Honestly, I had the best time with my stylist, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The end result was incredible and held up amazing for my rather difficult hair. I am genuinely considering getting the membership... I recommend!!!!!

I came in with my daughter for hair and makeup (just me) and I would highly recommend this place. They treated us so nicely and we left feeling beautiful. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a great experience!

Please take your money and use it at a locally owned salon that cares about their customers. I have had zero assistance and am at a loss for words. This is not how you run a business. See attached pictures of my hair that was allegedly “done by a professional.” Extremely disheartening as I have never had an experience like this in the hair industry.

*UPDATE* I have been repeatedly contacting the salon for a refund. Not one person is getting back to me. The salon owner, Tanya, replied ONCE asking if we could speak via phone. I replied yes please and provided pictures and videos of my hair as well. Since then I have received nothing. I have resent my email again and also reached out to corporate with NO LUCK! Please STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I have been reaching out to management to resolve the terrible experience I had with no luck. 0 response from the salon after multiple attempts. I will be telling everyone I can to stay away.

Such a fun way to glam up for an event!  Relaxing and my hair turned out great. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would highly recommend Blo! I've been here twice, and both experiences have been amazing! For both times,  my hair was perfect when I left, and it still looked just as good the next day. Blowouts at many other places usually don't even last the night for me.  My makeup has been over the top, amazing both times I've had it done there!! I've had my makeup done at other places in St. Louis, as well as other cities, and in my opinion, nothing compares! I will most definitely be going back for my next event!

Drybar - Wayzata

You can not go wrong with the Drybar. I have visited this location twice and my favorite person between the two locations is LEO. I always leave feeling pampered and sexy. The place is clean, the treats are nice and the barfly program is worth it!

Hands down!!!!Best blowout in MN! Great prices, clean amazing space, friendly staff, & my hair looked amazing for 5 days straight! The owner, Jill, Even came up to me and introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could help with that day for my event or any upcoming events I have. She was genuinely interested in helping me schedule a lunch reservation for family that was in town! She was the sweetest and I already am excited for my next Drybar experience! I wish I could go everyday !!!! THANK YOU!

Was happy during and after my blow out. Was told it looked great but that’s like asking the seller if their product is amazing.

After a few hours, I was asked by multiple people were did I get that wig from……………………………….. probably not going to be going back here.

More stylists, barbers, hair designers, etc still need to study and learn how to work the hair from the ROOTS. Specially with people who have curly hair. Paid extra for shine and it didn’t even shine lol.

If you have curly hair, this isn’t the place. However, service was not too bad. Compared to my travel across the globe, this isn’t something I’d put on the top.

You can’t get anything better than Drybar  Wayzata! My hair always looks perfect after I visit. The stylists are helpful and friendly! The prices are extremely reasonable too! Do yourself a favor - go to drybar Wayzata!!

I contacted Drybar about hair and makeup for my wedding in the summer of 2022, one year until my wedding. I met with the owner, Jill S., who informed me they were available my wedding date for hair and she would be available personally for makeup. She told me to contact them in the new year to get a contract.
Come January 2023, I promptly contacted her about the hair and makeup, seeking a contract to sign to get the date locked down. No response. I contacted again a few weeks later and finally, We had a phone call and all was well and was promised to be sent over later that day or the next morning. Nothing was ever sent. I spoke to my wedding party to get an estimate of who wanted hair and makeup and sent that over, hoping it would illicit a response. Nothing. Follow up email sent. Nothing. Then a few weeks later, I get a phone call from Jill stating she now has a family wedding that day and is unavailable for makeup but hair is still on. We spoke that day about my stress and disappointment with being ghosted and now a cancelation 4 months before my wedding. She ensured me that she had someone who could take over the makeup and that I would be contacted by her. She also ensured me that she had other options, too. She lectured me how she “runs a business” and “would never leave a client on their own” and how I’m a “priority” yet, I never received anything. It took days to get just one of the individuals name and contact. Finally, a hair contract was sent over but I asked to adjust the time to allow for more time with hair and again, nothing responded for days.

