Realistically, this might be a more expensive alternative to other coffee stores, but the place offers WiFi, comfortable seats, fast queue lines, and nice staff. Totally worth it.

It's Starbucks at the end of the day but with all the stuff that's happening, they have a serious lack of ingredients.

Great little Starbucks. The outside sitting is well setup and dogs are allowed on the patio.
The service is really nice too. I got there at 6:05am, 5 minutes after they open and orders a hot coco with oat milk. There was a lady there that was taking forever and a day so I went to get my dog and setup on the patio. When I got back my drink was ready. I picked it up and went to sit.
Then I orders a green tea and told them they haven't charged me for the hot coco. They said it's on the house because of the wait. That was pretty nice of them.
Giving 5* despite the fact that the bathroom wasn't really clean.

If you are used to The US Starbucks don’t come here, drinks do not taste the same at all. Quality is poor and service varies depending on the day. The PSL taste horrible and on top of that they don’t give you a full cup. Chai tea is also another drink this Starbucks cannot get right. If you really need something from here get black coffee.

The same as to many Starbucks. Just as a recommendation I found quit dirty the place, before it was always clean and neat.

I've been going to starbucks once a week for a year. The service is excelente and the drinks are delicious. Unfortunately the last time I went, the service was really slow, and some members of the staff were rude. I really like starbucks, but if they don't talk with the staff I'm afraid I will stop going that frequently.

The usual great coffee at no so great price lol.

Sometimes they do community volunteer work at this Starbucks. I thought that was pretty cool.

Luis is an excellent barista, his ability to resolve issues that are outside of his range of responsibility and control (such as system issues) made me only visit that Starbucks branch, he is an amazing leader and should be considered for future opportunities due to his responsiveness and fast solution to arising problems

Even though it’s a franchise we all know, this one in particular has good baristas and nice ambience, musical selection was also on point of you like grunge or alternative music

The highlight of our visit: mexican style hot chocolate and the matcha frappe of this place were very nice not fabulous but nice. The downside of my our visit: the americano was very plain and the restroom were pretty dirty.

I've been there three times, and it's the only Starbucks that I can't pay with BBV points, I tell them promptly to put it in and they don't even answer me and just charge me.
There is not enough staff at 8:00am, today there were people upset because the ones sold came out quickly but the food stayed cold because the same girl had to charge and heat it up.
And the worst thing is the parking experience, the guards made us go around and around until we asked them to remove their cones to leave because there is no other way to do it if you are in -1 or -2.

Starbucks is a very nice and relaxed place to do homework or meetings. Plus, their drinks are delicious.

On both occasions I visited the store, a terrible experience. From the moment they greet you with the phrase “we don't have a system” you want to never come back.

McDonald's

It was super packed, busy, so it must be good.  We only found 2 parking spots. To me it's what all McDonald's should be hot, fast and accurate but the view ❣️WOW 😁

I use the app and park at the curbside for pickup.  Each time we go here, we wait an extremely long time as we watch many cars get their food quicker through the drive-through. Some might ask then why we don't just go through the drive-through. My response would be that they don't offer curbside if the orders are not taken and delivered in order. It seems that they don't run orders out until everyone inside or in drive-through are complete. We do love the app but wish that under customized, they would offer (light) option.

Shoutout to Tuesday (mgr). Overheard her asking for things from her staff and always followed request with “please” to me that’s one of the signs of a good leader with good character. Oh and yes my hamburger, fries and milkshake met my expectations.

They get orders wrong. The food is hap hazardly thrown together. Their milkshake machine always seems broken. They routinely mess up a "plain" double cheeseburger which only requires 2 beef patties a slice of cheese on a bun. No pickle, no onion, no condiments. They don't know what "plain" means. I no longer go there.

The manager was super. She took our order and brought our class to our table. All done with a genuine smile.

It was OK.kind of a long wait,  but only one other person in the drive thru. First time they forgot one of the sandwiches.... the other time there was police activity(obv not their fault,  but we sat there for 15 minutes waiting. Very friendly though,  which is why 4 stars. Will probably go back.

everyone here has a serious attitude problem, especially the manager and girl with long black and red braids. no matter what time of day you go the wait is extremely long, they run around like they have no idea what they’re doing. they lost people’s orders, gave out cold fries, and could hardly work the register all while i waited for my food. you have to stir around your own flurry to mix the ice cream and candy because apparently that’s too hard for them.

