I love coming here to get my hair done! Their boutique is so cute, too! So many cute clothes & my favorite place to go when I'm headed to an event and need a cute outfit & amazing hair! Look at how cute this dress is! So many compliments!

So happy with my choice to book MyDry for my wedding! They were easy to work with, professional, super friendly, and you can’t beat their pricing. I was able to do my bridal trial for hair and makeup and both the hair stylist and makeup artist took plenty of time getting to know my style and understanding what I wanted. For day-of services, they sent 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists for onsite styling of the entire bridal party. Every woman looked phenomenal and was extremely happy with her final look. We all felt confident and our most beautiful. Thank you so much!

Fun little salon with great merchandise to browse while you’re waiting for a blowout. I have only been here twice but both times it met/ exceeded expectations for a quality and timely salon service.

My daughter and I both had blowouts and styled for beach waves. MICHELLE and Kias style was wonderful! I'm a matron of honor next may and Def will be booking a bridal party for hair and makeup.

This place does amazing blowouts and has excellent customer service! Ashley is phenomenal, can’t recommend her enough!! Oh, and their boutique is so lovely! I grabbed some gifts for friends (and myself) on the way out. So convenient and such great stuff!

Journeys

Had to do a return for my daughter. Erica could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Do not order product ship to home from this store!  I ordered shoes, gave the guy my phone number, email and my change of address card so that he spelled my name right and got my address correct.  This guy made my home address to ship to MOTOR VEHICLE!!!! WHAT?!?! Do you not know what a home address looks like on a address card!?!?! He never confirmed shipping information and it’s partly my fault as I should have asked but when you hand someone a card, you would think they would get it right when all you have to do is COPY IT! Luckily he got my email right so I found out where the shoes were going when the email came that they shipped and to where!  These kids now a days can’t write in cursive nor know what a address card is?!?!  Now because I changed my address immediately by calling journeys - it’s taking two weeks to get these shoes that should have taken five days because they went allllll the way back to the original place of shipment even though they were almost here yesterday!!!!!  Never ever again will I order ship to Home unless it’s amazon.

I was not a huge fan of Journeys Apparel store located in the Annapolis Mall. I popped into the store because I noticed that they had the shoe I wanted to buy in their window. The model shoe was my size so I was going to pop it on and see how it looked. However, I was advised by an employee that I would need to wait for her to pull a box from the back for me to try on because I could not try on the model shoe. Okay, cool. Well, I was the only person in the store and there was four employees on the floor. Ten minutes later, someone asks me if I am being helped and I mention that a girl in the back is pulling my size. Ten more minutes pass and I'm told she is still looking for the shoe. As soon as I'm ready to walk out the store she comes around with the shoe.... Okay, ages later obviously. Benefit of the doubt I go to try it on and am told she can't give me both pairs of shoes to try on and then basically stands over the top of me like I'm going to run out the store with the shoe on. Then, I don't even have the ONE shoe laced up before she is in my business like "So you're not going to get them or are you?" Like back up, keep your shoes, and I'll go somewhere else. No one wants to feel like they went to a used car dealership with a pushy sales person to buy a pair of walking shoes.

Worst customer service ever! Not helpful at all. It’s Saturday (they are not very busy at all) and it was like pulling teeth to get the shoes I wanted to try on. Then I was told they don’t even know where the other shoe was. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! It’s Saturday 2/20/21 at 3:43!

Their employees were very attentive and provided great customer service. Prices are actually reasonable as well. The store manager also cared about the appearance of the store so random items werent strewn about.

Walmart Supercenter

Friendly staff I encountered in the produce department, bakery area, and grocery aisle. Nice produce and good bakery items. Nice to have a cashier to check you through. Wish Walmart would keep more human checker aisles open.

Cashier was more interested in what another cashier was doing in her private life than paying attention to the customer he was checking. Never acknowledged me as he was to involved with his conversation with the other cashier.
He finished checking my items, I picked up my items and began to leave. He wasn't going to say thank you until I interrupted his conversation with a thank you.
Rude service!
Charging for shopping bags that are usually not reused is worse than a paper bag that is compostable.

We had a great time shopping for our baby girl here. The workers were very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs at this store. I highly recommend this Walmart

This location is very convenient! In all of my shopping trips here so far the employees are always friendly and helpful.  The fact that they also have a grocery center is fantastic.  I can get everything in one place; bed sheets, electronics, beer, bananas, lunch meat, milk, duct tape, a car battery, you name it!

I don't know why Google now thinks this is a hotel

Nobody at customer service for afternoon returns or early morning. So if you work during the day and shop at night you're out of luck.
Nobody answers the phone horrible customer service...

It's another place that if everything goes fine you're okay with it but as soon as there's a problem it's completely useless

Target

Probably the least customer service driven store I've been to. Freight stocked in the middle of the day, covering inventory. Had 30+ people in the store and only 1 person checking. Line to check out was 20+ deep and no call for back up. I'd rather shop at Walmart.

I went to Target specifically to purchase Olipop and low and behold there was none. Looking around the store I saw plenty of empty shelves, boxes of merchandise stocked up around the aisles, messy shelves, items laying on the floor,etc. From the looks of it, they are having issues finding people to work for them, like so many other places in town.

I used to enjoy coming to this store and shopping for clothes and get the basics, but the last few years has been so messy. And I’m convinced it is the management in place, the turn over for regular employees seems to be so high I never recognize the same people when I go in to shop. That When I’ve asked management questions they deflect and nothing ever changes, just the same fake answers. Where is the actual work being done with these reviews and surveys? I don’t know. Because I don’t see it in Bend. And I blame those higher up, not the employees they obviously run though like no other. Do better management and corporate.