After multiple emails and phone calls to the makeup artist recommended, I finally got a call back. The makeup artist is pregnant and due in July. She asked me if I would be okay with the possibility something could happen and not be able to show up my wedding day. What??? Obviously, that isn’t okay with me.

I reached out again to Jill to fix the time on the contract and to express my disappointment with recommending me someone who won’t be able to be there, due to pregnancy. I asked for the other peoples contact information. Nothing. Once I sent yet another message another day to her again stressing to check her email and begging for a response, she ask me if I reached out to her artist (which I clearly laid out in my texts and email that she is not available due to pregnancy) and then said she will “re-reach out” to the “other artists” again supplying no information. She also asked me for the third or fourth time when my hair needed to be done by, which was stated multiple times both via text, phone calls, and emails. I still didn’t have a hair contract for Dry on the Fly.

Luckily, I was able to find another hair and makeup artist much more reliable and responsive. I would never trust the Dry Bar with your big day, or any day really. The owner is disorganized, has poor communication, and does not treat clients as a priority. Save yourself the last minute stress and go literally anywhere else.

Stardust Esthetics

A great experience for a first time wax! Kylie talked me through everything so that I understood what was happening and followed up with great advice for aftercare. She was really friendly and attentive to me and settled my first-time jitters. I would recommend Stardust to anyone looking for a pleasant waxing experience!

Kylie is so kind and skilled! Her wax is so gentle and her plucking never hurts. Brings such good energy — I always leave feeling happier :) 1000% recommend her services!!

I got a butt facial from Kylie and it was such a great experience. She was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I never had a “butt facial” done before but it was very pleasant and made my skin feel so soft. I would highly recommend Kylie! Her prices are also very reasonable 😊

I had a great experience with Kylie at The Pretty Peach. Kylie is very professional, respectful, and kind. She did my very first Brazilian which I was incredibly nervous for but made me feel so comfortable and confident! I truly recommend her for all services and she'll definitely make you feel at home!

Genuinely the best waxing services I have ever received. Kylie is amazing at her craft - she is super welcoming and creates a judgement free space. She also is just incredible at what she does - as someone with eczema I usually experience irritation for 24 to 48 hours after the wax, after seeing Kylie my face barely felt irritated after the service and any redness was gone within 12 hours (that of course will vary person to person). She takes the time to really get every last problem hair and if need be will tweeze any difficult stragglers. When she did tweeze what was needed, I could barely tell she was even touching me let alone plucking anything, which is a gift. I felt truly cared for and will be a loyal customer from here on out!

European Wax Center

I love everything about this location. The manager, Taylor is very friendly, helpful and answered every question I had from booking my initial appointment to returning a call back about the ingrown serum pads I had bought. My wax specialist Maria was knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. No pain, in and out. These guys know what they are doing.

Recommended by a friend. Front desk staff is attentive and know what they are doing. The manager helped with questions and concerns after my first wax. My wax specialist was Jaz and she was a pro. Will be returning

Brittany is the best ever. I always have a great experience with her.

I have been going to this location for years and always was pleased. However the past 6 months or more I have been very disappointed. They dont answer the phone. One time I decided to stop by to schedule and they said they were on break and wouldn't make an appointment for me. I was not able to make the appointment online so I went to a different salon. This has happened to many times. Today once again they didn't answer the phone it was 3:35. I stopped by and the door was lock but the receptionist saw me and opened the door and said they closed early but could check and see if they could just do my eyebrow wax. The lady in the back told her no because she already cleaned the rooms. They weren't even suppose to close until 5pm. Hopefully they can correct these staffing issues, who knows how much business they have lost by this its happened to many times to count so I finally decided to write my review.

I've been going to this location to get my eyebrows waxed for several years. Unfortunately, I decided after my last appointment to go somewhere else. Their prices keep increasing, while their quality of service has continued to decrease. They spend much less time on my brows than they used to, and I've noticed that my brows are almost fully grown in after just 2 weeks. The Richfield location is even worse. I recently tried a new salon, my brows look great, and are nowhere close to needing to be waxed after such a short time.

Tranquil Waxing

Erika is simply amazing! I trust no one else but her for my waxing needs. She is fast, so friendly, and has not once disappointed over many years. I have convinced both family and friends to go see her and they echo the same… 12/10!

