It was 10 minutes till 10 and I found this kind of awkward that a non-employee would be guarding the store when I confronted him his sarcastic attitude with Point Blank that they were closing the store and we could not go in I did and turned around and videotaped through the car cam her getting in his truck before 10 and leaving the store. The new iberia curfew clearly states that curfew does not apply to employees in transit to and from employment, and ended at 6 am this morning, there was no excuse for this that boyfriends/husbands feel they can kick customers out!!!!

The gas pump is way way too slow. There is music and talking from the ads on the pump which is way too loud. There shouldn’t be add anyway I’m already paying you for gas. They also do not address the help button when you use it, and the card reader is slow.

This shell gas station is very conveniently located . It has the cleanest restrooms 🚻 for a gas station . They have an ATM Machine, a Beer cave,ice bags,propane and a variety of drinks, snacks,gifts and travel necessities . Great place to stop by for your daily needs or travels . Friendly staff .

All the pumps worked. Credit card worked on the first try. Easy to spot from traffic

Gas pump would not accept credit card.  Attendant spoke little English and acted very angry, demanding $20.  I would advise you to go to the BP up the road!

If your getting off at this exit and you love shell gas station ⛽️. Don't stop here. The prices are always higher than in town. When coming off this exit 90a go towards Kohl's in Richmond and you'll come to a Shell station a little further inland and its cheaper. A Speedway is right next door for a Coffee lovers delight lol. Just saying. Cheaper is always better.

They have good breakfast and a great selection of food but the customer sucks in the morning not sure about the evening or night but early morning is really bad

Food court is awesome. Great food, great staff. Great prices.

After ordering a pizza 35mins out and not only was it not ready she stopped more than once preparing it to cook while I was standing and waiting for it. I had to be at work so I ordered it so early. Please hire someone who has the ability to do the job needed

Tap to pay doesn't work. Card readers never work. Why I continue to stop here only to go across the street, I don't know.

This gas station used to have all pumps full. Now, empty.

There's a reason why! Fix your equipment.

Even for a convenience store, their items were WAY over-priced! Other Shell stations have Golden Flake chips for $2.09, here, the same bag was $2.99. I'll be stopping somewhere else next time!

Gas station.  Is a review really necessary? I will say they have a really good selection of iced coffee energy drinks.

Lots of people smoking pot when I stopped by, but everything was cool.

Love's Travel Stop

I love how clean the showers are with the little amount of time Jed takes to clean them. And if that isn't enough, he always has fresh warm towels waiting.

There's no better feeling than being welcomed to this at the end of a long hard day or when you're getting your morning started.

It's a wonder he hasn't been promoted yet, because this kind of work ethic is an asset to Love's that I haven't seen at any other store.

This store was very nice. It has the usual items plus they have a Subway AND a McDonald's inside this store. Everything was pretty clean. The men's bathroom could be cleaner but still wasn't as bad as some other stores i have been to. I would recommend this store to all ages.

I just have to give the mechanic shop one star. They kept me for 7 hours being second on shift and they couldn't even change a light bulb due to lack of materials. It seems incredible that they have a workshop like this. Just for tying a cable they charged 72 dollars. I will neither return nor recommend this workshop. No way. If you are in the area, go to the shop across the street, I didn't wait 30 minutes and they solved the problem with the trailer inspection.

This is a great Loves. The bathrooms are always clean. Lovely staff always welcomes you when you walk in. This was our second time stopping here. It’s consistent.

Each time, Jerediah (not sure if that’s right but it’s a unique name) is welcoming, hussling to get the next shower cleaned, and is great to have a chat with that makes the wait fly by.

It’s a busy store. There’s a Petro on the other side of the interstate and it’s dead. We went there and came right back to Loves. We now realize why everyone uses this station.

As an OTR driver I've seen a good share of bathrooms, this one today took me by surprise.. The store is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, extremely clean, and the bathroom is what made me want to comment. I have never seen this layout! (and I loved it) 😍

I love the people who work here. They are always very nice. If you are a regular customer they remember what kind of anything you purchase and they will do their best to keep it in stock for you. They have a very good selection of electronic vapes and good deals on them as well.
This is always a weekend stop and it is close to casa so win win.
Great job Shell. My husband and I really appreciate the good service we receive here EVERY time we are there.

I think at this point they always know what I’m getting plus they are quick and fast .

This shell charges taxes on EBT purchases,  All EBT purchases have always been and still are tax free. Also they have great value products for sale, that's walmarts brand. This stores employees and owners have always been rude and disrespectful,  now their charges taxes on EBT!!! Illegal

It was like most others but I must say out of several other locations I visited that day this one was only one that had Venom energy drinks which was what I was searching for determinedly.

If your looking for the ultimate "southern" small town experience.  Might I suggest this Shell gas station.  Complete with every sheriff in town filling up their cars at the pumps.  Its amazing how much money every police or sheriff departments have that they can continually drive around getting 12 miles to the gallon while the rest of us have to struggle to fill up and watch every dime or file for bankruptcy.  At any rate this place was priceless.....but clean and typically small town.

Cashiers are friendly and helpful when you have questions about a product.  They seem to keep the store clean.

It's always clean, the clerks are nice, restrooms clean and I always purchase Shell gas.  Process are very competitive.

Great price for gas. I like the pay at the pump option and Shell's Fuel Rewards Network.

The bathrooms were filthy and had no soap.

Located right off the exit made it really easy to jump right back on the interstate. The grounds were clean and the employees were very nice. Pumps and window cleaning stations were maintained. There is quite a bit of construction along this road so use caution turning in and leaving out of this store.

Filthy and disgusting. Employees put fake “out of order” signs on the restroom doors. DO NOT stop here. Pilot is down the street with clean restrooms and nice staff.

During a stop over for restroom break this past July of 2016 ,a relative of mine informed a worker inside the convenience store that there was no toilet paper inside the stall."That's Ok" was the reply from the worker. NOT EXCEPTABLE! I f I could give ZERO stars I would.

The pavement around the end of the last pump comes to a point and scrapped the bottom of out car. When we talked to the attendant about the situation, he was unhelpful. When asked for contact information for the manager/owner, he said he was (a lie) and when pressed for the information, he turned around and laughed. We finally called the police. They talked to him and gave us the owners information. I filed an incident report. Never ever go here!!