I’d like to hope that someone from corporate reads these reviews as there is no way to contact from their website or app. Our store in Bend is always lacking stock, not just a little, but whole aisles mostly empty. Linens, blankets, dishes, holiday, cosmetics, clothing, office supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. What little stock they do have is a mess. This is the only Target for a 2 1/2 hour drive if you’re going west and even further going east. Bend is a large vibrant community of over 100k in the city limits alone. We also have a large population in our county and many outlying communities like Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, LaPine, Madras and it’s one of the fastest growing areas in the PNW with tourists who visit from all over. Today, they had nothing in stock out of the several items I came for.  Any other Target that I have been to recently in Oregon or other states is not having this problem. Today I was told it was because Target corporate keeps cancelling their orders. I’ve been told they don’t have the stock and another time they just don’t have anyone to stock the shelves. Honestly, you are forcing people to look elsewhere or shop online because you can never count on this Target to have anything. Please send someone who can fix this store that serves central and eastern Oregon.

This particular store is very unorganized and dirty. There was discarded garbage (used coffee cups, gum wrappers etc) on many of the shelves.

Great prices, fun employees! All i received from everyone was smiles and many "how are you" I really like how clean and neat the aisles were. The store is well put together and everyone knows there job! Great place to shop for any and everything! 2 thumbs up plus a gold star😁❤️

The employees are great! The employee who is at the self checkout is a good great, so is the Chinese sweetheart, she always makes me happy to see her! Aside from the employees, food isn't the go to here, they never have much so at least Safeway is right next to it and the deli is fricken good! The deli cooks there know how to cook and the bakers who make the cakes are amazing too!!! Also the electronics dot really have a good Anime selection witch is lame. They have a decent selection of stuff at the pharmacy and the hunting goods have a decent amount of stuff too.
The employees are the best side of going to Walmart in my opinion! 😏

I dread coming to this store so much. Employees aren't exactly rude but certainly have no interest in what they do. It's clear there are some serious issues at this location, whether its supply, employee, or management is anyone's guess. Often products are not stocked when they are supposed to be and will go days or even weeks with empty spots. When you have an issue and try to discuss it with a manager they immediately tell you to call their hotline so either they have given up on the store or it's a case of "call someone who cares" kind of attitude. The Redmond location is miles away but miles ahead as well. I'd rather take my business there.

I don’t usually leave reviews but what store in 2023 still doesn’t have tap to pay. Walmart pay also didn’t work after I got it all set up. Staff was kind, manager less so. Just unreal that I wasted all this time finding what I needed only to leave it all in the counter and walk out empty handed. Tap to pay is standard. Get it together

The Good- No lines, no crowds. WATCH the video I took below for a example  of crowds over a couple of days. This one is around the ten to eleven o'clock hour- weekdays.

The Bad- The selection at this store leaves much to be desired.

The Tip- The best deals are the FIRST FIVE days of each month. This is when the markdowns hit and clearance deals are must prevalent.

Innovasport

Variety of sports products! The best only that the staff is sometimes not attentive to the customer 🥴

The store is great, you find very good options. And sometimes they have good deals. It's a shame that the staff is super bloody in general, from the cashier to the clerks. It seems like you are going to ask them to give you the things. Very very bad service.

KAME HOUSE

It is no longer in that location, I looked for it but it is not there

I like it a lot :3 but there is something I don't like very much :c, there is no set schedule, my mom and I have to walk around the center a lot until there is one and there are times when they don't even open :'c from then on I I like it a lot :3 a lot of variety of products and very Kawaii things (≧▽≦)/

A very small place but too varied, good prices and excellent attention, one of the best places to buy geeky anime things, etc.
You can make many friends just by entering if you dare to talk first, find items from t-shirts skirts cosplay clothes collectibles bags backpacks hats bands bracelets whatever you are looking for, in this place you will find it easy.
They give you anime recommendations or advice

I love this place very much, the bad thing is that almost every time someone tried to buy something, it's closed and well, sad💔
Outside of that, well, yes, it is the best place to buy Asian things (they don't sell only Bts plis)

Excellent 100% original items, you can also make your purchases on the store's website and pick it up at this location. Excellent service and very good deals on some items.

Terrible service, I asked for a size M to measure myself and the mannequin had the only M, I asked the lady to show it to me and she replied, But are you going to buy it? Regardless of buying it or not, that's what they are for, right? When you enter the store they turn to look at you with disgust

Good variety, good promotions, very attentive staff and they inform you clearly and briefly.

***an unpleasant experience*** the men are all passive, not interested in the sale, some of them smell like cigarettes, it is not a good image for a place where they sell sporting goods, in conclusion they do not know what they are selling.except for a boy from glasses and a very attentive girl at checkouts the only redeemable thing even though the supervisor was apparently there.

So grateful to have found this community. I felt welcome and supported from my first visit. The studio has an amazing feel with beautiful art and a sweet gift shop. The staff are very present and warm. There is an amazing variety of classes available as well! A deep and authentic group of instructors that guide with a sincere playfulness.  ✨️ magic happening here

A real gem A real gem in Springhill. Beautiful, space tastefully decorated, very clean and pristine. All teachers are very welcoming, knowledgeable and humble. They offer all level yoga, so if you are new like me, you can find several classes throughout the week. Highly recommended place to practice Body Mind Spirit connection without judgment or criticism. Safe and peaceful sanctuary!

Best yoga studio in town! I love this place so much. It holds a special place in my heart! Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors really know what they’re doing! They don’t just instruct, they teach!

Tried calling twice left messages to get return call no answer no calls. Took a chance and drove to take hot yoga class. Instructor didn’t show. Not really sure why. Bad experience all around