This Delmar establishment would be better if it had better management . The manager Anna I believe to be her name treats her employees bad. I went in for breakfast and waited 10 minutes until I asked the poor woman who was delivering food outdoors if anyone was working the register as the manager did not Even echnoledge my presence.
Then after the poor woman took my order someone else behind me had issues too. And told me the manager told that register woman. You shouldn't be taking orders you need to get these orders outside. I really would like something done about this Manager. Sooner or later someone else won't be to nice.
My order was correct when 20 min later I received it. 🤬

Best McDonald's around the lady that helped me was bringing out food to parked cars tonight around 630 I wish I would of gotten her name but I just wanted to say thank you again for helping this mom out tonight when I accidently dropped my kids McFlurry out of the drink carrier while trying to lay it in my passenger seat. She without hesitation went to my passenger side door and helped me put it back in the tray nothing slipped yet she was that quick to help me you really made this mom's night I hope you get a raise!

This McDonalds is a reminder of why you shouldn’t be eating McDonalds in the first place. The food is ALWAYS trash! Breakfast, lunch it doesn’t matter the food is literally thrown together. Got breakfast and the food was cold at 8 in the morning. Got lunch and the food wasn’t event ready. Waited for my sandwich and when I got it it wasn’t event fried all the way and dripping with grease. Fries were stale and cold. Why make me wait to have a “fresh” sandwich only to give me old fries. Do not waste your money when royal farms in next door and the food is better.

Way to go McDonald's!!!! This is exactly what I expect when I order an 11.00 dollar meal and this is after going back in to have the order corrected, well never again. You apparently have two options here when it comes to burgers RAW or sitting under heat lamp for hours. There should definitely be a mandatory 'consuming raw or under cooked food" sign in this location, Your reckless uncaring "cooks" will be the reason someone gets sick. It's a shame that a place my son looked forward to going for his favorite happy meal treat will no longer be aloud to eat here due to the careless staff.

Used the kiosk to make a purchase. This is the second time that I've not gotten a receipt. When you go to view the order screen, with many order numbers, you have no clue which one is yours. They really need to address this.

VERY BUSY due to its location, but the staff were friendly and did an EXCELLENT job keeping customers moving. There was very little wait for how crowded it was. The food came out hot and delicious. More than one  employee was constantly cleaning tables, sweeping floors and washing windows.  Appeared to be a well-oiled machine all around!

Stopped by using the drive through. One lane was blocked with a delivery truck so I thought the single lane would move quickly. It didn't. I was in line for 25 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. This was a week night after 630 so I thought it would be less busy. Just a slow night.

Came here last night and The drive through service was kind of slow but mostly because my boyfriend and I came here pretty close to closing and there was a few other customers also ordering. Otherwise the food was quickly made and it was warm too.

Clean and friendly people. The area doesn’t always attract the most upscale clientele but that’s not their fault. Fries were hot and they delivered to the table. Would I frequent again? Yes. It’s a good spot. Lojo family management does a great job. I love when a place doesn’t cheap out on how many sauces you need. As long as you aren’t being a savage or cheap, then why not give you what you ask for. I need 12 ketchup packets for 2 large fries and 3 sauces for every 10 nuggets. I need 2 napkins per person. One during and one after, god barring any spills. So, I like this McDonalds because they were generous and cool.

The lady that works the counter ( wears a safety vest) is extremely rude. Wants to charge for an extra sauce, doesn’t fill your order correctly and then when you point it out, she wants to argue.
What a shame, McDonald’s you are better than this!

After a long day my family was just in need of a simple meal. Alex was amazing! Brought our food with a smile and went out his way to he sure we had what we needed! Thank you for the kind smile and great attitude Alex!

So we ask for a plain double cheese burger and we got ketchup and mustard and had to request them to redo it two times. When we asked for a small size drink the cashier ignored us and keep asking if we will like medium or large. HAD TO REPEAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO GET A SMALL SIZE. THIS PLACES IS A MESS. A SIMPLE ORDER ENDED UP FRUSTRATING US. WILL NOT COME BACK. 0 STARS IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM.

They jus opened this location here at the airport in Mazatlan, I am not really a starburck’s fan but it’s ok. I like their latte.
