Javon helped me during my stay and he helped me out a lot. He was very friendly and transparent about what was happening which I appreciated. I waited 3 hours in total for all the paperwork ,putting the tires on the car and ended up walking out without a dime being paid today. Great customer service. Great benefits. My vehicle was damaged when a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned my car. Whitley Paint & Auto Body took time and care and repaired my vehicle back to factory new condition. Not body filler, no putty, no bondo. Just fresh clean straight metal and a new paint job that looks like it was never touched. Got into a fender bender and my 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8 had a nasty dent in it. I went online and bought a new primed bumper cover but needed it painted. Wilson's did an EXCELLENT job with the black paint, and I have no complaints. 10/10 will definitely go again if needed.

I’m here to leave a review on the district manager Keith Jakes. He is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude, I don’t see how he has a job being the District manager. I arrived at 9:00 when the doors open, the mechanic arrived late. His attitude is horrible as well. But just to call the district manager and tell him how unsatisfied we were doing this visit. He began to yell over the phone, telling me well we don’t have to service you at all& what’s the point of calling. He’s not able to help us. I’ve never been talked to like that for him to be the District manager. I need a corporate number because reaching out to him didn’t solve anything but give me a headache and makes me never want to come back to RNR, but I’ve already paid my tires off& need some assistance. Now they are informing that they can’t find my 1 year insurance papers for my tires. Once again unprofessional. I need a corporate number.

Ms Tiffany had the Best Customer Service Ever. This was my first time doing Business at R&R She help me with all my questions and Kept a Big smile and Great Attitude the thru the whole process. I will definetely refer my Friends. Thanks Ms.Tiffany!!! Mr.Darren was the Best too!!!

RNR is one of the greatest places to shop. The staff is awesome and will not leave you with a boring experience. Please if you tires or rim/tires shop at RNR. The benefits are out of this world.

Beware!!!! This Company does not take accountability for their actions. I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle to Eureka Collision on Sept. 16th to have hail damage repaired. At first everything seemed to go smoothly, and I would have loved to give this business a good review but when I went to pick my car up it had Red/maroon color over-spray all over the hood and driver side of my vehicle and a couple chips where in the paint that wasn’t there before. When I brought it to their attention, they said they wondered where the paint came from because they supposedly had not painted anything red in color while my car was there but said no worries, they would clay bar it and remove the over-spray and fix the tiny chips. When I returned the next day, they had removed most of the overspray except on the door handles and did not fix the chips but also scrubbed the finish off the trim around the windows. Instead of nice new black trim it is dull and has gray color scrub marks all over it. I was livid, I called my insurance company immediately because this work was an insurance claim, and this place was on their select service list. When the claims department called Eureka Collision to ask them what happened they stated that they noticed the trim looked damaged but didn’t know how that happened and it must have been faulty material. My trim did not look like that when I dropped it off. My vehicle is a 2021 and looks horrible now because they messed it up so bad. The hail damage was only $1400 in damages and the trim damage is over $2500. I am still working with my insurance company to solve this issue, but Eureka Collison will not take responsibility for their actions. They have tried to say they are not responsible for the paint damage or the trim. But why would a repair shop agree to fix something they didn’t do? (Fixing the overspray) Wouldn’t they have noticed the overspray before they worked on it if it was already there? They admitted to wondering where the overspray came from and took my vehicle to the car wash to try and clean it off but when it didn’t come off, they assumed it wasn’t from them because their paint would have washed off. (That doesn’t really make sense to me) The fact of the matter is, I dropped off my vehicle with ONLY hail damage. Now I have more issues than I did before. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this place. I saw another review that said this place doesn’t pay attention to detail. Well, that seems to be true. I chose to get the work done there because they were on the select service list and recommended my insurance and I wanted to support a small local business. This place also had good reviews. This was a big mistake; I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you want a company to do work on your vehicle and get it back worse than it was in the first place, go here. I wanted to make this review so that others know that if this place makes a mistake or messes anything up, they will not take responsibility.

Glass Doctor Auto of Fargo

From the moment I walked in they provided excellent customer service. The customer representative was friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provided. The repair was started on immediately. It was a crack on the lower driver side of the windshield and was between 9-12 inches long. I walked over to Caribou for coffee and before I could finish, the car was ready. I don’t know if it’s typical but the windshield was replaced in about 45 minutes. Because of the rain sensor & lane assist they had to recalibrate. It’s been over a week and everything works flawlessly. They also reapplied our car wash sticker. 🙂

Took a rock ti the windshield in the morning. Walked in to get their opinion on repair or replace around lunch. I was lucky enough with the timing that they worked me in right away to repair the chip in 20 minutes. Used them for years for work as well. Highly recommend. Great service.

Service was good, but they left a bunch of dirt in my car. I had the car detailed the day before. So it was spotless! And now there is dirt in the crevices of my center console and all over the passenger side.

Wow, that was quick! I had a nasty chip in my windshield and Glass Doctor repaired it in no time. I mean, it was maybe 15 minutes from the time I drove up to the time I left. The repair looks great! While I hope to never have another chip (I can wish!), if I ever do I'll come back to Glass Doctor for their great and very fast service.

Ron's Auto Glass & More

The wife and I are returning to New Jersey from Montana. We wanted to take in the Minnesota State fair . So we adjusted our route home . It included several hundred miles on beautiful Route 200 in Montana. However , the multiple stretches of construction leave a crack in the windshield of out 2022 Honda Odyssey.We were fortunate to stop at Ron’s Auto Glass in Fargo . 40 minutes after pulling in to Ron’s. We were back on the road with a fixed windshield. His team was outstanding. Friendly and really cared about doing a great job . The price was more than reasonable. Thanks to Ron and his team . Ron got me in within 24 hours for a rear windshield that was completely smashed. Completed the job within the day and cleaned out all the smashed glass in the back of my vehicle. Price was great as well. Great experience all around, would recommend to all.
