Felt like I was going to get mugged in broad daylight on the weekend within seconds of getting out of the car. Lots of people just hangout out and no cars. Be careful!

BEWARE

Bought 2 zig zag products from this location with a employee named  and never received them. I walk out, realized that I didn't get the products and came back in and told her. All she did was give me a receipt obviously my provoking point that I paid for it. She continuea to tell me to call a manager tomorrow when my money has been stolen from shell TODAY !  I'm never shopping here again I swear to God and my kids. Straight up got the homelss treatment while more money than these guys.

They charge almost double the gas station a block away.

Clean facility even though it's not located in the best of area

Service is horrible. The lady claimed they were closed but had people in the store. Neighbor is already scary as hell. There was no signs on the door saying the were closed she made me walk to other side then tell me she was closed then watched me the whole time.

We had a great experience! They came out quickly to our home on Christmas Eve to replace two flat tires. We can’t express how much of a relief this was, not knowing that anyone would be open or available the day before Christmas. They were kind, informative, and very reasonably priced. We’d recommend them to anyone and will absolutely call them again if we should find ourselves in a bind!

In the time of an emergency On Time Mobile Tire really came through!  The service is open 24 hrs so when I called early in the morning my call was answered with urgency. Jay worked with me patiently to find my location and swiftly came to help with my vehicle.  The situation was handled quickly and I was back on the road! I'm very thankful for this service, Jay is knowledgeable, professional, and informative! I would recommend this service to everyone.

38 foot motor home with a blowout stuck at the entrance of the rest area in Pascagoula. What AAA COULD NOT DO, this company did it. I was back on the road in 1 hr 15 mins. New tire, rim...it got us home. They don't play around. It was 110 degrees. Professional fast reliable. Bless these guys.

This is the best tire company around period! Jamarius was a God sent. He came to my site and fixed my tire problem quickly and efficiently. He made me feel as if I was a priority. He also educated me on several points about tires that often go overlooked. I had a great conversation with the man. If you are in need of assistance getting a tire fixed call On Time. He's the best in the game.

Very easy in and out for gasoline! It has a big assortment of snacks and drinks. Even a cute little restaurant if your on the move but hungry. Restrooms need some cleaning.

Idk what immature rude lady is working tonight Saturday May 27th 2023. 4:20am but talking mess about me taking 20 seconds to use the bathroom is ridiculous. Especially after I just spent $52 in gas here. She yelled at me “don’t come back” after I asked if she was really mad that I used her bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be mad you work in a dump, you real up in arms over a job you don’t even like.

Rude employees every time, but my visit today made it the last time after the cashier gave my husband an attitude when he hadn't said a word to her. Based on the owner's responses to reviews, standards are very low for this gas station and the people they hire.

Convenient location. But I am a frequent user of the Shell Fuel Rewards Program. I use it at the pump & also inside Shell stores to earn rewards I can apply towards fuel, etc. My concern is when the cashier cancels out the option to enter my rewards info (i.e. alt ID) on the signature pad before I even have the chance to enter it. Leave a little time please for customers to input their info especially if customer is keying in something on the keypad before a transaction is tendered & train employees why this is important. (If you buy things in the store - you can earn pretty significant rewards at the pump over time.) Worth the little extra effort IMO. Thank you.

My review is for the car wash. It needs to be updated or worked on. Something. If I’m paying $14 for a car wash I expect it to work properly. The “lava flow” only comes out on the passenger side. It doesn’t even reach halfway to the drivers side front windshield. Also every time I have to pay to rinse out my mirrors. If I don’t then soap will cover my car as I drive off. I love the full service. Everyone is always very polite. And the free vacuums are wonderful. The wash just needs a little work. It’s been this way for quite some time now.

Typical gas station, bathrooms are single-occupant type and basically clean and functional. Pricing on gas is high but there are few gas stations nearby and traffic in the area can be insane.

A super-convenient location cannot be underestimated. The subway inside is a major bonus and there's an unrelated lube shop right behind the gas station.

The people that run this station have always been friendly and efficient in my experience.

Owner Sold me brown oozing Juul pack and initially refused to replace it or give me my money back. Only by me keep arguing and more and more customer listening in  to our “disagreement” he basically threw a replacement pack my way with the words that he doesn’t need customers like me

They have a sign saying they offer a free car wash if they do not offer you one when you make your purchase.  But they do not give you a free car wash.  False advertisement on the front of their store.

A very peculiar agency lacks more conditioning to receive the cars, hours of quotations always change and the parts take time to arrive, otherwise it is fine, they need to grow. I like other agencies better than Volkswagen, among other things, it is worth mentioning that the financing is not they are very good

I came quickly to attend to an "inspec" sign and my namesake Eduardo attended to me promptly. He told me that my problem would be resolved in 30 minutes and he did it in 10!! Thanks for that

I did a 15,000 km service and I had to return the car because they did not wash it well, the reception agreed with me and they washed and vacuumed it again, bad service

I chose the agency to repair a dent by the insurance company, they delivered my car with missing parts and with all the signs of working with doors open and with the radio on with burned parts of fabric in bad taste, the truth is where they had no supervision the operators of the workshop on the weekend and by the managers who do not show their face supporting the terrible service, abuse on the part of the workers who were really responsible for the quality of service. I will not return to the Tokyo South auto workshop never.

I went for a quote and they attended me very quickly, good attention from all the staff

The service they provide in the workshop is horrible, 3 times I had to enter my Xtrail to accommodate some plastic that was thrown away, today I find that they only had it filled with something similar to black tape or tape, lousy service
