Came here with my partner to buy him a new vape. Not sure who was working the counter, it was a man in his thirties. We came 9/14/23 @ ~6:00 and the man who was working the counter shorted my partner $10. After going back inside to get our $10 the man was already waiting with it. They take your money. Don’t go here. If we wouldn’t have counted our change before pulling out he would’ve gotten away with it. Who knows how many people he scammed before. Not how a business should be run.

My husband and I just stopped at the Shell station at 930 S. Broadway in Lexington KY, and kindly asked the direction to the restrooms, we were very rudely told that they were not working!! As we drove around the side of the building we were given full inside view of both the men's and woman's restrooms, which neither one said anything at all about being "Out of Order" we were judged, disrespected, and treated in a foul manner, you "Towel Heads" come to America, are given free tax free money to run our American Businesses, then you want to say that we are racist!! I have never been denied the use of a public restroom before, but I guarantee that we will no longer EVER be at this store again, I will call the BBB and take this as far as I can to show how rude and disgusting you people are!! Go back to where you came from please, stop taking our American jobs away from us!!

Greed plagues this place and that’s why I will never support them again. I do not want enable greedy and selfish behavior. Others may support and keep this madness going. But I stopped a while ago. Just wanted to let you all know to go elsewhere because these folks are ridiculous. God bless!

Worst gas stain ever. Filled up on pump 5 with nothing but water in my tank. Was on my way back to MD but now we are stuck in KY.  Tried calling store to get info but no answer.

Shell has always been the gas station to go to.  You know you're not going to get stale food, you know that is not going to be in the area that's crime ridden.  You know that the gas is going to be competitive or at a larger discount than other locations.  You know that that name means that you got to get quality service every single time you go.  You know that you are okay when you shop, you know that you are all the more quiet or more busy areas of the city.  I'm from The Hood and I understand why Shell is not located there.  That Revelation disturbance be because I do want the area by City to be fit for a Shell.  That place is who try to take advantage of our community.  Shell is Legit.

Stopped in as a "weary traveler" lol to get gas, and I  immediately received excellent customer service! As I walked toward the entrance, an employee waited and held the door for me and pointed me in the direction of the bathroom (she must have known from my walk). Once inside, the bathrooms were clean and smelled as such! Bathrooms are another thing I'm picky about, but bo worries here. The rest of the store was equally as clean and well stocked. They're conveniently located right off the interstate, so definitely stop in here.

Traveling west on Interstate 64 & got off to get gas at this station.  I must have had perfect timing because after I parked at the pump, three school buses parked directly in front of me.  Just my luck.  Those buses not only totally blocked me in, but all the kids on the buses jumped out & ran into the station's convenience store.  The gas station was packed & really busy.  As busy as it can get.  These kids were everywhere.  Very hazardous for drivers maneuvering to get gas & having to dodge a deluge of kids where they shouldn't be running.  It became evident to me that this was a routine for these buses & these kids.  THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR THESE KIDS.  Stop this practice immediately, before someone's kid gets hurt.

Awesome station they are VERY KIND and understanding. My car broke down in front of the station and I was 300 miles from home. They let my car sit there for 5 days without getting it towed in until I could get it towed home. I'm so thankful for there understanding.

Pumps won’t take your credit card sometimes.  The people that work there are extremely nice and kind but there are some basic issues.  On top of that the things that go on in that parking lot are wild.  Lots of people coming off the bus asking for money.  Happens every time.

Clean, well stocked and the employees are nice friendly and sometimes even funny. The Manger was helpful with a situation I had and I highly recommend this gas station.

Bad experience. They don't fix the bugs. They bring you back and forth. They don't answer the msgs. They only damage the car (paint, headlights, interiors)

I took my car to service and it included an oil change, they left my entire engine dirty with oil that was spilled and they delivered it to me and it was missing almost a liter of oil

In the 30,000 km service, the unit was not delivered according to the revision points that we believe should coincide with the service that should have been carried out. For example, when changing the pollen filter, the passenger's cabin glove box was poorly adjusted and one of the plastic actuator arms was damaged. The fluid levels that in our opinion should be filled and which the multi-point sheet marked as full, do not match the photos that are added of the coolant and windshield fluid deposits, that is, the deposits were not checked and filled again .

The volume of a TV they have in the waiting room is very annoying. And they don't even offer you water with these heat.

Great service from employees that offer best advice based on your budget. Down side for customer's parking area: too small that it is necessary to do a double parking.

Excellent service from the staff, especially Ms. Gabriela Rangel, Mr. Ángel Herrera for providing us with valuable support in the face of the unforeseen event that presented itself to us. Taking into account that we are not locals and we had time counted to reach our destination. They were very kind, empathetic and with a service attitude.

The service is excellent, the technical staff is top-notch, the maintenance prices, I think, are a little high.

Two windows of my bumper pull RV were shattered by tree branches. I had decided not to bring the camper in to the RV Dealership for this repair. Through research I was able to find the identical replacement windows; I spoke with Spencer who assured me that he and his team were qualified to install these. The windows were shipped to Clearview Glass and the following day I brought the camper in. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text with photos of the new windows installed, "ready for pickup" just a few short hours later. This project was handled quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Spencer and His Team are professional and friendly, I highly recommend this business to those even with unique glass needs.

Great company. So friendly and helpful. I am a paraplegic, and when my truck (my only transportation) broke down, I became stranded. Tons of snacks and drink selection and good beer selection also. They have clean bathrooms to. Sneaky Pete is inside which is convenient. they always keep the place clean and are super nice. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are going to the beach or just casually stopping to get gas.

The owner is nice and takes care of his customers. The Sneaky Petes has really good breakfast. The restrooms are pretty decent.

Home of hot drinks. If you want a cold drink go somewhere else. This is all the time not just once or twice.

Gas prices were fair but main reason I stopped was to get air in my tire. They have an air compressor cost $1.50 in quarters or also has a card reader to use credit card or debit card, also has either vacuum or water cost is same just can not remember which was next to the air.