Erika has a great line of natural products for after waxing skin care. Her suite is clean & comfortable with ample parking adjacent to her building Phenix Salon. She responds quickly in booking an appointment or to adjust scheduled times. Her hard wax is easy on your skin and her technique is quick and thorough. She is easy to talk with and very professional, I will not hesitate in booking another appointment with Erika or recommending her to my friends. The entire experience was fantastic!

I never have looked forward in getting waxed in the past, however Erika makes the process go by very quick and efficient with her technique and products.

Took my daughter to Blo Blow Dry Bar for her Homecoming hair and makeup.  They did an amazing job from start to finish!  The stylist started and finished on time, listened to what my daughter wanted and delivered above and beyond, I would definitely recommend a visit for your special occasion, or just because!

Did not have a good experience here. My niece had her first homecoming dance and was rushed in making a decision on her style because the salon was running behind. Mind you, we arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment giving us more than enough time to browse and decide. Were told by our stylist after just moments of looking at the book that if we didn’t make a decision we would not have time for a wash and dry. Likely won’t be back.

I loved my experience here- Brittany was warm, conversational, informational about suggesting product, and really made me feel pretty. So easy to get a last-minute appointment in the clutch, and super convenient for those of us ladies who are not skilled in beautifying ourselves.

as someone who regularly gets blow outs, this was a disaster. I asked for big voluminous curls. My stylist kept drying my hair straight and not making curls with the round brush. i asked her to please use the round brush to make curls and she said she prefers to dry it this way and add curls with a wand. I asked again if she would please use the round brush to make large curls- needless to say, my hair is flat after two hours. I am officiating a wedding and now will have to find another salon and pay for another blow out.

Lizzie's waxing studio

Lizzie is amazing at what she does! My brows look amazing after every wax. She makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my waxing appointments. Her salon suite is so cute too. Highly recommend her for any and all body waxing!

Lizzie is the absolute best. I went to her both times for my first lash lift and tint and full Brazilian and LET ME TELL YOU. This lady knows what she’s doing! Im flaunting a new confidence I haven’t had before from these lashes continuing to absolutely pop after 5 weeks now! (If you’ve ever debated doing a lash lift and tint DO IT. Coming out of the shower or waking up with lushes lashes is next level fantastic.) THEN, my Brazilian… freaking spectacular making me comfortable and explaining the process (y’all add that vajacial holy heck I was obsessed). It’s been a week with still no hair growth and she looks BEAUTIFUL and I am obsessed. Posting this review because you all deserve the feel beautiful in your skin and let Elizabeth help with that! Only will go to her from now on! ❤️❤️

I would 20/10 recommend Samantha as your specialist!! It was my first time there and I had my underarms, upper lip, eyebrows and Brazilian wax. She made me feel really comfortable and ensured me that everything was going to be okay as I was really nervous. I love the fact that she would constantly check in and see if anything else needed some adjustments to make sure it was to my liking. I just felt like I was talking to a friend the entire process. Looking forward to going back there for my next appointment!

Michelle has been doing my Brazilians for 4 months now and she’s amazing! I originally went to a chain wax center for my first time and it was so horrible I almost decided to never get waxed again. A friend recommended her and the experience was nothing like when I went to that other place. She’s quick and the way she waxes you makes it very easy to handle pain wise. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, go and see Michelle!

I usually avoid waxing because of the insensitive methods used, but wow…I’m so glad I started going to Michelle! I got my bikini line done first and she made it almost painless. I appreciate her methods, calm spirit, quickness, and wealth of information on waxing. I felt so comfortable that I stepped it up this time and got a full Brazilian done. I've been going to Michelle for years! She does such a great job, there's been a few times I've had to go to other businesses for my wax service and the quality doesn't compare to Michelle, she knows what she's doing and does it well! Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Ariel for almost  2 years now. I found her on groupon in 2019 and I've been going back to her ever since. She's very quick and clean with her services which makes getting waxes less painful. Having a responsible and kind person service you in such a venerable way is hard to find but Ariel is one of them. She has made getting waxes for me a necessity verse me doing it every blue moon. I love her and the services. I highly recommend her services to all kinds :)
