Love shell gas with their cleaner.  I’ve actually never had a bad experience at shell.  The payment pad always works and trash is changed regularly for the messy travelers like me, lol.

No diesel fuel on 24 May 2023. Pump handles covered with very nasty trash bags. When they have diesel, one must go in the dirty store for a receipt. Shell diesel is superior to Quick Trip, but the Quick Trip is spotless. It is just across the road.

Went inside today, 2/6/23 to get a receipt.  When I asked the clerk for the receipt as it wasn't available at the pump I was told I should go someplace else if I wanted a receipt as their receipt printers at the pump were broken.  Not a place we will ever stop again.

They are so friendly and nice thanks guy's keep up the great 👍 work I love how they new everyone it's much love going in and coming out thanks for the love guy's ❤

Do NOT get diesel here. Truck became possessed until it flushed out and was replaced. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the people were nice when I went into the store. Save your vehicle and look for gas or fuel elsewhere.

Manager on duty, Kathy, was so unbelievably amicable and friendly! I enjoyed our fill up here and would recommend to all based on Kathy’s customer service!!
Gas prices were also cheaper than almost anywhere else we saw (unleaded)!!

Hi I'm your local guide. This Shell station is in a very good spot for quick stop. now their gas is not the cheapest so I just put in enuff to get to the cheapest place in Dothan.  Oh y'all try them small carrot, banana nut bread, sweet potato cakes all man GREAT you will be back. Shell stations do not have out side settings but some of the best coffee, hot chocolate made with milk.  All beverages are extremely cold and all edible items are extremely fresh.

Great place for food gas and friendly people clean bathrooms also 👌

Near the highway, easy access. Staff is pretty friendly except for the manager. She is rude, disrespectful and acts like she doesn't want to be there. All the other employees are very friendly and nice.

Ok so I like this place it’s very clean but only reason for a one star is because the old lady staci behind the fuel desk has a very bad attitude with people and this is not my first encounter with her it’s happened several times don’t like your job find somewhere else to go easy as that

Wasn't expecting to find a dog park here, we noticed the grass driving in but almost completely missed the off leash area until after walking my sweet girl. Granted, the fence height is a little low for jumpers, this park is leaps and bounds better than any other rest stops we've encountered this trip. The only down side is there aren't any dedicated parking spots, so you'll just have a minute or two on the leash before making it to the fence. Not pictured, but the tree placement was nice.

Generally very good price for regular fuel, especially if you have Fuel Rewards or Fred Meyer points. But, took a car here that needed premium recently, and the price was sky high compared to the competition. Should have checked gasbuddy first.

This station is normally the best priced and with a rewards is better priced yet!

I’d do negative stars if I could. Today I was having the worst day of my life and wanted nicotine. Right away your cashier with the blue hair started giving me attitude about which pods I wanted for my vape. Then she looks at my ID and asks how tall I am. I replied 5’5. She then says well your ID says 5’4. This picture and information was recorded when I was 18 and I am almost 24 now. My license is still valid until 2024. So yes, it’s possible I’ve grown an inch in those 6 years. She told me she didn’t feel comfortable selling me anything because of that one difference. Thank you so much for proving that stupid still exists.

Not sure what their hours are currently, they don't have them posted. Doors were locked when I came here and the lady inside just shook her head at me and kept cleaning.

Very well staffed, large selection of snacks and beverages, the prices are not too bad overall.

Very clean bathroom!!! The gal at the counter was very friendly and overall appearance of the store was awesome. We travel to Vegas often and we will stop here for our snacks and breaks every time now.

One of the cleanest bathrooms on our entire cross country trip! Maybe they should change their name to “mini Buc ees”

I was shocked at how nice/clean the restrooms were. A shell station right off the interstate- they do a fantastic job and such nice staff!

Always a great experience with wonderful attendants. Probably my favorite to go to. All the cashiers have a great personality and are very efficient and quick about getting people taken care of.

Nice new facility, large clean restrooms and same friendly staff there day in and day out, nice cold big walkin beer cooler.

Employees are lazy stores dirty and the manager is a moron every time I go in there they're always out of everything totally ridiculous one of the worst Jackson's I've ever been to

Chase was super friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about his job. He was able to point m us in the right direction of the best road trip snacks! He would make a great store manager :)

I gave it a 5 simply because I broke down and 2 people helped me right away snowing and all.

I like shopping at Jackson's. I even stop at stores when I'm out of state that look like Jackson's. Lol

Even though it's located on busy State Street it still has 2 ways to get in and out of. It's conveniently located on the corner of State Street and Ellen's Ferry Dr. I love the fact that it's right behind the apartments I live in and everytime I go in the staff is always friendly no matter what time of day it is. I literally have been pumping gas here for 2 years it's the only place I really pump gas at because it's super convenient for all of us who live down the road. I'll even sometimes walk around the fence to pick up some sodas when we have guest over. It has 4 gas pumps and they sell diesel and I've even got my propane tank exchanged there for like $25 bucks or so. The only down side about this place, is they charge for air to fill up your tires but that's just me being babied from the last gas station I used to frequent. Over all it's my preferred gas station and not just because of the walk in beer fridge LOL. Oh and BTW they don't have an outlet for those fancy electric cars.

It's just another gas station except for this dude Dre that works there. He is the MAN. Every time I go in to simply grab a Yerba mate or get gas I watch him make every single customer in the gas station laugh and feel great including my self. This guy deserves a raise or better yet a six figure job offer!

The customer service here was fast and friendly. Came in to get gas and a green tea. With there gas rewards and Tmobile Tuesday I will be coming back here more often. Thank you guys for a great experience!

It's a gas station. Not much to talk about. They always have gas since I've been going there.

Possibly the most immaculate gas station in America.  Very pleasant staff on duty.

I was told I could go in to the store by an employee talking to what seemed to be here friend while she was on her break because I didn't have a mask on. So I went and got my mask and went in to the store and the employee and here friend come in after and her friends says I dont have to were a mask and her friend was aloud to shop.

They say that they are open 24 hours on Google but they close at 12. They have nice employees though. Just frustrating when you drive out of your way to come here cause you think they are open and they aren’t.

It's a gas station with a good convenience store. There's not much else you can say here...
